具体来说,参考图4,脱毛蜡条00进入输送通道40后,通过所述输送装置50可以使脱毛蜡条00移动;过程为:马达51驱动所述拨动件52转动,而所述拨动件52上延伸出的拨动端53在转动时可以通过所述输送通道40上的开口41进而拨动脱毛蜡条00,所述拨动件52上除了所述拨动端53外的其他位置均触碰不到脱毛蜡条00,而所述拨动端53随着所述拨动件52的转动,有频率地拨动脱毛蜡条00。需要理解的是,即使是融化前的脱毛蜡条00本身的硬度不算很高,所以当所述拨动端53触碰脱毛蜡条00时,所述拨动端53会略微陷入脱毛蜡条00的表面,使脱毛蜡条00被拨动端53爪住,然后在拨动端53随拨动件52转动时,脱毛蜡条00会随着拨动端53移动,实现脱毛蜡条00在输送通道40内移动。
其中,所述拨动端53的数量可根据实际情况决定,在不改变马达51的转速的情况下,拨动端53的数量决定脱毛蜡条00在输送通道40内的移动速度。
在一些具体的实施方式中,参考图2和图3,所述加热装置60为设置在输送通道40上的电热丝,所述电热丝与所述控制装置电性连接。所述电热丝 可以缠绕在所述输送通道40上比较靠近所述出料口20的位置,当脱毛蜡条00经过输送通道40缠绕着电热丝的部分时,脱毛蜡条00被融化。
其中,电热丝的发热温度为70℃到100℃。而需要说明的是,所述输送通道40为耐高温材料,确保所述输送通道40本身不会被电热丝融化。而所述输送通道40并不一定是一体成型的单一材料的通道,所述输送通道40可以由多种材料分段组合而成,参考图3,所述输送通道40包括加热段42和推动段43,所述电热丝缠绕所述加热段42上,所述输送装置50设置在所述推动段43上,所述加热段42的材料为铝,所述推动段43的材料可以为耐高温且导热性弱的材料,如耐高温塑料;如此,所述电热丝缠绕在加热段42上,容易将热量传递到所述出料口20,避免出料口20被脱毛蜡堵塞;加热段42不易将热量传递到推动段43上,推动段43内的脱毛蜡条不会融化。
在一些具体的实施方式中,参考图1,为了方便所述输送装置50和加热装置60散热,所述壳体10上设置有对应所述输送装置50的第一散热孔13,以及对应所述加热装置60的第二散热孔14。需要注意的是,所述第一散热孔13和所述第二散热孔14并不是狭义上的一个孔,可以是若干个孔组成的散热孔。
在一些具体的实施方式中,参考图1-图3,所述控制装置包括PCB电路板80和电源70,所述加热装置60和所述输送装置50分别与所述PCB电路板80电性连接。所述壳体10上设置有温度减少键17、温度增加键18、LED显示屏16、开关19、进料键15以及USB接口110。其中,所述USB接口110与所述电源70连接,可以通过所述USB接口110为所述电源70充电;所述温度减少键17、温度增加键18、LED显示屏16、开关19和进料键15均与所述PCB电 路板80电性连接;通过所述温度减少键17和温度增加键18控制所述发热丝的发热温度,而LED显示屏16可以显示电量、温度等等,所述进料键15用于控制所述输送装置50工作,当按住进料键15时,所述输送装置50使脱毛蜡条00进料,松开进料键15时,所述输送装置50停止工作;所述开关19用于启动/关闭该手持式脱毛蜡智能涂蜡装置。
在一些具体的实施方式中,参考图2或图3,为了方便将各零件组装成一个整体,所述壳体10包括第一壳体11和第二壳体12。如此,将所有的零件都分别装配在所述第一壳体11和第二壳体12内后,再将第一壳体11和第二壳体12合并,形成手持式脱毛蜡智能涂蜡装置。
作为所述手持式脱毛蜡智能涂蜡装置的进一步可选方案,参考图3和图5,为了使涂抹脱毛蜡时,不需要对皮肤上的脱毛蜡进行再次摊平,所述出料口20可拆卸地连接有涂蜡头90,所述涂蜡头90包括扁平状的出料孔91。换而言之,脱毛蜡从所述出料口20出来后进入所述涂蜡头90中,然后再从出料孔91输出到皮肤上,而由于出料口20为扁平状,所以从出料孔91输出的脱毛蜡直接摊平在皮肤上,不需要再对皮肤上的脱毛蜡进行再次摊平,加快涂抹脱毛蜡的速度;而根据需要涂抹脱毛蜡的皮肤位置,可能需要形状、尺寸不同的出料口20,所以所述涂蜡头90和所述出料口20之间通过螺纹连接,方便在所述出料口20上更换不同尺寸、形状的涂蜡头90。另,所述涂蜡头90可根据需要选择不同尺寸的出料口20,而所述控制装置可以根据实际情况设置不同的发热温度及蜡条的出料速度。
需要说明的是,即使是脱毛蜡条00融化后的脱毛蜡的粘性也很强,需要所述输送装置50推动未融化的脱毛蜡条00挤压,脱毛蜡才能从所述出料口 20挤出,所以在不按进料键15的时候,脱毛蜡不会被挤出。其中为了避免脱毛蜡沿输送通道40往上流,所述脱毛蜡条00与所述输送通道40之间的间隙不宜过大,间隙优选为在2.5mm内。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施方式而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
- 一种手持式脱毛蜡智能涂蜡装置,其特征在于,包括壳体,所述壳体上设置有进料口和出料口,所述进料口和出料口之间设置有供脱毛蜡条通过的输送通道,所述输送通道上所述进料口所在的一端设置有输送装置,所述输送通道上所述出料口所在的一端设置有加热装置;所述壳体内还设置有用于控制所述加热装置与所述输送装置的控制装置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种手持式脱毛蜡智能涂蜡装置,其特征在于,所述输送装置包括马达以及由马达驱动转动的拨动件,所述拨动件位于所述输送通道一侧,所述拨动件上延伸出拨动端,当所述拨动件转动时,所述拨动端能进入所述输送通道触碰脱毛蜡条;所述输送通道上有供所述拨动端进入的开口。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种手持式脱毛蜡智能涂蜡装置,其特征在于,所述加热装置为设置在输送通道上的电热丝,所述电热丝与所述控制装置电性连接。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种手持式脱毛蜡智能涂蜡装置,其特征在于,所述控制装置包括PCB电路板和电源,所述加热装置和所述输送装置分别与所述PCB电路板电性连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种手持式脱毛蜡智能涂蜡装置,其特征在于,所述壳体上设置有对应所述输送装置的第一散热孔,以及对应所述加热装置的第二散热孔。
- 根据权利要求1或4所述的一种手持式脱毛蜡智能涂蜡装置,其特征在于,所述壳体上设置有温度减少键、温度增加键、LED显示屏、开关、进料键以及USB接口。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种手持式脱毛蜡智能涂蜡装置,其特征在于,所述输送通道包括加热段和推动段,所述电热丝缠绕所述加热段上,所述输送装置设置在所述推动段上,所述加热段的材料为铝,所述推动段的材料为耐高温塑料。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种手持式脱毛蜡智能涂蜡装置,其特征在于, 所述电热丝的发热温度为70℃到100℃。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种手持式脱毛蜡智能涂蜡装置,其特征在于,所述出料口可拆卸地连接有涂蜡头。
- 根据权利要求9所述的一种手持式脱毛蜡智能涂蜡装置,其特征在于,所述涂蜡头包括扁平状的出料孔。
