发明内容

图4为本发明第二个实施的结构示意图。图中显示,与第一个实施例不同的是,本例中,还设置有皮带轮7.51、7.52、皮带7.6以及保护罩7.7。由转柄7.1驱动皮带轮7.51转动并通过皮带7.6带动皮带轮7.52转动从而驱动传动锥齿轮7.4转动。还设置皮带传动机构,皮带传动机构包括主皮带轮7.51、从 动皮带轮7.52、皮带7.6以及保护罩7.7,从动皮带轮7.52设置在传动轴7.2的外端,转动转柄7.1驱动主皮带轮7.51转动从而带动从动皮带轮7.52转动进而驱动传动机构7转动。本例中,保护罩7.7设置在皮带传动机构的外面起保护作用。

Claims (2)

  1. 一种除尘袋的清洗装置,其特征是,设置除尘箱,除尘箱底部设置有漏斗,漏斗下端连接出尘管,除尘箱还设置有门,在门上还设置有门栓机构,在所述除尘箱脚部设置四根支撑柱将除尘箱支撑固定,还设置底座,所述支撑柱的脚部安装固定在所述底座上,在所述底座上位于出尘管的下面还放置堆尘盒,在所述底座上的另一侧还设置有清洗盆;
    在所述除尘箱里面还设置有旋转机构,旋转机构包括旋转板、夹持板、旋转轴、锥齿轮,所述旋转轴通过轴承竖直安装在所述除尘箱的顶部,并且所述旋转轴从所述除尘箱的顶部穿出,所述锥齿轮设置在所述旋转轴的上端,所述旋转板固定在所述旋转轴下端,旋转机构上还设置有夹持应力板、螺纹杆以及夹持块,所述夹持应力板上面具有长孔,所述螺纹杆置于长孔里面并将夹持块固定;在旋转机构的下面设置除尘袋,除尘袋被夹持应力板夹持固定在旋转板下面;
    在所述除尘箱的外面设置有传动机构,传动机构包括转柄、传动轴、轴承座以及传动锥齿轮,所述转柄安装在所述传动轴的外端,所述传动轴安装在所述轴承座上,传动锥齿轮设置在所述传动轴的另一端,转动转柄可以驱动传动锥齿轮转动;
    所述传动机构的传动锥齿轮与旋转机构的锥齿轮互相啮合,通过转柄驱动传动锥齿轮转动同时带动旋转机构锥齿轮转动从而驱动旋转机构旋转;
    在所述除尘箱的内壁还分散设置若干除尘块,除尘块表面光滑,当所述除尘袋旋转时不断碰撞所述除尘块使除尘袋上的粉尘跌落到所述漏斗并通过出尘管掉落到所述堆尘盒中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种除尘袋的清洗装置,其特征是,还设置皮带传动机构,皮带传动机构包括主皮带轮、从动皮带轮、皮带以及保护罩,从动皮带轮设置在所述传动轴的外端,转动所述转柄驱动主皮带轮转动从而带动从动皮带轮转动进而驱动传动机构转动。
