本申请的目的在于提供一种多功能电动牙刷,通过在刷头与刷柄之间设置可以克服刷头摆动动作的电连接结构,以解决现有技术中刷头在摆动的环境下无法实现与刷柄电连接从而导致无法拓展刷头功能的不足。

刷柄20外壁设有开关按键,所述刷柄20内设有电池24和PCB板25,所述电池24和无线发射线圈21分别与PCB板25电连接,开关按键与PCB板25电连接,PCB板25通过无线发射线圈21发射信号,无线接收线圈11接收无线发射线圈21发射的信号后,控制超声波换能器12产生超声波;所述超声波换能器12产生20KHZ-50KHZ的工作频率和0.02至1W/cm 2超声强度。电池24给PCB板25供电并产生电流,PCB板25通过无线发射线圈21发射信号,无线接收线圈11与无线发射线圈21藕合后,通过电源线14给超声波换能器12施加电压,使超声波换能器12产生20K HZ~50KHZ的工作频率和0.02W/cm 2~1W/cm 2超声强度。电池24通过MCU与PCB板25电连接,同时PCB板25通过驱动电路产生一个85-400HZ脉宽的控制信号用于驱动马达22,马达22通过摆动轴23控制刷头10左右摆动,使刷毛摆动幅度为1 0-20度。力度为20-450g.cm之间可调整。摆动轴23外套设有轴承,轴承位于刷头10内且与刷头10固定连接,摆动轴23伸入刷头10内且与轴承转动连接,马达22工作时,通过摆动轴23驱动轴承与刷头10一起摆动;用电装置设置为超声波换能器12可以利用超声波在牙周的空化效应达到清除牙周的病菌和不洁物的,其清洁范围能覆盖牙周各个部位。超声波换能器12产生振动大于20000赫兹的频率,发射超声波能量。超声波能量通过刷头10的刷毛及刷毛旁的超声波能量过孔13传递到牙齿和牙龈表面,一方面松动菌斑、牙垢和细小的牙石和牙齿的粘合,破坏细菌在龈袋及牙面各隐藏处里的寄生繁殖,同时,通过刷毛将超声波能量传递到牙龈表面甚至渗透到牙龈内部,并作用于细胞膜后,加速血液循环,促进新陈代谢,可抑制牙肉炎症和牙龈出血,防止牙龈萎缩。
当所述用电装置为LED发光灯组时,无线接收线圈11给LED发光灯珠提供电能,LED发光灯组可以根据生产时预设的数据发出指定波长的光波,不同波长的光波具有不同的光疗作用,利用光波在刷牙的同时可以美白牙齿,清洁口腔,加速血液循环,促进新陈代谢,可抑制牙肉炎症和牙龈出血,防止牙龈萎缩。
如图5至图7所示,本发时提供另外一种实施方式,一种多功能电动牙刷,包括刷头10,以及与刷头10可拆式连接的刷柄20,所述刷柄20内靠近刷头10的一端设有电极触片,所述刷头10内靠近刷柄20的一端设有弹簧铜柱15,所述电极触片设置有两片,所述两片电极触片之间相互绝缘设置,所述弹簧铜柱15设置有两根,所述两根弹簧铜柱15分别与两片电极触片电连接,所述刷柄20内设置有PCB板25,所述电极触片与PCB板25电连接,所述刷头10内远离刷柄20的一端设有用电装置,所述弹簧铜柱15与用电装置电连接,当刷头10处于左右摆动变向的工作状态时,弹簧铜柱15由于具有弹性伸缩功能,所以可以始终与电极触片保持良好的滑动连接,从而能为用电装置提供稳定的电能供给,以确保用电装置的正常使用。
所述刷头10与刷柄20之间滑动夹装有O型密封圈16,所述弹簧铜柱15和电极触片设置于O型密封圈16内部,并通过O型密封圈16实现与外界水密封,O型密封圈16安装在刷头10与刷柄20之间时,可以利用槽位进行限位或者把O型密封圈16其中一侧面与刷头10或者刷柄20壳体固定设置,以防止O型密封圈16出现错位的 现像,失去水密封效果。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种多功能电动牙刷,包括刷头,以及与刷头可拆式连接的刷柄,其特征在于:所述刷柄内靠近刷头的一端密封设有无线发射线圈,所述刷头内靠近刷柄的一端密封设有无线接收线圈,所述无线发射线圈与无线接收线圈之间无线电传输,所述刷柄内设置有PCB板,所述无线发射线圈与PCB板电连接,所述刷头内远离刷柄的一端设有用电装置,所述无线接收线圈与用电装置电连接。
  2. 一种多功能电动牙刷,包括刷头,以及与刷头可拆式连接的刷柄,其特征在于:所述刷柄内靠近刷头的一端设有电极触片,所述刷头内靠近刷柄的一端设有弹簧铜针,所述电极触片设置有两片,所述两片电极触片之间相互绝缘设置,所述弹簧铜针设置有两根,所述两根弹簧铜针分别与两片电极触片电连接,所述刷柄内设置有PCB板,所述电极触片与PCB板电连接,所述刷头内远离刷柄的一端设有用电装置,所述弹簧铜针与用电装置电连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的多功能电动牙刷,其特征在于:所述刷头与刷柄之间滑动夹装有O型密封圈,所述弹簧铜针和电极触片设置于O型密封圈内部,并通过O型密封圈实现与外界水密封。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的多功能电动牙刷,其特征在于:所述刷柄内设有电池,所述电池与PCB板电连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的多功能电动牙刷,其特征在于:所述刷柄内设有马达,所述马达的摆动轴与刷头固定连接且用于驱动刷头摆动。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2所述的多功能电动牙刷,其特征在于:所述用电装置为超声波换能器,所述刷头设置有超声波能量过孔,所述超声波能量过孔与超声波换能器相对设置,所述超声波换能器与刷头内壁面之间夹设有防水片,所述防水片位于超声波能量过孔位置处为通孔结构。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的多功能电动牙刷,其特征在于:所述超声波 换能器产生20KHZ~50KHZ的工作频率和0.02W/cm 2~1W/cm 2超声强度。
  8. 根据权利要求1或2所述的多功能电动牙刷,其特征在于:所述用电装置为LED发光灯珠,所述刷头设置有透光装置,所述LED发光灯珠的发光方向朝向透光装置设置。
  9. 根据权利要求1或2所述的多功能电动牙刷,其特征在于:所述刷头设有刷毛,所刷毛的摆动幅度10-20度,刷毛摆动力度为20-450g.cm。
