背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对卫生条件也越来越重视;对于餐具、医疗器具等,在使用前都要先进行消毒处理。
在现有技术中,对于医疗器具等的消毒,其一般都是将医疗器具放置在盛有酒精的容器中,通过消毒药水浸泡的方式进行器具的消毒,但其需要消耗大量的消毒药水,且消毒药水在使用完后就成为医疗废液,处理也十分不方便;而对于餐具的消毒,其不能采用消毒药水浸泡的方式进行消毒,故其一般都是用紫外灯照射的方式进行消毒,但由于紫外灯照射的时间较长,用户不能快速地餐具进行消毒,极大地影响了用户的使用体验。
发明内容
为克服上述缺陷,本公开的目的即在于提供一种应用脉冲强光杀菌技术的闪光消毒盒。
一种闪光消毒盒,包括:
外壳,所述外壳包括相互配合的第一壳体和第二壳体,所述第一壳体中安装有脉冲闪光装置,所述第二壳体中设有器具容置室,所述脉冲闪光装置的出光面与所述器具容置室相对准,所述脉冲闪光装置与电源组件相连接,所述电源组件设置于所述外壳内。
在其中一实施方式中,所述器具容置室中设置有器具容置盘,所述器具容置室的侧壁上设有供所述器具容置盘进出的仓口。

外壳,所述外壳包括相互配合的第一壳体110和第二壳体120,所述第一壳体110中安装有脉冲闪光装置130,所述第二壳体120中设有器具容置室,所述脉冲闪光装置130的出光面与所述器具容置室相对准,所述脉冲闪光装置130与电源组件相连接,所述电源组件设置于所述外壳内。在本实施例中,其工作原理具体为:先将待进行杀菌的器具放置于器具容置室中,当需要进行杀菌时,电源组件驱动脉冲闪光装置130,脉冲闪光装置130会产生瞬时高亮度的闪光,闪光通过透光窗140进入至器具容置室中,从而对器具容置室内的器具进行杀菌。
在本实施例中,其应用脉冲强光杀菌技术,对器具容置室中医疗器具进行有效杀菌;其中,脉冲强光杀菌技术是一种利用瞬间放电的脉冲工程技术和特殊的惰性气体灯管,以脉冲形式激发强烈的白光,光谱分布近似太阳光,光强度相当于到达地球表面太阳光强度的数千乃至数万倍的一种世界领先的光源技术。它利用瞬时、高强度的脉冲光能量杀灭各类微生物,从而弥补了传统热杀菌、化学杀菌的缺点。并且由于脉冲强光杀菌技术具有杀菌处理时间短的特点,尤其适用于本实施例中需要对器具进行快速消毒的场景。
在本实施例中,所述器具容置室中设置有用于放置待消毒器具的器具容置盘160,所述器具容置室的侧壁上设有供所述器具容置盘160进出的仓口200;故用户可从第二壳体120的侧面将该器具容置盘160抽出,方便器具的放置与取出。
在本实施例中,所述器具容置盘160的内表面为光反射面。所述器具容置盘160可由金属材料构成,其在加工时,可对其内表面进行抛光,使其成为光反射面,当闪光通过透光窗140进入至器具容置盘160中后,会在器具容置盘160的内表面上进行来回反射,以获取更好的杀菌效果。
在本实施例中,所述器具容置室中设有透光窗140,所述透光窗140中镶嵌有透光板150,其中,该透光板150可由玻璃、聚氯乙烯(PVC,Polyvinyl chloride)等可透光材料构成;所述透光窗140与所述脉冲闪光装置130的出光面相对准,并且所述透光窗140与所述透光板150之间设有防水垫圈;故脉冲闪光装置130被密封在第一壳体110中,其防水性能好。
在本实施例中,所述脉冲闪光装置130包括:与外部电源相接的充电电路131,所述充电电路131所输出的电流依次通过电容132和放电电路133后,输入至惰性气体灯管134中。该所述脉冲闪光装置130的工作原理为:充电电路131接收外部电源所输入的电流,并为电容132充电,当电容132充满电后,放电电路133驱动电容132在瞬间释放出大电流驱动惰性气体灯管134,使得惰性气体灯管134放出短暂而强烈的白光。其中,所述惰性气体灯管为氙气灯管。
在本实施例中,每个所述惰性气体灯管的外侧均设有反光罩,所述反光罩的出光面均朝向所述透光窗140中。该反光罩将氙气灯管所发出的闪光进行反射,使得更多的闪光能进入至液体透光窗140中,以提高杀菌的效果。
在本实施例中,所述电源组件包括:电池和/或电源适配器,所述电源适配器与市电 相连接。优选地,该电池为可充电的锂电池,该电源适配器用于与市电相连接,并将从市电输入的交流电转换为直流电,供脉冲闪光装置130进行供电;在本实施例中,可根据使用环境选择由电池或市电进行供电。
在本实施例中,所述电池可拆卸地安装于所述外壳中的电池仓190中。
在本实施例中,所述脉冲闪光装置130的数量为一个。
请参看图4至图5,在另一个对餐具进行消毒的实施例中,所述脉冲闪光装置130的数量为两个以上;具体的脉冲闪光装置130的数量可根据器具容置盘160面积大小而进行调整。
