这种账户信息修改方式使得账户信息修改的周期较长、效率较低,并且交互链接一般具有时效性,当超过有效时间,需要用户重新申请新的交互链接,容易降低用户的使用体验。另外,如果用户的指定通信账号被其他人使用,也会降低账户信息的安全性。

具体地,终端安全检测模块可以被进一步配置为:
接收发送账户操作请求的终端设备的终端信息;根据终端信息与目标终端信息的匹配结果,确定账户操作请求对应的安全检测结果;其中,目标终端信息包括账户信息对应的历史登录终端信息和/或黑名单终端信息。
由此,在生成待验证账户操作工单时,可以利用安全检测结果,更综合地评估执行账户操作请求对应的账户操作的风险,提高验证结果的可靠性,降低执行账户操作请求对应的账户操作的风险,从而提高用户的账户信息的安全性。
本说明书实施例的信息处理装置还包括:
验证结果获取模块,其配置为获取待验证账户操作工单的验证结果;
账户操作执行模块,其配置为若验证结果为验证通过,则根据账户操作交互数据,执行账户操作请求对应的账户操作。
图10示出了本说明书另一个实施例提供的信息处理装置的结构示意图。如图10所示,该应用于终端设备的信息处理装置800包括:
第一信息获取模块810,其配置为在用户处于非登录状态的情况下,获取用户的账户操作请求和身份识别信息;
第一信息发送模块820,其配置为向目标设备发送账户操作请求和身份识别信息;
显示指令接收模块830,其配置为接收目标设备在查询到账户信息的情况下发送的第一显示指令;
操作界面显示模块840,其配置为响应于第一显示指令,显示针对账户操作请求的账户操作界面,其中,账户操作界面用于接收用户的账户操作交互数据和身份识别信息对应的身份凭证。
在本说明书实施例中,终端设备能够直接在用户处于非登录状态的情况下,获取用户的账户操作请求和身份识别信息,并且发送给目标设备,以使目标设备响应于账户操作请求查询身份识别信息对应的账户信息,在查询到账户信息的情况下,向终端设备发送第一显示指令,使终端设备能够响应于第一显示指令直接显示针对账户操作请求的账户操作界面,以接收用户的账户操作交互数据和身份识别信息对应的身份凭证,从而简单、快速地得到用户的账户操作请求、账户操作交互数据和身份凭证,以完成账户操作请求对应的账户操作,无需人工客服向用户单独发送交互链接,使得用户的账户操作得效率较高、周期较短,并且提高了用户的账户信息的安全性,因此,能够提高用户的使用体验。
在本说明书实施例中,操作界面显示模块840被进一步配置为:
响应于第一信息获取模块获取的账户操作请求,显示信息输入界面,其中,信息输入界面用于第一信息获取模块获取用户的所述身份识别信息。
本说明书实施例的信息处理装置还包括:
第二信息获取模块,其配置为获取用户输入的账户操作交互数据和身份凭证;
第二信息发送模块,其配置为向目标设备发送账户操作交互数据和身份凭证。
图11示出了本说明书一个实施例提供的信息处理设备的硬件结构示意图。本说明书实施例所述的信息处理设备可以为服务器或者终端设备。如图11所示,信息处理设备900包括输入设备901、输入接口902、中央处理器903、存储器904、输出接口905、以及输出设备906。其中,输入接口902、中央处理器903、存储器904、以及输出接口905通过总线910相互连接,输入设备901和输出设备906分别通过输入接口902和输出接口905与总线910连接,进而与视频处理设备900的其他组件连接。
具体地,输入设备901接收来自外部的输入信息,并通过输入接口902将输入信息传送到中央处理器903;中央处理器903基于存储器904中存储的计算机可执行指令对输入信息进行处理以生成输出信息,将输出信息临时或者永久地存储在存储器904中,然后通过输出接口905将输出信息传送到输出设备906;输出设备906将输出信息输出到信息处理设备900的外部供用户使用。
也就是说,图11所示的信息处理设备也可以被实现为包括:存储有计算机可执行指令的存储器;以及处理器,该处理器在执行计算机可执行指令时可以实现本说明书实施例描述的信息处理方法和装置。
本说明书实施例还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,该计算机可读存储介质上存储有计算机程序指令;该计算机程序指令被处理器执行时实现本说明书实施例提供的信息处理方法。
以上的结构框图中所示的功能块可以实现为硬件、软件、固件或者它们的组合。当以硬件方式实现时,其可以例如是电子电路、专用集成电路(ASIC)、适当的固件、插件、功能卡等等。当以软件方式实现时,本说明书的元素是被用于执行所需任务的程序或者代码段。程序或者代码段可以存储在机器可读介质中,或者通过载波中携带的数据信号在传输介质或者通信链路上传送。“机器可读介质”可以包括能够存储或传输信息的任何介质。机器可读介质的例子包括电子电路、半导体存储器设备、ROM、闪存、可擦除ROM(EROM)、软盘、CD-ROM、光盘、硬盘、光纤介质、射频(RF)链路,等等。代码段可以经由诸如因特网、内联网等的计算机网络被下载。
还需要说明的是,上述对本说明书特定实施例进行了描述。其它实施例在所附权利要求的范围内。在一些情况下,在权利要求书中记载的动作或步骤可以按照不同实施例中的顺序来执行并且仍然可以实现期望的结果。另外,在附图中描绘的过程不一定要求示出的特定顺序或连续顺序才能实现期望的结果。在某些实施方式中,多任务处理和并行处理也是可以的或者可能是有利的。

Claims (24)

  1. 一种信息处理方法,包括:
    在用户处于非登录状态的情况下,接收所述用户的终端设备发送的账户操作请求和身份识别信息;
    响应于所述账户操作请求,查询所述身份识别信息对应的账户信息;
    在查询到所述账户信息的情况下,向所述终端设备发送第一显示指令,以使所述终端设备显示针对所述账户操作请求的账户操作界面,其中,所述账户操作界面用于接收所述用户的账户操作交互数据和所述身份识别信息对应的身份凭证。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述账户操作请求包括账户信息修改请求,所述账户信息修改请求用于修改所述账户信息中所述用户设置的登录验证信息和/或绑定通信账号;所述账户操作交互数据包括所述用户更新的登录验证信息和/或绑定通信账号。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,在所述向所述终端设备发送第一显示指令之前,还包括:
    向所述终端设备发送第二显示指令,以使所述终端设备显示登录操作界面,其中,所述登录操作界面用于接收所述用户确定保持所述非登录状态的状态保持指令;
    接收所述状态保持指令;
    响应于所述状态保持指令,向所述终端设备发送所述第一显示指令。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述账户操作请求包括账户限制状态更改请求,所述账户操作交互数据包括所述用户输入的账户限制解除请求;或
    所述账户操作请求包括问题反馈请求,所述账户操作交互数据包括所述用户输入的账户异常信息;或
    所述账户操作请求包括账户盗用申诉请求,所述账户操作交互数据包括所述用户更新的用户设定登录验证信息和账户绑定通信账号。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,还包括:
    接收所述终端设备发送的所述账户操作交互数据和所述身份凭证;
    根据所述账户操作交互数据和所述身份凭证,生成所述账户操作请求对应的待验证账户操作工单。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述账户操作交互数据和所述身份凭证,生成所述账户操作请求对应的待验证账户操作工单,包括:
    确定所述账户操作请求对应的安全检测结果;
    利用所述账户操作交互数据、所述身份凭证和所述安全检测结果,生成所述账户操作请求对应的待验证账户操作工单。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述确定所述账户操作请求对应的安全检测结果,包括:
    接收发送所述账户操作请求的所述终端设备的终端信息;
    根据所述终端信息与目标终端信息的匹配结果,确定所述账户操作请求对应的安全检测结果;其中,所述目标终端信息包括所述账户信息对应的历史登录终端信息和/或黑名单终端信息。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,还包括:
    获取所述待验证账户操作工单的验证结果;
    若所述验证结果为验证通过,则根据所述账户操作交互数据,执行所述账户操作请求对应的账户操作。
  9. 一种信息处理方法,包括:
    在用户处于非登录状态的情况下,获取所述用户的账户操作请求和身份识别信息;
    向目标设备发送所述账户操作请求和所述身份识别信息;
    接收所述目标设备在查询到所述账户信息的情况下发送的第一显示指令;
    响应于所述第一显示指令,显示针对所述账户操作请求的账户操作界面,其中,所述账户操作界面用于接收所述用户的账户操作交互数据和所述身份识别信息对应的身份凭证。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中,所述获取所述用户的账户操作请求和身份识别信息,包括:
    获取所述用户的所述账户操作请求;
    响应于所述账户操作请求,显示信息输入界面,其中,所述信息输入界面用于获取所述用户的所述身份识别信息;
    获取所述身份识别信息。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中,还包括:
    获取所述用户输入的所述账户操作交互数据和所述身份凭证;
    向所述目标设备发送所述账户操作交互数据和所述身份凭证。
  12. 一种信息处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    第一信息接收模块,其配置为在用户处于非登录状态的情况下,接收所述用户的终端设备发送的账户操作请求和身份识别信息;
    账户信息查询模块,其配置为响应于所述账户操作请求,查询所述身份识别信息对应的账户信息;
    第一指令发送模块,其配置为在查询到所述账户信息的情况下,向所述终端设备发送第一显示指令,以使所述终端设备显示针对所述账户操作请求的账户操作界面,其中,所述账户操作界面用于接收所述用户的账户操作交互数据和所述身份识别信息对应的身份凭证。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于,所述账户操作请求包括账户信息修改请求,所述账户信息修改请求用于修改所述账户信息中所述用户设置的登录验证信息和/或绑定通信账号;所述账户操作交互数据包括所述用户更新的登录验证信息和/或绑定通信账号。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    第二指令发送模块,其配置为向所述终端设备发送第二显示指令,以使所述终端设备显示登录操作界面,其中,所述登录操作界面用于接收所述用户确定保持所述非登录状态的状态保持指令;
    保持指令接收模块,其配置为接收所述状态保持指令;其中,
    所述第一指令发送模块被进一步配置为响应于所述状态保持指令,向所述终端设备发送所述第一显示指令。
  15. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其中,
    所述账户操作请求包括账户限制状态更改请求,所述账户操作交互数据包括所述用户输入的账户限制解除请求;或
    所述账户操作请求包括问题反馈请求,所述账户操作交互数据包括所述用户输入的账户异常信息;或
    所述账户操作请求包括账户盗用申诉请求,所述账户操作交互数据包括所述用户更新的用户设定登录验证信息和账户绑定通信账号。
  16. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    第二信息接收模块,其配置为接收所述终端设备发送的所述账户操作交互数据和所述身份凭证;
    操作工单生成模块,其配置为根据所述账户操作交互数据和所述身份凭证,生成所述账户操作请求对应的待验证账户操作工单。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    终端安全检测模块,其配置为确定所述账户操作请求对应的安全检测结果;其中,
    所述操作工单生成模块进一步配置为:利用所述账户操作交互数据、所述身份凭证和所述安全检测结果,生成所述账户操作请求对应的待验证账户操作工单。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的装置,其特征在于,所述终端安全检测模块进一步配置为:
    接收发送所述账户操作请求的所述终端设备的终端信息;根据所述终端信息与目标终端信息的匹配结果,确定所述账户操作请求对应的安全检测结果;其中,所述目标终端信息包括所述账户信息对应的历史登录终端信息和/或黑名单终端信息。
  19. 根据权利要求16所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    验证结果获取模块,其配置为获取所述待验证账户操作工单的验证结果;
    账户操作执行模块,其配置为若所述验证结果为验证通过,则根据所述账户操作交互数据,执行所述账户操作请求对应的账户操作。
  20. 一种信息处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    第一信息获取模块,其配置为在用户处于非登录状态的情况下,获取所述用户的账户操作请求和身份识别信息;
    第一信息发送模块,其配置为向目标设备发送所述账户操作请求和所述身份识别信息;
    显示指令接收模块,其配置为接收所述目标设备在查询到所述账户信息的情况下发送的第一显示指令;
    操作界面显示模块,其配置为响应于所述第一显示指令,显示针对所述账户操作请求的账户操作界面,其中,所述账户操作界面用于接收所述用户的账户操作交互数据和所述身份识别信息对应的身份凭证。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的装置,其特征在于,所述操作界面显示模块被进一步配置为:
    响应于所述第一信息获取模块获取的所述账户操作请求,显示信息输入界面,其中,所述信息输入界面用于所述第一信息获取模块获取所述用户的所述身份识别信息。
  22. 根据权利要求20所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    第二信息获取模块,其配置为获取所述用户输入的所述账户操作交互数据和所述身份凭证;
    第二信息发送模块,其配置为向所述目标设备发送所述账户操作交互数据和所述身份凭证。
  23. 一种信息处理设备,其特征在于,所述设备包括:处理器以及存储有计算机程 序指令的存储器;
    所述处理器执行所述计算机程序指令时实现如权利要求1-8或9-11任意一项所述的信息处理方法。
  24. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有计算机程序指令,所述计算机程序指令被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-8或9-11任意一项所述的信息处理方法。
