在本实施例中,参阅图3-图7,为了方便发射天线4的固定,还包括固定在与屏蔽壳体1设有接收天线2的内壁相对的外壁上的固定部7,固定部7远离屏蔽壳体1的一面设有容置发射天线4的容置部,且容置部的两端设有用于卡住发射天线4的突出部71,容置部的中部为镂空,使得发射天线4上的弹簧探针3可以穿过屏蔽壳体1的通孔,从而进入屏蔽壳体1内,同时又可以将发射天线4进行良好的固定,而为了保证屏蔽壳体1的屏蔽能力,固定部7的对称的两端上设有固定孔72,而在屏蔽壳体1对应的位置上设有供固定孔72穿过的固定柱14,进而将发射天线4固定在屏蔽壳体1上,同时又保留了屏蔽壳体1的屏蔽能力;还可以在固定部7远离屏蔽壳体1的一面边缘设有凸缘74,推动部5的两侧向同一方向延伸设有正好滑动卡合在凸缘74上的第二回勾部52,进而将推动部5滑动固定在固定部7上,同时推动部正好抵持在固定柱73,进一步加强发射天线4固定在屏蔽壳体1上的稳定性;而接收天线2固定在屏蔽壳体1上的方式可以为,在下壳体13的内壁上设有延伸块132,通过延伸块132将接收天线2夹持固定在屏蔽壳体1上。
本发明的优势在于:
(1)设有屏蔽壳体,且在屏蔽壳体上滑动设有推动部,在推动部设有凸块,且在发射天线的部分设有一端悬空的弹片部,使得推动推动部沿靠近或远离弹片部悬空的一端运动,控制凸块抵压在弹片部的不同位置上,改变弹片部的变形程度,进而弹簧弹针正好与接收天线的触点接触或分离,进而选择是否发射信号或接收外界信号,使用方便,且良好了避免钥匙内的信息被盗取及误开启汽车;
(2)将下壳体的开口直径小于上壳体的开口直径,且上壳体和下壳体的所有表面均设有金属电镀层,且下壳体的开口边缘抵持在上壳体的内壁凸缘上,使得下壳体与上壳体接触的部分始终有金属电镀层,防止信号的泄露。
以上公开的仅为本发明的一个或几个具体实施例,但是本发明并非局限于此,任何本领域的技术人员能思之的变化都应落入本发明的保护范围。
Claims (9)
- 一种具有信号屏蔽功能的被动式遥控钥匙包,其特征在于,包括用于容纳被动式遥控钥匙的屏蔽壳体,所述屏蔽壳体的内壁为金属电镀层,所述屏蔽壳体的一内壁上设有接收天线,与所述内壁相对的外壁上设有发射天线,所述发射天线上具有连续且不在一条直线上的镂空部,且所述发射天线由所述镂空部围合而成的部分为弹片部,所述弹片部悬空的一端设有穿过所述屏蔽壳体的弹簧弹针;发射天线的上方设有沿所述弹片部滑动的推动部,所述推动部上设有抵压在所述弹片部上的凸块;推动推动部沿靠近或远离所述弹片部悬空的一端运动,控制所述凸块抵压在所述弹片部的不同位置上,改变所述弹片部的变形程度,进而所述弹簧弹针正好与接收天线的触点接触或分离,实现信号的接通或阻断。
- 根据权利要求1所述的具有信号屏蔽功能的被动式遥控钥匙包,其特征在于,所述镂空部为U字型,且该所述U字型沿所述发射天线的长度方向设置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的具有信号屏蔽功能的被动式遥控钥匙包,其特征在于,所述屏蔽壳体包括上壳体和下壳体,且所述上壳体和下壳体的外壁也为金属电镀层,所述上壳体的两侧设有卡槽,所述下壳体的两侧设有与所述卡槽适配卡块。
- 根据权利要求3所述的具有信号屏蔽功能的被动式遥控钥匙包,其特征在于,所述上壳体的开口直径大于所述下壳体的开口直径,且所述上壳体的内设有凸台,所述下壳体的边缘正好抵持在所述凸台上。
- 根据权利要求3所述的具有信号屏蔽功能的被动式遥控钥匙包,其特征在于,所述上壳体的开口边缘设有唇部,且所述卡槽设在所述唇部对称的两侧上,所述下壳体正好卡入所述唇部内,且通过卡扣与卡槽适配固定。
- 根据权利要求4或5所述的具有信号屏蔽功能的被动式遥控钥匙包,其特征在于,还包括硅胶套,所述硅胶套可拆卸地套设在所述屏蔽壳体上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的具有信号屏蔽功能的被动式遥控钥匙包,其特征在于,还包括固定在与所述内壁相对的外壁上的固定部,所述固定部远离所述屏蔽壳体的一面设有容置所述发射天线的容置部,且所述容置部的两端设有用于卡住所述发射天线的突出部。
- 根据权利要求7所述的具有信号屏蔽功能的被动式遥控钥匙包,其特征在于,所述固定部远离所述屏蔽壳体的一面边缘还设有凸缘,所述推动部的两侧向同一放向延伸设有正好滑动卡合在所述凸缘上的第二回勾部,进而将所述推动部滑动固定在所述固定部上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的具有信号屏蔽功能的被动式遥控钥匙包,其特征在于,所述凸块为斜梯型。
