本实用新型涉及摄像镜头相关领域,具体为一种竞速无人机的摄像镜头。
背景技术
摄像机镜头是视频系统的最关键设备,它的质量(指标)优势直接影响摄像机的整机指标,镜头相当于人眼的晶状体,如果没有晶状体,人眼看不到任何物体;如果没有镜头,那么摄像头所输出的图像;就是白茫茫的一片,没有清晰的图像输出,这与我们家用摄像机和照相机的原理是一致的,而现有的摄像镜头种类较多,且对于不同的摄像机可以选用不同的摄像镜头,摄像镜头的体型大多较小,较为便利,但在摄像镜头进行使用时,对周围环境的抗性较差。
现有的摄像镜头都无法在雨水堆积到镜头的镜片上时,对镜头进行清洗;因此市场急需研制一种竞速无人机的摄像镜头来帮助人们解决现有的问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种竞速无人机的摄像镜头,以解决上述背景技术中提出的无法在雨水堆积到镜头的镜片上时,对镜头进行清洗的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种竞速无人机的摄像镜头,包括摄像头外壳,所述摄像头外壳上设置有照明灯,所述照明灯的一侧设置有红外测距器,所述红外测距器下端的一侧设置有防抖镜头,所述摄像头外壳的一侧设置有固定板,所述固定板的内部设置有一号转轴,所述一号转轴上设置有固定壳,所述固定壳的上端设置有轴承,所述轴承的内部设置有二号转轴,所述摄像头外壳的下端设置有刷镜设备,所述刷镜设备包括保护壳,所述保护壳的内部设置有蓄电池,所述蓄电池的前端设置有电机,所述电机的前端设置有三号转轴,所述三号转轴上设置有旋板。
优选的,所述旋板的一侧设置有无纺布软层,所述旋板与无纺布软层粘贴连接,所述旋板与三号转轴通过氩弧焊连接。
优选的,所述三号转轴与电机之间设置有联轴器,所述电机与三号转轴通过联轴器连接,所述电机与蓄电池电性连接。
优选的,所述照明灯与蓄电池电性连接,所述红外测距器与蓄电池电性连接,所述防抖镜头与蓄电池电性连接。
优选的,所述轴承的内圈略小于二号转轴,所述二号转轴与轴承过盈连接,所述固定板与摄像头外壳固定连接。
优选的,所述一号转轴与固定板通过手工电弧焊连接,所述刷镜设备与摄像头外壳通过手工电弧焊连接,所述摄像头外壳与防抖镜头固定连接。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
1、该实用新型通过刷镜设备的设置,使用者在进行使用时,可以通过刷镜设备内部的电机驱动三号转轴进行旋转,旋转的三号转轴会带动旋板一起进行旋转,而旋板上的无纺布软层会在旋板旋转的过程中对镜片上的雨水进行清除,可以在一定程度上缓解使用者的使用压力,同时也可以较大幅度的提高整个摄像镜头的工作效率;
2、该实用新型通过二号转轴和一号转轴的设置,在进行使用时,可以通过驱动一号转轴进行转动,以实现摄像镜头的纵向转动,同时也可以通过二号转轴的设置,使二号转轴进行旋转,即可以实现摄像镜头在横向上的转动,可以在一定程度上提高整个摄像镜头的工作效率。

请参阅图1-3,本实用新型提供的一种实施例:一种竞速无人机的摄像镜头,包括摄像头外壳1,摄像头外壳1上设置有照明灯2,照明灯2的一侧设置有红外测距器3,红外测距器3下端的一侧设置有防抖镜头4,摄像头外壳1的一侧设置有固定板5,固定板5的内部设置有一号转轴6,一号转轴6上设置有固定壳7,固定壳7的上端设置有轴承8,轴承8的内部设置有二号转轴9,摄像头外壳1的下端设置有刷镜设备10,可以通过刷镜设备10对防抖镜头4进行清洗,刷镜设备10包括保护壳11,保护壳11的内部设置有蓄电池12,蓄电池12的前端设置有电机13,可以通过电机13来驱动三号转轴14进行旋转,电机13的前端设置有三号转轴14,三号转轴14上设置有旋板15。
进一步,旋板15的一侧设置有无纺布软层,旋板15与无纺布软层粘贴连接,旋板15与三号转轴14通过氩弧焊连接,通过无纺布软层,可以较为便利的对防抖镜头4进行清洗。
进一步,三号转轴14与电机13之间设置有联轴器,电机13与三号转轴14通过联轴器连接,电机13与蓄电池12电性连接,通过联轴器的设置,可以在一定程度上使三号转轴14与电机13连接的更加牢固。
进一步,照明灯2与蓄电池12电性连接,红外测距器3与蓄电池12电性连接,防抖镜头4与蓄电池12电性连接,可以通过蓄电池12来为整个摄像镜头内部的设备进行供电。
进一步,轴承8的内圈略小于二号转轴9,二号转轴9与轴承8过盈连接,固定板5与摄像头外壳1固定连接,通过过盈连接的轴承8与二号转轴9,可以使摄像镜头的横向旋转变得更加灵活。
进一步,一号转轴6与固定板5通过手工电弧焊连接,刷镜设备10与摄像头外壳1通过手工电弧焊连接,摄像头外壳1与防抖镜头4固定连接,通过手工电弧焊的连接方式,可以在一定程度使设备之间的连接更加的紧密。
工作原理:使用时,先对整个摄像镜头进行检查,检查无误后,使用者即可以通过无人机底部的轴孔与二号转轴9进行连接,确认连接无误后,即可以开始摄像镜头的使用,当无人机在使用中偶遇雨水时,可以通过刷镜设备10内部的电机13驱动三号转轴14进行旋转,旋转的三号转轴14会带动旋板15一起进行旋转,而旋板15上的无纺布软层会在旋板15旋转的过程中对镜片上的雨水进行清除,即可以完成对无人机镜头的雨水清除操作,当需要进行旋转摄像镜头时,可以通过驱动一号转轴6进行旋转,以实现摄像镜头在纵向方向的旋转,再通过无人机内部电机的转动,使二号转轴9可以进行旋转,即可以实现摄像镜头在横向上的转动,以便利使用者进行使用。
