Description

一种耗材盒安装底座及废弃物收集设备
本申请要求于2019年7月19日提交中国专利局、申请号为201910652518.6、发明名称为“一种耗材盒安装底座及废弃物收集设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,上述专利的全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗设备领域,尤其涉及一种耗材盒尤其是医疗废弃物收集设备的耗材盒。
背景技术
在实施特定的手术过程中,会不可避免地产生液体、半固体和固体等类型的废弃物,具体包括人体流体,如血液,以及手术过程中引入到手术部位的灌注溶液,另外在手术过程中产生的固体和半固体废弃物包括组织碎块和可能留在人体部位的小块的手术材料。理想情况下,废弃物一旦产生就会被收集,从而既不会弄脏污染手术部位,也不会成为手术室或其他实施手术过程地点的生物危险品。
现有技术中,存在多种废弃物收集系统可供医护人员在实施手术或手术之后来收集手术过程中产生的废弃物。其原理主要为通过真空源产生抽吸力将手术部位产生的废弃物抽吸至特定的收集容器中。即,系统启动后,真空源产生的抽吸力到达手术部位,从而通过手术部位接触的管路将废弃物抽吸流入至特定的收集容器。
例如现有技术中的史赛克生产的NEPTUNE废弃物收集设备,参见附图1,附图1为现有技术中的废弃物收集设备的结构示意图,该废弃物收集设备1包括移动单元11、真空源12、耗材盒14和废弃物收集罐13。在该技术方案中,由于接触手术部位的管道15通过可拆卸的耗材盒14和废弃物收集罐13连接。移动单元11可以使废弃物收集设备1在使用过程中位置更为灵活。而通过使用一次性耗材盒14,则可以不需要再对这一器件进行消毒,仅需要对废弃物收集罐13清洗消毒即可,可以最大限度地避免废弃物的污染风险。参见图1,现有技术中,在使用耗材盒14时,需要将其插入废弃物收集设备1的对应耗材盒插孔内,该方法可造成耗材盒14在使用过程中意外脱落,从而造成对手术室的污染,同时会污染废弃物收集设备。为了防止耗材盒14脱落,现有技术提供一种耗材盒的固定结构,操作人员需要旋转耗材盒14以使其能够固定在废弃物收集设备1的插口内。同样,在使用后,需要操作人员手动旋转取出耗材盒14。该结构同样需要操作人 员手动锁住耗材盒14,同时在取出耗材盒14时,也需要操作人员手动取出耗材盒14。现有技术的方案除了增加人工的操作步骤,还容易因为不同人工操作的力度大小,造成取出困难或者因为用力过大造成流体外漏从而增加对设备污染的风险。对于废弃物收集设备端1,在取出耗材盒14后,该耗材盒插口仍旧处于开放状态,废弃物收集容器中的废弃物容易从该插口挥发气味,同时也容易在存放以及运输过程中落入异物。
发明内容
本发明实施例所要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种耗材盒安装底座以及废弃物收集设备,能够在未接入耗材盒时挡住安装耗材盒的接口,防止落入异物。同时,能够在取出耗材盒时自动封闭接口,便于使用。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明实施例提供一种耗材盒安装底座,用于废液收集设备,包括:底座基座,安装于所述废弃物收集设备;第一安装接口,设置于所述底座基座,用于与耗材盒的第一安装接头对接;在所述耗材盒与所述第一安装接头对接之后所述第一安装接口锁住所述第一安装接头;并在接收到解除操作后解锁并弹出所述耗材盒;传动结构,与所述弹性套头连接,用于在接收到所述解除操作后带动所述弹性套头解锁并弹出所述耗材盒;操作组件,与所述传动结构连接,用于操作解除所述耗材盒并带动所述传动结构动作。
进一步的,所述第一安装接口具体包括:对接管道,设置于所述底座基座,用于与耗材盒的第一安装接头对接;弹性套头,设置于所述对接管道,可在第一位置和第二位置移动,在所述耗材盒与所述对接管道对接之后所述弹性套头位于所述第二位置并锁住所述第一安装接头;并在接收到解除操作后解锁并弹出所述耗材盒,所述弹性套头回复至所述第一位置。
进一步的,所述第一安装接口为空气接头。
进一步的,所述传动结构具体包括:第一传动杆,安装于所述底座基座并与所述操作组件连接,可在第三位置和第四位置间移动;在所述耗材盒安装底座空载时,所述第一传动杆位于所述第三位置;在所述耗材盒安装底座安装了所述耗材盒时,所述第一传动杆移动至所述第四位置;在所述操作组件接收到所述解除操作后,所述第一传动杆从所述第四位置回复至所述第三位置;第一传动臂,所述第一传动臂一端与所述第一传动杆连接,一端与第二传动杆连接,并根据所述第一传动杆的移动在预设角度范围摆动;所述第二传动杆,与所述第一传动臂连接,并可根据所述第一传动臂的摆动而转动;第 二传动臂,所述第二传动臂一端与所述第二传动杆连接,另一端与所述弹性套头连接,并根据所述第二传动杆的转动而摆动以带动所述弹性套头在所述第一位置和所述第二位置移动。
进一步的,所述还包括第三传动臂,所述第三传动臂一端与所述第二传动杆连接,另一端与所述弹性套头连接,并根据所述第二传动杆的转动而摆动以带动所述弹性套头在所述第一位置和所述第二位置移动。
进一步的,所述第一传动杆包括一段安装于所述操作组件的圆柱形连接杆以及一段在所述第三位置和所述第四位置间移动的方柱形运动杆。
进一步的,所述操作组件为可按压的操作旋钮。
进一步的,所述操作旋钮包括一防误触插杆,所述防误触插杆与设置于所述底座基座的防误触插孔配合;当所述防误触插杆对准所述防误触插孔后可按压所述操作旋钮并执行所述解除操作。
进一步的,所述第二传动杆包括与所述第一传动臂以及所述第二传动臂数量对应的配接部。
进一步的,还包括:遮挡结构,设置于所述底座基座,用于在未安装所述耗材盒时遮挡所述第一安装接口以及可以在安装所述耗材盒前露出所述第一安装接口。
进一步的,所述遮挡结构具体包括:挡片,可在第一位置和第二位置移动;当所述挡片位于第一位置时,与所述第一安装接口配合以遮挡所述第一安装接口;当所述挡片位于第二位置时,所述第一安装接口为敞开状态以接入所述耗材盒;驱动装置,与所述挡片连接,用于驱动所述挡片在所述第一位置和所述第二位置间移动。
进一步的,所述耗材盒安装底座还包括:引导界面,该引导界面设置于所述底座基座,并设置与所述第一安装接口连通的第一引导接口;所述挡片在第一位置时位于所述引导界面和所述第一安装接口之间。
进一步的,所述挡片和所述引导界面之间还包括一第一垫圈,所述第一垫圈设置于所述第一引导接口且可与所述挡片配合以封闭所述第一引导接口。
进一步的,所述第一垫圈套设于所述第一引导接口朝向所述第一安装接口方向的管体。
进一步的,所述第一垫圈设有引导口部以与所述挡片接触配合。
进一步的,所述驱动装置为电动驱动杆。
进一步的,所述耗材盒安装底座还设置一用于检测所述传动结构动作的检测装置,在检测到所述传动结构带动所述弹性套头解锁并弹出所述耗材盒后,所述检测装置控制所述电动驱动杆将所述挡片移动至所述第一位置。
进一步的,所述耗材盒安装底座还包括一与所述驱动装置连接的控制组件,用于手动控制所述驱动装置。
对应的,本发明还提供一种废弃物收集设备,用于收集医疗废弃物,包括上述的耗材盒安装底座。
实施本发明实施例,具有如下有益效果:本发明实施例中的耗材盒安装底座在未安装耗材盒的情况下能够封闭安装耗材盒的接口,放置废弃物收集设备中的废弃物以及气味污染使用环境,同时能够有效防止异物通过开口的插口进入废弃物收集设备。另外,本发明的另一个实施例中,在取出耗材盒后能够自动封闭安装耗材盒的接口,无需手动操作,使用方便。

如图2所示的实施例中,耗材盒1000连接在,优选地,被插接在用于收集医疗废弃物的废弃物收集设备3000上。具体的,如图4所示,耗材盒1000插接在废弃物收集设备3000的耗材盒安装底座2000上。本是实例中耗材盒1000如图2和图3所示,该耗材盒1000用于图2所示的废弃物收集设备3000中。本实施例中,耗材盒1000包括第一安装接头1100、第二安装接头1200以及外部管线接头1300。其中,第一安装接头1100为废弃物安装接头、第二安装接头1200为真空源安装接头,外部管线接头1300用于引入医疗废弃物,外部管线接头1300与外部抽吸管路(图中未示出)连接,外部抽吸管路可与抽吸接头(图中未示出)连接,抽吸接头可为单独的接头也可附连于手术设备。该抽吸接头处的抽吸力将医疗过程中产生的废弃物通过外部抽吸管路输送至第一安装接头1100并进入和贮存在废弃物收集设备3000中。
第一安装接头1100一端与外部管线接头1300之间液路连接,用于与废弃物收集设备3000的废弃物收集罐连接,以使医疗废弃物进入废弃物收集设备3000的废弃物收集罐。在本实施中,废弃物收集设备3000设置了两个废弃物收集罐,分别是第一废弃物收集罐3100以及第二废弃物收集罐3200,其中第一废弃物收集罐3100和第二废弃物收集罐3200之间可以气路和/或液路连通。
另外,耗材盒1000还包括一真空源接头1200,该真空源接头1200用于与真空源(图中未示出)连接,真空源可以设置废弃物收集设备3000内,也可以为外部单独的真空源。同时,真空源接头1200与废弃物收集罐气路连接,以为废弃物收集罐提供抽吸力,如图10所示。
参见图3-图6所示,耗材盒安装底座2000具体包括:底座基座2100、第一安装接口2400、传动结构2300以及操作组件2200。其中,底座基座2100安装于废弃物收集设备3000;第一安装接口2400,设置于底座基座2100,用于与耗材盒1000的第一安装接头1100对接;在耗材盒1000与第一安装接 头1100对接之后第一安装接口2400锁住第一安装接头1100,并在接收到解除操作后解锁并弹出耗材盒1000;传动结构2300与弹性套头2400连接,用于在接收到解除操作后带动弹性套头2400解锁并弹出耗材盒1000;操作组件2200与传动结构2300连接,用于操作解除耗材盒1000并带动传动结构2300动作。
耗材盒安装底座2000除了具有用于接入耗材盒1000的第一安装接头1100的第一安装接头2400,还形成一用于接入耗材盒1000的第二安装接头1200的第二安装接头2600。除此之外,如图4所示,底座基座2100还设置一引导界面2500,该引导界面2500设置引导斜面,用于引导耗材盒1000找准位置,同时防止耗材盒1000的接头的碰撞。对应的,引导界面2500设有分别与第一安装接口2400对接的第一引导接口2501以及与第二安装接口2600对接的第二引导接口2502。
参见图5所示,进一步的,第一安装接口2400具体包括:对接管道2410以及弹性套头2420。对接管道2410设置于底座基座2100,用于与耗材盒1000的第一安装接头1100对接,具体的第一安装接头1100通过第一引导接口2501后插入对接管道2400的第一插口2401;弹性套头2420设置于对接管道2410,具体的,该弹性套头2420套设于对接管道2410,且弹性套头2410可在第一位置和第二位置移动,在耗材盒1000与对接管道2410对接之后弹性套头2420位于第二位置并锁住第一安装接头1100,并在接收到解除操作后解锁并弹出所述耗材盒1000,弹性套头2420此时回复至第一位置。本实施中的第一安装接口2400采用空气接头,因此弹性套头2420和对接管道2410之间的具体结构可以为空气接头常见的结构,也可以根据使用需求重新设计。具体的,在插入耗材盒1000之前,弹性套头2420位于第一位置,参见图3。当插入耗材盒1000后,第一安装接头1100推动对接管道2410内的部件(图中未示出),该部件直接或间接的作用于弹性套头2420,使弹性套头2420弹出至第二位置,参见图4,在此过程中,弹性套头2420或者同时结合对接管道2410锁住第一安装接头1100以固定耗材盒1000。
参见图5-图8所示,传动结构2300具体包括:第一传动杆2310、第一传动臂2320、第二传动杆2330以及第二传动臂2340。
第一传动杆2310安装于底座基座2100并与操作组件2200连接,可在第三位置和第四位置间移动;在耗材盒安装底座2000空载时,第一传动杆2310位于第三位置,如图5所示;在耗材盒安装底座2000安装了耗材盒1000时,第一传动杆2310移动至第四位置,参见图4所示;在操作组件2200接收到解除操作后,第一传动杆2310从第四位置回复至第三位置。第一传动臂2320一端与第一传动杆2310连接,一端与第二传动杆2330连接,并根据第一传动杆2310的移动在预设角度范围摆动。第二传动杆2330与第一传动臂2320连接,并可根据第一传动臂2320的摆动而转动。第二传动臂2340 一端与第二传动杆2330连接,另一端与弹性套头2420连接,并根据第二传动杆2330的转动而摆动以带动弹性套头2420在第一位置和第二位置移动。
参见图4和图5所示,第一传动杆2310设置于底座基座2100的第二座体2120上。参见图8,第一传动杆2310可在第一通孔2103中移动,第一通孔2103设置于第二座体2120。第一传动杆2310可以为圆柱体。参见图7,本实施例中,为了防止圆柱形杆体发生转动,第一传动杆2310包括一段安装于操作组件2200的圆柱形连接杆2312以及一段在第三位置和第四位置间移动的方柱形运动杆2314。在其他实施例中个,将运动杆2314个,还可以将运动杆设置为其他形状的棱柱或者近似棱柱的结构。
参见图6和图7,第一传动臂2320为两端具有弧度的金属片,第一固定件2322通过第一传动臂2320的第一臂孔2321以及第一传动杆2310上的杆孔2313将第一传动臂2320和第一传动杆2310连接。优选的,杆孔2313和第一固定件2322为螺纹连接。参见图8,第一传动臂2320设置于第二座体2120上的摆动槽2105内,该摆动槽2105限定了第一传动臂2320的摆动幅度,也同时限定了第一传动杆2310的移动距离。另外,摆动槽2105和第一通孔2103连通并形成了可供第一固定件2322穿过及移动的移动窗2104,使得第一固定件2322既能将第一传动臂2320固定于第一传动杆2310,又能使第一传动臂2320可跟随第一传动杆2310的移动而摆动。
参见图6-图9,第二传动杆2330为主体为圆柱体,并设置有用于和第一传动臂2320和第二传动臂2340配接的配接部2332,该配接部2332分别与第一传动臂2320上设置的第一配接孔2323以及第二传动臂2340上设置的第二配接孔2343连接。为了便于传动,配接部2332和第一配接孔2323以及第二配接孔2343中间最好不发生相对运动,优选的,配接部2332为棱柱状,而第一配接孔2323以及第二配接孔2343为对应形状的通孔。本实施例中,第一配接孔2323以及第二配接孔2343为方孔,而配接部2332为长方体形状。此时,第一传动臂2320摆动时可带动第二传动杆2330转动,而第二传动杆2330的转动又可以带动第二传动臂2340摆动,最后第二传动臂2340的摆动则可以带动弹性套头2420移动。另外,为了防止第一传动臂2320和第二传动臂2340脱落,还可以在配接部2332的外侧设置一延伸部2331,通过利用该延伸部2331可以进一步固定第一传动臂2320和第二传动臂2340,优选的,可以将延伸部2331设置为带螺纹结构(图中未示出),通过螺母固定第一传动臂2320和第二传动臂2340。参见图8和图9,第二传动杆2330通过设置于第一座体2110和第二座体2120的基座通孔2107穿设安装于底座基座2100上。
第二传动臂2340的结构和第一传动臂2320相同,为两端具有弧度的金属片,第二固定件2342通过第二传动臂2340的第二臂孔2341以及弹性套头2420上的套孔2421将第二传动臂2340和弹性 套头2420连接。优选的,套孔2421和第二固定件2342为螺纹连接。
进一步的,为了更好地操作弹性套头2420,传动结构2300还包括第三传动臂2350,第三传动臂2350一端与第二传动杆2330连接,另一端与弹性套头2420连接,并根据第二传动杆2330的转动而摆动以带动弹性套头2420在第一位置和第二位置移动。第三传动臂2350的结构和第一传动臂2320大致相同,为两端具有弧度的金属片,第三固定件2352通过第三传动臂2350的第三臂孔2351以及弹性套头2420上的套孔2421将第三传动臂2350和弹性套头2420连接。优选的,套孔2421和第三固定件2352为螺纹连接。与第一传动臂2320不同的是,第三传动臂2350的另一端设置有开口的臂接口2353,该臂接口2353可以直接卡住第二传动杆2330的卡接部2333以实现传动操作。
本实施中,操作组件2200为可按压的操作旋钮,该操作旋钮包2200括一防误触插杆2210,参见图6、图7及图9。防误触插杆2210与设置于底座基座2100的防误触插孔2106配合,参见图8及图9;当防误触插杆2210对准防误触插孔2106后可按压操作旋钮2200并执行解除操作。相应的,在插入耗材盒1000后,可以旋转该操作旋钮2200,使防误触插杆2210错开防误触插孔2106,此时即使按压也操作旋钮也不会带动第一传动杆2310,不会导致误触发而造成耗材盒1000弹出。更进一步的,操作旋钮2200和废弃物收集设备3000的面板上可设置对应的指示标识用于指示操作旋钮2200的防误触插杆2210的和防误触插孔2106是否对准。
参见图3-图5,耗材盒的安装过程如下:在未插入耗材盒1000时,弹性套头2420位于第一位置,第一传动杆2310位于第三位置;当插入耗材盒1000时,第一安装接头1100推动对接管道2410内的部件(图中未示出),该部件直接或间接的作用于弹性套头2420,使弹性套头2420弹出至第二位置,参见图4,在此过程中,弹性套头2420或者同时结合对接管道2410锁住第一安装接头1100以固定耗材盒1000。弹性套头2420弹出至第二位置过程中,带动第二传动臂2340和第三传动臂2350摆动,第二传动臂2340和第三传动臂2350在摆动过程中带动第二传动杆2330转动,第二传动杆2330进而带动第一传动臂2320摆动,第一传动臂2320则带动第一传动杆2310从第三位置移动至第四位置。
相应的,耗材盒的弹出过程如下:使用人员旋转操作旋钮2200,使防误触插杆2210对准防误触插孔2106并按压操作旋钮2200并执行解除操作。第一传动杆2310在按压操作下,从第四位值回复至第三位置,此时第一传动杆2310的移动带动第一传动臂2320摆动,第一传动臂2320摆动时则带动第二传动杆2330转动,从而通过第二传动杆2330的转动带动第二传动臂2340和第三传动臂2350摆动,第二传动臂2340和第三传动臂2350的摆动动作使弹性套头2420从第二位置回复至第一位置,而由于空气接口的作用,耗材盒1000的第一安装接头1100被直接弹出,而由于第二安装接头1200和第二安装接口2600并未锁定,第二安装接头1200可以轻易弹出脱离第二安装接口2600的第二插 口2601因此可以通过选择空气接头的弹力规格实现将耗材盒1000完全自动弹出的操作,其弹出的幅度也可以根据需求设定。
参见图10及图11,该耗材盒安装底座2000还包括遮挡结构4000,设置于底座基座2000,用于在未安装耗材盒1000时遮挡第一安装接口2101以及可以在安装耗材盒1000前露出第一安装接口2101。本实施例中,该遮挡结构4000具体为可以移动的接口门结构,包括:挡片4100和驱动装置4200。
挡片4100可在第一位置和第二位置移动,当挡片4100位于第一位置时,与第一安装接口2101配合以遮挡第一安装接口2101,如图12-图14所示;当挡片4100位于第二位置时,第一安装接口4100为敞开状态以接入耗材盒1000,如图11和图15所示。驱动装置4200,与挡片4100连接,用于驱动挡片4100在第一位置和第二位置间移动。本实施例中,由于设置有第二安装接口2600,挡片4100还可以设置为图13和图14所示的形状,包括第一子挡片4110以及第二子挡片4120,第一子挡片4110对应第一安装接口2400,第二子挡片4120对应第二安装接口2600。
如图3、图4,图10-图12以及图16所示,耗材盒安装底座2000还包括:引导界面2500,该引导界面2500设置于底座基座2100,并设置与第一安装接口2101连通的第一引导接口2501;挡片4100在第一位置时位于引导界面2500和第一安装接口2400之间。具体的,挡片4100在第一位置时位于引导界面2500的内侧和第一安装接口2400的第一插口2401之间,在该位置时,挡片可以遮住第一插口2401,且可以封闭第一引导接口2501。该引导界面2500和第一插口2401之间的空隙允许挡片4100移动。本实施例中,为了更好实现挡片4100的封闭效果,在挡片4100和引导界面2500之间还设置一第一垫圈2503,参见图16所示,第一垫圈2503设置于第一引导接口2501且可与挡片4100配合以封闭第一引导接口2501。具体的,第一垫圈2502套设于第一引导接口2501朝向第一安装接口2101方向延伸的管体。第一垫圈2502具体为柔性材料制成,橡胶、硅胶、柔软的塑料等材料均可,而且第一垫圈2502设有引导口部2506以与挡片4100接触配合。引导口部2506为圆台状,与挡片4100接触的开口的直径小于与朝向第一安装接口2101方向延伸的管体的直径。该形状除了在挡片4100从第二位置移动到第一位置时降低对第一垫圈2502的碰撞作用,还可以在挡片4100与第一垫圈2503紧密配合的情况下,挡片4100到达第一位置时,第一垫圈2503与挡片4100的接触面积增大,和第一垫圈2503配合封闭第一引导接口2501,能够提供更好的封闭效果。本实施例中挡片4100可以采用金属、硬质塑料等材料制成,为了增加封闭效果,可以在挡片4100上设置柔性弹性材料。相应的,还可以为第二引导接口2502提供第二垫圈2504,第二垫圈2504作用于第一垫圈2503相同,在此不予赘述。引导界面2500通过固定结构2505固定于基座底座2100。
除此之外,第一垫圈2503还可以设置在挡片4100和第一安装接口2400之间,具体的,第一垫圈套设于第一插口2401上(图中未示出)。
本实施例中,驱动装置4200为电动驱动杆,也可以为带有推杆的步进电机或者其他类型的可伸缩机械结构或电动器件。参见图14,电动驱动杆4200穿过贯通的驱动孔2122,并可通过驱动固定孔2121固定,具体的,通过与与该驱动固定孔2121配合的紧固件固定。
参见图17,耗材盒安装底座2000还设置一用于检测传动结构2300动作的检测装置4300,在检测到传动结构2300带动弹性套头2420解锁并弹出耗材盒1000后,检测装置4300控制电动驱动杆4200将挡片4100移动至第一位置。该检测装置4300可以为相应的位置传感器,或由传动结构2300中某一配件运动时可控制的开关电路。例如,在按压操作组件2200后,第一传动杆2310发生位移,检测装置4300检测到该位移后控制驱动装置4200带动挡片4100从第二位置回复至第一位置,挡住第一安装接口2400,同时和第一垫圈2503配合封闭第一引导接口2501。
进一步的,耗材盒安装底座2000还包括一与驱动装置4200连接的控制组件4400,用于手动控制驱动装置4200。该控制组件4400可以通过显示屏3030操作,也可以设置单独的物理按钮来操作。
参见图10,图10为安装有耗材盒安装底座2000的废弃物收集设备3000,该废弃物收集设备3000除了安装有上述的耗材盒安装底座2000之外,还包括移动轮3010、主体壳体3020、顶部壳体3040、操作显示屏3030、输液杆3050、第一废弃物收集罐3100以及第二废弃物收集罐3200。
实施本发明实施例,具有如下有益效果:首先,本发明实施例中的耗材盒安装底座使得安装和取出耗材盒更加方便,同时解锁耗材盒无需人工手动直接旋转和拔插操作,从而减少增加了设备的使用便利,并且避免使用人员过多地接触使用过的被污染且装有废弃物的耗材盒。同时,本发明实施例中,在耗材盒取出后无需进行复位操作,下次使用时直接插入即可,方便使用;另外,还可以有效避免因为人工力度不同而造成的操作失误带来的污染风险;其次,本发明实施例中的耗材盒安装底座在未安装耗材盒的情况下能够封闭安装耗材盒的接口,放置废弃物收集设备中的废弃物以及气味污染使用环境,同时能够有效防止异物通过开口的插口进入废弃物收集设备。另外,本发明的另一个实施例中,在取出耗材盒后能够自动封闭安装耗材盒的接口,无需手动操作,使用方便。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明一种较佳实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本发明之权利范围,因此依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属本发明所涵盖的范围。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种耗材盒安装底座,用于废液收集设备,其特征在于,包括:底座基座,安装于所述废弃物收集设备;第一安装接口,设置于所述底座基座,用于与耗材盒的第一安装接头对接;在所述耗材盒与所述第一安装接头对接之后所述第一安装接口锁住所述第一安装接头;并在接收到解除操作后解锁并弹出所述耗材盒;传动结构,与所述弹性套头连接,用于在接收到所述解除操作后带动所述弹性套头解锁并弹出所述耗材盒;操作组件,与所述传动结构连接,用于操作解除所述耗材盒并带动所述传动结构动作。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的耗材盒安装底座,其特征在于,所述第一安装接口具体包括:对接管道,设置于所述底座基座,用于与耗材盒的第一安装接头对接;弹性套头,设置于所述对接管道,可在第一位置和第二位置移动,在所述耗材盒与所述对接管道对接之后所述弹性套头位于所述第二位置并锁住所述第一安装接头;并在接收到解除操作后解锁并弹出所述耗材盒,所述弹性套头回复至所述第一位置。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的耗材盒安装底座,其特征在于,所述第一安装接口为空气接头。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的耗材盒安装底座,其特征在于,所述传动结构具体包括:第一传动杆,安装于所述底座基座并与所述操作组件连接,可在第三位置和第四位置间移动;在所述耗材盒安装底座空载时,所述第一传动杆位于所述第三位置;在所述耗材盒安装底座安装了所述耗材盒时,所述第一传动杆移动至所述第四位置;在所述操作组件接收到所述解除操作后,所述第一传动杆从所述第四位置回复至所述第三位置;第一传动臂,所述第一传动臂一端与所述第一传动杆连接,一端与第二传动杆连接,并根据所述第一传动杆的移动在预设角度范围摆动;所述第二传动杆,与所述第一传动臂连接,并可根据所述第一传动臂的摆动而转动;第二传动臂,所述第二传动臂一端与所述第二传动杆连接,另一端与所述弹性套头连接,并根据所述第二传动杆的转动而摆动以带动所述弹性套头在所述第一位置和所述第二位置移动。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的耗材盒安装底座,其特征在于,所述还包括第三传动臂,所述第三传动臂一端与所述第二传动杆连接,另一端与所述弹性套头连接,并根据所述第二传动杆的转动而摆动以带动所述弹性套头在所述第一位置和所述第二位置移动。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的耗材盒,其特征在于,所述第一传动杆包括一段安装于所述操作组件的圆柱形连接杆以及一段在所述第三位置和所述第四位置间移动的方柱形运动杆。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的耗材盒安装底座,其特征在于,所述操作组件为可按压的操作旋钮。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的耗材盒安装底座,其特征在于,所述操作旋钮包括一防误触插杆,所述防误触插杆与设置于所述底座基座的防误触插孔配合;当所述防误触插杆对准所述防误触插孔后可按压所述操作旋钮并执行所述解除操作。
  9. 如权利要求4所述的耗材盒安装底座,其特征在于,所述第二传动杆包括与所述第一传动臂以及所述第二传动臂数量对应的配接部。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的耗材盒安装底座,其特征在于,还包括:遮挡结构,设置于所述底座基座,用于在未安装所述耗材盒时遮挡所述第一安装接口以及可以在安装所述耗材盒前露出所述第一安装接口。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的耗材盒安装底座,其特征在于,所述遮挡结构具体包括:挡片,可在第一位置和第二位置移动;当所述挡片位于第一位置时,与所述第一安装接口配合以遮挡所述第一安装接口;当所述挡片位于第二位置时,所述第一安装接口为敞开状态以接入所述耗材盒;驱动装置,与所述挡片连接,用于驱动所述挡片在所述第一位置和所述第二位置间移动。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的耗材盒安装底座,其特征在于,所述耗材盒安装底座还包括:引导界面,该引导界面设置于所述底座基座,并设置与所述第一安装接口连通的第一引导接口;所述挡片在第一位置时位于所述引导界面和所述第一安装接口之间。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的耗材盒安装底座,其特征在于,所述挡片和所述引导界面之间还包括一第一垫圈,所述第一垫圈设置于所述第一引导接口且可与所述挡片配合以封闭所述第一引导接口。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的耗材盒安装底座,其特征在于,所述第一垫圈套设于所述第一引导接口朝向所述第一安装接口方向的管体。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的耗材盒安装底座,其特征在于,所述第一垫圈设有引导口部以与所述挡片接触配合。
  16. 如权利要求11所述的耗材盒安装底座,其特征在于,所述驱动装置为电动驱动杆。
  17. 如权利要求11所述的耗材盒安装底座,其特征在于,所述耗材盒安装底座还设置一用于检测所述传动结构动作的检测装置,在检测到所述传动结构带动所述弹性套头解锁并弹出所述耗材盒后,所述检测装置控制所述电动驱动杆将所述挡片移动至所述第一位置。
  18. 如权利要求11所述的耗材盒安装底座,其特征在于,所述耗材盒安装底座还包括一与所述驱动装置连接的控制组件,用于手动控制所述驱动装置。
  19. 一种废弃物收集设备,用于收集医疗废弃物,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-18任一项所述的耗材盒安装底座。
