随着科技的进步,现今市面上出现一些的智能马桶盖,但该智能马桶盖仅具有温水洗净功能,其不具有对马桶进行消毒杀菌的功能,其并不能解决马桶的清洁卫生问题,使得用户的卫生安全得不到保障。
发明内容
为克服上述缺陷,本发明的目的即在于提供一种应用脉冲强光杀菌技术的闪光杀菌马桶盖。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
本发明是一种闪光杀菌马桶盖,包括:
相互铰接的马桶盖板和马桶座圈,所述马桶盖板中安装有脉冲闪光装置,所述脉冲闪光装置的出光面朝向所述马桶内壁,且所述脉冲闪光装置与电源组件相连接。
在其中一实施方式中,所马桶盖板中设有透光窗,所述脉冲闪光装置的出光面与所述透光窗相对准。
在其中一实施方式中,所述透光窗中安装有透光板,所述透光板与所述透光窗之间设有防水垫圈。

马桶盖板110中安装有脉冲闪光装置,所述脉冲闪光装置的出光面朝向所述马桶内壁,且所述脉冲闪光装置与电源组件相连接。其中,该马桶盖板110由于上盖板和底盖板组成, 所述脉冲闪光装置设置于该上盖板和底盖板所围成的空间中;在本实施例中,其工作原理具体为:先将马桶盖板110盖上,电源组件驱动脉冲闪光装置130,脉冲闪光装置130会产生瞬时高亮度的闪光,闪光直接对马桶内壁进行照射,从而对马桶内壁进行杀菌。
在本实施例中,其应用脉冲强光杀菌技术,对马桶内壁进行有效杀菌;其中,脉冲强光杀菌技术是一种利用瞬间放电的脉冲工程技术和特殊的惰性气体灯管,以脉冲形式激发强烈的白光,光谱分布近似太阳光,光强度相当于到达地球表面太阳光强度的数千乃至数万倍的一种世界领先的光源技术。它利用瞬时、高强度的脉冲光能量杀灭各类微生物,从而弥补了传统热杀菌、化学杀菌的缺点。并且由于脉冲强光杀菌技术具有杀菌处理时间短的特点,尤其适用于本实施例所列举的人流量较多的公众洗手间的使用场景。
在本发明中,所述马桶盖板110的底盖板中设有透光窗140,所述脉冲闪光装置的出光面与所述透光窗140相对准;在本实施例中,该脉冲闪光装置130被安装于马桶盖板110中,其对脉冲闪光装置130具有良好的保护作用。
在本发明中,所述透光窗140中安装有透光板150,所述透光板150与所述透光窗140之间设有防水垫圈。其中,该透光板150可由玻璃、聚氯乙烯(PVC,Polyvinyl chloride)等可透光材料构成;所述透光窗140与防水垫圈将脉冲闪光装置130密封在马桶盖板110中,其防水性能好。
在本发明中,所述脉冲闪光装置130包括:与外部电源相接的充电电路131,所述充电电路131所输出的电流依次通过电容132和放电电路133后,输入至惰性气体灯管134中。该所述脉冲闪光装置130的工作原理为:充电电路131接收外部电源所输入的电流,并为电容132充电,当电容132充满电后,放电电路133驱动电容132在瞬间释放出大电流驱动惰性气体灯管134,使得惰性气体灯管134放出短暂而强烈的白光。其中,所述惰性气体灯管为氙气灯管。
在本发明中,所述脉冲闪光装置的数量为一个以上,其可根据使用的需要设置多个脉冲闪光装置,当设置多个脉冲闪光装置时,该脉冲闪光装置被均匀地分布设置于马桶盖板110中。
在本发明中,每个所述惰性气体灯管的外侧均设有反光罩,所述反光罩的出光面均朝向所述透光窗140中。该反光罩将氙气灯管所发出的闪光进行反射,使得更多的闪光对该马桶内壁进行照射,以提高杀菌的效果。
在本发明中,所述电源组件包括:电池160和/或电源适配器170,所述电源适配器170与市电相连接;其中,所述电源组件安装于所述马桶盖板110中。
优选地,该电池160为可充电的锂电池,该电源适配器170用于与市电相连接,并将从市电输入的交流电转换为直流电,供脉冲闪光装置130进行供电;在本实施例中,可根据使用环境选择由电池160或市电进行供电。并且,所述电池160可拆卸地安装于所述马桶盖板110中的电池仓中。
