Description

一种汽车高压集成控制器 技术领域
本发明涉及汽车控制器技术领域,具体涉及一种汽车高压集成控制器。
发明背景
汽车集成控制器,是汽车中各种电器装置的控制部件,实现向电池充电、向电机提供电源等不同运行工况。由于新能源汽车中电器装置越来越多,汽车集成控制器的性能好坏对汽车行驶可靠性的影响变得非常重要。现有的汽车集成控制器,存在集成度低、可靠性低、电磁兼容性和功能安全缺失等缺陷。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的上述问题,本发明提供了一种汽车高压集成控制器,通过在外壳中设置隔板,隔板的上、下表面安装各种控制电路模块,从而提高了汽车集成控制器的集成度,提高了功率密度。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
本发明提供一种汽车高压集成控制器,包括外壳,所述外壳的侧面设置有若干电气接口,所述外壳的顶部设置有顶盖,底部设置有底盖,所述外壳内部设置有隔板,所述隔板的上表面和下表面均固定有若干控制电路模块,所述控制电路模块分别与所述电气接口连接。
可选地,所述控制电路模块包括高压配电箱、转向应急DC/DC模块、车载DC/DC变换器、油泵驱动模块、气泵驱动模块、辅助DC/DC变换器、绝缘检测仪、第一汽车集成控制器、第二汽车集成控制器。
可选地,所述外壳的前侧和左侧设置有若干电气接口,所述外壳上对应设置有安装孔,所述电气接口通过螺钉安装固定在所述安装孔处。
可选地,所述高压配电箱连接所述外壳上设置的空调接口、除霜接口、电暖风接口、快充接口、电池加热接口。
可选地,所述隔板采用水冷板,内部设置有冷却水道,流通冷却液为所述控制电路模块进行降温。
可选地,所述隔板与所述外壳通过螺钉固定连接,或者通过焊接固定连接。
可选地,所述冷却水道的盖板与所述隔板通过螺钉固定连接,或者通过焊接固 定连接。
可选地,所述焊接为搅拌摩擦焊接。
可选地,所述顶盖和底盖与所述外壳通过螺钉固定连接,所述顶盖和底盖的边缘处设置有固定孔,所述外壳的顶部边缘和底部边缘处设置有固定孔。
可选地,所述外壳的左侧和右侧设置有若干固定耳,所述固定耳为L形,两侧设置有筋板,所述固定耳的底部设置有固定孔。
采用上述结构设置的本发明具有以下优点:
本发明通过在外壳中设置隔板,隔板的上、下表面安装各种控制电路模块,充分利用外壳内部空间,可以安装更多的控制电路模块,从而提高了汽车集成控制器的集成度,提高了功率密度。
本发明的隔板采用水冷板,内部设置有冷却水道,流通冷却液为上、下表面的控制电路模块进行降温,提高了汽车集成控制器的散热效果,即便控制电路模块集中设置也不会造成过热损坏。
本发明的顶盖和底盖均可以拆开,方便对汽车高压集成控制器内部的控制电路模块进行维修、维护,具有维护方便、可靠性高的特点。

实施本发明的方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本发明实施方式作进一步地详细描述。
如图1、图2、图3、图4、图5、图6所示为本发明实施例,在该实施例中提供一种汽车高压集成控制器,包括外壳20,外壳20的侧面设置有若干电气接口,外壳20的顶部设置有顶盖23,底部设置有底盖24,外壳20内部设置有隔板21,隔板21的上表面和下表面均固定有若干控制电路模块,控制电路模块分别与电气接口连接。
通过在外壳20中设置隔板21,隔板21的上、下表面安装各种控制电路模块,充分利用外壳20内部空间,可以安装更多的控制电路模块,从而提高了汽车集成控制器的集成度,提高了功率密度。
隔板21和外壳20可以分体制成,将隔板21组装在外壳20中,也可以一体制成。顶盖23和底盖24起到封闭外壳20的作用。
根据实际需要,在外壳20中可以设置各种控制电路模块,例如高压配电箱、转向应急DC/DC模块、车载DC/DC变换器、油泵驱动模块、气泵驱动模块、辅助DC/DC变换器、绝缘检测仪、第一汽车集成控制器、第二汽车集成控制器。
第一汽车集成控制器、第二汽车集成控制器可以分别控制车辆中不同的电机,例如ISG电机、主驱动电机。
如图3、图4所示,若干电气接口设置在外壳20的前侧和左侧,外壳20上对应这些电气接口设置有不同形状和尺寸的安装孔,电气接口通过螺钉安装固定在安装孔处。
根据实际需要,这些电气接口具有不同的类型,通过这些电气接口,连接汽车内的各种电器装置,实现对电器装置的控制。
例如,高压配电箱连接外壳20上设置的空调接口、除霜接口、电暖风接口、快充接口、电池加热接口。
如图2所示,隔板21采用水冷板,内部设置有冷却水道21-1,流通冷却液为控制电路模块进行降温。冷却液可以是水、油等类型。冷却水道21-1可以设计成Z字形,冷却液在其中循环流过,相应地外壳20上需要设置冷却液进口、出口,并且与外部冷却液输入设备连接。
隔板21采用水冷板提高了汽车集成控制器的散热效果,即便控制电路模块集 中设置也不会造成过热损坏。
隔板21与外壳20通过螺钉固定连接,或者通过焊接固定连接。焊接可以为搅拌摩擦焊接。
冷却水道21-1的盖板与隔板21通过螺钉固定连接,或者通过焊接固定连接。焊接可以为搅拌摩擦焊接。
如图5、图6所示,顶盖23和底盖24与外壳20通过螺钉固定连接,顶盖23和底盖24的边缘处设置有固定孔,外壳20的顶部边缘和底部边缘处设置有固定孔。
顶盖23和底盖24均可以拆卸,方便对汽车高压集成控制器内部的控制电路模块进行维修、维护。
外壳20的左侧和右侧设置有若干固定耳22,固定耳22为L形,两侧设置有筋板,以提高结构强度,固定耳22的底部设置有固定孔。
固定耳22可以将汽车高压集成控制器安装固定到车辆内。
外壳20上还设置有接地电路的电气接口,连接地线,提高汽车高压集成控制器的安全性。
在本实施例中,外壳20、隔板21、顶盖23、底盖24均可以采用铝合金制成。

  1. 一种汽车高压集成控制器,包括外壳,所述外壳的侧面设置有若干电气接口,所述外壳的顶部设置有顶盖,底部设置有底盖,其特征在于,所述外壳内部设置有隔板,所述隔板的上表面和下表面均固定有若干控制电路模块,所述控制电路模块分别与所述电气接口连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车高压集成控制器,其特征在于,所述控制电路模块包括高压配电箱、转向应急DC/DC模块、车载DC/DC变换器、油泵驱动模块、气泵驱动模块、辅助DC/DC变换器、绝缘检测仪、第一汽车集成控制器、第二汽车集成控制器。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车高压集成控制器,其特征在于,所述外壳的前侧和左侧设置有若干电气接口,所述外壳上对应设置有安装孔,所述电气接口通过螺钉安装固定在所述安装孔处。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的汽车高压集成控制器,其特征在于,所述高压配电箱连接所述外壳上设置的空调接口、除霜接口、电暖风接口、快充接口、电池加热接口。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的汽车高压集成控制器,其特征在于,所述隔板采用水冷板,内部设置有冷却水道,流通冷却液为所述控制电路模块进行降温。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的汽车高压集成控制器,其特征在于,所述隔板与所述外壳通过螺钉固定连接,或者通过焊接固定连接。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的汽车高压集成控制器,其特征在于,所述冷却水道的盖板与所述隔板通过螺钉固定连接,或者通过焊接固定连接。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述的汽车高压集成控制器,其特征在于,所述焊接为搅拌摩擦焊接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车高压集成控制器,其特征在于,所述顶盖和底盖与所述外壳通过螺钉固定连接,所述顶盖和底盖的边缘处设置有固定孔,所述外壳的顶部边缘和底部边缘处设置有固定孔。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车高压集成控制器,其特征在于,所述外壳的左侧和右侧设置有若干固定耳,所述固定耳为L形,两侧设置有筋板,所述固定耳的底部设置有固定孔。
