本申请要求于2019年7月4日提交中国专利局、申请号为201910599542.8、发明名称为“一种石墨烯智能针灸穴位贴”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及及人体保健理疗技术,尤其涉及一种石墨烯智能针灸穴位贴。
背景技术
针灸通常是根据中医理论将专用的针具按照一定的角度刺入患者体内,运用捻转与提插等针刺手法来对人体特定部位进行刺激,从而达到针灸疗法的目的。针灸疗法现已在全世界50多个国家和地区得到运用,成为世界医学的一个重要的组成部分,并且近年来针灸疗法也在传统基础上有很大的进步。因而,通过传统针灸方法和现代针灸运用技术相结合,对于研制出穴位探测仪、脉冲电针、电热针、激光穴位等具备可行性,有利于为疾病疗法带来增添新的手段。
对于中医针灸疗法,其具有适用范围广、见效快、副作用小等优点,但同时也存在着相应的弊端,例如,有时刺激强烈而疼痛难忍、有一定几率因刺破皮肤而造成交叉感染、因不同部位或不同操作者导致操作时技术难度大、疗效有时主要依赖不同操作者的操作经验等。
本发明所提出的技术方案涉及并利用生物电技术,生物电是生物的器官、组织和细胞在生命活动过程中发生的电位变化,它是生命活动过程中的一类物理、化学变化,利用生物电,可刺激人体的穴位,从而改善人体的健康问题。
本发明正是针对目前采用传统中医针灸方式容易出现各种弊端而进行优化的,研发人员在分析出这些弊端之后,将石墨烯电路、导电银浆、以及共振芯片加以结合,实现具有石墨烯特性且针对于针灸 穴位理疗的贴片,技术人员对于每一个研发阶段所采取的中间方案有效的进行多次性能测试,最终才得到趋于最佳优化的技术方案,同时,所提出的技术方案完全能解决或部分解决现有技术存在的问题,也能够满足针灸操作者或患者之间需求。
发明内容
为克服上述问题或者至少部分地解决或缓减解决上述问题,本发明提供一种石墨烯智能针灸穴位贴,其利用人体生物电给予穴位和经络刺激,通过该手段使其刺激效果趋向于传统针灸,利于改善人体的经络不通以及血气不通的问题,进而克服因采用传统针灸方式带来的刺激强烈、刺破皮肤易造成交叉感染、操作难度较大、操作不便等问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种石墨烯智能穴位贴,具有贴片本体,该石墨烯智能针灸穴位贴包括:
石墨烯电路,设置于贴片本体内部,并且位置处于针灸穴位贴佩戴面向人体的一侧;
采用无线接收方式的内部共振单元,其与石墨烯电路相连接,包括射频部分、模拟部分、数字部分,其中的数字部分包括数字控制部分、存储器;
银浆层,涂覆于石墨烯电路外表面,使石墨烯电路均匀且快速吸收人体生物波。
对于以上实施的技术方案,还可进一步实施为:
对于内部共振单元,其包括微电波感应接收线圈、传输电路、一个耦合共振放大器和至少一个微生物电波发射器;

具体实施方式
本发明拟实施的石墨烯智能针灸穴位贴,所实施的技术手段要达到的目的在于,利用人体生物电给予穴位和经络刺激,通过该手段使其刺激效果趋向于传统针灸,利于改善人体的经络不通以及血气不通的问题进而克服因采用传统针灸方式带来的刺激强烈、刺破皮肤易造成交叉感染、操作难度较大、操作不便等问题。
本发明设计人员在对技术方案设计之初,主要采用石墨烯电路技术,本领域的技术人员知晓,由于石墨烯是一种由碳原子以sp2杂化轨道组成六角型呈蜂巢晶格的二维碳纳米材料,其具有优异的光学、电学、力学特性,在材料学、微纳加工、能源、生物医学和药物传递等方面具有重要的应用前景,被认为是一种未来革命性的材料;同时,由于石墨烯中各碳原子之间的连接非常柔韧,当施加外部机械力时,碳原子面就会弯曲变形,使碳原子不必重新排列来适应外力,因而其结构非常稳定,这种稳定的晶格结构使其具有优异的导电性。因此,石墨烯能够用于探测到生物电波信号,并且将其进行近乎无损的传输。
进一步地,需要重点指出的是,石墨烯具有良好的导电及储能功能,故可将其应用于接收人体的生物电波,并且存储后集中释放给生物芯片,由生物芯片接收生物电波并进行处理,以上对于石墨烯电路技术的分析也是本发明采用石墨烯电路的主要原因。
如图1-4所示,本发明之技术方案正是针对问题的分析以及技术方案的可行性分析进行实施,所实施的石墨烯智能针灸穴位贴包括其内部装配的石墨烯电路、与该石墨烯电路相连接的内部共振单元、用于装配该内部共振单元的外壳;
进一步地,所实施的石墨烯电路表层涂覆一层银浆层,其目的是通过增加该银浆层,能够使石墨烯更高效地吸收人体的生物波,可有效的把石墨烯平面进行分隔,从而让促使吸收更快速、更均匀。
相应地,所实施的内部共振单元所采用的芯片采取无线接收,以及耦合放大的技术,该技术趋向于WIFI传输,当然,对于芯片的具体选择,本领域技术人员完全可以根据要实施的技术手段采用现有不 同款的芯片并且予以配置相应的电路,此处不对芯片的类型进行赘述,凡是能够应用于本发明技术方案的芯片均可,因而,对于芯片的类型不包含在本发明技术方案之内,此处不再赘述。
本发明所实施的石墨烯智能针灸穴位贴,采用石墨烯将生物电信号进行传输,从而进入天线接收器,人体生物电信号进入天线后,由天线进行耦合震荡,从而将信号进行放大。
如图3所示,本领域技术人员在具体实施时,所采用的内部共振单元包括微电波感应接收线圈、传输电路、一个耦合共振放大器和至少一个微生物电波发射器;

    采用无线接收方式的内部共振单元,其与所述石墨烯电路相连接,包括射频部分、模拟部分、数字部分,其中的数字部分包括数字控制部分、存储器;
    银浆层,涂覆于所述石墨烯电路外表面,使所述石墨烯电路均匀且快速吸收人体生物波。

  4. 根据权利要求2所述的石墨烯智能针灸穴位贴,其特征在于:所述耦合共振放大器使生物波经其产生共振并放大,放大的共振波传输至微生物电波发射器,微生物电波发射器向石墨烯反馈共振波,再传输给人体。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的石墨烯智能针灸穴位贴,其特征在于,所述射频部分包括:
    匹配网络:用于跟外部设计的天线形成匹配震荡电路;
    整流:把从天线吸收的人体生物电,整流输送给下级的稳压块,用于给芯片内部供电;
    调制:把共振单元存储的信息进行调制,通过天线发射出去;
    解调:把天线收到的信号进行解调;
    ESD:静电抑制部分,用于消除从天线端引入的静电干扰,否则容易出现芯片损坏情况。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的石墨烯智能针灸穴位贴,其特征在于:所 述内部共振单元采用WIFI传输。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的石墨烯智能针灸穴位贴,其特征在于:所述内部共振单元电路部分包括射频部分、Analog模拟部分、Digital数字部分。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的石墨烯智能针灸穴位贴,其特征在于:所述贴片本体具备用于贴于人体穴位的外壳部分。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的石墨烯智能针灸穴位贴,其特征在于:所述石墨烯电路包裹于所述内部共振单元外部。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的石墨烯智能针灸穴位贴,其特征在于:所述内部共振单元具备存储模块。
