安装板3开设有两个活动槽23,螺纹柱5转动套设在活动槽23的内部,打捞船主体1上设有竖向设置的控制器29,控制器29与驱动电机4电性连接,控制器29的型号为DKC-Y100,通过控制器29可对驱动电机4进行控制,且改驱动电机4为正反转电机,使用者可通过控制器29控制驱动电机4进行正向转动和反向转动,同时使用者可通过控制器29开启和关闭驱动电机4。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述, 而不是指示或暗示所指的设备或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征。在本发明的描述中,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上,除非另有明确具体的限定。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种城市内涝中尖锐物品打捞装置,包括打捞船主体(1),其特征在于,所述打捞船主体(1)顶部的一端焊接有两个竖向设置的支撑柱(2),两个所述支撑柱(2)的顶部焊接有横向设置的安装板(3),所述安装板(3)的顶部焊接有两个竖向设置的驱动电机(4),所述驱动电机(4)的输出端连接有竖向设置的螺纹柱(5),所述螺纹柱(5)的外壁螺纹套接有连接套(6),所述螺纹柱(5)底部的一侧设有竖向设置的打捞箱(7),所述打捞箱(7)靠近螺纹柱(5)的一侧焊接有两个横向设置的联动块(8),所述连接套(6)嵌装在联动块(8)上,所述打捞箱(7)底部的外壁滑动套设有竖向设置的连接箱(9),所述连接箱(9)顶部两侧的内壁焊接有横向设置的限位块(10),所述打捞箱(7)底部的两侧开设有竖向设置的限位槽(11),所述限位块(10)滑动套设在限位槽(11)的内部,所述打捞箱(7)和连接箱(9)之间设有复位机构,所述打捞箱(7)顶部的一侧设有打捞口(12),所述连接箱(9)的底部活动套设有横向设置的连接板(13),所述连接箱(9)和连接板(13)之间设有连接机构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种城市内涝中尖锐物品打捞装置,其特征在于,所述打捞箱(7)的底部开设有出料口,所述连接箱(9)为开口向上的箱形结构,所述打捞箱(7)、连接箱(9)和连接板(13)均开设有透水孔。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种城市内涝中尖锐物品打捞装置,其特征在于,所述连接机构包括容纳槽(14)、联动板(15)、固定块(16)和固定槽(17),所述容纳槽(14)开设在连接板(13)的两端,所述容纳槽(14)的内部滑动连接有竖向设置的联动板(15),所述联动板(15)靠近连接箱(9)的一侧焊接有横向设置的固定块(16),所述连接箱(9)底部两侧的内壁开设有固定槽(17),所述固定块(16)活动套设在固定槽(17)的内部,所述连接板(13) 的下方设有横向设置的螺纹杆(18),所述螺纹杆(18)的两端螺纹套接有套筒(19),所述套筒(19)嵌装在联动板(15)上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种城市内涝中尖锐物品打捞装置,其特征在于,所述安装板(3)的底部焊接有两个竖向设置的固定套(20),所述螺纹柱(5)转动套设在固定套(20)的内部,所述固定套(20)两侧的内壁焊接有横向设置的定位块(21),位于固定套(20)内部的螺纹柱(5)开设有环形槽(22),所述定位块(21)转动套设在环形槽(22)的内部。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种城市内涝中尖锐物品打捞装置,其特征在于,所述安装板(3)开设有两个活动槽(23),所述螺纹柱(5)转动套设在活动槽(23)的内部。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种城市内涝中尖锐物品打捞装置,其特征在于,所述螺纹杆(18)的两端均焊接有竖向设置的挡块(24),所述螺纹杆(18)的中部固定套接有拨动块(25),所述螺纹杆(18)位于拨动块(25)的两侧均设有螺纹,且螺纹方向相反。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种城市内涝中尖锐物品打捞装置,其特征在于,所述复位机构包括复位杆(26)、复位弹簧(27)和滑动孔(28),所述复位杆(26)焊接在打捞箱(7)底部两端的内壁上,所述复位弹簧(27)套设在复位杆(26)的外部,所述滑动孔(28)开设在限位块(10)上,所述复位杆(26)活动套设在滑动孔(28)的内部,所述复位弹簧(27)的一端与复位杆(26)的外壁焊接,所述复位弹簧(27)的另一端焊接在限位块(10)上。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种城市内涝中尖锐物品打捞装置,其特征在于,所述打捞船主体(1)上设有竖向设置的控制器(29),所述控制器(29)与驱动电机(4)电性连接,所述控制器(29)的型号为DKC-Y100。
