综上,本实用新型通过在驱动电源板上设置拨档定时开关和定时芯片,使LED球泡灯具有定时熄灭和定时自动点亮的功能,从而使LED球泡灯更加节能,拨档定时开关设有多个档位,可以实现多种时间的定时熄灭和定时自动点亮。本实用新型通过采用楔形安装块的设计,使开关外壳的面板贴合于楔形安装块的竖直面,提升对拨档定时开关的拨档控制的便利性,相比于现有技术降低操控难度;通过在LED光源板上开设通孔,驱动电源板的顶部穿过通孔并延伸至LED光源板的上方,使安装于驱动电源板上的定时芯片位于LED光源板的上方且远离驱动元器件,该设计利于定时芯片散热,防止定时芯片因温度过高而导致使用寿命降低;通过在驱动电源板的背面设置反光层,可防止驱动电源板对LED灯珠发出的光进行遮挡;通过在LED光源板上设置光源板焊接点,在驱动电源板上设置电源板焊接点,通过两者焊接使LED光源板和驱动电源板固定连接,防止拨档定时开关在拨档过程中,因驱动电源板晃动而导致拨档定时开关拨档不灵活。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种带有拨档定时开关的LED球泡灯,包括透光罩、灯体、灯头、驱动电源板和LED光源板,所述透光罩和所述灯头分别安装在所述灯体的两端,所述驱动电源板和所述LED光源板安装在所述灯体内,其特征在于:所述灯体上开设有档位孔,所述档位孔处在所述灯体内设有楔形安装块,且所述楔形安装块与所述灯体连成一体,所述楔形安装块的竖直面上开设有开关安装孔,且所述开关安装孔与所述档位孔相连通,所述驱动电源板正面的中部靠近一侧边处安装有拨档定时开关,所述拨档定时开关的拨档柄依次穿过所述开关安装孔和所述档位孔,并延伸至所述灯体外,所述驱动电源板的正面安装有与所述拨档定时开关电性连接的定时芯片。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带有拨档定时开关的LED球泡灯,其特征在于所述拨档定时开关的拨档柄套设有开关外壳,所述开关外壳由连成一体的面板和开关柄构成,所述面板的外侧面抵接楔形安装块的竖直面,所述开关柄与所述开关安装孔相匹配,且所述开关柄远离面板的一侧依次穿过所述开关安装孔和所述档位孔,并延伸至所述灯体外。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带有拨档定时开关的LED球泡灯,其特征在于所述灯体内腔的底部设有与所述驱动电源板相匹配的电源板卡槽,所述驱动电源板的底部与电源板卡槽卡接。
  4. 根据权利要求1或3所述的一种带有拨档定时开关的LED球泡灯,其特征在于所述灯体为塑包铝结构,包括塑料层和铝层,所述铝层紧贴塑料层的内壁。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带有拨档定时开关的LED球泡灯,其特征在于所述驱动电源板的正面还安装有驱动元器件,所述驱动元器件位于所述定时芯片的下方,且所述定时芯片位于所述驱动电源板的顶部,所述驱动电源板的顶部贯穿所述LED光源板。
  6. 根据权利要求1或5所述的一种带有拨档定时开关的LED球泡灯,其特征在于所述驱动电源板的背面设有反光层。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的一种带有拨档定时开关的LED球泡灯,其特征在于所述LED光源板呈圆形,所述LED光源板的中心处设有与所述驱动电源板相匹配的通孔,所述驱动电源板的顶部穿过所述通孔,并延伸至所述LED光源板的上方,且所述定时芯片位于所述LED光源板的上方。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带有拨档定时开关的LED球泡灯,其特征在于所述楔形安装块的横向面上设有定位柱,所述LED光源板的边缘处设有与所述定位柱相匹配的定位孔,所述LED光源板安装在所述定位柱上。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带有拨档定时开关的LED球泡灯,其特征在于所述通孔的两侧在所述LED光源板上均设有光源板焊接点,正对所述光源板焊接点在所述驱动电源板上设有电源板焊接点,并通过电源板焊接点焊接光源板焊接点将LED光源板和驱动电源板固定连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带有拨档定时开关的LED球泡灯,其特征在于所述拨档定时开关设有四个档位,所述拨档定时开关的第一档位为零档,所述拨档定时开 关的第二档位为定时时间2小时,所述拨档定时开关的第三档位为定时时间4小时,所述拨档定时开关的第四档位为定时时间8小时。
