Description

斜拉索 技术领域
本发明涉及斜拉索技术领域,尤其涉及一种斜拉索。
背景技术
斜拉桥,又称斜张桥,是将主梁用许多拉索直接拉在桥塔上的一种桥梁,是由承压的塔,受拉的斜拉索和承弯的梁体组合起来的一种结构体系。其可看作是斜拉索代替支墩的多跨弹性支承连续梁,其可使梁体内弯矩减小,降低建筑高度,减轻了结构重量,节省了材料。由此可知,斜拉索是斜拉桥中的极为重要的部件之一,其质量如何直接影响到斜拉桥的质量。
实践中,由于斜拉索极易被腐蚀,需要定期进行诸如灌油、换索等维护保养,导致维护成本高、维修时间长的问题,有的斜拉桥在维修时的成本比造价还高,而且斜拉桥寿命短,存在安全隐患。
为此,同一申请人之前申请了一种钢绞线斜拉索,申请号为CN201810653704.7,在该钢绞线斜拉索中,该钢绞线斜拉索包括斜拉索本体、设于该斜拉索本体的两端的锚固装置以及防护管体,其中斜拉索本体的两端分别穿设位于其两端的锚固装置,防护管体套设于斜拉索本体上并且其两端与位于斜拉索本体两端的锚固装置连接,实践中,雨水容易从该钢绞线斜拉索的连接位置处进入到其内部,为了对斜拉索本体进行除湿,该钢绞线斜拉索还在斜拉索本体的两端均增加了保护罩以及通气管,其中,该保护罩与锚固装置远离防护管体的端部之间围合形成气腔,并且在保护罩上开设有通气孔,而通气管连通气腔与防护管体的内部,使得气体可以从通气孔进入气腔,再通过通气管进入防护管体内,将斜拉索本体上的水分带走,并从另一端的通气管流入另一 端的气腔,再从另一端的通气孔排出,实现对斜拉索本体的除湿,从而可避免斜拉索腐蚀,降低维护成本的同时,还可提高该斜拉索的使用寿命。
但是,上述的钢绞线斜拉索仍然存在以下问题:
由于斜拉索两端的锚固装置、锚垫板以及用于连接的螺栓等均是由金属材料制作而成的,如果长期处于潮湿的环境中极易被腐蚀,在上述的钢绞线斜拉索中,由于锚固装置外露于斜拉索本体,因此锚固装置仍然存在容易腐蚀的问题,锚固装置实现斜拉索本体与桥面、塔架之间的固定连接的关键部件,锚固装置易腐蚀则容易导致产生斜拉索本体与桥面、塔架之间的连接不稳固的问题。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种斜拉索,可将锚固装置以及第一保护罩的连接螺栓完全保护起来,使锚固装置、第一保护罩的连接螺栓免受腐蚀,同时还可实现该斜拉索整体的除湿防腐功能,提高使用寿命,降低维护成本。
本发明的目的采用如下技术方案实现:
斜拉索,所述斜拉索的第一端用于与桥梁连接,所述斜拉索的第二端用于与塔架连接,包括斜拉索本体、锚固装置、防护管体、第一保护罩、第二保护罩以及除湿系统,所述斜拉索本体由若干钢绞线组成,所述锚固装置设有两个,两个所述锚固装置分别固定于所述斜拉索本体的两端,所述锚固装置的外侧壁套设有锚垫板,该锚垫板将所述锚固装置分隔为前端和后端,所述防护管体套设于所述斜拉索本体外,所述防护管体的两端分别与两个所述锚固装置上的锚垫板连接,且所述锚固装置的前端被收容至所述防护管体内,所述第一保护罩与所述锚固装置的后端连接,所述第二保护罩与所述锚垫板密封连接,且所述第一保护罩被收容至所述第二保护罩内,所述第二保护罩开设有气腔以及与所 述气腔连通的通气孔,所述气腔与所述防护管体的内部连通,所述除湿系统用于给所述气腔提供干燥气体,所述除湿系统靠近所述斜拉索的第一端或第二端设置,且所述除湿系统的出口与所述通气孔连通,通气时,干燥气体从该通气孔进入所述气腔,依次流向所述防护管体的内部、另一气腔,然后从另一所述通气孔排出。
进一步地,所述锚固装置或锚垫板上开设有连通所述气腔与所述防护管体的内部的气体通道。
进一步地,所述除湿系统包括除湿模组、及与所述除湿模组连接以用于将经由所述除湿模组处理后的新风输送到所述斜拉索的斜拉索通气模组,所述斜拉索通气模组连通所述除湿模组与所述通气孔;其中所述除湿模组包括:
过滤装置,用于对输入的新风进行过滤;
除湿装置,用于对经过所述过滤装置过滤的新风进行除湿,所述除湿装置与所述过滤装置连接;
干风平衡装置,用于对经过所述除湿装置除湿的新风进行气压平衡,所述干风平衡装置与所述除湿装置连接;
气体输送装置,用于使新风依次被输送至所述过滤装置、所述除湿装置以及所述干风平衡装置,所述气体输送装置分别与所述过滤装置、所述除湿装置以及所述干风平衡装置连接。
进一步地,所述防护管体包括第一防护套和第二防护套,第一防护套靠近所述斜拉索的第一端设置,第二防护套靠近所述斜拉索的第二端设置,该第一防护套插设于第二防护套的内部,且第一防护套与第二防护套之间设有第一密封件,第二防护套的内壁面开设有第一环形凹槽,所述第一密封件嵌设于所述第一环形凹槽中。
进一步地,所述防护管体包括第一防护套和第二防护套,第一防护套靠近所述斜拉索的第一端设置,第二防护套靠近所述斜拉索的第二端设置,该第一防护套插设于第二防护套的内部,且第一防护套与第二防护套之间的连接位置处包裹有过胶帆布或毛毡,所述过胶帆布或毛毡的一端与第一防护套的外壁面密封连接,所述过胶帆布或毛毡的另一端与第二防护套的外壁面密封连接。
进一步地,所述防护管体还包括第一索导管,所述第一索导管的第一端套设于靠近所述斜拉索的第一端的所述锚固装置的外壁面上并与所述锚垫板固定连接,所述第一索导管的第二端插设于所述第一防护套靠近该第一索导管的一端的内部,且所述第一防护套与所述第一索导管之间设有第二密封件,所述第一防护套靠近该第一索导管的一端的内壁面开设有第二环形凹槽,所述第二密封件嵌设于所述第二环形凹槽中。
进一步地,所述防护管体还包括设于所述第一索导管与所述第一防护套之间的锥形导流管,所述锥形导流管包括第一连接管、第二连接管以及连接所述第一连接管与所述第二连接管的锥形筒,所述第一连接管的孔径大于所述第二连接管的孔径,所述第一连接管套设于所述第一索导管的第二端的外壁面上,所述第二密封件设于所述第一连接管与所述第一索导管的第二端之间,所述第二连接管插设于所述第一防护套靠近所述第一索导管的一端的内部,且所述第二连接管与所述第一防护套之间设有第三密封件。
进一步地,所述第一防护套与所述第二连接管连接的一端的内壁面开设有限位槽,所述第二连接管插设于所述限位槽中并与所述限位槽的底壁抵接。
进一步地,所述第三密封件为弹性管体,所述弹性管体套设于所述第二连接管与所述第一防护套的连接位置处。
进一步地,所述防护管体还包括第二索导管,所述第二索导管的第一端套 设于靠近所述斜拉索的第二端的所述锚固装置的外壁面上并与所述锚垫板固定连接,所述第二索导管的第二端套设于所述第二防护套靠近所述斜拉索的第二端的外壁面上,且所述第二索导管的第二端与所述第二防护套之间设有第四密封件。
相比现有技术,本发明的有益效果在于:
通过将防护管体套设于斜拉索本体外,该防护管体的两端分别与两个锚固装置上的锚垫板连接,且锚固装置的前端被收容至防护管体内,第一保护罩与锚固装置的后端连接,第二保护罩与锚垫板密封连接,且第一保护罩被收容至第二保护罩内,如此,使锚固装置以及第一保护罩的连接螺栓也被保护起来,并且可避免雨水从第二保护罩与锚垫板之间的缝隙或从防护管体与锚垫板之间的缝隙进入斜拉索的内部而导致锚固装置腐蚀,从而提高锚固装置的使用寿命,而通过使气腔与防护管体的内部连通,利用除湿系统朝通气孔通入干燥气体,干燥气体依次流向气腔、防护管体的内部、另一气腔,然后从另一通气孔排出,通过干燥气体带出斜拉索内部的湿气,使得斜拉索内部保持干燥,避免斜拉索的各组成部件被腐蚀,从而可提高该斜拉索整体的使用寿命,另外,由于该斜拉索的两端均增设了第二保护罩,使得该斜拉索整体形成密闭结构,因此,只需增加一组除湿系统即可保证该斜拉索的内部的干燥环境,避免在该斜拉索的两端均增设除湿系统,从而可以降低该斜拉索桥的制造成本以及能耗。

下面,结合附图以及具体实施方式,对本发明做进一步描述,需要说明的是,在不相冲突的前提下,以下描述的各实施例之间或各技术特征之间可以任意组合形成新的实施例。
参见图1,示出了本发明一较佳实施例的一种斜拉索,该斜拉索的第一端用于与桥梁连接,斜拉索的第二端用于与塔架连接,如图1可以看出,该斜拉索的第一端为图中的左端,第二端该图中的右端,该斜拉索包括斜拉索本体1(一般由多股钢绞线组成,是桥梁十分重要的受力件)、锚固装置2、防护管体、第一保护罩5、第二保护罩6以及除湿系统,锚固装置2设有两个,两个锚固装置2分别固定于斜拉索本体1的两端,实践中,可借助该锚固装置2将斜拉索本体1的两端分别固定于桥梁、塔架上,如图2所示,锚固装置2的外侧壁套设有锚垫板4,该锚垫板4将锚固装置2分隔为前端和后端,防护管体套设于斜拉索本体1外,且防护管体的两端分别与两个锚固装置2上的锚垫板4连接,锚固装 置2的前端(即锚固装置2靠近该防护管体的一端)被收容在该防护管体内,第一保护罩5与锚固装置2的后端(即锚固装置2远离防护管体的一端)密封固定连接,该第一保护罩5可保护斜拉索本体1外露于锚固装置2的部分、锚固装置2的后端等金属零部件,使其免受湿气或雨水侵蚀,而第二保护罩6与锚垫板4密封固定连接,且第一保护罩5被收容在第二保护罩6内,以将锚固装置2和第一保护罩5的连接螺栓保护起来,从而使锚固装置2和第一保护罩5的连接螺栓免受雨水侵蚀,该第二保护罩6开设有气腔61以及与气腔61连通的通气孔62,以供气体通入或排出,该气腔61与防护管体的内部连通,除湿系统(图中未示出)用于给其中一个气腔61提供干燥气体,除湿系统靠近斜拉索的第一端或第二端设置,且除湿系统的出口与其中一个第二保护罩6的通气孔62连通,以供干燥气体进入气腔61中,通气时,干燥气体从该安装有除湿通气孔62进入气腔61,依次流经防护管体的内部、另一气腔61,然后从另一通气孔62排出。
本发明的斜拉索,通过将防护管体套设于斜拉索本体1外,该防护管体的两端分别与两个锚固装置2上的锚垫板4连接,且锚固装置2的前端被收容至防护管体内,第一保护罩5与锚固装置2的后端连接,第二保护罩6与锚垫板4密封连接,且第一保护罩5被收容至第二保护罩6内,如此,使锚固装置2以及第一保护罩5的连接螺栓也被保护起来,并且可避免雨水从第二保护罩6与锚垫板4之间的缝隙或从防护管体与锚垫板4之间的缝隙进入斜拉索的内部而导致锚固装置2腐蚀,从而提高锚固装置2的使用寿命,而通过使气腔61与防护管体的内部连通,利用除湿系统朝通气孔62通入干燥气体,干燥气体依次流向气腔61、防护管体的内部、另一气腔61,然后从另一通气孔62排出,通过干燥气体带出斜拉索内部的湿气,使得斜拉索内部保持干燥,避免斜拉索的各 组成部件被腐蚀,从而可提高该斜拉索整体的使用寿命,另外,由于该斜拉索的两端均增设了第二保护罩6,使得该斜拉索整体形成密闭结构,因此,只需增加一组除湿系统即可保证该斜拉索的内部的干燥环境,避免在该斜拉索的两端均增设除湿系统,从而可以降低该斜拉索桥的制造成本以及能耗。
如图2所示,为连通气腔61与防护管体,可以在锚垫板4上开设有气体通道41,该气体通道41为通气槽或通气孔62,该气体通道41连通气腔61与防护管体的内部,通过在锚垫板4上开设有气体通道41,通过该气体通道41就可连通气腔61与防护管体的内部,与现有技术相比较,免去了在锚固装置2上预埋连通气腔61与防护管体的内部的通气管的操作,简化了该斜拉索的安装工艺的同时,还简化了该斜拉索的整体结构。
当然,也可以直接在锚固装置24上开设连通气腔61与防护管体的内部的气体通道41,具体地,因斜拉索两端的锚固装置2的具体结构存在差异,位于斜拉索的第一端的气体通道41(称为梁端气体通道41)具体可设于垫圈上,垫圈是套设在靠近斜拉索的第一端的锚固装置2的外壁面上的,该垫圈与位于斜拉索的第一端的锚垫板4相邻设置,且该垫圈被收容在第二保护罩6内,开设在垫圈上的气体通道41一端连通气腔61,另一端连通紧挨该垫圈的锚垫板4与锚固装置2之间的间隙,然后通过该间隙连通防护管体的内部,位于斜拉索第二端的气体通道41设于(塔端气体通道41)在套设在靠近斜拉索的第二端的锚固装置2的外壁面的螺母上,该螺母位于靠近斜拉索的第二端的锚垫板4与位于斜拉索的第二端的第二保护罩6之间,开设在该螺母上的气体通道41的一端连通气腔61,另一端连通锚垫板4与锚固装置2之间的间隙,然后通过该间隙连通防护管体的内部。
在本实施例当中,除湿系统靠近斜拉索的下端设置,由于从斜拉索的下端 的通气孔62进入斜拉索内部的干燥气体的湿度RH1远远低于斜拉索内部存在的空气的湿度RH2,干燥气体在斜拉索内部流动时干燥气体与斜拉索内部的湿空气相互混合达到一种新的湿度RH3(RH1<RH3<RH2),最后具有湿度RH3的空气从斜拉索的上端的通气孔62排出,这样,就可以将斜拉索内部的空气湿度由RH2降低至RH3,也就是说,只要不停地给斜拉索内部通入干燥气体,就可以将斜拉索内部的空气湿度一直降低,直至与通入的干燥气体的湿度相等,从而达到斜拉索防腐的目的。只需在斜拉索的上端的通气孔62上安装一个温湿度传感器就可以随时监测斜拉索内部的环境湿度,从而使该斜拉索内部始终保持干燥。
在本实施例当中,该除湿系统靠近斜拉索的第一端设置,使得干燥气体以自下而上的方式在该斜拉索的内部连通,干燥气体在压力的作用下在斜拉索的内部循环流通,就可将该斜拉索的内部的水蒸气稀释到一定程度,以降低斜拉索腐蚀的程度,从而增加该斜拉索以及斜拉桥的使用寿命。
较佳地,除湿系统(图中未示出)包括除湿模组、及与除湿模组连接以用于将经由除湿模组处理后的新风输送到斜拉索的斜拉索通气模组,斜拉索通气模组连通除湿模组与通气孔62;其中除湿模组包括:过滤装置,该过滤装置用于对输入的新风进行过滤;除湿装置,该除湿装置用于对经过过滤装置过滤的新风进行除湿,除湿装置与过滤装置连接;干风平衡装置,该干风平衡装置用于对经过除湿装置除湿的新风进行气压平衡,干风平衡装置与除湿装置连接;气体输送装置,该气体输送装置用于使新风依次被输送至过滤装置、除湿装置以及干风平衡装置,气体输送装置分别与过滤装置、除湿装置以及干风平衡装置连接。通过除湿系统对斜拉索送干燥风达到除湿防腐的目的,合理设计除湿系统的供风量并能及时检测系统,解决了上下锚固装置2及斜拉索本体1的锈 蚀问题,大大降低了斜拉索更换的频率,降低了维护保养费用,有效地提高了大桥的安全性,规避了诸如灌油、换索等维护保养需要采取长时间封桥等措施的不利后果。
可以理解的是,上述的除湿系统的其他具体结构可参见同一申请人之前申请的一种斜拉索除湿系统及斜拉索除湿方法,申请号为CN201710241025.4。
由于干燥气体从低处的斜拉索下端的通气孔62至高处的斜拉索上端的通气孔62要经过两次在气体通道41上的能量损耗以及较长的沿程阻力,为了保证干燥气体能够被有效的输送,需要对斜拉索的各连接位置处进行密封处理,可参照图3-图8。
参见图1,防护管体包括第一防护套31和第二防护管,第一防护套31靠近所述斜拉索的第一端设置,第二防护套32靠近所述斜拉索的第二端设置,该第一防护套31插设于第二防护套32的内部,第一防护套31的长度比第二防护套32的长度长,且第一防护套31的外径比第二防护套32的外径小。实践中,斜拉索按照图1所示的布置方式安装,这样设置,使得位于图1中右上端的第二防护套32包裹位于图1中左下端的第一防护套31的开口的同时,使得图1中右上端的第二防护套32的开口向下,因此可增加雨水进入防护管体内部的难度。
实践中,由于防护套一般为PE管,PE材料对于温度的变化比较敏感,冬天和夏天在防护管体的总长上变化很大,为了达到防雨的目的,第一防护套31和第二防护套32为两段可伸缩补偿的套管,使得第一防护套31在四季的变化过程中不至于脱离第二防护套32。因此,在考虑第一防护套31和第二防护套32之间的连接位置的密封时需要考虑动态密封,针对这个位置的密封,提出了三种方案。
方案一:
参见图3,第一防护套31与第二防护套32之间设有第一密封件7,第二防护套32的内壁面开设有第一环形凹槽,第一密封件7嵌设于第一环形凹槽中,对第一密封件7起到固定的作用,可避免第一密封件7在第一防护套31与第二防护套32因热胀冷缩而相对运动时与第一防护套31和第二防护套32脱离连接,这样设置,可给两个防护套提供伸缩补偿的同时,还可保证两个防护套之间的可靠密封连接,避免密封失效,使得两个防护套之间的防水效果更好。该第一密封件7优选为Y型密封圈,当环境温差发生时,由于两个防护套所用的材质相同,在径向方向产生的形变相当,且Y型密封圈本身具有弹性,因此在温度变形时依然可以实现径向方向的密封。而在轴向方向上,防护套仅受到来自该Y型密封圈的微小阻力,因此仍然可以自由伸缩。只要防护套的长度能够满足在四季温差的变化条件下不脱离Y型密封圈的密封范围,就可以实现该位置的长期有效密封。
方案二:
当然,第一防护套31和第二防护套32之间的密封连接还可以采用如图4所示的方式,参见图4,两个防护套(第一防护套31和第二防护套32)的连接位置处包裹有过胶帆布8或毛毡,过胶帆布8或毛毡的一端与其中一个防护套的外壁面通过密封胶密封连接,过胶帆布8或毛毡的另一端与另一个防护套的外壁面通过密封胶密封连接。由于这种密封方式可以在两个防护套安装完毕后,再采用一圈圈的方式缠绕于两个防护套之间的连接位置处,因此这种密封方式十分适合后期的维护工作。
可以理解的是,过胶帆布8或毛毡具有较佳的耐老化,耐紫外线以及耐腐蚀性能,并具有隔气防潮性能。
为使得该过胶帆布8或毛毡与防护套之间的连接更加可靠,该过胶帆布8 或毛毡的两端分别与两个防护套之间通过第一抱箍9固定。
该方案的实施方式具体如下:首先根据要安装的斜拉索的实际情况准备一块合适长度和合适宽度的过胶帆布8或毛毡,合适的长度是指过胶帆布8或毛毡在轴向能够满足完成包裹两防护套之间的连接位置的情况下,在留出第一抱箍9的安装位置以及一段余量的长度,建议取0.8-1m。合适的宽度是指,过胶帆布8或毛毡在宽度方向的总长应该至少大于上端的防护套的2倍周长。首先用过胶帆布8或毛毡将位于上端的防护套与位于下端的防护套包裹一圈后,在过胶帆布8或毛毡与过胶帆布8或毛毡的重合面上延防护管体轴线方向从一段到另一段涂一条硅酮密封胶,延胶条方向轻轻用力按压,保证过胶帆布8或毛毡面与过胶帆布8或毛毡面之间完全粘合,然后继续延圆周方法包裹。每转过约45°的时候便按之前的方法涂一条硅酮密封胶并按压粘合,然后继续包覆,过胶帆布8或毛毡至少要包覆2个圆周才符合要求。包裹完成后用第一抱箍9将过胶帆布8或毛毡的一端和其中一防护套箍在一起,为了保证此处位置的密封,可以在第一抱箍9外置的下方,防护套的圆周位置用密封带进行缠绕。在用第一抱箍9将过胶帆布8或毛毡的另一端箍在另一防护套上。通过前面的分析知道,防护管体会随着温差与过胶帆布8或毛毡之间产生相对位移,且在防护管体很长或者温差很大的时候,相对位移很大,因此,防护管体与过胶帆布8或毛毡之间不能箍死,此处,可以采用在第一抱箍9的下方位置,防护管体的圆周上用一层具有弹性的密封条包裹一圈后,对第一抱箍9施加一定的预紧力。这样,在防护管体的径向方向产生的弹性补偿保证径向的密封,在轴向方向防护管体也仅受到来自密封条的微小摩擦,不影响轴向方向的形变。而且,由于斜拉索内部在除湿工作过程中产生的压力不大,该位置的密封要求不是很高,允许有轻微的泄露。因此,该方案也可以达到有效的密封作用。
方案三:
此外,两个防护套之间的密封连接还可采用如图5所示的方式(具体可参见同一申请人之前申请过的钢绞线斜拉索),参见图5,两个防护套之间套设有可伸缩密封套10,该可伸缩密封套10的一端套设于其中一防护套外并与该防护套的外表面密封连接,另一端套设于另一防护套外并与该防护套的外表面密封连接,该可伸缩密封套10能够在一定的长度范围内自由伸缩,因此,只要选取的伸缩范围合适,也可以对该防护管体由于温差变化形成的长度变化进行补偿。
与图4所示的方式类似,为提高该可伸缩密封套10与防护套之间的密封性能,该可伸缩密封套10与防护套之间设有密封胶。而为使得该可伸缩密封套10与防护套之间的连接更加可靠,该可伸缩密封套10的两端分别与两个防护套之间通过第二抱箍20固定。
实践中,由于防护管体的材料为拉伸性能较好的材料,导致防护管体与锚固装置2之间很难实现密封连接,继而导致防护管体与锚固装置2之间极易进水,为提高防水性能,如图1以及图6所示,该防护管体还包括第一索导管33(也称为梁端索导管),该第一索导管33的第一端套设于靠近斜拉索的第一端的锚固装置2的外壁面上并与锚垫板4固定,其中为实现该第一索导管33与锚固装置2的可靠连接,可通过焊接(优选为满焊连接)或螺栓连接等方式加固第一索导管33与锚垫板4之间的连接,如图6所示,第一索导管33的第二端插设于第一防护套31的内部,使得该第一索导管33的第二端的开口被第一防护套31包裹,同时使该第一防护套31的开口向下,增加雨水进入第一防护套31的内部的难度,继续参见图6,该第一防护套31与第一索导管33之间设有第二密封件30,且第一防护套31靠近该第一索导管33的一端的内壁面开设有第二环形凹槽,第二密封件30嵌设于第二环形凹槽中,对第二密封件30起到 固定的作用,可避免第二密封件30在第一防护套31因热胀冷缩而相对与第一索导管33运动时与第一索导管33、第一防护套31脱离连接,避免密封失效,提高了防水效果。
如图1、图6以及图7所示,该防护管体还包括设于第一索导管33与第一防护套31之间的锥形导流管34,该锥形导流管34包括第一连接管341、第二连接管342以及连接第一连接管341与第二连接管342的锥形筒343,如图6所示,第一连接管341的孔径大于第二连接管342的孔径,第一连接管341套设于第一索导管33的第二端的外壁面上,以包裹第一索导管33的开口,并使该锥形导流管34的下端的开口朝下,增加雨水进入到斜拉索的内部的难度,第二密封件30设于第一连接管341与第一索导管33的第二端之间,如图7所示,第二连接管342插设于第一防护套31靠近第一索导管33的一端的内部,以包裹该锥形导流管34的上端的开口,并使第一防护套31的下端开口朝下,增加雨水进入斜拉索内部的难度,且第二连接管342与第一防护套31之间设有第三密封件40,实现密封连接,提高了防水效果。实践中,由于斜拉索的靠近桥梁的第一端极容易进水,在第一索导管33与第一防护套31之间设置锥形导流管34,该锥形导流管34的第二连接管342朝上,第一连接管341朝下,并且通过锥形筒343连接第二连接管342与第一连接管341,这样,该锥形导流管34就像喇叭一样罩设于第一索导管33上,锥形筒343的外壁面可将雨水引导至远离第一索导管33与第一防护套31之间的连接位置区域,使第一索导管33与第一防护套31之间的连接位置处的水量减少,避免因水量过大而使得雨水容易从第一索导管33与第一防护套31之间的连接位置处进入到斜拉索的内部,从而可提高防水效果。
继续参见图7,第一防护套31与第二连接管342连接的一端的内壁面开设 有限位槽,第二连接管342插设于限位槽中并与限位槽的底壁抵接,对第一防护套31到限位的作用,避免第一防护套31因热胀冷缩而朝向斜拉索的第一端的方向过度拉伸而导致两个防护套之间脱离连接。
较佳地,第三密封件40为弹性管体,弹性管体套设于第二连接管342与第一防护套31的连接位置处,可对第一防护套31起到伸缩补偿的作用。具体到本实施例当中,该弹性管体为热缩管或双壁热缩管,该双壁热缩管的内壁带有热熔胶,从而可使第二连接管342与第一防护套31之间的密封连接更加可靠。当然,该弹性管体还可以为具有弹性的可伸缩套管。
同理,如图1以及图8所示,该防护管体还包括第二索导管35(也称为塔端索导管),第二索导管35的第一端套设于靠近斜拉索的第二端的锚固装置2的外壁面上并与锚垫板4固定连接,为实现该第二索导管35与锚垫板4之间的可靠连接,可通过焊接(优选为满焊连接)或螺栓连接等方式加固第二索导管35与锚垫板4之间的连接,第二索导管35的第二端套设于第二防护套32靠近斜拉索的第二端的外壁面上,以包裹第二防护套32的上端开口,并使第二索导管35的下端开口朝下,增加雨水进入到斜拉索内部的难度,且第二索导管35的第二端与第二防护套32之间设有第四密封件60,以能够实现第二索导管35与该第二防护套32之间的密封连接,防水效果更好。
继续参见图8,为实现第二索导管35与第二防护套32之间的可靠固定连接,该第二索导管35的第二端的内壁面上密封连接有法兰50,法兰50与第二防护套32连接,且第四密封件60设于法兰50与第二防护套32的连接位置处,如此,可使第二防护套32的上端与第二索导管35之间可靠固定。具体地,可通过满焊密封或点焊加密封胶密封的方式实现法兰50与第二索导管35的第二端之间的可靠密封固定连接。
具体到本实施例当中,通过使第一防护套31的下端与第一索导管33之间插接,而使第二防护套32的上端与第二索导管35之间可靠固定,避免因第一防护套31或第二防护套32的伸缩运动而过度拉扯该斜拉索的第二端而使该斜拉索的结构不稳固,提高使用寿命。
可以理解的是,第二密封件30以及第四密封件60均可为密封圈或密封胶。而第一索导管33以及第二索导管35的材料可为钢材,锥形导流管34的材料为钢材或PE,防护套(包括第一防护套31以及第二防护套32)的材料为HDPE,拉伸性能更好,利于伸缩。
上述实施方式仅为本发明的优选实施方式,不能以此来限定本发明保护的范围,本领域的技术人员在本发明的基础上所做的任何非实质性的变化及替换均属于本发明所要求保护的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 斜拉索,所述斜拉索的第一端用于与桥梁连接,所述斜拉索的第二端用于与塔架连接,其特征在于,包括斜拉索本体、锚固装置、防护管体、第一保护罩、第二保护罩以及除湿系统,所述锚固装置设有两个,两个所述锚固装置分别固定于所述斜拉索本体的两端,所述锚固装置的外侧壁套设有锚垫板,所述锚垫板将所述锚固装置分隔成前端和后端,所述防护管体套设于所述斜拉索本体外,所述防护管体的两端分别与两个所述锚固装置上的锚垫板连接,且所述锚固装置的前端被收容至所述防护管体内,所述第一保护罩与所述锚固装置的后端连接,所述第二保护罩与所述锚垫板密封连接,且所述第一保护罩被收容至所述第二保护罩内,所述第二保护罩开设有气腔以及与所述气腔连通的通气孔,所述气腔与所述防护管体的内部连通,所述除湿系统用于给所述气腔提供干燥气体,所述除湿系统靠近所述斜拉索的第一端或第二端设置,且所述除湿系统的出口与其中一个所述通气孔连通,通气时,干燥气体从该通气孔进入所述气腔,依次流向所述防护管体的内部、另一所述气腔,然后从另一所述通气孔排出。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的斜拉索,其特征在于,所述锚固装置或锚垫板上开设有连通所述气腔与所述防护管体的内部的气体通道。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的斜拉索,其特征在于,所述除湿系统包括除湿模组、及与所述除湿模组连接以用于将经由所述除湿模组处理后的新风输送到所述斜拉索的斜拉索通气模组,所述斜拉索通气模组连通所述除湿模组与所述通气孔;其中所述除湿模组包括:
    过滤装置,用于对输入的新风进行过滤;
    除湿装置,用于对经过所述过滤装置过滤的新风进行除湿,所述除湿装置与所述过滤装置连接;
    干风平衡装置,用于对经过所述除湿装置除湿的新风进行气压平衡,所述干风平衡装置与所述除湿装置连接;
    气体输送装置,用于使新风依次被输送至所述过滤装置、所述除湿装置以及所述干风平衡装置,所述气体输送装置分别与所述过滤装置、所述除湿装置以及所述干风平衡装置连接。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的斜拉索,其特征在于,所述防护管体包括第一防护套和第二防护套,第一防护套靠近所述斜拉索的第一端设置,第二防护套靠近所述斜拉索的第二端设置,该第一防护套插设于第二防护套的内部,且第一防护套与第二防护套之间设有第一密封件,第二防护套的内壁面开设有第一环形凹槽,所述第一密封件嵌设于所述第一环形凹槽中。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的斜拉索,其特征在于,所述防护管体包括第一防护套和第二防护套,第一防护套靠近所述斜拉索的第一端设置,第二防护套靠近所述斜拉索的第二端设置,该第一防护套插设于第二防护套的内部,且第一防护套与第二防护套之间的连接位置处包裹有过胶帆布或毛毡,所述过胶帆布或毛毡的一端与第一防护套的外壁面密封连接,所述过胶帆布或毛毡的另一端与第二防护套的外壁面密封连接。
  6. 如权利要求4或5所述的斜拉索,其特征在于,所述防护管体还包括第一索导管,所述第一索导管的第一端套设于靠近所述斜拉索的第一端的所述锚固装置的外壁面上并与所述锚垫板固定连接,所述第一索导管的第二端插设于所述第一防护套靠近该第一索导管的一端的内部,且所述第一防护套与所述第一索导管之间设有第二密封件,所述第一防护套靠近该第一索导管的一端的内壁面开设有第二环形凹槽,所述第二密封件嵌设于所述第二环形凹槽中。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的斜拉索,其特征在于,所述第一防护管体还包括设于 所述第一索导管与所述第一防护套之间的锥形导流管,所述锥形导流管包括第一连接管、第二连接管以及连接所述第一连接管与所述第二连接管的锥形筒,所述第一连接管的孔径大于所述第二连接管的孔径,所述第一连接管套设于所述第一索导管的第二端的外壁面上,所述第二密封件设于所述第一连接管与所述第一索导管的第二端之间,所述第二连接管插设于所述第一防护套靠近所述第一索导管的一端的内部,且所述第二连接管与所述第一防护套之间设有第三密封件。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的斜拉索,其特征在于,所述第一防护套与所述第二连接管连接的一端的内壁面开设有限位槽,所述第二连接管插设于所述限位槽中并与所述限位槽的底壁抵接。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的斜拉索,其特征在于,所述第三密封件为弹性管体,所述弹性管体套设于所述第二连接管与所述第一防护套的连接位置处。
  10. 如权利要求4或5所述的斜拉索,其特征在于,所述防护管体还包括第二索导管,所述第二索导管的第一端套设于靠近所述斜拉索的第二端的所述锚固装置的外壁面上并与所述锚垫板固定连接,所述第二索导管的第二端套设于所述第二防护套靠近所述斜拉索的第二端的外壁面上,且所述第二索导管的第二端与所述第二防护套之间设有第四密封件。
