Description
本发明涉及小家电领域,尤其涉及一种可拆刀组件及食品机。
目前食品加工机的高端配置中,通常是将粉碎组件作为可拆卸组件以便于清洗,然而实际中大多可拆刀是连带刀轴整体可拆造成拆装不方便,给使用也带来一定的卫生隐患;因为搅拌刀不可拆卸使其底部容易藏污纳垢,清洗不干净容易发霉;也有部分可拆刀在倾倒食物时会连带刀一起倒出,虽然清洗方便了,但是存在安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明提供一种可拆刀组件及食品机。
根据本申请的第一方面,提供一种可拆刀组件,包括刀架、组装于所述刀架的刀轴及可拆卸组装于所述刀轴的刀片组件,所述刀片组件包括与所述刀轴可拆卸组装的固持件及设置于所述固持件上的刀片,所述刀轴与所述固持件之间设有第一密封件。通过将刀片组件与刀轴设置为可拆卸组装方式使刀片组件能便于清洗,在刀轴与固持件之间设置第一密封件能避免食材及液体藏于刀轴根部,减少了清洗的麻烦。
进一步地,所述刀轴包括本体及位于本体顶端的第一组装部及位于本体底端的第二组装部,所述第一组装部与本体连接处设有支撑部,所述第一组装部上设有凸块,所述固持件上设有收容所述第一组装部的组装腔,所述组装腔的侧壁设有与所述凸块适配的凹槽。通过凸块与凹槽的配合实现刀片组件与刀轴的可拆卸装配,结构简单使用方便。
进一步地,所述凹槽包括竖直设置的开口及与所述开口连通且沿周向设 置的容置部,当所述凸块自所述开口进入凹槽并沿容置部设置方向旋转所述固持件可使刀轴与刀片组件实现组装。将凹槽设置为开口和容置部两部分一方面便于二者的组装于拆卸。

进一步地,所述机座内设有电机及与所述电机传动连接的齿轮组件,所述齿轮组件包括与电机连接的第一齿轮及与所述可拆刀组件传动连接的第二齿轮,所述第一齿轮与第二齿轮通过连接带连接,所述第二齿轮与所述刀轴同轴设置。通过齿轮组件可以将电机的转速降低,使刀片组件获得较大的转矩以满足不同功能的使用。

应当理解,尽管在本申请中可能采用术语第一、第二、第三等来描述各种信息,但这些信息不应限于这些术语。这些术语仅用来将同一类型的信息彼此区分开。例如,在不脱离本发明范围的情况下,第一信息也可以被称为第二信息,类似地,第二信息也可以被称为第一信息。取决于语境,如在此所使用的词语“如果”可以被解释成为“在……时”或“当……时”或“响应于确定”。
下面结合附图,对本发明的一种可拆刀组件及食品机进行详细说明。在不冲突的情况下,下述的实施例及实施方式中的特征可以相互组合。
请参照图1至12所示,一种食品机100,包括机座1及组装于所述机座1的锅体2,所述锅体2内设有可拆刀组件3。
所述机座1内设有电机10及与所述电机10传动连接的齿轮组件11。所述齿轮组件11包括与电机10连接的第一齿轮12及与所述可拆刀组件3传动连接的第二齿轮13。所述第一齿轮12与第二齿轮13通过连接带连接。
所述可拆刀组件3,包括刀架30、组装于所述刀架30的刀轴31及可拆卸组装于所述刀轴31的刀片组件32。所述刀片组件32包括与所述刀轴31可拆卸组装的固持件33及设置于所述固持件33上的刀片34。所述刀轴31与所述固持件33之间设有第一密封件35。所述刀架30通过紧固螺母302固定组装于所述锅体上,所述第一密封件35与所述锅体2过盈密封组装。第一密封件35与所述锅体2过盈密封组装有效避免了食材经所述可拆刀组件3进入机座1内,确保了食品机100的安全与使用卫生。通过齿轮组件11可以将电机10的转速降低,使刀片组件32获得较大的转矩以满足不同功能的使用。通过将刀片组件32与刀轴31设置为可拆卸组装方式使刀片组件32能便于清洗,在刀轴31与固持件33之间设置第一密封件35能避免食材及液体藏于刀轴31根部,减少了清洗的麻烦。传统的可拆刀大多是连带刀轴31整体可拆, 或者拆装不方便;具体来讲可拆刀在组装于锅体或杯体后即需要专门的工具拆卸,此类可拆只是表明可拆刀与杯体或锅体为两件式结构,在使用过程中可拆刀不能真正实现单独拆卸清洗。另一方面搅拌刀底下容易藏污纳垢,清洗不干净容易发霉,造成使用的不卫生;还有部分可拆刀在使用完成后倾倒食物时会连带刀一起倒出,造成使用的不安全。
具体的,所述刀轴31包括本体310及位于本体310顶端的第一组装部311及位于本体310底端的第二组装部312。所述第一组装部311与本体310连接处设有支撑部313。所述第一组装部311上设有凸块3110。所述固持件33上设有收容所述第一组装部311的组装腔330。所述组装腔330的侧壁设有与所述凸块3110适配的凹槽331。通过凸块3110与凹槽331的配合实现刀片组件32与刀轴31的可拆卸装配,结构简单使用方便。所述第二齿轮13与所述刀轴31同轴设置,所述第二齿轮13的齿轮轴上设有第一联轴器4,所述刀轴31的第二组装部312上设有与所述第一联轴器4适配的第二联轴器5,通过第一联轴器4与第二联轴器5的配合确保刀片组件32与第二齿轮13的同轴度,降低了食品机工作过程中的噪音。
在一实施例中,所述凹槽331包括竖直设置的开口332及与所述开口332连通且沿周向设置的容置部333。当所述凸块3110自所述开口332进入凹槽331并沿容置部333设置方向旋转所述固持件33可使刀轴31与刀片组件32实现组装。将凹槽331设置为开口332和容置部333两部分便于二者的组装与拆卸。
诚然,为了使产品加工更加方便,所述凹槽331包括设置于所述组装腔330侧壁的台阶部334,所述台阶部334上组装有压块36。所述压块36的第一端面361形成所述开口332的侧壁,所述压块36的第二端面362形成所述容置部333的顶壁,所述压块36的第三端面363与所述组装腔330的侧壁处于同一圆弧面上。通过设置压块36形成凹槽331简化了固持件33的结构,便于生产。所述压块36上设有沿径向设置的第一通孔(未标号),所述台阶部334上设有与所述第一通孔适配的第二通孔(未图示),通过穿过所 述第一通孔及第二通孔的螺钉将所述压块36组装于所述台阶部334上。
在另一实施例中,所述刀轴31包括本体310及位于本体310顶端的第一组装部311及位于本体310底端的第二组装部312,所述第一组装部311与本体310连接处设有支撑部313,所述第一组装部311上设有凹槽331,所述固持件33上设有收容于所述凹槽331内的凸块3110。通过凸块3110与凹槽331的配合实现刀片组件32与刀轴31的可拆卸装配,结构简单使用方便。支撑部313能限位所述固持件33与所述刀轴31的组装位置。即本实施例与前述实施例的凹槽331与凸块3110的设置位置进行了互换。
所述凹槽331包括竖直设置的开口332及与所述开口332连通且沿周向设置的容置部333,所述容置部333的顶壁上设有防脱凸起3330以防止所述凸块3110自容置部333内滑脱。设置防脱凸起3330能防止刀片组件32在高速旋转的过程中自所述凹槽331内滑脱,确保了使用的安全性。当需要拆卸刀片组件32时,沿与组装方向相反的方向旋转所述固持件33即可将刀片组件32与刀轴31拆卸脱离,操作简单使用方便。本申请中固持件33逆时针旋转可以自刀架30上旋松拆卸,顺时针旋转固持件33可将其旋紧装配于刀架30。在前述的实施例中,所述凹槽331对称设有两个,以使刀片组件32受力平衡,所述凸块3110的设置数量与凹槽331数量相对应。
所述刀片34包括主体部340及自主体部340相向延伸的第一刀叶341及第二刀叶342,所述第一刀叶341上设有第一刀刃,所述第二刀叶342上设有第二刀刃,所述第一刀刃与第二刀刃设置方向相反。所述固持件33上设有容置所述主体部340的嵌合槽335。通过设置嵌合槽335对刀片34进行较好的限位,防止其在高速运转的过程中相对所述固持件33打滑。在本申请所述的实施例中,所述第一刀叶341与第二刀叶342在轴向方向上错落设置,以增加搅拌或粉碎效率。
所述刀架30中心设有组装孔301,所述本体310与所述组装孔301之间设有第二密封件37。所述组装孔301内设有位于所述第二密封件37下方用于限位所述刀轴31的轴承38。设置第二密封件37防止食材进入刀轴31造 成污染及损坏。所述轴承38可以是滚珠轴承也可以是含油轴承。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所做的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明保护的范围之内。
Claims (10)
- 一种可拆刀组件,其特征在于,包括刀架(30)、组装于所述刀架(30)并包括本体(310)的刀轴(31)及可拆卸组装于所述刀轴(31)的刀片组件(32),所述刀片组件(32)包括与所述刀轴(31)可拆卸组装的固持件(33)及设置于所述固持件(33)上的刀片(34),所述刀轴(31)与所述固持件(33)之间设有第一密封件(35)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可拆刀组件,其特征在于,所述刀架(30)中心设有组装孔(301),所述本体(310)与所述组装孔(301)之间设有第二密封件(37),所述组装孔(301)内设有位于所述第二密封件(37)下方用于限位所述刀轴(31)的轴承(38)。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的可拆刀组件,其特征在于,所述刀片(34)包括主体部(340)及自主体部(340)相向延伸的第一刀叶(341)及第二刀叶(342),所述第一刀叶(341)上设有第一刀刃,所述第二刀叶(342)上设有第二刀刃,所述第一刀刃与第二刀刃设置方向相反,所述固持件(33)上设有容置所述主体部(340)的嵌合槽(335)。
- 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的可拆刀组件,其特征在于,所述刀轴(31)位于本体(310)顶端的第一组装部(311)及位于本体(310)底端的第二组装部(312),所述第一组装部(311)与本体(310)连接处设有支撑部(313),所述第一组装部(311)上设有凸块(3110),所述固持件(33)上设有收容所述第一组装部(311)的组装腔(330),所述组装腔(330)的侧壁设有与所述凸块(3110)适配的凹槽(331)。
- 根据权利要求4所述的可拆刀组件,其特征在于,所述凹槽(331)包括竖直设置的开口(332)及与所述开口(332)连通且沿周向设置的容置部(333),当所述凸块(3110)自所述开口(332)进入凹槽(331)并沿容置部(333)设置方向旋转所述固持件(33)可使刀轴(31)与刀片组件(32)实现组装。
- 根据权利要求5所述的可拆刀组件,其特征在于,所述凹槽(331)包括 设置于所述组装腔(330)侧壁的台阶部(334),所述台阶部(334)上组装有压块(36),所述压块(36)的第一端面(361)形成所述开口(332)的侧壁,所述压块(36)的第二端面(362)形成所述容置部(333)的顶壁,所述压块(36)的第三端面(363)与所述组装腔(330)的侧壁处于同一圆弧面上。
- 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的可拆刀组件,其特征在于,所述刀轴(31)位于本体(310)顶端的第一组装部(311)及位于本体(310)底端的第二组装部(312),所述第一组装部(311)与本体(310)连接处设有支撑部(313),所述第一组装部(311)上设有凹槽(331),所述固持件(33)上设有收容于所述凹槽(331)内的凸块(3110)。
- 根据权利要求7所述的可拆刀组件,其特征在于,所述凹槽(331)包括竖直设置的开口(332)及与所述开口(332)连通且沿周向设置的容置部(333),所述容置部(333)的顶壁上设有防脱凸起(3330)以防止所述凸块(3110)自容置部(333)滑脱。
- 一种食品机,其特征在于,包括机座(1)及组装于所述机座(1)的锅体(2),所述锅体(2)内设有如权利要求1至8任一项所述的可拆刀组件,所述第一密封件(35)与所述锅体(2)过盈密封组装。
- 根据权利要求9所述的食品机,其特征在于,所述机座(1)内设有电机(10)及与所述电机(10)传动连接的齿轮组件(11),所述齿轮组件(11)包括与电机(10)连接的第一齿轮(12)及与所述可拆刀组件传动连接的第二齿轮(13),所述第一齿轮(12)与第二齿轮(13)通过连接带连接,所述第二齿轮(13)与所述刀轴(31)同轴设置。
