一种转接件(1),是用于把两个中空型材对接的构件,转接件(1)两端有连接端(2),连接端(2)表面安装有弹性凸台(3),弹性凸台(3)扣入中空型材端部的孔(4)内,弹性凸台(3)是圆柱状凸起,外口侧边是斜坡面过渡,外侧低内侧高,内侧边与连接端(2)之间是台阶状凸起,弹性凸台(3)与连接端(2)表面之间有弹性体(5),必要时,转接件(1)有2组或2组以上构件并联,每组构件的中部通过连接部(6)连接。该转接件(1)可以设计为直角转接件、直形转接件,无需工具安装、更加轻便,其凸台结构设计巧妙,插拔方便,且能起到防止脱出的效果,美观牢固。

一种转接件 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种转接件,具体是一种带有凸台弹性体的转接件。
背景技术
型材的拼接,由于其可以拆装,灵活性非常高,可以快速的搭建,也可以更加很快拆除,特别是可以标准化,在灯箱和广告领域应用很广泛。这样不会增加整体的型材类型,只需要根据客户已经现场的情况调解连接件的数量,可以实现标准化和灵活化。
传统的连接,其组装需要用到工具,甚至需要现场开孔,非常不方便。为此,又有技术人员开发出一种无工具的灯箱,使用一种锁具,压紧连接型材,这种锁紧装置,虽然解决了“无工具”的问题,但是其实质,只是用一种预埋在型材内的工具替代了实体的工具。并不是完全的无工具。
为了实现完全的无工具组装,且不增加大量的预埋件,以达到节约成本,也要保证牢固。必须要对现有技术中的连接件进行优化。同时要考虑到连接的牢固和插拔的方便。
实用新型的内容
本实用新型为了上述技术问题,实现型材无工具拼接的问题,提供了一种新型转接件,技术方案,如下:
一种转接件,是用于把两个中空型材对接的构件,所述的转接件两端有连接端,所述的连接端表面安装有弹性凸台,所述的弹性凸台扣入所述的中空型材端部的孔内。
优选的所述的孔是圆孔。
在直角拼接时,可以使用构件连接端之间的夹角是90度的直角转接件。
在直线拼接时,可以使用构件连接端之间的夹角是180度的直型转接件。
优选的,弹性凸台是圆柱状凸起。
优选的,弹性凸台的外口侧边是斜坡面过渡,外侧低内侧高。
优选的,弹性凸台的内侧边与连接端之间是台阶状凸起。
优选的,弹性凸台与连接端表面之间有弹性体。这样可以增加弹性和增加弹性体的可靠性。
优选的,所述的弹性体是弹簧。弹簧是一种扁的微型弹簧,可以套接在弹性体下面。

具体实施方式
一种转接件,是用于把两个中空型材对接的构件,转接件两端有连接端,连接端表面安装有弹性凸台,所述的弹性凸台扣入所述的中空型材端部的孔内。构件连接端之间的夹角是90度的直角转接件,可以用于直角拼接。
弹性凸台是圆柱状凸起。外口侧边是斜坡面过渡,外侧低内侧高。内侧边与连接端之间是台阶状凸起。这样在向内部插入时,弹性体顺着斜坡面向内,边压缩边套入进型材上面的孔内。而拔出时,由于台阶状的凸起存在,只要不按下弹性凸台,就不能从孔中脱出。
优选的,弹性凸台与连接端表面之间有弹性体。这样可以增加弹性和增加弹性体的 可靠性。弹性体可以产生一种长久的弹性,对于弹性凸台而言可以自身具有一定的弹性,也可以本身是刚性的,而完全借由弹性体提供弹性。
弹性体可以是弹簧。弹簧是一种扁的微型弹簧,可以套接在弹性体下面。这样就可以在不受力压缩时,弹性凸台是向外突出的。
转接件有2组构件并联,每组构件的中部通过连接部连接。这样转接件就有2组能够对接的部件,每组对应中空型材的中空部位,通过增加连接端的数量,提高可靠性。
而且对于通常架设结构用的型材组合使用的型材,其截面都具有多孔结构,这是根据需要调整转接件的构件的形状和数量,就能很好的实现插接。

  1. 一种转接件,是用于把两个中空型材对接的构件,其特征在于,所述的转接件两端有连接端,所述的连接端表面安装有弹性凸台,所述的弹性凸台扣入所述的中空型材端部的孔内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的转接件,其特征在于,所述的构件连接端之间的夹角是90度。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的转接件,其特征在于,所述的构件连接端之间的夹角是180度。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的转接件,其特征在于,所述的弹性凸台是圆柱状凸起。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的转接件,其特征在于,所述的弹性凸台的外口侧边是斜坡面过渡,外侧低内侧高。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的转接件,其特征在于,所述的弹性凸台的内侧边与连接端之间是台阶状凸起。
  7. 根据权利要求1或6所述的转接件,其特征在于,所述的弹性凸台与连接端表面之间有弹性体。
