为防止压力式冲水系统排水时进水口12的进水与功能装置的泄水对冲,避免功能装置因泄水倒流而影响功能,本发明的过水腔11分隔成第一腔室111和第二腔室112,第二腔室112位于第一腔室111的上方,第一腔室111和第二腔室112设置有连通孔15。上述进水口12和出水口13均连通第一腔室111,其中进水口12与连通孔15相对设置;通气口14设置在第二腔室112的顶部,进水管道3连通第二腔室112。上述第一单向阀组件2与连通孔15相对设置以开启或封堵连通孔15,在压力式冲水系统开启冲水时,第一单向阀组件2封堵连通孔15。
本发明还包括与出水口13连通的出水管道4。上述出水管道4中设置有第二单向阀组件5,第二单向阀组件5在出水管道4中的水流流向过水腔11时封堵出水口13,从而限制出水管道4的水流只出不进,从而进一步提升本发明的防虹吸效果。
上述出水盒主体1设置有泄流管道16,泄流管道16的两端连通出水管道4和第二腔室112,从而实现第二腔室112的水、气快速泄流,最终流入坐便器进行冲刷。当出水口13的数量大于一时(即出水管道4的数量大于一,例如具有两个出水管道4的情况,参考图11所示,一个连接坐便器的冲圈管道300,一个连接坐便器的主冲管道200),泄流管道16最终连通坐便器的冲圈管道300。
上述出水盒主体1分体设计为上壳1A和下壳1B,上壳1A和下壳1B密封配合。上述第二腔室112形成于上壳1A,第一腔室111形成于下壳1B,以便于出水盒主体1生产时脱模形成第一腔室111和第二腔室112。
上述第一单向阀组件2包括阀片21和密封胶垫22,阀片21的两面均设置有密封胶垫22,两面的密封胶垫22分别活动封堵进水口12和连通孔15。
本发明还包括第三单向阀组件6,第三单向阀组件6与通气口14相对设置以开启或封堵通气口14,在压力式冲水系统冲水结束时,第三单向阀组件6开启通气口14。上述第三单向阀组件6包括活动件61和密封圈62,活动件61活动穿设在通气口14中,密封圈62套设在活动件61的外周并随活动件61的运动活动封堵通气口14;上述活动件61的上端形成有活动钩扣在通气口14上方周缘的卡钩611,以防止活动件61受重力作用向下脱离通气口14,从而保证第三单向阀组件6的工作稳定性。
上述出水盒主体1的顶部形成有溢水槽17,通气口14与溢水槽17连通,溢水槽17用于暂时储存从通气口14中流出的水,防止水流从通气口14溅出,从而避免影响压力式冲水系统的其它功能装置的工作状态。上述溢水槽17的开口处设置有挡水片18,挡水片18部分遮盖溢水槽17的开口,实现通气,并进一步防止水流飞溅。
上述的压力式冲水系统的出水盒,可以安装在任意需要提升防虹吸效果的坐便器上。
参考图7和图8所示,当压力式冲水系统处于储水状态时,第一单向阀组件2受重力作用向下摆动并封堵进水口12,第三单向阀组件6受重力作用向下运动并打开通气口14,此时第一腔室111和第二腔室112对接大气,第二腔室112的少量进水(排水阀、开启阀、电磁阀和稳压阀等泄压的水流)分别流入第一腔室111和泄流管道16,最终由出水口13排出;此外,第二单向阀组件5受重力和逆流的水压作用向下摆动,最终封堵出水口13(当出水口13数量大于一时,封堵的是与坐便器的主冲管道连通的出水口13)。
参考图9和图10所示,当压力式冲水系统处于排水状态时,第一单向阀组件2受水压作用向上摆动,水流进入第一腔室111,并分流至第二腔室112和出水口13(仅少量水流进入第二腔室112,因为第一单向阀组件2会被水流顶起封堵连通孔15),第二腔室112的水流将第三单向阀组件6向上顶起,使通气口14封堵,以防水流溅出出水盒主体1;此时,第二单向阀组件5被水流顶开,实现排水。
参考图6和图11所示,上述出水盒可应用于坐便器中,将压力式冲水系统100的功能装置连通至出水盒主体1,以实现功能装置的泄压或泄水。上述出水盒主体1的的进水口12连通至压力式冲水系统100的出水端,出水盒主体1的出水口13连通至冲洗管道。本实施例中坐便器的冲洗管道包括主冲管道200和冲圈管道300,则上述的出水盒可以实现压力式冲水系统100排水的分流。
通过上述结构,本发明将压力式冲水系统的功能装置连通过水腔11,可以实现功能装置的泄压或泄水,保证压力式冲水系统内部的压力平衡,使得功能装置无需再直接连通至坐便器的冲洗管道,由此简化坐便器的连通结构;通过在过水腔11内设置第一单向阀组件2活动封堵进水口12,可以实现出水盒主体1的防虹吸功能;并且通过设置通气口14对接大气,能够保证过水腔11内部的压力与大气一致,不会产生负压,从而避免出水口13的水流被倒吸。本发明独立于压力式冲水系统的压力水箱设置,可以根据需求高度进行安装,进一步提升防虹吸的效果。
此外,当出水口13的数量为多个时,本发明可以实现水流分流的功能,为坐便器的不同管道供水。
上述实施例和图式并非限定本发明的产品形态和式样,任何所属技术领域的普通技术人员对其所做的适当变化或修饰,皆应视为不脱离本发明的专利范畴。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种压力式冲水系统的出水盒,其特征在于:包括出水盒主体和第一单向阀组件;所述出水盒主体形成有过水腔、进水口、至少一出水口和通气口,进水口、出水口和通气口均连通过水腔;所述第一单向阀组件与进水口相对设置以开启或封堵进水口,在压力式冲水系统冲水结束时,第一单向阀组件封堵进水口;所述通气口设置在过水腔的顶部并对接大气;所述出水盒主体设置有若干与压力式冲水系统的功能装置连通的进水管道,进水管道连通过水腔,以实现功能装置的泄压或泄水。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种压力式冲水系统的出水盒,其特征在于:所述过水腔分隔成第一腔室和第二腔室,第二腔室位于第一腔室的上方,第一腔室和第二腔室之间设置有连通孔;所述进水口和出水口均连通第一腔室,其中进水口与连通孔相对设置;通气口设置在第二腔室的顶部,进水管道连通第二腔室;所述第一单向阀组件与连通孔相对设置以开启或封堵连通孔,在压力式冲水系统开启冲水时,第一单向阀组件封堵连通孔。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种压力式冲水系统的出水盒,其特征在于:还包括与出水口连通的出水管道,出水管道中设置有第二单向阀组件,第二单向阀组件在出水管道中的水流流向过水腔时封堵出水口。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种压力式冲水系统的出水盒,其特征在于:所述出水盒主体设置有泄流管道,泄流管道的两端连通出水管道和第二腔室。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的一种压力式冲水系统的出水盒,其特征在于:所述出水盒主体分体设计为上壳和下壳,上壳和下壳密封配合;所述第二腔室形成于上壳,第一腔室形成于下壳。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的一种压力式冲水系统的出水盒,其特征在于:所述第一单向阀组件包括阀片和密封胶垫,阀片的两面均设置有密封胶垫。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的一种压力式冲水系统的出水盒,其特征在于:还包括第三单向阀组件,第三单向阀组件与通气口相对设置以开启或封堵通气口,在压力式冲水系统冲水结束时,第三单向阀组件开启通气口。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的一种压力式冲水系统的出水盒,其特征在于:所述第三单向阀组件包括活动件和密封圈,活动件活动穿设在通气口中,密封圈套设在活动件的外周并随活动件的运动活动封堵通气口;所述活动件的上端形成有活动钩扣在通气口上方周缘的卡钩,以防止活动件受重力作用向下脱离通气口。
  9. 如权利要求1至8任一所述的一种压力式冲水系统的出水盒,其特征在于:所述压力式冲水系统的功能装置包括压力式冲水系统的排水阀、排水阀控制组件、电磁阀、稳压阀中的至少一种。
  10. 一种坐便器,包括压力式冲水系统和冲洗管道,其特征在于:包括权利要求1至9任一所述的一种压力式冲水系统的出水盒;所述出水盒主体的的进水口连通至压力式冲水系统的出水端,出水盒主体的出水口连通至冲洗管道。
