发明内容

本发明目的是用以下方式实现的:一种具有缓冲复位及按压反弹打开功能的抽屉导轨,其包括由内至外依次包覆的内轨,中轨及外轨,相邻两轨道间通过滚珠机构连接,使得相邻两轨道可相互滑动,其特征在于:所述的外轨的尾端固定安装有滑动座,滑动座上设置有导向轨,一缓冲架前后滑动式安装在该导向轨,所述的滑动座与缓冲架间设置有复位拉簧及阻尼器,复位拉簧产生拉力始终向关闭方向拉动缓冲架;
所述的导向轨上还前后滑动式安装在有反弹滑块,反弹滑块与滑动座之间设置有反弹拉簧始终向导轨打开方向拉动反弹滑块;所述的反弹滑块的上还摆动式铰接安装有挂针块及拨针块,挂针块另一端设置有挂针位于滑动座内的挂针槽内运动,拨针块另外一端设置有拨针位于缓冲架上的自锁槽及复位槽内滑动;

工作原理:如图3所示,当导轨关闭时,缓冲架位于滑动座的最尾端,两者相对位置处于最小状态,同时,反弹滑块8尾端的挂针挂扣在滑动座尾端的挂针槽内,此时的内轨 被反弹滑块上的反弹扣槽101所扣死,因此当抽屉本体移动时,抽屉不会在没有外力的操作下而打开,保持了抽屉关闭后的密闭性。
如图4所示,当需要打开导轨时,向内按压内轨,内轨通过其上的反弹扣10推动反弹滑块8上的拨针85向后运动,迫使反弹滑块推动挂针向后运动,使得挂针与挂针槽脱离。此时,设置在反弹滑块与滑动座4间的反弹拉簧81拉动反弹滑块向导轨打开方向运动。其中,由于内轨通过反弹扣10上的反弹扣槽101与反弹滑块8上的拨针85挂扣,因此,反弹滑块向外运动时,势必会推动内轨向外打开,从而实现了抽屉导轨的按压反弹打开功能。因此,用户在操作安装有本导轨的抽屉时,轻按抽屉本体后,内置的反弹机构即可将抽屉弹出一段行程,提升用户操作质感。
如图6所示,当反弹滑块向外运动的过程中,拨针85由自锁槽51向复位槽52方向运动,其中,由于复位槽52的轨迹与自锁槽51的轨迹间有横向差,因此,当拨针85运行至复位槽52时,拨针与反弹扣槽101分离,内轨得以继续打开。当反弹结束后,用户即可向外拖动导轨使其完全打开。在导轨完全打开时,位于内轨尾端的推动扣9与主扣柱87挂扣,利用内轨向外运动的动力拉动反弹架向外打开。
如图7所示,当导轨打开到一定程度时,推动扣9通过主扣柱87拉动反弹架打开至最大程度,此时,主扣柱87下端的驱动柱88从导向轨41上的副扣槽43滑动自脱离槽431内并锁定缓冲架,使得主扣柱87发生横向移动,主扣柱87与推动扣9分离,内轨得以完全打开。缓冲架打开后,位于缓冲架与滑动座之间的拉簧被拉伸,产生复位动力。
如图8、9、10所示,当导轨关闭时,内轨上的复位扣11的下端面设置的复位扣槽111与主扣柱87相互碰撞,迫使主扣柱87从脱离槽431内脱落进入副扣槽43内,主扣柱87偏转过程中,与复位扣槽111挂扣,于此同时,拨针与反弹扣槽101挂扣,缓冲架解除锁定,在复位拉簧6及阻尼器7的作用下,拉动内轨缓慢关闭,实现抽屉导轨关闭时的缓冲复位功能。从而避免传统抽屉导轨关闭时,抽屉面板与抽屉本体间发生撞击而产生工作噪音。
与传统技术相比,本案中的缓冲架两侧均设置有复位拉簧,因此缓冲架工作时,缓冲架两侧均匀受到拉力,能够使得缓冲架运动顺畅稳定,同时,双拉簧的设计可为缓冲复位提供足够的动力,使其能够装配重型或是大型的抽屉使用。
进一步地:本案在的反弹滑块具备了对内轨关闭时的锁止作用,及反弹时推动内轨向外打开的作用,两项功能集合在于其上,与传统技术相比,本案在的结构更为简单紧凑,集成度高,有利于抽屉导轨向小型化方向发展,一改变传统缓冲复位导轨体积庞大,结构复 杂,外形臃肿等技术缺陷。
进一步地:与传统的抽屉导轨相比,由于本案中的结构可实现了抽屉的缓冲复位功能,可避免了传统无缓冲功能的导轨存在的关闭时噪音大,限位部件长期受到撞击容易导致部件损坏等弊端。同时,关闭后的抽屉受到反弹滑块的限制,可使其保持关闭的状态,避免抽屉在非外力操作的情况下打开,保证了抽屉关闭后美观整洁。另外,独特的反弹式开启结构,在方便用户操作的同时,由于采用了反弹拉簧启动,使其具有较大的开启行程。同时,反弹拉簧及其释放、锁止结构简单,动作高效,可提供较大的弹力供重型、大型抽屉使用,从而提升其适用范围,使其独具市场竞争力,故可广泛推广使用。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种具有缓冲复位及按压反弹打开功能的抽屉导轨,其包括由内至外依次包覆的内轨(1),中轨(2)及外轨(3),相邻两轨道间通过滚珠机构连接,使得相邻两轨道可相互滑动,其特征在于:所述的外轨(3)的尾端固定安装有滑动座(4),滑动座(4)上设置有导向轨(41),一缓冲架(5)前后滑动式安装在该导向轨(41),所述的滑动座(4)与缓冲架(5)间设置有复位拉簧(6)及阻尼器(7),复位拉簧(6)产生拉力始终向关闭方向拉动缓冲架(5);
    所述的导向轨(41)上还前后滑动式安装在有反弹滑块(8),反弹滑块(8)与滑动座(4)之间设置有反弹拉簧(81)始终向导轨打开方向拉动反弹滑块(8);所述的反弹滑块(8)的上还摆动式铰接安装有挂针块(82)及拨针块(83),挂针块(82)另一端设置有挂针(84)位于滑动座(4)内的挂针槽(42)内运动,拨针块(83)另外一端设置有拨针(85)位于缓冲架(5)上的自锁槽(51)及复位槽(52)内滑动;
    所述的缓冲架(5)上还摆动式铰接安装有主扣板(86),主扣板(86)的上端面上设置有主扣柱(87)位于缓冲架(5)上的主扣槽(53)内摆动,主扣板(86)的下端面设置有驱动柱(88)位于导向轨(41)上的副扣槽(43)内滑动;
    所述的内轨(1)的底部从后往前依次设置有推动扣(9)、反弹扣(10)、及复位扣(11),推动扣(9)及复位扣(11)与主扣柱(87)挂扣或分离,推动缓冲架(5)相对滑动座(4)运动,所述的反弹扣(10)与拨针挂扣或分离。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有缓冲复位及按压反弹打开功能的抽屉导轨,其特征在于:所述的复位扣(11)的下端面设置有复位扣槽(111),复位扣槽(111)呈C型设置,主扣柱(87)挂与该复位扣槽(111)挂扣或是分离。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有缓冲复位及按压反弹打开功能的抽屉导轨,其特征在于:所述的推动扣(9)截面呈梯形状,其两侧设置有导向斜面(91),推动扣(9)通过其两侧的导向斜面(91)与主扣柱(87)挂的柱面接触,迫使其产生侧向推力。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有缓冲复位及按压反弹打开功能的抽屉导轨,其特征在于:所述的反弹扣(10)上设置有反弹扣槽(101),反弹扣槽(101)与拨针(85)挂扣或是分离。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有缓冲复位及按压反弹打开功能的抽屉导轨,其特征在于:所述的自锁槽(51)及复位槽(52)与导轨的运行方向平行设置,自锁槽(51)与复位槽(52)间通过斜向设置有脱扣槽(54)连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有缓冲复位及按压反弹打开功能的抽屉导轨,其特征在 于:所述的副扣槽(43)与导轨打开方向平行设置,其头围两端设置有朝向相反且斜向向外设置的脱离槽(431),主扣槽(53)与脱离槽(431)呈Z字型分布设置。
