根据本申请实施例的窗式空调器,包括:前围板;电控盒组件,所述电控盒组件为上述的电控盒组件,所述电控盒组件设在所述前围板上。
根据本申请实施例的窗式空调器,通过在盒体上设置第一安装区域和第二安装区域,并在第二安装区域设置第一安装部和第二安装部,从而当电控盒组件使用在窗式空调器上时,可以根据窗式空调器的不同的型号和功能,选择在盒体内安装智能变压器或非智能变压器组,从而可以在一个盒体内同时具有两种变压器结构的安装位置,使得盒体具有较高的通用性和灵活性。
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述电控盒组件设在所述前围板的上方,所述盒体的底面上设有定位凸筋,所述定位凸筋适于定位至所述前围板的顶壁。

下面详细描述本申请的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,仅用于解释本申请,而不能理解为对本申请的限制。
下面参考附图描述根据本申请实施例的电控盒组件100,电控盒组件100安装在空调器内部,空调器可以是移动式空调器,窗式空调器,还可以是分体式空调器(例如壁挂式空调器或落地式空调器)。
如图1和图2所示,根据本申请实施例的电控盒组件100,包括盒体1和变压器组件。
如图3所示,盒体1的侧壁上具有第一安装区域11和第二安装区域12,第二安装区域12设有第一安装部121和第二安装部122。第一安装区域11和第二安装区域12可位于盒体1的同一侧壁上,或者,第一安装区域11和第二安装区域12位于盒体1的不同侧壁上。
具体地,例如,参照图3,盒体1大致呈长方体,盒体1包括前侧壁、后侧壁、左侧壁、右侧壁和底壁,后侧壁上具有第一安装区域11,右侧壁上具有第二安装区域12。
在本申请的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。
如图1、图2和图3所示,变压器组件设在盒体1内,变压器组件为智能变压器2 或非智能变压器组,其中非智能变压器组包括非智能变压器3和继电器;当变压器组件为智能变压器2时,智能变压器2与第一安装部121相连;当变压器组件为非智能变压器组时,非智能变压器3和继电器中的其中一个安装在第一安装区域11,非智能变压器3和继电器中的另一个与第二安装部122相连,即当非智能变压器3安装在第一安装区域11时,继电器安装在第二安装区域12的第二安装部122,当继电器安装在第一安装区域11时,非智能变压器3安装在第二安装区域12的第二安装部122。
具体而言,智能变压器2的内部一般集成有继电器模块,因此当盒体1内安装智能变压器2时,便不需要再安装继电器,智能变压器2除了包括变压器的基本部件外,内部还设有智能控制部件以及相关的传感、检测、传输模块等等,例如WiFi通信模块等,从而配合物联网技术可实现对变压器运行状态的智能监控,非智能变压器3为传统的变压器、非智能变压器3的功能相对单一,一般需要配合继电器使用。当电控盒组件100使用在窗式空调器上时,可以根据窗式空调器的不同的型号和功能,选择在盒体内安装智能变压器2或非智能变压器组,从而可以在一个盒体1内同时具有两种变压器结构的安装位置,使得盒体1具有较高的通用性和灵活性。
根据本申请实施例的电控盒组件100,通过在盒体1上设置第一安装区域11和第二安装区域12,并在第二安装区域12设置第一安装部121和第二安装部122,从而当电控盒组件使用在窗式空调器上时,可以根据窗式空调器的不同的型号和功能,选择在盒体内安装智能变压器2或非智能变压器组,从而可以在一个盒体1内同时具有两种变压器结构的安装位置,使得盒体1具有较高的通用性和灵活性。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图3、图5和图6所示,第一安装部121包括间隔开的第一子安装部1211和第二子安装部1212,第一子安装部1211包括第一段121a和第二段121b,第一段121a的一端与第二安装区域12的内表面相连,第一段121a的另一端朝向远离第二安装区域12的方向延伸,第二段121b的一端与第一段121a的另一端相连,第二段121b的另一端朝向靠近第二子安装部1212的方向延伸以与第二安装区域12的内表面限定出插槽121c,智能变压器2的两端分别设有第一卡板21和第二卡板22,第一卡板21适于卡入插槽121c,第二卡板22与第二子安装部1212配合。
具体而言,例如,参照图3、图5和图6,第一子安装部1211和第二子安装部1212设在盒体1的右侧壁上沿前后方向间隔设置,第一子安装部1211位于第二子安装部1212后方,第一子安装部1211包括第一段121a和第二段121b,第一段121a的右端与第二安装区域12的内表面相连,第一段121a向左延伸且与第二安装区域12垂直设置,第二段121b的后端与第一段121a的左端相连,第二段121b向前延伸且与第一段121a大体垂直设置,第二段121b与第二安装区域12的内表面限定出插槽121c,智能变压器2的后端设有第一卡板21,智能变压器2的前端设有第二卡板22,第一卡板21与插槽121c相适配,由此在安装智能变压器2时,可将第一卡板21插入插槽121c中,将第二卡板22与第二子安装部1212配合,安装过程简单方便。
当然,除了上述的实施方式,可以理解的是,第一子安装部1211和第二子安装部 1212还可沿其他方向间隔设置在盒体1上,比如第一子安装部1211和第二子安装部1212沿竖直方向间隔设置在盒体1的右侧壁上。
在本申请的一些实施例中,第一子安装部1211被构造成由第二安装区域12的部分侧壁朝向靠近盒体1内部的方向冲压后弯折而限定出,由此,可简化加工工艺,降低生产成本。
具体地,例如,参照图5和图6,在实际生产中,盒体1右侧壁上位于第二安装区域12的部分侧壁向左靠近盒体1内部的方向冲压后并弯折,形成了第一子安装部1211的第一段121a和与第一段121a垂直的第二段121b,并且还形成了第二段121b与第二安装区域12区域部分侧壁之间的插槽121c,由此,便于加工,而且经冲压成型后,第一子安装部1211和盒体1的右侧壁是一体件,从而可加强二者的结构强度,在使用时,不易变形损坏。
在本申请的一些实施例中,第一卡板21与第二段121b通过第一紧固件相连。
具体而言,例如,参照图6,第一紧固件为螺钉,第一卡板21上设有第一通孔,第二段121b的内表面上设有第一螺钉柱121d,第一螺钉柱121d上开有第一螺纹孔,当第一卡板21插接在插槽121c中时,将第一通孔与第一螺纹孔对中,然后用螺钉穿过第一通孔与第一螺纹孔螺纹连接,从而可将第一卡板21与第二段121b可靠、方便地固定相连。当然,第一螺钉柱121d也可设置在第二段121b的外表面上,本实施例对此不作限制。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图3和图7所示,第二子安装部1212为贯穿盒体1的侧壁的安装孔,第二卡板22被构造成从安装孔穿过后抵接在盒体1的外表面上,由此,结构简单,便于安装。
具体而言,例如,参照图7,第二子安装部1212为贯穿盒体1右侧壁的安装孔,安装孔为竖向的条形孔,安装孔的开口形状与智能变压器2的第二卡板22的形状吻合,由此,在安装智能变压器2时,可将第二卡板22插入安装孔中,整个安装过程简单方便。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图4所示,第二安装区域12的部分侧壁向外凹入以限定出凹入部123,凹入部123的远离第一子安装部1211的一侧敞开以限定出安装孔。
具体地,例如,参照图7,凹入部123包括第三段123a和第四段123b,第三段123a的左端与第二安装区域12的外表面相连,第三段123a向右延伸,第四段123b位于盒体1外部,第四段123b的后端与第三段123a的右端相连,第四段123b向前延伸,第四段123b的前端敞开,从而使第四段123b与盒体1的右侧壁之间限定出安装孔,由此便于安装,而且凹入部123的设置可以加强第二安装区域12的该部分侧壁的结构强度,在使用时不易变形损坏。
作为本申请的一些可选的实施方式,第一子安装部1211和第二子安装部1212还可以具有相同的结构形式。比如,第一子安装部1211和第二子安装部1212均被构造成安装孔形式。或者,第二子安装部1212被构造成和第一子安装部1211相同的也具有插槽 121c的结构形式,其中第二子安装部1212的插槽与智能变压器2的第二卡板22相适配,而且第二子安装部1212插槽的开口方向和第一子安装部1211插槽121c的开口相对,以便于在安装时可将智能变压器2的第一卡板21插入第一子安装部1211的插槽121c中,第二卡板22插入第二子安装部122的插槽121c中。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图3和图4所示,电控盒组件100还包括负离子发生器模块4,负离子发生器模块4安装在第二安装区域12。负离子发生器模块4用于产生空气负离子,可调高空调器的使用舒适性。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图3和图4所示,负离子发生器模块4位于第一子安装部1211的远离第二子安装部1212的一侧,负离子发生器模块4的邻近第一子安装部1211的一端抵接在第一段121a上,负离子发生器模块4的另一端通过第二紧固件安装在位于第二安装区域12的紧固孔124上。
具体而言,例如,参照图3和图4,第一子安装部1211的远离第二子安装部1212的一侧即为图中所示的第一子安装部1211的后侧,第一子安装部1211的后侧安装有负离子发生器模块4,由于第一子安装部1211的第一段121a朝向盒体1内部延伸,因此第一段121a凸出第二安装区域12的内表面,在安装负离子发生器模块4时,负离子发生器模块4的前端便可与第一段121a抵接,负离子发生器模块4的后端通过第二紧固件与紧固孔124安装,由此,结构简单,便于安装。
可选地,第二紧固件为螺钉,具体而言,例如,参照3,负离子发生器模块4的后端设有第二通孔,第二安装区域12的紧固孔124为螺纹孔,在安装时,将螺钉穿过第二通孔与螺纹孔螺纹连接便可固定负离子发生器模块4。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图1和图3所示,盒体1包括相连的第一侧壁1a和第二侧壁1b,第一侧壁1a和第二侧壁1b垂直设置,第一安装区域11位于第一侧壁1a,第二安装区域12位于第二侧壁1b,负离子发生器模块4位于第二安装区域12的邻近第一安装区域11的一端且位于第一安装部121和第一侧壁1a之间,负离子发生器模块4的厚度方向与第一侧壁1a垂直设置。由此,结构紧凑。
具体地,例如,参照图1和图3,第一侧壁1a即为盒体1的后侧壁,第二侧壁1b即为盒体1的右侧壁,盒体1的右侧壁与后侧壁垂直相连,后侧壁上具有第一安装区域11,右侧壁上具有第二安装区域12,负离子发生器模块4位于第二安装区域12的后端并位于第一安装部121和后侧壁之间,负离子发生器模块4的厚度方向即为图中所示的前后方向。
在本申请的一些实施例中,第二安装部122为间隔开的多个螺钉孔,继电器通过第三紧固件与螺钉孔相连。具体地,例如,参照图3,第二安装部122设置在盒体1的右侧壁上,第二安装部122为多个间隔开的螺钉孔,安装继电器时可通过螺钉等第三紧固件与螺钉孔相连,由此,结构简单,便于安装。在本申请的描述中,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上。
值得说明的是,虽然第二安装部122和第一安装部121均位于盒体1的右侧壁,但 二者互不影响,即智能变压器2和继电器的安装互不影响,在实际使用中用户可以根据自身的需求选择安装。
根据本申请实施例的窗式空调器,包括前围板和电控盒组件100,电控盒组件100为上述的电控盒组件100,电控盒组件100设在前围板上。
根据本申请实施例的窗式空调器,通过在盒体1上设置第一安装区域11和第二安装区域12,并在第二安装区域12设置第一安装部121和第二安装部122,从而当电控盒组件使用在窗式空调器上时,可以根据窗式空调器的不同的型号和功能,选择在盒体内安装智能变压器2或非智能变压器组,从而可以在一个盒体1内同时具有两种变压器结构的安装位置,使得盒体1具有较高的通用性和灵活性。
在本申请的一些实施例中,电控盒组件100设在前围板的上方,盒体1的底面上设有定位凸筋13,定位凸筋13适于定位至前围板的顶壁。
具体地,例如,参照图2和图4,定位凸筋13为三角筋,定位凸筋13向下凸出盒体1的底壁,具体在安装电控盒组件100时,定位凸筋13可与窗式空调器的前围板的顶壁抵接,从而方便安装。
关于窗式空调器的其它的结构已被本领域技术人员所熟知,此处不再详细说明。
在本申请的描述中,“第一特征”、“第二特征”可以包括一个或者更多个该特征。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征。
在本申请中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本申请中的具体含义。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种电控盒组件,其特征在于,包括:
    盒体,所述盒体的侧壁上具有第一安装区域和第二安装区域,所述第二安装区域设有第一安装部和第二安装部;
    变压器组件,所述变压器组件设在所述盒体内,所述变压器组件为智能变压器或非智能变压器组,其中所述非智能变压器组包括非智能变压器和继电器;
    当所述变压器组件为智能变压器时,所述智能变压器与所述第一安装部相连;
    当所述变压器组件为非智能变压器组时,所述非智能变压器和所述继电器中的其中一个安装在所述第一安装区域,所述非智能变压器和所述继电器中的另一个与所述第二安装部相连。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电控盒组件,其特征在于,所述第一安装部包括:间隔开的第一子安装部和第二子安装部,所述第一子安装部包括第一段和第二段,所述第一段的一端与所述第二安装区域的内表面相连,所述第一段的另一端朝向远离所述第二安装区域的方向延伸,所述第二段的一端与所述第一段的另一端相连,所述第二段的另一端朝向靠近所述第二子安装部的方向延伸以与所述第二安装区域的内表面限定出插槽;
    所述智能变压器的两端分别设有第一卡板和第二卡板,所述第一卡板适于卡入所述插槽,所述第二卡板与所述第二子安装部配合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电控盒组件,其特征在于,所述第一子安装部被构造成由所述第二安装区域的部分侧壁朝向靠近所述盒体内部的方向冲压后弯折而限定出。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的电控盒组件,其特征在于,所述第一卡板与所述第二段通过第一紧固件相连。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的电控盒组件,其特征在于,所述第二子安装部为贯穿所述盒体的侧壁的安装孔,所述第二卡板被构造成从所述安装孔穿过后抵接在所述盒体的外表面上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电控盒组件,其特征在于,所述第二安装区域的部分侧壁向外凹入以限定出凹入部,所述凹入部的远离所述第一子安装部的一侧敞开以限定出所述安装孔。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的电控盒组件,其特征在于,还包括负离子发生器模块,所述负离子发生器模块安装在所述第二安装区域。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电控盒组件,其特征在于,所述负离子发生器模块位于所述第一子安装部的远离所述第二子安装部的一侧,所述负离子发生器模块的邻近所述第一子安装部的一端抵接在所述第一段上,所述负离子发生器模块的另一端通过第二紧固件安装在位于所述第二安装区域的紧固孔上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电控盒组件,其特征在于,所述盒体包括相连的第一侧壁和 第二侧壁,所述第一侧壁和所述第二侧壁垂直设置,所述第一安装区域位于所述第一侧壁,所述第二安装区域位于所述第二侧壁,所述负离子发生器模块位于所述第二安装区域的邻近所述第一安装区域的一端且位于所述第一安装部和所述第一侧壁之间,所述负离子发生器模块的厚度方向与所述第一侧壁垂直设置。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的电控盒组件,其特征在于,所述第二安装部为间隔开的多个螺钉孔,所述继电器通过第三紧固件与所述螺钉孔相连。
  11. 一种窗式空调器,其特征在于,包括:
    前围板;
    电控盒组件,所述电控盒组件为根据权利要求1-10中任一项所述的电控盒组件,所述电控盒组件设在所述前围板上。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的窗式空调器,其特征在于,所述电控盒组件设在所述前围板的上方,所述盒体的底面上设有定位凸筋,所述定位凸筋适于定位至所述前围板的顶壁
