     前記予約情報を登録する予約情報処理部と、
     判定された利用可能時間帯の情報を基に、前記予約情報に定義された利用時間帯に前記都市部駐車場に停車する車両を特定する車両特定部と、
     前記予約情報に定義された引き渡し場所に、特定された車両を前記都市部駐車場から移動させ、前記車両を引き渡す引き渡し運転代行者を募集する引き渡し代行募集情報を作成し、作成された前記引き渡し代行募集情報を出力すると共に、運転代行を行う運転代行者の運転代行者端末から通信回線を介して引き渡し代行募集情報に対する回答を示す引き渡し代行募集回答情報を入力し、前記引き渡し代行募集回答情報を解析する代行募集情報処理部と、
