Abstract

L'invention concerne les domaines de la céramique technique et de la science des matériaux et concerne des brasures actives à haute température, telles que celles pouvant être utilisées par exemple pour braser des céramiques d'oxyde et de non-oxyde ou des céramiques avec des métaux, qui sont destinées à être ensuite utilisées à des hautes températures et dans diverses conditions ambiantes. Le problème abordé par la présente invention consiste à spécifier des brasures actives à haute température avec lesquelles des céramiques d'oxyde et de non-oxyde peuvent être brasées, les brasures actives à haute température étant stables sur le long terme à des hautes températures et/ou dans des environnements agressifs et fournissant une connexion fixe entre les parties à assembler pendant l'application. Le problème est résolu par des brasures actives à haute température qui ont au moins un alliage à base de vanadium et/ou de niobium et/ou de tantale qui contient au moins > 0 à 7 % atomique de silicium et 2 à 10 % atomique de titane et/ou de zirconium et/ou de hafnium et a en outre la phase intermétallique (V,Nb,Ta)3Si, au moins dans des régions.
