本领域技术人员能够理解的是,在本发明的优选技术方案中,衣物处理设备为用户提供三种操作模式,在用户不需要设定衣物处理参数时用户可以在操作电源键后直接操作启停键或者依次操作偏好键和启停键,直接操作启停键可以使衣物处理设备运行智能衣物处理程序,依次操作偏好键和启停键可以使衣物处理设备运行预存的偏好衣物处理程序,在用户需要设定衣物处理参数时用户可以在操作电源键后依次操作参数设定界面和启停键,从而使衣物处理设备运行自定义的衣物处理程序,通过这样的设置,使得衣物处理设备可以满足用户的多种需求,并且极大地简化用户的操作,降低用户操作衣物处理设备的难度和时间,提高用户操作衣物处理设备的便捷度,提升用户体验。
进一步地,通过将电源键、启停键和偏好键都设置在第一操控区域,并且将参数设定界面设置在第二操控区域,使得电源键、启停键和偏好键这几个用户最常用的键与参数设定界面相隔一定的距离,使 得用户在操作电源键、启停键或者偏好键时不会误操作参数设定界面,并且在用户操作完电源键后如果不需要自定义参数可以近距离快速地操作启停键或偏好键,进一步提高用户操作的便捷性,进一步提升用户体验。
进一步地,将第一操控区域设置在第二操控区域的前侧,使得用户可以更加近距离地操作电源键、启停键和偏好键,进一步提升用户体验。
本发明还提供了另一种衣物处理设备,该衣物处理设备为用户提供两种操作模式,在用户不需要设定衣物处理参数时用户可以在操作电源键后直接操作启停键,从而使衣物处理设备运行智能衣物处理程序,在用户需要设定衣物处理参数时用户可以在操作电源键后依次操作参数设定界面和启停键,从而使衣物处理设备运行自定义的衣物处理程序,通过这样的设置,使得衣物处理设备可以满足用户的多种需求,并且极大地简化用户的操作,降低用户操作衣物处理设备的难度和时间,提高用户操作衣物处理设备的便捷度,提升用户体验。

首先,本领域技术人员应当理解的是,这些实施方式仅仅用于解释本发明的技术原理,并非旨在限制本发明的保护范围。例如,虽然本发明是结合洗衣机来阐述说明的,但是,本发明的技术方案显然还 可以应用于干衣机、洗干一体机和衣物护理机等,这种应用对象的调整和改变不构成对本发明的限制,均应限定在本发明的保护范围之内。
需要说明的是,在本发明的描述中,术语“中”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“内”、“外”等指示的方向或位置关系的术语是基于附图所示的方向或位置关系,这仅仅是为了便于描述,而不是指示或暗示所述装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。
基于背景技术指出的现有洗衣机用户操作不便的问题,本发明提供了一种洗衣机,旨在使洗衣机可以满足用户的多种需求,并且极大地简化用户的操作,降低用户操作洗衣机的难度和时间,提高用户操作洗衣机的便捷度,提升用户体验。
实施例一
如图1和2所示,本发明的洗衣机包括操控面板,操控面板上设置有电源键1、参数设定界面2和启停键3,操控面板上还设置有偏好键4,洗衣机设置为当电源键1被操作之后直接操作启停键3时,运行智能衣物处理程序;洗衣机还设置为当电源键1被操作之后依次操作偏好键4和启停键3时,运行预存的偏好衣物处理程序;洗衣机还设置为当电源键1被操作之后依次操作参数设定界面2和启停键3时,运行自定义的衣物处理程序。其中,智能衣物处理程序指的是洗衣机不需要用户设定衣物处理参数,而是通过洗衣机自行检测并对衣物进行洗涤、漂洗和脱水等,该智能衣物处理程序可以根据洗衣机上设置的模块来灵活地设置,比如,洗衣机具有图像采集器,该图像采集器与洗衣机的控制器电连接,该图像采集器可以采集衣物的图像信息,然后图像采集器将采集到的图像信息发送给洗衣机的控制器,控制器对图像信息进行处理,从而识别出衣物的材质和颜色等,从而有针对性地对不同材质和/或颜色的衣物进行洗涤,又比如,洗衣机具有RFID识别器,该RFID识别器与洗衣机的控制器电连接,该RFID识别器能够识别衣物上的电子标签,然后RFID识别器将识别到的标签信息发送给控制器,控制器对标签信息进行分析,然后执行与标签信息相对应的衣物处理程序,本领域技术人员 可以在实际应用中根据洗衣机的具体结构和功能灵活地设置洗衣机的智能衣物处理程序;预存的偏好衣物处理程序指的是用户事先定义好并存储的衣物处理程序,用户在使用洗衣机时,往往喜欢自行设定一个自己偏好的程序,通过操作参数设定界面2,在操作完成后用户可以点击保存,然后将自己喜欢的衣物处理程序进行存储;自定义的衣物处理程序指的是洗衣机需要用户设定衣物处理参数,然后洗衣机根据用户设定的所有衣物处理操作来生成衣物处理程序,然后再按照新生成的衣物处理程序执行。
在一种可能的情形中,参数设定界面2中具有保存键,在用户操作电源键1后,用户可以在参数设定界面2上选定参数,然后操作保存键,洗衣机将用户选定的所有参数对应的衣物处理程序保存为偏好衣物处理程序。在另一种可能的情形中,在用户操作电源键1后,用户可以在参数设定界面2上选定参数,然后操作偏好键4,洗衣机将用户选定的所有参数对应的衣物处理程序保存为偏好衣物处理程序。在上述的两种情形中,当用户想要更改偏好衣物处理程序时,可以将之前的偏好衣物处理程序删除,然后重新设定偏好衣物处理程序,也可以直接设定新的偏好衣物处理程序,然后将新的偏好衣物处理程序覆盖旧的偏好衣物处理程序。
在本实施例中,电源键1为触摸键或者按键,启停键3为触摸键或者按键,偏好键4为触摸键或者按键。在一种可能的情形中,电源键1、启停键3和偏好键4都为按键,当用户按动电源键1时,洗衣机控制器的控制电路接通,洗衣机通电,然后等待用户的下一步操作,若用户直接按动启停键3,洗衣机执行智能衣物处理程序,若用户依次按动偏好键4和启停键3,洗衣机执行偏好衣物处理程序,若用户操作参数设定界面2再按动启停键3,洗衣机执行自定义的衣物处理程序。无论洗衣机正在执行何种衣物处理程序,用户都可以按动启停键3来中止当前洗衣机的操作,当再次按动启停键3时,洗衣机恢复之前的操作,或者按照用户新设定的程序继续操作。在另一种可能的情形中,电源键1、启停键3和偏好键4都为触摸键,当用户触碰电源键1时,洗衣机控制器的控制电路接通,洗衣机通电,然后等待用户的下一步操作,若用户直接触碰启停键3,洗衣机执行智能衣物处理程序,若用户依次触碰偏好键4 和启停键3,洗衣机执行偏好衣物处理程序,若用户操作参数设定界面2再触碰启停键3,洗衣机执行自定义的衣物处理程序。无论洗衣机正在执行何种衣物处理程序,用户都可以触碰启停键3来中止当前洗衣机的操作,当再次触碰启停键3时,洗衣机恢复之前的操作,或者按照用户新设定的程序继续操作。此外,在本实施例中,参数设定界面2可以为触摸式参数设定界面2,也可以为按键式参数设定界面2,又或者,参数设定界面2的一部分为触摸式参数设定界面2,另一部分为按键式参数设定界面2。具体地,当电源键1、启停键3和偏好键4均为按键时,参数设定界面2优选地采用按键式参数设定界面2,从而便于操控面板的整体设计,当电源键1、启停键3和偏好键4均为触摸键时,参数设定界面2优选地采用触摸式参数设定界面2,从而便于操控面板的整体设计。当然,电源键1、启停键3和偏好键4以及参数设定界面2也可以采用按键式和触摸式相间的形式,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中根据用户需求和洗衣机的整体结构灵活地对操控面板进行设计。
优选地,操控面板包括第一操控区域5和第二操控区域6,电源键1、启停键3和偏好键4都设置在第一操控区域5内,参数设定界面2设置在第二操控区域6内。通过将电源键1、启停键3和偏好键4三个最常用的键设置在同一个操控区域,将参数设定界面2设置在另一个操控区域,一方面可以避免用户误操作,另一方面由于用户在实际应用中选择智能衣物处理和偏好衣物处理的可能性要高于用户选择自定义衣物处理的可能性,通过这样的设置,可以便于用户在操作电源键1后就近直接操作启停键3或者依次操作偏好键4和启停键3。在实际应用中,如果操控面板设置在洗衣机箱体或盘座的顶部(如图1所示),第一操控区域5可以位于第二操控区域6的前侧,也可以位于第二操控区域6的左侧或右侧,又可以位于第二操控区域6的后侧,如果操控面板设置在洗衣机箱体或盘座的前部(如图2所示),第一操控区域5可以位于第二操控区域6的上侧,也可以位于第二操控区域6的左侧或右侧,又可以位于第二操控区域6的下侧,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置第一操控区域5和第二操控区域6的相对位置,这种对第一操控区域5和第二操控区域6相对位置的调整不构成对本发明的限制,均应限定在本发明的保护范围之内。由于操控面板一般设置在洗衣机箱体 或盘座的顶部,且用户一般是从洗衣机的前方操作洗衣机,因此最为优选的是将第一操控区域5设置在第二操控区域6的前侧,从而使得用户可以最近距离地操作电源键1、启停键3和偏好键4。
在一种可能的情形中,启停键3设置在电源键1与偏好键4之间。如图1所示,偏好键4、启停键3和电源键1呈“一”字形由左至右横向地排列设置在操控面板上,在用户想要洗衣机执行智能衣物处理程序时,只需操作电源键1后稍微左移手指再次操作启停键3即可使洗衣机执行智能衣物处理程序,在用户想要洗衣机执行偏好衣物处理程序时,只需操作电源键1后左移手指然后依次操作偏好键4和启停键3即可使洗衣机执行偏好衣物处理程序。当然,上述示例的只是一种具体的偏好键4、启停键3和电源键1的设置方式,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置偏好键4、启停键3和电源键1的具体位置,如图2所示,将偏好键4、启停键3和电源键1呈三角形布置方式设置等,这种对偏好键4、启停键3和电源键1的具体位置的调整和改变不构成对本发明的限制,均应限定在本发明的保护范围之内。
在本实施例的一种可能的情形中,参数设定界面2包括模式设定功能键、次数设定功能键、时间设定功能键和温度设定功能键中的至少一种。其中,模式设定功能键可以包括洗涤模式功能键、漂洗模式功能键、脱水模式功能键和排水模式功能键等,次数设定功能键可以包括1次功能键、2次功能键和3次功能键等,时间设定功能键可以包括10分钟功能键、15分钟功能键、20分钟功能键、30分钟功能键、60分钟功能键和90分钟功能键等,温度设定功能键可以包括20摄氏度功能键、30摄氏度功能键、40摄氏度功能键和50摄氏度功能键等。当然,在实际应用中,参数设定界面2还可以包括其他类型的功能键,例如材质设定功能键(棉功能键、麻功能键和丝功能键等)和力度设定功能键(强力洗功能键、普通洗功能键和轻柔洗功能键等)。本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置参数设定界面2中功能键的具体类型,这种对参数设定界面2的功能键具体类型的调整和改变不构成对本发明的限制,均应限定在本发明的保护范围之内。
需要说明的是,在本实施例中,本领域技术人员能够理解的是,在不偏离本发明的基本原理的情况下,在操作电源键1之后直接操 作启停键3使洗衣机运行智能衣物处理程序、在操作电源键1之后依次操作偏好键4和启停键3使洗衣机运行预存的偏好衣物处理程序以及在操作电源键1之后依次操作参数设定界面2和启停键3使洗衣机执行自定义的衣物处理程序的具体方式可以多种多样,其不应对本发明的保护范围构成任何限制。例如,尽管通常借助洗衣机控制算法中的逻辑字段来实现不同键或键组合与特定功能的对应关系,但这并不是限制性的,本领域技术人员也可以采用硬件或硬件与软件算法结合的方式来实现。
实施例二
如图3和4所示,本发明的洗衣机包括操控面板,操控面板上设置有电源键1、参数设定界面2和启停键3,洗衣机设置为当电源键1被操作之后直接操作启停键3时,运行智能衣物处理程序,洗衣机还设置为当电源键1被操作之后依次操作参数设定界面2和启停键3时,运行自定义的衣物处理程序。与实施例一相同地,智能衣物处理程序指的是洗衣机不需要用户设定衣物处理参数,而是通过洗衣机自行检测并对衣物进行洗涤、漂洗和脱水等,该智能衣物处理程序可以根据洗衣机上设置的模块来灵活地设置,比如,洗衣机具有图像采集器,该图像采集器与洗衣机的控制器电连接,该图像采集器可以采集衣物的图像信息,然后图像采集器将采集到的图像信息发送给洗衣机的控制器,控制器对图像信息进行处理,从而识别出衣物的材质和颜色等,从而有针对性地对不同材质和/或颜色的衣物进行洗涤,又比如,洗衣机具有RFID识别器,该RFID识别器与洗衣机的控制器电连接,该RFID识别器能够识别衣物上的电子标签,然后RFID识别器将识别到的标签信息发送给控制器,控制器对标签信息进行分析,然后执行与标签信息相对应的衣物处理程序,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中根据洗衣机的具体结构和功能灵活地设置洗衣机的智能衣物处理程序;自定义的衣物处理程序指的是洗衣机需要用户设定衣物处理参数,然后洗衣机根据用户设定的所有衣物处理操作来生成衣物处理程序,然后再按照新生成的衣物处理程序执行。

需要说明的是,在本实施例中,本领域技术人员能够理解的是,在不偏离本发明的基本原理的情况下,在操作电源键1之后直接操作启停键3使洗衣机运行智能衣物处理程序以及在操作电源键1之后依次操作参数设定界面2和启停键3使洗衣机执行自定义的衣物处理程序的具体方式可以多种多样,其不应对本发明的保护范围构成任何限制。例如,尽管通常借助洗衣机控制算法中的逻辑字段来实现不同键或键组合与特定功能的对应关系,但这并不是限制性的,本领域技术人员也可以采用硬件或硬件与软件算法结合的方式来实现。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种衣物处理设备,包括操控面板,所述操控面板上设置有电源键、参数设定界面和启停键,
    其特征在于,所述操控面板上还设置有偏好键,
    所述衣物处理设备设置为当所述电源键被操作之后直接操作所述启停键时,运行智能衣物处理程序;
    所述衣物处理设备还设置为当所述电源键被操作之后依次操作所述偏好键和所述启停键时,运行预存的偏好衣物处理程序;
    所述衣物处理设备还设置为当所述电源键被操作之后依次操作所述参数设定界面和所述启停键时,运行自定义的衣物处理程序。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述操控面板包括第一操控区域和第二操控区域,
    所述电源键、所述启停键和所述偏好键都设置在所述第一操控区域内,
    所述参数设定界面设置在所述第二操控区域内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述第一操控区域位于所述第二操控区域的前侧。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述启停键设置在所述电源键与所述偏好键之间。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述参数设定界面包括模式设定功能键、次数设定功能键、时间设定功能键和温度设定功能键中的至少一种。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述参数设定界面为触摸式参数设定界面。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述参数设定界面为按键式参数设定界面。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述参数设定界面的一部分为触摸式参数设定界面,另一部分为按键式参数设定界面。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述电源键为触摸键或者按键,所述启停键为触摸键或者按键,所述偏好键为触摸键或者按键。
  10. 一种衣物处理设备,包括操控面板,所述操控面板上设置有电源键、参数设定界面和启停键,
