幻灯片放映是展示演示文件的一个方式,用于向观众分享演示文件的内容。为满足不同场合中对演示文件中不同幻灯片的放映需求,演示文件中可以包括自定义放映信息。当开启针对演示文件的自定义放映功能后,用户可以根据自身的需求,从演示文件中选择需要放映的幻灯片,以及调整需要放映的各个幻灯片的放映顺序,得到自定义放映信息。
当用户需要存储幻灯片,得到与自定义放映信息匹配的演示文件时,用户可以采用两种方式实现。一种方式为:用户按照幻灯片的放映顺序,手动地将自定义放映信息包括的幻灯片所对应的幻灯片数据复制到新演示文件中,并保存该新演示文件。另一种方式为:用户删除演示文件中多余幻灯片的幻灯片数据,保存删除幻灯片数据后的演示文件,其中,多余的幻灯片为演示文件中除自定义放映信息包括的幻灯片之外的幻灯片。与自定义放映信息匹配的演示文件中仅存储了自定义放映信息包括的幻灯片的幻灯片数据,且与自定义放映信息匹配的演示文件中幻灯片的放映顺序与自定义放映信息包括的放映顺序相同。
对于上述两种幻灯片的存储方式,不论采用哪种方式存储幻灯片,得到与自定义放映信息匹配的演示文件,都需要用户执行大量的操作,幻灯片存储效率低,用户体验差。

自定义放映信息包括幻灯片和幻灯片的放映顺序。自定义放映信息包括的幻灯片为一张或多张。与自定义放映信息匹配的演示文件中仅存储了自定义放映信息包括的幻灯片的幻灯片数据,且与自定义放映信息匹配的演示文件中幻灯片的放映顺序与自定义放映信息包括的放映顺序相同。
在存储幻灯片,得到与自定义放映信息匹配的演示文件时,为减少用户执行的操作,提高幻灯片存储效率,提高用户体验,本申请实施例提供了一种幻灯片存储方法,该方法可以应用于电子设备,其中,电子设备可以为PC(Personal Computer,个人计算机)终端和移动终端等。电子设备中可以安装演示应用程序,电子设备也可以与安装有展示演示应用程序的设备连接。其中,演示应用程序用于展示演示文件。
下面结合具体实施例,对本申请实施例提供的一种幻灯片存储方法进行详细的说明。 为便于理解,以下实施例中,均以自定义放映信息包括多张幻灯为例,以电子设备为执行主体进行说明,并不起限定作用。如图1所示,该幻灯片存储具体步骤如下。
步骤101,接收针对第一演示文件中目标自定义放映的另存为指令,该目标自定义放映信息包括多张幻灯片和多张幻灯片的放映顺序。
目标自定义放映即为目标自定义放映信息。步骤101即为,接收针对第一演示文件中生成的目标自定义放映信息的另存为指令,该目标自定义放映信息包括从第一演示文件中选择的幻灯片和所选择的幻灯片的放映顺序。
本申请实施例中,用户可以从电子设备中选择需要开启的演示文件。电子设备检测到用户所选择的演示文件后,在前台运行该演示文件。针对电子设备中在前台运行的演示文件,用户可以点击演示文件中的自定义放映按钮。电子设备根据用户点击自定义放映按钮的操作,显示自定义放映信息的编辑对话框。在编辑对话框中,用户选择需要添加到自定义放映信息中的幻灯片,以及各个幻灯片的放映顺序。电子设备将用户选择的幻灯片以及各个幻灯片的放映顺序添加到自定义放映信息中。
第一演示文件为电子设备中的任一演示文件,这里仅以第一演示文件为例进行说明,并不起限定作用。第一演示文件中生成的目标自定义放映信息可以为一个或多个。用户可以直接向电子设备输入针对目标自定义放映信息的另存为指令,也可以通过其他设备向该电子设备输入针对目标自定义放映信息的另存为指令。对此不做具体限定。其中,其他设备可以为键盘和鼠标等。
当需要存储幻灯片,得到与目标自定义放映信息匹配的演示文件时,用户向电子设备输入针对第一演示文件中目标自定义放映信息的另存为指令。电子设备接收用户输入的另存为指令。
一个可选的实施例中,演示应用程序的主菜单中可以包括针对自定义放映信息的另存为按钮和全部另存为按钮。另一个可选的实施例中,自定义放映信息的编辑对话框中包括针对自定义放映信息的另存为按钮和全部另存为按钮,如图2所示的自定义放映信息的编辑对话框。上述另存为按钮和全部另存为按钮用于指示电子设备执行幻灯片存储操作,幻灯片存储操作为:按照自定义放映信息包括的放映顺序,从第一演示文件中提取自定义放映信息包括的幻灯片对应的幻灯片数据,并保存在自定义放映信息对应的第二演示文件中,概况来说就是,存储幻灯片以得到与目标自定义放映信息匹配的演示文件的操作。
基于针对自定义放映信息的另存为按钮和全部另存为按钮,电子设备可通过以下方式获取针对目标自定义放映信息的另存为指令。
一种方式:用户向电子设备输入针对第一演示文件中生成的第一自定义放映信息的选择指令,并点击针对自定义放映信息的另存为按钮。电子设备接收到选择指令后,若检测到用户点击针对自定义放映信息的另存为按钮的操作,则将第一自定义放映信息作为目标自定义放映信息,并确定接收到针对目标自定义放映信息的另存为指令。可以理解的,若 检测到用户点击针对自定义放映信息的另存为按钮的操作,则电子设备可将用户点击另存为按钮的操作作为另存为指令。
以图2所示自定义放映信息的编辑对话框为例进行说明。用户点击选择了名称“演讲时间20分钟”的自定义放映信息1。电子设备检测到用户点击自定义放映信息1的操作后,确定接收到针对自定义放映信息1的选择指令。之后,若用户点击了自定义放映信息的编辑对话框中另存为按钮,则电子设备会检测到用户点击该另存为按钮的操作,进而确定接收到针对自定义放映信息1的另存为指令。
另一个方式:用户点击针对自定义放映信息的全部另存为按钮。电子设备若检测到用户点击针对自定义放映信息的全部另存为按钮的操作,则不管用户是否输入某一自定义放映信息的选择指令,都将第一演示文件中生成的所有自定义放映信息作为目标自定义放映信息,确定接收到针对目标自定义放映信息的另存为指令。
这种情况下,若第一演示文件中只生成了一个自定义放映信息,则目标自定义放映信息为一个;若第一演示文件中有多个自定义放映信息,则目标自定义放映信息为多个。
仍以图2所示自定义放映信息的编辑对话框为例进行说明。用户点击自定义放映信息的编辑对话框中全部另存为按钮,则电子设备会检测到用户点击该全部存为按钮的操作,进而将名称“演讲时间20分钟”的自定义放映信息1、名称“演讲时间30分钟”的自定义放映信息2、名称“给老板汇报”的自定义放映信息3和名称“向下属汇报”的自定义放映信息4均作为目标自定义放映信息,确定接收到针对自定义放映信息1-4的另存为指令。
另一个可选的实施例中,电子设备可通过以下方式获取针对目标自定义放映信息的另存为指令。
一种方式:用户向电子设备输入针对第一演示文件中生成的第一自定义放映信息的选择指令,并输入针对自定义放映信息的另存为的操作。电子设备接收到选择指令后,若检测到用户输入针对自定义放映信息的另存为的操作,则将第一自定义放映信息作为目标自定义放映信息,并确定接收到针对目标自定义放映信息的另存为指令。
另一个方式:用户向电子设备输入针对自定义放映信息的全部另存为的操作。电子设备若检测到用户输入针对自定义放映信息的全部另存为的操作,将第一演示文件中生成的所有自定义放映信息作为目标自定义放映信息,确定接收到针对目标自定义放映信息的另存为指令。
对于另存为的操作以及全部另存为的操作,用户可以通过输入预设字符的方式,将这两种操作输入值电子设备中。例如,预设字符为Ctrl+S或Ctrl+A等,对此不做限定。

本申请实施例中,属性信息可以包括存储位置、文件名称和文件格式等信息。存储位置可以包括第二演示文件的存储路径等。文件格式即为文件类型。电子设备在接收到另存为指令后,获取第二演示文件的属性信息。
一个可选的实施例中,电子设备在接收到另存为指令后,基于目标自定义放映信息的名称和第一演示文件的属性信息,确定第二演示文件的属性信息。
例如,电子设备在接收到另存为指令后,获取目标自定义放映信息的名称作为第二演示文件的文件名称,获取第一演示文件的存储位置作为第二演示文件的存储位置,获取第一演示文件的文件类型作为第二演示文件的文件类型,进而得到第二演示文件的属性信息。

仍以图2所示自定义放映信息的编辑对话框为例进行说明。电子设备接收针对名称“演讲时间20分钟”的自定义放映信息1的另存为指令,根据该另存为指令显示另存为对话框,如图3所示。用户向另存为对话框输入第二演示文件的存储位置、文件名称和文件类型等属性信息。电子设备接收用户输入的第二演示文件的属性信息。
另外,若用户点击针对自定义放映信息的全部另存为按钮,或者用户输入针对自定义放映信息的全部另存为的操作,则在显示另存为对话框后,用户可向另存为对话框输入第二演示文件的存储位置和文件类型等属性信息。对于每一目标自定义放映信息,电子设备确定该目标自定义放映信息的名称为用于存储该目标自定义放映信息的第二演示文件的文件名称,结合用户输入的属性信息,确定用于存储每一目标自定义放映信息的第二演示文件的属性信息。

一个示例中,针对每一目标自定义放映信息,电子设备根据与该目标自定义放映信息对应的第二演示文件的属性信息,生成该目标自定义放映信息对应的第二演示文件,并按照该目标自定义放映信息中幻灯片的放映顺序,从第一演示文件中提取目标自定义放映信息包括的幻灯片对应的幻灯片数据,并将提取的幻灯片数据保存在该目标自定义放映信息对应的第二演示文件。这样,可以得到与该目标自定义放映信息匹配的第二演示文件,保证在第二演示文件中幻灯片的放映顺序与目标自定义放映信息包括的幻灯片放映顺序相同。

一个可选的实施例中,若另存为指令是通过用户输入的全部另存为的操作得到的,则电子设备中可以预先设定保存顺序(即预设保存顺序),按照预设保存顺序,依次从所有目标自定义放映信息中选择目标自定义放映信息,并根据所选择的目标自定义放映信息对应的第二演示文件的属性信息,按照所选择的目标自定义放映信息包括的放映顺序,从第一演示文件中提取所选择的目标自定义放映信息包括的幻灯片对应的幻灯片数据,并保存在所选择的目标自定义放映信息对应的第二演示文件中。

本申请实例提供了一种幻灯片存储装置,电子设备接收针对第一演示文件中目标自定义放映信息的另存为指令,该目标自定义放映信息包括多张幻灯片和多张幻灯片的放映顺序;根据另存为指令,获取第二演示文件的属性信息;根据第二演示文件的属性信息,按照目标自定义放映信息中幻灯片的放映顺序,从第一演示文件中提取目标自定义放映信息包括的幻灯片对应的幻灯片数据,并保存在第二演示文件中。基于本申请实例提供的技术方案,用户只需输入一个另存为指令,就可以得到与自定义放映信息匹配的演示文件,减少了用户执行的操作,提高了幻灯片存储效率,提高用户体验。
基于相同的技术构思,本申请实施例还提供了一种幻灯片存储装置,该装置包括:
接收模块,用于接收针对第一演示文件中生成的目标自定义放映信息的另存为指令,目标自定义放映信息包括从第一演示文件中选择的幻灯片和选择的幻灯片的放映顺序;
获取模块,用于根据另存为指令,获取第二演示文件的属性信息;
提取模块,用于根据属性信息,按照放映顺序,从第一演示文件中提取选择的幻灯片对应的幻灯片数据,并保存在第二演示文件中。

其中,预设保存顺序为:自定义放映信息的生成时间的先后顺序,或自定义放映信息包括的幻灯片数量从多到少的顺序,或放映自定义放映信息包括的幻灯片的次数从多到少的顺序,或生成自定义放映信息的消耗时长的从长到短的顺序,或自定义放映信息的修改时间的先后顺序,或自定义放映信息被修改的次数从多到少的顺序。
一个实施例中,接收模块,还可以用于针对每一个目标自定义放映信息,若在执行针对该目标自定义放映信息的幻灯片存储操作的过程中接收到取消指令,则:
取消执行针对该目标自定义放映信息的幻灯片存储操作,或
取消执行执行针对该目标自定义放映信息的幻灯片存储操作,并取消未执行的幻灯片存储操作,或
取消执行执行针对该目标自定义放映信息的幻灯片存储操作,取消未执行的幻灯片存储操作,并删除由已执行的幻灯片存储操作得到的第二演示文件;
其中,幻灯片存储操作包括:按照自定义放映信息包括的放映顺序,从第一演示文件 中提取自定义放映信息包括的幻灯片对应的幻灯片数据,并保存在自定义放映信息对应的第二演示文件中。
基于相同的技术构思,本申请实施例还提供了一种电子设备,如图5所示,包括处理器501、通信接口502、存储器503和通信总线504,其中,处理器501、通信接口502和存储器503通过通信总线504完成相互间的通信;
存储器503,用于存放计算机程序;
处理器501,用于执行存储器503上所存放的程序时,实现如下步骤:
接收针对第一演示文件中目标自定义放映信息的另存为指令,目标自定义放映信息包括多张幻灯片和多张幻灯片的放映顺序;
根据另存为指令,获取第二演示文件的属性信息,第二演示文件用于存储多张幻灯片对应的幻灯片数据;
根据第二演示文件的属性信息,按照目标自定义放映信息中幻灯片的放映顺序,从第一演示文件中提取目标自定义放映信息包括的幻灯片对应的幻灯片数据,并保存在第二演示文件中。
可选的,上述接收针对第一演示文件中目标自定义放映信息的另存为指令的步骤,可以包括:

取消执行执行针对该目标自定义放映信息的幻灯片存储操作,取消未执行的幻灯片存储操作,并删除由已执行的幻灯片存储操作得到的第二演示文件;
其中,幻灯片存储操作包括:按照自定义放映信息包括的放映顺序,从第一演示文件中提取自定义放映信息包括的幻灯片对应的幻灯片数据,并保存在自定义放映信息对应的第二演示文件中。
可选的,属性信息可以包括存储位置、文件名称和文件格式。
本申请实例提供了一种电子设备,电子设备接收针对第一演示文件中目标自定义放映信息的另存为指令,该目标自定义放映信息包括多张幻灯片和多张幻灯片的放映顺序;根据另存为指令,获取第二演示文件的属性信息;根据第二演示文件的属性信息,按照目标自定义放映信息中幻灯片的放映顺序,从第一演示文件中提取目标自定义放映信息包括的幻灯片对应的幻灯片数据,并保存在第二演示文件中。基于本申请实例提供的技术方案,用户只需输入一个另存为指令,就可以得到与自定义放映信息匹配的演示文件,减少了用户执行的操作,提高了幻灯片存储效率,提高用户体验。
上述电子设备提到的通信总线可以是外设部件互连标准(英文:Peripheral Component Interconnect,简称:PCI)总线或扩展工业标准结构(英文:Extended Industry Standard Architecture,简称:EISA)总线等。该通信总线可以分为地址总线、数据总线、控制总线等。为便于表示,图中仅用一条粗线表示,但并不表示仅有一根总线或一种类型的总线。
通信接口用于上述电子设备与其他设备之间的通信。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种幻灯片存储方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    接收针对第一演示文件中生成的目标自定义放映信息的另存为指令,所述目标自定义放映信息包括从所述第一演示文件中选择的幻灯片和所述选择的幻灯片的放映顺序;
    根据所述另存为指令,获取第二演示文件的属性信息;
    根据所述属性信息,按照所述放映顺序,从所述第一演示文件中提取所述选择的幻灯片对应的幻灯片数据,并保存在所述第二演示文件中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收针对第一演示文件中生成的目标自定义放映信息的另存为指令的步骤,包括:
    接收用户针对第一演示文件中生成的第一自定义放映信息的选择指令;
    当检测到用户输入针对自定义放映信息的另存为的操作时,将所述第一自定义放映信息作为目标自定义放映信息,确定接收到针对所述第一演示文件中生成的目标自定义放映信息的另存为指令。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收针对第一演示文件中生成的目标自定义放映信息的另存为指令的步骤,包括:
    当检测到用户输入针对自定义放映信息的全部另存为的操作时,将第一演示文件中生成的所有自定义放映信息作为目标自定义放映信息,确定接收到针对第一演示文件中生成的目标自定义放映信息的另存为指令;
    所述根据所述另存为指令,获取第二演示文件的属性信息的步骤,包括:
    针对每一个目标自定义放映信息,获取该目标自定义放映信息对应的第二演示文件的属性信息;
    所述根据所述属性信息,按照所述放映顺序,从所述第一演示文件中提取所述选择的幻灯片对应的幻灯片数据,并保存在所述第二演示文件中的步骤,包括:
    针对每一个目标自定义放映信息,根据该目标自定义放映信息对应的第二演示文件的属性信息,按照该目标自定义放映信息包括的放映顺序,从所述第一演示文件中提取该目标自定义放映信息包括的幻灯片对应的幻灯片数据,并保存在该目标自定义放映信息对应的第二演示文件中。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述针对每一个目标自定义放映信息,根据该目标自定义放映信息对应的第二演示文件的属性信息,按照该目标自定义放映信息包括的放映顺序,从所述第一演示文件中提取该目标自定义放映信息包括的幻灯片对应的幻灯片数据,并保存在该目标自定义放映信息对应的第二演示文件中的步骤,包括:
    按照预设保存顺序,依次从所有目标自定义放映信息中选择目标自定义放映信息,并根据所选择的目标自定义放映信息对应的第二演示文件的属性信息,按照所选择的目标自定义放映信息包括的放映顺序,从所述第一演示文件中提取所选择的目标自定义放映信息 包括的幻灯片对应的幻灯片数据,并保存在所选择的目标自定义放映信息对应的第二演示文件中;
    其中,所述预设保存顺序为:自定义放映信息的生成时间的先后顺序,或自定义放映信息包括的幻灯片数量从多到少的顺序,或放映自定义放映信息包括的幻灯片的次数从多到少的顺序,或生成自定义放映信息的消耗时长的从长到短的顺序,或自定义放映信息的修改时间的先后顺序,或自定义放映信息被修改的次数从多到少的顺序。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    针对每一个目标自定义放映信息,若在执行针对该目标自定义放映信息的幻灯片存储操作的过程中接收到取消指令,则:
    取消执行针对该目标自定义放映信息的幻灯片存储操作,或
    取消执行针对该目标自定义放映信息的幻灯片存储操作,并取消未执行的幻灯片存储操作,或
    取消执行执行针对该目标自定义放映信息的幻灯片存储操作,取消未执行的幻灯片存储操作,并删除由已执行的幻灯片存储操作得到的第二演示文件;
    其中,幻灯片存储操作包括:按照自定义放映信息包括的放映顺序,从所述第一演示文件中提取自定义放映信息包括的幻灯片对应的幻灯片数据,并保存在自定义放映信息对应的第二演示文件中。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述属性信息包括存储位置、文件名称和文件格式。
  7. 一种幻灯片存储装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    接收模块,用于接收针对第一演示文件中生成的目标自定义放映信息的另存为指令,所述目标自定义放映信息包括从所述第一演示文件中选择的幻灯片和所述选择的幻灯片的放映顺序;
    获取模块,用于根据所述另存为指令,获取第二演示文件的属性信息;
    提取模块,用于根据所述属性信息,按照所述放映顺序,从所述第一演示文件中提取所述选择的幻灯片对应的幻灯片数据,并保存在所述第二演示文件中。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述接收模块,具体用于:
    接收用户针对第一演示文件中生成的第一自定义放映信息的选择指令;
    当检测到用户输入针对自定义放映信息的另存为的操作时,将所述第一自定义放映信息作为目标自定义放映信息,确定接收到针对所述第一演示文件中生成的目标自定义放映信息的另存为指令。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述接收模块,具体用于当检测到用户输入针对自定义放映信息的全部另存为的操作时,将第一演示文件中生成的所有自定义放映信息作为目标自定义放映信息,确定接收到 针对第一演示文件中生成的目标自定义放映信息的另存为指令;
    所述获取模块,具体用于针对每一个目标自定义放映信息,获取该目标自定义放映信息对应的第二演示文件的属性信息;
    所述提取模块,具体用于针对每一个目标自定义放映信息,根据该目标自定义放映信息对应的第二演示文件的属性信息,按照该目标自定义放映信息包括的放映顺序,从所述第一演示文件中提取该目标自定义放映信息包括的幻灯片对应的幻灯片数据,并保存在该目标自定义放映信息对应的第二演示文件中。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述提取模块,具体用于按照预设保存顺序,依次从所有目标自定义放映信息选择目标自定义放映信息,并根据所选择的目标自定义放映信息对应的第二演示文件的属性信息,按照所选择的目标自定义放映信息包括的放映顺序,从所述第一演示文件中提取所选择的目标自定义放映信息包括的幻灯片对应的幻灯片数据,并保存在所选择的目标自定义放映信息对应的第二演示文件中;
    其中,所述预设保存顺序为:自定义放映信息的生成时间的先后顺序,或自定义放映信息包括的幻灯片数量从多到少的顺序,或放映自定义放映信息包括的幻灯片的次数从多到少的顺序,或生成自定义放映信息的消耗时长的从长到短的顺序,或自定义放映信息的修改时间的先后顺序,或自定义放映信息被修改的次数从多到少的顺序。

  12. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括处理器、通信接口、存储器和通信总线,其中,处理器、通信接口和存储器通过通信总线完成相互间的通信;存储器,用于存放计算机程序;处理器,用于执行存储器上所存放的程序时,实现权利要求1-6任一所述的方法步骤。
  13. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质内存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现权利要求1-6任一所述的方法步骤。
