Description

一次性组织闭合夹的夹子座和底座及支撑装置 技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,具体涉及一种一次性组织闭合夹的夹子座和底座及支撑装置。
背景技术
施夹钳是一种常用的医疗器械,通常适用于针持缝合的操作中,用于夹住血管,起到止血作用,所以有时候称为止血钳。在医疗手术,尤其是微创技术中,病人在出血的情况下,服入止血药后,用施夹钳夹住血管大动脉,不让血流出。施夹钳的原理和夹子一样,不过是消毒过的。施夹钳有大、小、有齿、无齿、直形、弯形之分。根据不同操作部位选用不同类型的施夹钳。
施夹钳由于是在在手术操作过程中使用,例如,对可能出血的部位或已见的出血点,首先进行钳夹。由此,钳夹出血点时要求准确,最好一次成功,不要过多带入健康组织。由于这类微创手术操作空间狭小且复杂,器械使用行程较小,精度要求高。
施夹钳最终的目的是将一次性组织闭合夹送到止血部分并通过一次性组织闭合夹将血管夹闭,起到止血的作用。然而,传统的施夹钳都只是装配一个闭合夹使用。然而,在手术操作过程,一般不只一根血管需要夹住止血,而是有两根或三根,甚至更多血管需要夹住。而现有的施夹钳都只能携带一个塑料夹子,夹子都是一次性使用的。
现有申请号为201810646052.4中国发明专利申请公开一种连发施夹钳,可以同时夹装三个以上闭合夹。如图7所示,显示该专利申请揭示连发施夹钳,包括推动手柄1、管杆2、装于管杆2前端的钳头3、由推动手柄1带动的推拉杆72、送料装置4和储料舱5,所述储料舱5具有与钳头3活动连接的前端和与前端相对的后端,所述推拉杆72的一端连接于推动手柄1,另一端与储料舱5的后端连接并作用于储料舱5,使钳头3张开或夹紧,所述送料装置4包括传动件41,所述储料舱5内置有多个用于夹紧血管的夹子,所述传动件41伸入于储料舱5以推动夹子进入钳头3内。如图所示,连发施夹钳装入多个闭合夹中,其中最外的一个闭合夹是自由张开状态,其余的是压缩状态。而传统的夹子座是将一次性组织闭合夹定位在夹座上,这种传统的夹座从根本上说不适应连续装多个闭合夹的施夹钳进行装料,尤其不适应这种压缩状态进料。
技术问题
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种能稳定支撑闭合夹并能快速给施夹钳装上受压缩的闭合夹的一次性组织闭合夹的夹子座、具有该夹子座的底座及支撑装置。
技术解决方案
一种一次性组织闭合夹的夹子座,用于装入闭合夹,所述闭合夹用于装入一个施夹钳,所述施夹钳具有用于接收闭合夹的储料舱,所述闭合夹具有第一夹臂和第二夹臂,所述夹子座包括夹子座体和支撑外座,所述夹子座体包括两个夹子侧壁,两个所述夹子侧壁之间限定有容纳储料舱的间隙,两个所述夹子侧壁在底端形成有一个卡位槽,所述卡位槽有中空孔以与间隙贯通,所述卡位槽在中空孔两侧具有结合闭合夹的第一夹臂的支撑面,所述中空孔用于定位所述闭合夹的弯曲部分,所述支撑外座套接于夹子座体的底部,所述支撑外座的底部具有支撑位,所述支撑位用于支撑闭合夹的第二夹臂。
以及,提供一种一次性组织闭合夹底座,用于装入多个闭合夹,其包括基座、设于基座上的一个以上的如上所述的夹子座,每个所述夹子座为一个滑动夹子座并可滑动地安装于基座上,所述基座限定有一个以上的空腔,每个空腔装设一个所述滑动夹子座,每个空腔的侧壁设有导引滑动夹子座的导滑结构,所述滑动夹子座通过导滑结构滑入于空腔的底部。
在本发明实施例的另一方面,提供一种一次性组织闭合夹底座,用于装入多个闭合夹,其特征在于,包括基座、设于基座上的固定夹子座、设于基座上的一个以上的滑动夹子座,所述固定夹子座固设于所述基座上,所述固定夹子座装有第一支撑组件用于支撑第一闭合夹,每个所述滑动夹子座具有第二支撑组件用于支撑第二闭合夹,所述基座限定有一个以上的空腔,每个空腔装设一个所述滑动夹子座,每个空腔的侧壁设有导引滑动夹子座的导滑结构,所述滑动夹子座通过导滑结构滑入于空腔的底部,所述第二支撑组件包括支撑外座,所述支撑外座的底部具有支撑位,所述支撑位用于支撑闭合夹的一个夹臂。
在本发明实施例的又一方面,提供一次性组织闭合夹支撑装置,所述支撑装置设于放置闭合夹的底座,所述支撑装置用于支撑闭合夹,所述底座包括基座,所述基座具有多个侧壁,多个所述侧壁限定多个空腔,其特征在于,所述支撑装置包括由基座的底面向上延伸的支撑柱、用于放置闭合夹的夹子座和用于支撑所述夹子座的支撑外座,所述支撑柱支撑闭合夹的其中一个夹臂,所述支撑外座可滑动地装设于对应的空腔中,所述夹子座的底部用于容纳闭合夹的弯曲部分,所述支撑外座具有容纳腔,所述容纳腔用于装设所述夹子座,所述支撑外座的底部具有支撑位,所述支撑位支撑于一个夹臂,所述支撑外座和夹子座配合支撑闭合夹的另一个夹臂。
有益效果
上述一次性组织闭合夹的夹子座和底座及支撑装置中,通过夹子座体和支撑外座能够稳定的支撑闭合夹,而且闭合夹的两个夹臂都能找到支撑点或位置或支撑面,通过与储料舱一致的间隙,方便施夹钳取料时,沿着间隙插入夹子座,再通过外部支撑柱顶住,使闭合夹能顺利以压缩形式装入储料舱中。因此,上述结构不仅起到固持作用的同时,同时方便施夹钳从夹子座夹取闭合夹。而且,通过设置预定数量的滑动夹子座以配合同时装入多个第二闭合夹,因为多个第二闭合夹在施夹钳中处于压缩状态,因此基座具有一个以上的空腔,每个空腔装设一个所述滑动夹子座,每个空腔的侧壁设有导引滑动夹子座的导滑结构,所述滑动夹子座通过导滑结构滑入于空腔的底部,这样施夹钳在装料时,允许钳头具有一定的行程,通过施夹钳与滑夹子座及第二支撑柱的配合,将多个第二闭合夹压缩式装入于施夹钳中。由此,提高操作效率,节省医疗时间。

请参阅图1和图2,示出本发明实施例提供的一种一次性组织闭合夹底座100,用于装入多个闭合夹,参照图7,示例出第一闭合夹60’和第二闭合夹60,其中,第一闭合夹60’位于钳头的最外侧,其余第二闭合夹60处于压缩状态并相对靠内安置。所述闭合夹60、60’用于装入一个施夹钳,所述施夹钳具有用于接收闭合夹60、60’的储料舱51,每个所述闭合夹60、60’具有第一夹臂和第二夹臂。所述底座100包括基座10、设于基座10上的一个以上的夹子座30,每个所述夹子座30为一个滑动夹子座30并可滑动地安装于基座10上,所述基座10限定有一个以上的空腔12,每个空腔12装设一个所述滑动夹子座30,每个空腔12的侧壁限定有导引滑动夹子座30的导滑结构,所述滑动夹子座30通过导滑结构滑入于空腔12的底部。
图示有两个空腔12,各装有一个所述滑动夹子座30。基座10上还设有固定夹子座20,所述固定夹子座20固设于所述基座10上,所述固定夹子座20装有第一支撑组件用于支撑第一闭合夹60’。每个所述滑动夹子座30具有第二支撑组件用于支撑第二闭合夹60。可以理解的是,第一闭合夹60’和第二闭合夹60的分别是为了结合应用于施夹钳的方便叫法,本发明实施例提供的一次性组织闭合夹底座100所支撑的各个闭合夹之间并没有区别,优选为都处于自由状态的闭合夹。
需要说明的是,本发明应用的闭合夹不同于图7之处在于闭合夹具有多个凸棱,这种新的闭合夹详细结构可参照黄荣泉于2019年8月9日提交的名称为“一次性组织闭合夹”的实用新型申请。
具体地,在图示的实施例中,所述滑动夹子座30为两个以上,所述空腔12为两个且对应收容两个滑动夹子座30,两个以上的滑动夹子座30并列设置且与固定夹子座20平行设置,所述固定夹子座20位于最外侧。
可以理解的是,上述滑动夹子座30可以根据需要设置所需的数量,例如为三个或以上,而固定夹子座20为一个固定的,当然在其它实施例中也可以是两个或以上。由于最外侧的第一闭合夹60’是自由张开状态,因此采用固定夹子座20放置第一闭合夹60’,取料时,即可直接夹取。由此,整个底座100可适用于1+N个闭合夹的装配,其中1是指第一闭合夹60’,N是指第二闭合夹60的数量,N值为2以上。

在两个夹子侧壁312之间并位于间隙313的两侧的位置各设有支撑座位317,图7所示的施夹钳具有一个钳头3,支撑座位317具有一个支撑基底317a,用于在施夹钳夹取闭合夹时支撑住钳头3。支撑基底317a四周延伸有多个支撑侧壁,如图5所示为四个,其中靠近间隙313的两个支撑侧壁317b限定间隙313两侧,每个靠近间隙的支撑侧壁317b夹于两个所述夹子侧壁312之间,在施夹钳夹取闭合夹时,两个靠近间隙的支撑侧壁317b一面导引钳头3,另一面导引储料舱51,支撑基底317a四周延伸的两个支撑侧壁317c和317d与两个夹子侧壁重叠,或者是说,有两个支撑侧壁317c是由两个夹子侧壁312向外延伸的部分。在取料时,储料舱51的插入于间隙313时,储料舱51的外壁将与限定间隙313的两个支撑侧壁317b以及两个夹子侧壁312贴合导入。支撑基底317a四周延伸的另两个支撑侧壁317c和317d与夹子侧壁312重叠,或者说是夹子侧壁312向外延伸,最外侧的支撑基底317a延伸的两个支撑侧壁317e为外壁。四个支撑侧壁317a、317b、317c、317d围成框形,以便收容钳头3的最前端。当然,支撑座位317主要是起到支撑钳头3的作用,所以,个别侧壁可省略或较低的结构都可以适用,例如,最外侧的支撑侧壁317d可省略,可以理解的是,支撑侧壁317d方便套住支撑外座32,结合更紧密,与钳头3结合也紧密,取料时更加结实、可靠。
具体地,中空孔315a与间隙313的连接处是宽度渐增的,间隙313和中空孔315a组成一个呈喇叭形状的通道,图2所示的截面为喇叭状,垂直于图2所示截面的方向上是扁平的,即,间隙313和中空孔315a组成一个类似于一个扁平喇叭形状的通道。如图2所示,所述第二支撑柱13支撑于第二闭合夹60的第二夹臂的末端。该第二闭合夹60的第二夹臂末端具有凹凸结构,优选为凹陷61。优选地,所述第二支撑柱13为一片状柱体并由下基座102的一个基板103上凸伸出,所述第二支撑柱13上具有支撑凹凸结构与第二闭合夹60的第二夹臂末端配合以支撑第二闭合夹60,如图2所示,第二闭合夹60的第二夹臂的凹陷61与第二支撑柱13上具有支撑凹凸结构配合,该第二夹臂获得固定,第一夹臂则与支撑面316结合,而第二闭合夹60的弯曲部分结合于中空孔处,也即间隙313的底部。卡位槽315呈滑梯形状并向两侧延伸,通过卡位槽315两侧的支撑面316支撑两个夹臂至少靠近弯曲的部分。支撑面316即为卡位槽315的槽底面,具体地,其中一个支撑面316(图2所示左侧)为弧形滑坡面,弧形面有利于弧形的夹臂活动,另一个支撑面316为斜坡面,呈沟槽形状,便于容纳第二闭合夹60的一个凸棱。因此,所述中空孔定位所述第二闭合夹60的弯曲部分,通过卡位槽315以及第二支撑柱13固持第二闭合夹60。
通过这种结构,第二闭合夹60能稳定支撑住,而不会受到任何限定。第二支撑柱13的尺寸小于储料舱51的空间尺寸,以便储料舱51装料时能套住第二支撑柱13,同时第二闭合夹60置于储料舱51内。
支撑外座32设置为框形,具有多个外边框和底边框,并套接于支撑座位的支撑侧壁,支撑外座32的框形是与支撑座位317的框形相配合的。设置支撑外座32可以便于滑动夹子座30的滑动以及支撑第二闭合夹60。支撑外座32四周外边框外表面是光滑面,便于滑动。支撑外座32其中一个外边框上设置有卡扣322,滑动夹子座体31在对应的夹子侧壁312设有扣合槽318,通过卡扣322扣合于扣合槽318,使支撑外座32与滑动夹子座体31接合于一体。在一个优选实施例中地,支撑外座32的底边框325较薄,且具有镂空部分以使得第二闭合夹60的第二夹臂穿过,并支撑于第二支撑柱13上,所述支撑位包括由底边框325向镂空部分327延伸的一个支撑片,所述支撑片具有缺口,所述缺口用于支撑第二闭合夹的第二夹臂的腰部或中部,以给予第二闭合夹60辅助支撑。支撑外座32的底边框325的详细结构参照图4中固定座23及其支撑位(以下也称为停靠位)的结构,底边框325和固定座23顶部的支撑闭合夹的原理和结构基本相同,区别在于放置方向不同,在固定夹子座20的固定座23上,固定座23的停靠位24是朝上,停靠位24也是顶部边框延伸出的,包括片状体,片状体末端具有缺口,而闭合夹的夹臂则停靠于该缺口。底边框325是底部,由的支撑外座32的底边延伸出的(参阅图2)。其中,第二支撑组件包括第二支撑柱13和支撑外座32,还可在一个优选实施例中包括卡位槽315。
请再参阅图1、图3和图4,所述固定夹子座20包括固定夹子座体21、第一支撑柱22和固定座23,所述固定夹子座体21包括两个侧壁212,两个所述侧壁212之间限定有容纳第一闭合夹60’的间隙213。所述施夹钳具有用于接收闭合夹的储料舱51,两个所述侧壁212之间限定有容纳储料舱51的间隙213。两个所述侧壁212在间隙213的两侧分别设有导入面215, 导入面215用作滑动面,以便钳头2滑入时能沿着导入面215向下移动。所述第一支撑柱22设于间隙中以支撑于第一闭合夹60’的弯曲部分,所述固定座23具有用于停靠第一闭合夹60’两个夹臂末端的停靠位24以及将固定夹子座20固定于基座10的固定脚25。其中,第一支撑组件包括第一支撑柱22和固定座23。
第一闭合夹60’和第二闭合夹60的结构完全相同,分别具有两个夹臂,其中一个夹臂末端是内弯折端,另一个夹臂的末端具有一个凸起。支撑位和停靠位24优选带有凹槽,停靠位24是片状(类似于支撑片)末端的缺口,或称为凹槽。所述固定座23为框架,固定脚25由框架的底部延伸出,而停靠位24由框架的两个顶边缘向内延伸,两个凹槽式停靠位24相对,一个支撑于第一闭合夹60’的凸起,第一闭合夹60’的凸起卡在凹槽上,另一个支撑于第一闭合夹60’的夹臂上(如图3所示)。这样,通过固定座23的两个停靠位24和第一支撑柱22即可稳定地固持住第一闭合夹60’,但不阻碍第一闭合夹60’的取出。停靠位24较薄,由此使其具备一定弹性,即能支撑夹臂,又能在第一闭合夹60’取出时通过弹性避让而不阻止取出动作。
请再参阅图1、图2和图4,在本发明实施例的另一方面,另一种优选的底座100同时包括固定夹子座和一个以上滑动夹子座,实现1+N的夹子座数量,其中数量1代表固定夹子座,数量N代表滑动夹子座,当然,可以理解的是固定夹子座也可以是两个,分别位于整个滑动夹子座的两侧,或者是多个固定夹子座和多个滑动夹子座间隔设置。具体地,底座100包括基座10、设于基座10上的固定夹子座20、设于基座10上的一个以上的滑动夹子座30,固定夹子座20固设于基座10上,固定夹子座20装有第一支撑组件用于支撑第一闭合夹60’,每个滑动夹子座30具有第二支撑组件用于支撑第二闭合夹60,基座10限定有一个以上的空腔12,每个空腔12装设一个滑动夹子座30,每个空腔12的侧壁限定有导引滑动夹子座30的导滑结构,滑动夹子座30通过导滑结构滑入于空腔12的底部,第二支撑组件包括支撑外座32,支撑外座32的底部具有支撑位,支撑位用于支撑闭合夹的一个夹臂。图示有两个空腔12,各装有一个滑动夹子座30。
固定夹子座20和滑动夹子座30的结构与以上描述的结构相同。所述固定夹子座20包括第一夹子座体21、第一支撑柱22和固定座23,第一夹子座体21即为前述的固定夹子座体21。所述滑动夹子座30包括第二夹子座体31和支撑外座32,第二夹子座体31为前述的滑动夹子座体31。所述基座10的底面向上延伸有第二支撑柱13,所述第二夹子座体31包括两个夹子夹子侧壁312。
上述底座100的基座底面还粘有粘胶层,粘胶层外再贴一层离型纸。在使用时,撕掉离型纸,通过粘胶层将底座100粘固于手术台等桌上,应用时底座100已经装好第一和第二闭合夹60’、60。以图7所示的施夹钳为例,请结合图1、2、6参阅图7,在固定好底座100后,施夹钳的钳头3先座落于支撑座位317,此时,储料舱51可原位不动或适当伸出,施夹钳继续向下用力,滑动夹子座30即向下滑动,当然在钳头3刚刚插入时也允许滑动夹子座30下滑,在下滑时,同时推送储料舱51,使储料舱51伸出到钳头3,并最大限度的伸出储料舱51,当下滑到底时,滑动夹子座30滑过防退钩126并且防退钩126倒扣在滑动夹子座30时会有一个啪嗒声,与此同时,第二闭合夹60装入储料舱51中,因此,当听到啪嗒声时,即表示第二闭合夹60在储料舱51中已经装填到位。这是第一个第二闭合夹60装填过程。然后,按照上述同样的过程,施夹钳接着从另一个滑动夹子座30装入第二个第二闭合夹60,如果有更多个滑动夹子座30,则依次装填。在全部滑动夹子座30上的第二个第二闭合夹60装填完成后,接着装填第一闭合夹60’,再结合图3说明其装填过程如下:装入多个第二闭合夹60的钳头3直接穿过较薄的固定座23的停靠位24,钳头3顺着导入面215下移的同时,第一闭合夹60’夹臂外凸的凸棱62即锲入钳夹3对应的槽或孔中,这样就将第一闭合夹60’放置于钳头3的钳口位置,且第一闭合夹60’呈自由张开状态,而不是装入于储料舱51中。当然,在其它实施例中,也可以继续下移钳头3而将第一闭合夹60’装入于储料舱51中。本实施例中的第一闭合夹60’的自由张开状态放置于钳头3的钳口位置,便于手术时直接钳夹血管,无需推送这一个闭合夹60’。由此即完成1+N个闭合夹的装填,手术时可以连续使用,很好地配合连发施夹钳的连续钳夹血管的操作。
请参阅图8、图9和图12,示出本发明实施例提供的一次性组织闭合夹支撑装置,所述支撑装置设于放置闭合夹的底座10,所述支撑装置用于支撑闭合夹5a。闭合夹5a等同于胃癌1-5中的闭合夹闭合夹60或60’。所述底座10包括基座,基座具有多个侧壁,多个所述侧壁限定多个空腔,所述支撑装置包括由基座的底面向上延伸的支撑柱211、用于放置闭合夹5a的夹子座体31a和用于支撑所述夹子座体31a的支撑外座3a,所述支撑柱211支撑闭合夹5a的一个夹臂,所述支撑外座3a可滑动地装设于对应的空腔中,所述夹子座体31a的底部用于容纳闭合夹的弯曲部分53,所述支撑外座3a具有容纳腔331,所述容纳腔331用于装设所述夹子座体31a,所述支撑外座3a和夹子座体31a配合支撑闭合夹5a的另一个夹臂。此处支撑柱211即为图2中的第二支撑柱13。夹子座体31a可以是前述图1-5中的第一夹子座体21或第二夹子座体31。优选地,所述基座具有基板103,所述支撑柱211为一片柱状体并由基板103向上凸伸出,所述闭合夹5a的两个夹臂为第一夹臂51和第二夹臂52,所述支撑柱211支撑于所述第一夹臂51的末端。如图所示,本实施例中的第一夹臂51是前面图1-7所示的实施例中的第二夹臂,第二夹臂52为是前面图1-7所示的实施例中的第一夹臂。优选地,所述支撑柱211上具有支撑凹凸结构132与闭合夹5a第一夹臂51的末端配合以支撑并定位闭合夹5a,所述支撑凹凸结构132用于防止所述闭合夹5a滑动,将闭合夹5a固定放置。优选地,所述支撑外座3a包括长度方向的第一侧面、第二侧面和宽度方向的第三侧面和第四侧面,四个所述侧面围成所述容纳腔331。
请参阅图10,所述第一侧面顶部设有多个缺口,在缺口的位置分别设有第二防退钩332,所述第二防退钩332的高度低于所述第一侧面的高度,所述第二防退钩332顶部设有倒扣部321,所述第二侧面与所述第一侧面的结构相同并对称设置。
请参阅图10和图11,所述夹子座体31a具有侧槽11,所述侧槽11的高度与所述支撑外座3a的侧面高度一致,所述侧槽11具有外表面,所述侧槽11外表面设有多个凹槽111,所述凹槽111的高度与所述第二防退钩332的高度一致,所述夹子座体31a沿着所述支撑外座3a侧面的内壁向下滑动,并将所述倒扣部321卡于所述凹槽111,防止所述夹子座体31a脱离所述支撑外座3a。
优选地,所述第一侧面和第二侧面底部分别朝容纳腔331的腔内延伸具有两个外座长底边,第三侧面和第四侧面底部分别朝容纳腔331的腔内延伸具有两个外座短底边,所述长底边和短底边用于固定夹子座体31a,防止夹子座体31a向下移动,确保夹子座体31a和支撑外座3a一起移动。两个外座短底边沿着延伸的方向分别设有第一底边41a和第二底边42,第一底边41a和第二底边42为片状,第一底边41a长度小于所述第二底边42。
优选地,第一底边41a支撑所述第一夹臂51的中部,第一夹臂51受压时不会偏离或偏位,从而顺利装入施夹钳的储料舱。第一底边41a沿着延伸方向的侧边设有缺口配合第一夹臂51中部的凹陷,用于配合支撑闭合夹5a的第一夹臂51,防止闭合夹5a向上移动。
优选地,所述夹子座体31a包括两个侧壁12b,侧壁12b是前述图5中的夹子侧壁312。两个所述侧壁12b在底端形成有一个卡位槽,所述卡位槽有中空孔315a,中空孔315a两侧具有结合第二夹臂52的支撑面315b,所述中空孔315a定位所述闭合夹的弯曲部分53。进一步地,所述支撑柱211与所述中空孔315a上下相对。
优选地,所述卡位槽侧面设有缺口315c,所述缺口315c容纳第二夹臂52的凸起,所述卡位槽在中空孔315a两侧延伸,所述卡位槽在中空孔315a两侧延伸的槽底为弧形底面或斜坡底面,通过所述卡位槽、第一底边41a和支撑柱211固持闭合夹5a。
上述一次性组织闭合夹支撑装置中,设有夹子座体31a放置闭合夹5a,夹子座体31a在设置在空腔,空腔底部设有支撑柱13或211,用于支撑闭合夹5a的一个夹臂;设有支撑外座3a支撑夹子座体31a;夹子座体31a和支撑外座3a配合支撑闭合夹5a的另一个夹臂,两个夹臂分别用不同的支撑物支撑,具有良好支撑效果,用夹子座体31a的中空孔315a定位所述闭合夹的弯曲部分53,保护闭合夹5a,方便闭合夹5a夹取,具有广泛的应用前景。
需要说明的是,本发明并不局限于上述实施方式,根据本发明的创造精神,本领域技术人员还可以做出其他变化,这些依据本发明的创造精神所做的变化,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围之内。

  1. 一种一次性组织闭合夹的夹子座,用于装入闭合夹,所述闭合夹用于装入一个施夹钳,所述施夹钳具有用于接收闭合夹的储料舱,所述闭合夹具有第一夹臂和第二夹臂,其特征在于,所述夹子座包括夹子座体和支撑外座,所述夹子座体包括两个夹子侧壁,两个所述夹子侧壁之间限定有容纳储料舱的间隙,两个所述夹子侧壁在底端形成有一个卡位槽,所述卡位槽有中空孔以与间隙贯通,所述卡位槽在中空孔两侧具有结合闭合夹的第一夹臂的支撑面,所述中空孔用于定位所述闭合夹的弯曲部分,所述支撑外座套接于夹子座体的底部,所述支撑外座的底部具有支撑位,所述支撑位用于支撑闭合夹的第二夹臂。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一次性组织闭合夹的夹子座,其特征在于,在两个夹子侧壁之间并位于间隙的两侧的位置各设有支撑座位,所述施夹钳具有一个钳头,所述支撑座位具有一个支撑基底用于在施夹钳夹取闭合夹时支撑住钳头。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一次性组织闭合夹的夹子座,其特征在于,所述支撑基底四周延伸有多个支撑侧壁,其中靠近间隙的两个支撑侧壁限定间隙两侧,每个靠近间隙的支撑侧壁夹于两个所述夹子侧壁之间,在施夹钳夹取闭合夹时,两个靠近间隙的支撑侧壁一面导引钳头,另一面导引储料舱,所述支撑基底四周延伸的两个支撑侧壁与两个夹子侧壁重叠或者是两个夹子侧壁向外延伸的部分。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一次性组织闭合夹的夹子座,其特征在于,所述中空孔与间隙连接处是宽度渐增的并构成一个呈喇叭形状的通道,两个所述支撑面分别为位于卡位槽两侧的槽底面,其中一个支撑面为弧形滑坡面,另一个支撑面为斜坡面,呈沟槽形状。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的一次性组织闭合夹的夹子座,其特征在于,所述支撑外座套接于支撑座位的支撑侧壁,所述支撑外座具有多个外边框和底边框,其中一个以上外边框设置有卡扣,所述夹子座体在对应的夹子侧壁设有扣合槽,通过卡扣扣合于扣合槽,使支撑外座与夹子座体接合于一体。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的一次性组织闭合夹的夹子座,其特征在于,所述支撑外座的底边框具有镂空部分以使得闭合夹的第二夹臂穿过,所述支撑位包括由底边框向镂空部分延伸的一个支撑片,所述支撑片具有缺口,所述缺口用于支撑闭合夹的第二夹臂的腰部或中部。
  7. 一种一次性组织闭合夹底座,用于装入多个闭合夹,其特征在于,包括基座、设于基座上的一个以上的如权利要求1-6任一项所述的夹子座,每个所述夹子座为一个滑动夹子座并可滑动地安装于基座上,所述基座限定有一个以上的空腔,每个空腔装设一个所述滑动夹子座,每个空腔的侧壁设有导引滑动夹子座的导滑结构,所述滑动夹子座通过导滑结构滑入于空腔的底部。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的一次性组织闭合夹底座,其特征在于,所述滑动夹子座为两个以上,所述空腔为两个且对应收容两个滑动夹子座,两个以上的滑动夹子座并列设置,所述基座上还装有一个固定夹子座,所述固定夹子座与两个以上的滑动夹子座平行设置,所述固定夹子座位于最外侧。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的一次性组织闭合夹底座,其特征在于,相邻的两个所述空腔共用一个第一侧壁,每个所述空腔还包括与第一侧壁相对的第二侧壁、分别与第一和第二侧壁邻接的第三侧壁及第四侧壁,所述第三侧壁和第四侧壁相对,所述第三侧壁和第四侧壁向上延伸有多个顶柱,多个所述顶柱在顶端具有倒钩用于让夹子座滑入而阻止夹子座退出,所述第一侧壁和第二侧壁向上延伸有多个导滑柱,多个所述顶柱和多个所述导滑柱环设于滑动夹子座的四周,多个所述顶柱和多个所述导滑柱具有内柱面,所述内柱面与空腔的内壁面位于同一竖直平面,所述夹子座沿着多个内柱面和内壁面滑入滑动腔体及固定腔体,所述导滑结构包括所述内柱面和侧壁的内壁面。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的一次性组织闭合夹底座,其特征在于,所述固定夹子座包括固定夹子座体、第一支撑柱和固定座,所述固定夹子座体包括两个侧壁,两个所述侧壁之间限定有容纳一个闭合夹的间隙,所述第一支撑柱设于间隙中以支撑于第一闭合夹的弯曲部分,所述固定座具有用于停靠第一闭合夹两个夹臂末端的停靠位以及将固定夹子座固定于基座的固定脚,所述基座的内底面向上延伸有第二支撑柱,所述第二支撑柱支撑于所述滑动夹子座中的闭合夹的一个第二夹臂的末端。
  11. 一种一次性组织闭合夹底座,用于装入多个闭合夹,其特征在于,包括基座、设于基座上的固定夹子座、设于基座上的一个以上的滑动夹子座,所述固定夹子座固设于所述基座上,所述固定夹子座装有第一支撑组件用于支撑第一闭合夹,每个所述滑动夹子座具有第二支撑组件用于支撑第二闭合夹,所述基座限定有一个以上的空腔,每个空腔装设一个所述滑动夹子座,每个空腔的侧壁设有导引滑动夹子座的导滑结构,所述滑动夹子座通过导滑结构滑入于空腔的底部,所述第二支撑组件包括支撑外座,所述支撑外座的底部具有支撑位,所述支撑位用于支撑闭合夹的一个夹臂。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的一次性组织闭合夹底座,其特征在于,所述滑动夹子座为两个以上,所述空腔为两个且对应收容两个滑动夹子座,两个以上的滑动夹子座并列设置且与固定夹子座平行设置,所述固定夹子座位于最外侧。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的一次性组织闭合夹底座,其特征在于,相邻的两个所述空腔共用一个第一侧壁,每个所述空腔还包括与第一侧壁相对的第二侧壁、分别与第一和第二侧壁邻接的第三侧壁及第四侧壁,所述第三侧壁和第四侧壁相对,所述第三侧壁和第四侧壁向上延伸有多个顶柱,多个所述顶柱在顶端具有倒钩用于让夹子座滑入而阻止夹子座退出,所述第一侧壁和第二侧壁向上延伸有多个导滑柱,所述第一侧壁和第二侧壁挖空后剩下所述导滑柱部分,所述导滑柱位于第二侧壁两端并邻接第三侧壁和第四侧壁,每个空腔包括滑动腔体和固定腔体,在取出闭合夹时,每个夹子座由滑动腔体滑入于固定腔体中,所述第三侧壁和第四侧壁沿着滑动方向局部挖空,在局部挖空的位置设有防退钩,所述防退钩由滑动腔体的内壁向下顺延并在最底端具有让夹子座滑过而防止夹子座向上退回的倒扣部,所述导滑结构的滑动长度大于施夹钳的钳头装设全部闭合夹的行程。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的一次性组织闭合夹底座,其特征在于,所述基座包括上基座和下基座,所述滑动腔体设于上基座,所述固定腔体设于下基座,所述固定夹子座设于所述下基座的一侧边的固定座位部分,所述空腔向上敞口,所述顶柱和导滑柱形成于敞口的边缘,所述下基座具有基板,所述第二支撑柱为一片状柱体并由基板上凸伸出,所述第二支撑柱上具有支撑凹凸结构与第二闭合夹配合以支撑第二闭合夹。
  15. 如权利要求11所述的一次性组织闭合夹底座,其特征在于,所述固定夹子座包括第一夹子座体、第一支撑柱和固定座,所述第一夹子座体包括两个侧壁,两个所述侧壁之间限定有容纳第一闭合夹的间隙,所述第一支撑柱设于间隙中以支撑于第一闭合夹的弯曲部分,所述固定座具有用于停靠第一闭合夹两个夹臂末端的支撑位以及将固定夹子座固定于基座的固定脚,所述第一支撑组件包括所述第一支撑柱和所述固定座,所述滑动夹子座包括第二夹子座体和支撑外座,所述基座的底面向上延伸有第二支撑柱,所述第二夹子座体包括两个夹子侧壁,所述施夹钳具有用于接收闭合夹的储料舱,两个所述夹子侧壁之间限定有容纳储料舱的间隙,两个所述夹子侧壁在底端形成有一个卡位槽,所述卡位槽有中空孔以与间隙贯通并在中空孔两侧具有结合第二闭合夹夹臂的支撑面,所述第二支撑柱支撑于第二闭合夹的一个夹臂的末端,所述中空孔定位所述第二闭合夹的弯曲部分,通过卡位槽以及支撑柱固持第二闭合夹,所述第二支撑组件包括所述第二支撑柱和所述支撑外座。
  16. 一次性组织闭合夹支撑装置,所述支撑装置设于放置闭合夹的底座,所述支撑装置用于支撑闭合夹,所述底座包括基座,所述基座具有多个侧壁,多个所述侧壁限定多个空腔,其特征在于,所述支撑装置包括由基座的底面向上延伸的支撑柱、用于放置闭合夹的夹子座和用于支撑所述夹子座的支撑外座,所述支撑柱支撑闭合夹的其中一个夹臂,所述支撑外座可滑动地装设于对应的空腔中,所述夹子座的底部用于容纳闭合夹的弯曲部分,所述支撑外座具有容纳腔,所述容纳腔用于装设所述夹子座,所述支撑外座的底部具有支撑位,所述支撑位支撑于一个夹臂,所述支撑外座和夹子座配合支撑闭合夹的另一个夹臂。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的一次性组织闭合夹支撑装置,其特征在于,所述基座具有基板,所述支撑柱为一片柱状体并由基板向上凸伸出,所述闭合夹的两个夹臂为第一夹臂和第二夹臂,所述支撑柱支撑于所述第一夹臂的末端,所述支撑柱上具有支撑凹凸结构与闭合夹第一夹臂的末端配合以支撑并定位闭合夹。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的一次性组织闭合夹支撑装置,其特征在于,所述支撑外座包括长度方向的第一侧面、第二侧面和宽度方向的第三侧面和第四侧面,四个所述侧面围成所述容纳腔,所述第一侧面顶部设有多个缺口,在缺口的位置分别设有第二防退钩,所述第二防退钩的高度低于所述第一侧面的高度,所述第二防退钩顶部设有倒扣部,所述第二侧面与所述第一侧面的结构相同并对称设置,所述夹子座具有侧槽,所述侧槽的高度与所述支撑外座的侧面高度一致,所述侧槽具有外表面,所述侧槽外表面设有多个凹槽,所述凹槽的高度与所述第二防退钩的高度一致,所述夹子座沿着所述支撑外座侧面的内壁向下滑动,并将所述倒扣部卡于所述凹槽,防止所述夹子座脱离所述支撑外座。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的一次性组织闭合夹支撑装置,其特征在于,所述第一侧面和第二侧面底部分别朝容纳腔的腔内延伸具有两个外座长底边,所述第三侧面和第四侧面底部分别朝容纳腔的腔内延伸具有两个外座短底边,两个所述外座短底边沿着延伸的方向分别设有第一底边和第二底边,所述第一底边和第二底边为片状,所述第一底边长度小于所述第二底边,所述第一底边支撑所述第一夹臂的中部,所述第一底边沿着延伸方向的侧边设有缺口配合第一夹臂中部上的凹陷,用于配合支撑闭合夹的第一夹臂。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的一次性组织闭合夹支撑装置,其特征在于,所述夹子座包括两个侧壁,两个所述侧壁在底端形成有一个卡位槽,所述卡位槽有中空孔,中空孔两侧具有结合第二夹臂的支撑面,所述中空孔定位所述闭合夹的弯曲部分,所述卡位槽侧面设有缺口,所述缺口容纳第二夹臂的凸起,所述卡位槽在中空孔两侧延伸,所述卡位槽在中空孔两侧延伸的槽底为弧形底面或斜坡底面,通过所述卡位槽、第一底边和支撑柱固持闭合夹。
