本发明的技术方案具有以下显著有益效果:
当钉仓组件夹持组织时,组织受到第一阻挡部和第二阻挡部的阻挡无法进入至缝隙中,这样就避免了组织的边缘可能会卡入到上述缝隙中的问题。同时,由于钉仓架与钉砧之间的夹角可以增大至所述第一阻挡部的下端等于所述第一侧壁上端面,所述第二阻挡部的下端等于所述第二侧壁上端面,因此,钉仓架与钉砧之间的夹角可以得以有效增大。本申请中的用于吻合器的钉仓组件处于完全张开时,所述钉砧和所述钉仓架之间的 最大夹角A可以达到20.5度。

图1为现有技术中钉仓组件的结构示意图,图2为现有技术中钉仓组件的钉仓架安装钉仓一侧的结构示意图,如图1和图2所示,现有技术中钉仓组件包括:钉砧1和钉仓架2,钉砧本体11端部的两侧具有朝向钉仓架2延伸的第一侧壁12和第二侧壁13,钉仓架2的端部与第一侧壁12、第二侧壁13之间通过销3进行连接,从而使得钉仓架2通过销3绕钉砧1转动,进而使得钉砧1和钉仓架2之间形成一定的夹角。
申请人发现,当钉砧1和钉仓架2之间形成夹角时,第一侧壁12、第二侧壁13的上端面远离销3的一端处需要与钉仓架2的下端面必须接合,从而避免第一侧壁12、第二侧壁13的上端面远离销3的一端处与钉仓架2的下端面之间出现缝隙,一旦出现缝隙,那么当钉仓组件处于张开状态夹持组织时,组织的边缘就可能会卡入到上述缝隙中。如果此时需要将钉仓组件闭合,若卡入缝隙中的组织较少,那么在强行闭合的过程中,第一侧壁12、第二侧壁13的上端面远离销3的一端处与钉仓架2的下端面就会将组织切坏或夹伤;若卡入缝隙中的组织较多较厚,那么钉仓组件根本就无法闭合,使用的医生必须重新操作对组织进行夹持,这样造成了使用者的不便。因此,在现有的上述结构中,为了使得第一侧壁12、第二侧壁13的上端面远离销3的一端处与钉仓架2的下端面之间不会出现缝隙,钉砧1与钉仓架2在张开状态下两者之间的夹角只能达到15度左右。
由于钉砧1与钉仓架2在张开状态下两者之间的夹角较小,在小角度下使用的医生不易将组织夹至钉砧1与钉仓23之间,因此,需要进一步扩大钉砧1与钉仓架2之间张开状态的张角,且张角扩大以后,第一侧壁12、第二侧壁13的上端面远离销3的一端处与钉仓架2的下端面之间必须不会出现缝隙。同时申请人还发现,如图1所示,若将钉仓架2的端部与第一侧壁12、第二侧壁13之间连接用的销3的位置向左移动,则就 可以直接在第一侧壁12、第二侧壁13的上端面远离销3的一端处与钉仓架2的下端面之间不出现缝隙的前提下扩大钉砧1与钉仓架2之间张开状态的张角。但是上述方案受到客观因素影响,而无法实现。
具体原因如下,目前全世界的吻合器中使用的钉的规格基本是统一的,钉仓23上钉位的总长也是固定的,仅有30mm、45mm、60mm三种规格,为了安全性考虑,钉仓23上右端的钉的位置必须超过第一侧壁12、第二侧壁13的左端,因为通过钉仓23上钉对切断的组织进行缝合时,缝合处的端部必须超过被夹持切断组织的端部,如此保证缝合的有效性,防止切断组织的端部未充分缝合而可能出现脱开的情况。这样导致应使第一侧壁12、第二侧壁13之间的内部处必须保留约1颗半钉的距离,使切刀切割的组织能被完全缝合。上述情况导致钉仓23上右端的钉的位置必须超过第一侧壁12、第二侧壁13的左端,且超过第一侧壁12、第二侧壁13的左端的距离起码要达到一个半钉宽的距离,如此,导致销3的位置无法进一步向左移动,钉砧1的第一侧壁12和第二侧壁13之间的空间还必须设置一个半钉,且还需要留切割刀进入的空间。综上所述,现有的钉仓组件已经将销3与第一侧壁12、第二侧壁13的左端的距离做到接近于最小,在这样的前提下,钉砧1与钉仓架2在张开状态下两者之间的夹角才达到15度左右。因此,将钉仓架2的端部与第一侧壁12、第二侧壁13之间连接用的销3的位置向左移动的这种方式受到钉仓组件自身结构影响无法实现。
针对上述情况,为了能够有效扩大钉砧1与钉仓架2之间在张开状态下的张角,申请人创新性的提出了一种用于吻合器的钉仓组件,图3为本发明实施例中用于吻合器的钉仓组件在闭合状态下的正视图,图5为本发明实施例中用于吻合器的钉仓组件在张开状态下的示意图,图6为本发明实施例中用于吻合器的钉仓组件在张开状态下的正视图,如图3至图6所示,该用于吻合器的钉仓组件可以包括:钉砧1和具有钉仓23的钉仓架2,钉砧1包括具有成型槽16的钉砧本体11,钉砧本体11端部的两侧具有朝向钉仓架2延伸的第一侧壁12和第二侧壁13,钉仓架2的端部与第一侧壁12、第二侧壁13之间通过销3进行连接,钉仓架2和/或所述钉仓23上具有朝向钉砧1方向延伸的第一阻挡部21,钉砧1上具有能容纳第一阻挡部21的第一凹进部14,第一凹进部14位于第一侧壁12或第二侧壁13远离销3的一端处。
上述用于吻合器的钉仓组件至少具有张开状态和闭合状态,在闭合状态下,第一阻挡部21插入第一凹进部14中;在张开状态下,第一阻挡部21脱离第一凹进部14,且第一阻挡部21的下端低于或等于第一侧壁12上端面。当用于吻合器的钉仓组件处于完 全张开时,钉砧1和钉仓架2之间的最大夹角A可以达到20.5度。
如图3所示,钉砧1包括具有成型槽16的钉砧本体11,钉砧本体11大体沿水平方向延伸,其上端面上形成有成型槽16。钉砧本体11右端处的两侧具有朝向钉仓架2向上延伸的第一侧壁12和第二侧壁13,第一侧壁12和第二侧壁13相对设置。在闭合状态下,钉仓架2的右端处位于第一侧壁12和第二侧壁13之间,且钉仓架2的右端处的两侧分别与第一侧壁12和第二侧壁13紧贴,如此可以提高钉砧1和钉仓架2之间的紧凑性,提高钉仓组件张开和闭合时的稳定性和可靠性。在钉仓架2的右端部、第一侧壁12和第二侧壁13上沿水平方向开设有贯穿孔5,贯穿孔5中插入销3,从而实现钉仓架2的端部与第一侧壁12、第二侧壁13之间的连接,钉仓架2能够绕销3能够实现转动,进而使得吻合器的钉仓组件具有张开状态和闭合状态。
图7为本发明实施例中用于吻合器的钉仓组件中钉仓架的结构示意图,如图7所示,钉仓架2可以具有朝向钉砧1方向向下延伸的第一阻挡部21。在另一种可行的实施方式中,钉仓23上可以具有朝向钉砧1方向延伸的第一阻挡部21。在其它可行的实施方式中,钉仓架2和钉仓23两者可以共同形成朝向钉砧1方向向下延伸的第一阻挡部21。
如图5和图6所示,钉砧1上具有能容纳第一阻挡部21的第一凹进部14,当第一阻挡部21容纳在第一凹进部14中时,两者位于第一侧壁12或第二侧壁13远离销3的一端处,即第一侧壁12或第二侧壁13的左端处。钉仓架2的下端面上用于安装与成型槽16相对应的钉仓23,钉仓23和成型槽靠近销3的一端与销3的距离小于第一侧壁12和第二侧壁13远离销3的一端与销3的距离。
在一种可行的实施方式中,第一凹进部14可以设置在第一侧壁12的内侧壁下端处,也可以设置在钉砧本体11的上端面处,还可以设置在钉砧本体11与第一侧壁12接连位置处。第一凹进部14的深度可以根据第一阻挡部21向下延伸的高度确定。第一凹进部14最深可以是一个向下贯穿钉砧本体11或第一侧壁12的槽,如此,第一阻挡部21向下延伸的高度可以达到最大化。第一阻挡部21向下延伸的高度越大,钉仓组件处于张开状态下,在第一侧壁12、第二侧壁13的上端面远离销3的一端处与钉仓架2的下端面之间不出现缝隙的前提下,钉砧1和钉仓架2之间的夹角越大。当然,在钉仓组件处于闭合状态下,第一阻挡部21插入第一凹进部14中时,第一阻挡部21的下端尽可能的不超过钉砧本体11的下端面,否则会造成钉仓组件在此处径向的最大尺寸增大,不利于钉仓组件伸入至人体内部。
在一种可行的实施方式中,图4为本发明实施例中用于吻合器的钉仓组件在闭合状 态下的仰视图,如图4和图7所示,钉仓架2可以具有朝向钉砧1方向延伸的第二阻挡部22。在另一种可行的实施方式中,钉仓23上可以具有朝向钉砧1方向延伸的第二阻挡部22。在其它可行的实施方式中,钉仓架2和钉仓23两者可以共同形成朝向钉砧1方向向下延伸的第二阻挡部22。钉砧本体11上具有能容纳第二阻挡部22的第二凹进部15。当第二阻挡部22容纳在第二凹进部15中时,两者位于第一侧壁12或第二侧壁13远离销3的一端处。第一阻挡部21和第二阻挡部22分别位于钉仓架2或钉仓23的两侧。第一凹进部14和第二凹进部15分别位于钉砧1的两侧。
同理,第二凹进部15可以设置在第二侧壁13的内侧壁下端处或钉砧本体11的上端面处或钉砧本体11与第二侧壁13接连位置处。第二凹进部15的深度可以根据第二阻挡部22向下延伸的高度确定。第二凹进部15最深可以是一个向下贯穿钉砧本体11或第二侧壁13的槽,如此,第二阻挡部22向下延伸的高度可以达到最大化。
如图1所示,钉砧1和/或钉仓架2的右端可以连接有相对设置第一转头机构6和第二转头机构7,第一转头机构6和第二转头机构7分别控制钉仓组件向左转动或向右转动。
如图1所示,当钉仓组件处于闭合状态下时,钉砧1和钉仓架2主体部分相对面基本平齐,两者左端处之间的成型间隙的大小受组织影响大致固定。钉砧1两侧的第一侧壁12和第二侧壁13与钉仓架2两侧重合部分基本不会有夹缝产生,第一阻挡部21插入第一凹进部14中得以收纳,第二阻挡部22插入第二凹进部15中得以收纳,这样使得钉砧本体11右端的上端面与钉仓架2右端的下端面之间保证紧凑。
如图5和图6所示,当钉仓组件张开时,钉仓架2绕销3进行转动,使得第一阻挡部21从第一凹进部14中脱离,第二阻挡部22从第二凹进部15中脱离。随着钉仓架2与钉砧1之间的夹角不断增大,钉仓架2的下端面与钉砧1的第一侧壁12、第二侧壁13的上端面之间形成夹角的相交点4从第一侧壁12、第二侧壁13的上端面的左端向右端移动。在此过程中,由于钉仓架2具有朝向钉砧1方向延伸的第一阻挡部21和第二阻挡部22,第一阻挡部21和第二阻挡部22的下端的位置不断升高,最终第一阻挡部21的下端低于或等于第一侧壁12上端面,第二阻挡部22的下端低于或等于第二侧壁13上端面。这样即使第一侧壁12、第二侧壁13的上端面远离销3的一端处与钉仓架2的下端面之间出现缝隙,但是该缝隙处第一阻挡部21和第二阻挡部22与第一侧壁12、第二侧壁13的上端面远离销3的一端处基本相接合,如此起到了阻挡作用。此时,钉仓架2的下端面与钉砧1的第一侧壁12、第二侧壁13的上端面之间形成夹角的相交点4位于第 一阻挡部21与销3之间或第二阻挡部22与销3之间。
当钉仓组件夹持组织时,组织受到第一阻挡部21和第二阻挡部22的阻挡无法进入至缝隙中,这样就避免了组织的边缘可能会卡入到上述缝隙中的问题。同时,由于钉仓架2与钉砧1之间的夹角可以增大至第一阻挡部21的下端等于第一侧壁12上端面,第二阻挡部22的下端等于第二侧壁13上端面,因此,钉仓架2与钉砧1之间的夹角可以得以有效增大,由于受到现有技术中钉仓23、成型槽16特定规格的影响,因此,钉仓架2与钉砧1厚度受到制约,必须与现有技术中特定规格的钉仓23、成型槽16相匹配,所以,本申请中的用于吻合器的钉仓组件处于完全张开时,钉砧1和钉仓架2之间的最大夹角A可以达到20.5度。
在本申请中还提出了一种吻合器,吻合器包括如上述任一的用于吻合器的钉仓组件。本申请中的钉仓组件和吻合器能够在不增加成本、不添加任何其它零部件的前提下使得钉砧1和钉仓架2之间在张开状态下的张角得到增大,让吻合器的使用更加方便,同时依然能避免组织的边缘可能会卡入到第一侧壁12、第二侧壁13的上端面远离销3的一端处与钉仓架2的下端面之间出现的缝隙中的问题。

- 一种用于吻合器的钉仓组件,其特征在于,所述用于吻合器的钉仓组件包括:钉砧和具有钉仓的钉仓架,所述钉砧包括具有成型槽的钉砧本体,所述钉砧本体端部的两侧具有朝向所述钉仓架延伸的第一侧壁和第二侧壁,所述钉仓架的端部与所述第一侧壁、第二侧壁之间通过销进行连接,所述钉仓架和/或所述钉仓上具有朝向所述钉砧方向延伸的第一阻挡部,所述钉砧上具有能容纳所述第一阻挡部的第一凹进部,所述第一凹进部位于所述第一侧壁或所述第二侧壁远离所述销的一端处。
- 根据权利要求1所述的用于吻合器的钉仓组件,其特征在于,所述用于吻合器的钉仓组件至少具有张开状态和闭合状态,在闭合状态下,所述第一阻挡部插入所述第一凹进部中;在张开状态下,所述第一阻挡部脱离所述第一凹进部,且所述第一阻挡部的下端低于或等于所述第一侧壁上端面。
- 根据权利要求1所述的用于吻合器的钉仓组件,其特征在于,所述第一凹进部设置在所述第一侧壁的内侧壁下端处或钉砧本体的上端面处或钉砧本体与第一侧壁接连位置处。
- 根据权利要求2所述的用于吻合器的钉仓组件,其特征在于,所述钉仓架和/或所述钉仓上具有朝向所述钉砧方向延伸的第二阻挡部,所述钉砧本体上具有能容纳所述第二阻挡部的第二凹进部,所述第二凹进部位于所述第一侧壁或所述第二侧壁远离所述销的一端处;所述第一阻挡部和所述第二阻挡部分别位于所述钉仓架或所述钉仓的两侧;在张开状态下,所述第二阻挡部脱离所述第二凹进部,且所述第二阻挡部的下端低于或等于所述第二侧壁上端面。
- 根据权利要求4所述的用于吻合器的钉仓组件,其特征在于,所述第二凹进部设置在所述第二侧壁的内侧壁下端处或钉砧本体的上端面处或钉砧本体与第二侧壁接连位置处。
- 根据权利要求1所述的用于吻合器的钉仓组件,其特征在于,当所述用于吻合器的钉仓组件处于完全张开时,所述钉砧和所述钉仓架之间的最大夹角达到20.5度。
- 根据权利要求4所述的用于吻合器的钉仓组件,其特征在于,在闭合状态下,所述第一阻挡部、所述第二阻挡部的下端面低于所述钉砧本体的上端面。
- 根据权利要求4所述的用于吻合器的钉仓组件,其特征在于,在张开状态下,所述钉仓架的下端面与所述钉砧的第一侧壁、所述第二侧壁的上端面之间形成夹角的相交点位于所述第一阻挡部与所述销之间或所述第二阻挡部与所述销之间。
- 根据权利要求1所述的用于吻合器的钉仓组件,其特征在于,所述钉仓架的下端面上用于安装与所述成型槽相对应的所述钉仓,所述钉仓和所述成型槽靠近所述销的一端与所述销的距离小于所述第一侧壁和所述第二侧壁远离所述销的一端与所述销的距离。
- 一种吻合器,其特征在于,所述吻合器包括如权利要求1至9中任一所述的用于吻合器的钉仓组件。
