Description

一种便于悬挂的马桶 技术领域
本发明涉及卫浴技术领域,尤其涉及一种便于悬挂的马桶。
背景技术
壁挂式马桶的水箱通过水箱支架固定在马桶上方并隐藏在墙体内,而马桶则是悬挂在墙上,所以该类型的马桶也被称为入墙式马桶。
目前有一种改进的壁挂式马桶,水箱不需要设置在墙体后方,水箱下移至马桶座的后方成为低水箱。该水箱的后侧端具有安装孔,安装人员把紧固螺栓伸进安装口内再将其钉入墙壁内,从而将马桶悬挂安装在墙壁上,此类型的马桶水箱设置在马桶座的后方,水箱内的进水装置、出水装置和冲洗按钮等零部件占据空间相对较大,紧固螺栓安装位的空间非常有限,导致紧固螺栓伸进水箱内时无法对准安装孔,而且将紧固螺栓钉入墙壁内也极其困难,不易安装的问题极大限制了此类壁挂式马桶的应用。

本发明提供一种便于悬挂的马桶,能够解决目前采用水箱下移的壁挂式马桶不易悬挂安装的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:
一种便于悬挂的马桶,包括马桶座、紧固件和内水箱,马桶座的后部具有水箱槽,水箱槽的后侧端设有挂墙安装孔;内水箱可拆卸地镶嵌在水箱槽内,内水箱的后侧端设有凹陷部,凹陷部与挂墙安装孔的位置相对,凹陷部具有凹陷空间,在凹陷空间内,紧固件可穿过挂墙安装孔并逐渐伸入至墙体内,从而将马桶悬挂安装在墙体上;内水箱还具有内水箱腔体,内水箱腔体用于容纳进水装置和出水装置,以及用于储存冲洗水;内水箱还具有进水口和出水口。

本发明的有益效果是:
1)马桶后部的水箱槽内镶嵌有内水箱,内水箱具有凹陷部,凹陷部结构呈现出了凹陷空间,由于凹陷空间的存在,安装人员能够便捷地在凹陷空间内放入紧固件,并将其对准挂墙安装孔后钉入到墙壁内,以此方便快捷地将马桶悬挂安装在墙壁上,解决水箱下移的壁挂式马桶不易悬挂安装的问题;
2)内水箱可拆卸地安装在水箱槽内,若内水箱损坏,只需要将内水箱拆卸、抽出并更换即可,而不用更换整个马桶,节省成本。

发明实施例
本发明的实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
如图1-6所示,一种便于悬挂的马桶包括马桶座1、紧固件2和内水箱3。如图1、2所示,马桶座1的后部具有水箱槽11,本实施方式中,水箱槽11设置在马桶座1的正后方。水箱槽11的后侧端设有挂墙安装孔,紧固件2可以通过该挂墙安装孔将马桶座1悬挂安装在墙壁上。内水箱3可拆卸地镶嵌在水箱槽11内,内水箱3的后侧端设有凹陷部31,凹陷部31的位置和挂墙安装孔的位置相对。凹陷部31呈“凹”字型结构,因此凹陷部31具有凹陷空间311,在凹陷空间311内,紧固件2可以对准并穿过挂墙安装孔,安装人员能够轻松地将紧固件2逐渐钉入墙体内 ,以此快速地将马桶悬挂安装在墙体上。凹陷部31的凹陷空间311给安装位留有足够的安装空间,安装和拆卸过程会变得更加方便。
内水箱3具有内水箱腔体32,内水箱腔体32内不仅可以容纳并安装进水装置4、出水装置5和冲洗按钮6等零部件,还可以用于存储冲洗水。本实施方式中,如图4所示(内水箱的仰视图),内水箱3底部设有进水口33和出水口34,也即内水箱腔体32的底部连通着进水口33和出水口34。其中,进水装置4穿过进水口33并外接自来水,并向内水箱腔体32内抽取冲洗水。出水装置5通过出水口34连接马桶座1上的冲洗喷头,出水装置5将内水箱腔体32储存的冲洗水排到冲洗喷头处,由冲洗喷头冲刷马桶内的脏物。
本发明的内水箱3可拆卸地镶嵌在水箱槽11内,当内水箱3损坏时,将其拆卸并更换即可,而且由于内水箱3的造价成本低,所以整体上降低了马桶水箱的维修时间和材料成本。
进一步地,内水箱3由弹性材料制成,由此紧固件2在放入凹陷部31的凹陷空间311后,再将紧固件2对准挂墙安装孔和钉入墙体内的过程中,内水箱3的略微形变有助于增大凹陷空间311,便于安装和拆卸。具体地,本实施例中内水箱3由塑料制成,通过注塑模具生产塑料内水箱3,生产成本低而且具有一定的弹性。其他实施例里,内水箱3也可由其他材料制成,如橡胶材料等。
如图3所示,内水箱3的顶部边缘具有向外延伸的挂板部35,挂板部35搭在水箱槽11的顶部四周,因而镶嵌在水箱槽11内的内水箱3能够具有相对固定的位置,不易下沉或变形。另外马桶还包括有水箱槽盖7,如图6所示,水箱槽盖7盖在水箱槽11的顶部并压紧内水箱3的挂板部35,从而避免内水箱3移位,保障内水箱3正常使用。
本实施方式中,水箱槽11的后侧端设有两个挂墙安装孔,两个挂墙安装孔分布在水箱槽11后侧端的两侧。如图3、5所示,内水箱3在两个挂墙安装孔的位置对应设有两个凹陷部31,并分别采用两个紧固件2将马桶牢固地悬挂安装在墙壁上。
一种便于悬挂的马桶还包括马桶盖。马桶座1包括了马桶腔体12和排污管道13,排污管道13的一端连通马桶腔体12的底部,另一端与墙壁上的生活污水管道 连通。马桶盖可转动地连接在马桶座1上,用于盖住马桶腔体12。此外,马桶腔体12的顶部具有马桶圈14。本实施方式中,水箱槽11的顶部与马桶圈14平齐,因此视觉上水箱槽11“隐藏”在马桶座1的后方,使得马桶在悬挂在墙壁上后更加美观。
如图4、5所示,本实施方式的马桶,进水装置4为进水阀,出水装置5为出水阀,进水阀的底部通过内水箱3的进水口33外接自来水管,进水阀的顶部还具有进水阀出水口41。马桶座1上的冲洗喷头分为第一喷头15和第二喷头16,如图6所示,第一喷头15靠近马桶圈14设置并位于马桶圈14的正下方,进水阀出水口41连通第一喷头15,因而进水阀不仅可以为内水箱3抽取冲洗水,也可以通过第一喷头15向马桶腔体12的顶部喷射冲洗水。第一喷头15喷出的冲洗水从马桶腔体12的顶部旋转滑入至马桶腔体12的底部,形成旋涡式水流。第二喷头16设置在马桶腔体12的底部侧端,出水阀的底部通过内水箱3的出水口34与第二喷头16连通,第二喷头16在马桶腔体12的底部侧端喷射水柱,加大旋涡式水流旋转速度,使得脏物迅速流入排污管道13内,提升马桶的冲洗效果。
如图5所示,马桶还具有冲洗按钮6,冲洗按钮6设置在水箱槽11和内水箱3的侧端,冲洗按钮6分别与进水阀和出水阀气动连接,按压冲洗按钮6,可控制进水阀和出水阀进行排水工作。当然,本发明的内水箱3的内水箱腔体32可安装和容纳其他类型的进水装置、排水装置以及冲洗按钮。

  1. 一种便于悬挂的马桶,其特征在于:包括马桶座、紧固件和内水箱,所述马桶座的后部具有水箱槽,所述水箱槽的后侧端设有挂墙安装孔;所述内水箱可拆卸地镶嵌在所述水箱槽内,所述内水箱的后侧端设有凹陷部,所述凹陷部与所述挂墙安装孔的位置相对,所述凹陷部具有凹陷空间,在所述凹陷空间内,所述紧固件可穿过所述挂墙安装孔并逐渐伸入至墙体内,从而将所述马桶悬挂安装在所述墙体上;
    所述内水箱还具有内水箱腔体、进水口和出水口,所述内水箱腔体用于容纳进水装置和出水装置,以及用于储存冲洗水。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的便于悬挂的马桶,其特征在于:所述内水箱由弹性材料制成。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的便于悬挂的马桶,其特征在于:所述内水箱由塑料制成。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的便于悬挂的马桶,其特征在于:所述内水箱的顶部边缘具有向外延伸的挂板部,所述挂板部用于搭在所述水箱槽的顶部四周。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的便于悬挂的马桶,其特征在于:所述马桶还包括水箱槽盖,所述水箱槽盖盖在所述水箱槽的顶部并压紧所述内水箱的挂板部。
