Abstract
本实用新型此一可置换式光电疗盒,可解决现有光电疗器械大型不方便的问题,其包括:一设置在壳体的可置换微型电极装置,进而达到穴位刺激的目的,或等效置换以LED发光单元、及/或连接在LED发光单元的电池组,用来提供LED发光单元所需的电能。该LED发光单元可置换红光、黄光、蓝光、绿光及/或远红外线发光二极管、或是激光二极管等不同光波装置,壳体上部和下部均设置有开口。根据本实用新型的实施例,通过可置换以微型电极装置进而达到穴位刺激的目的,及/或置换不同功率频率颜色的发光二极管(LED)的光波波长照射皮肤,给传统中医疗具赋予崭新变化、且简易便携者。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种光电疗器械,尤其涉及一种可置换式光电疗盒。
背景技术
中医理论认为,经络为五脏六腑之气通于体表路径,使用微型电极产生的电流刺激体表穴位,通过局部电流刺激经络之气的活动来调整人体功能,可达到防病治病的治疗方法。
目前临床应用普遍以电针治疗最为成功,但是大多以电针进入人体后,再以另一电针插入另一疗治穴位后,将电流以电位差在两点间通过,以现今医学技术无法证明电流所走通路即为经络,但是电刺激对穴位、或人体组织神经纤维等多个领域有其医疗效果,已有诸多研究证明。
既然电流所走通路系依导电系数而非必然由经络运行,那么在中医理论中,透过针灸刺激特定穴位以达到治疗该疾病的理论,一旦使用电针治疗就会产生许多不确定性,因为人体为导电体,该电流所行走的非规范性通路有许多可能通过其他穴位与经络, 而产生未知因素致而会影响治疗。
电流在人体内非规范性行走,除了影响脏器生物电的正常运行,对于愈来愈多的体内植入器也有较高的风险,以及治疗不便性。
电流在人体内大距离流通,对病患增加痛楚,也影响就医意愿,所以局部电疗设计凸显出未来发展趋势。
光刺激治疗除了具有安全、便捷等特点外,不同光波长对于皮肤不同症状有很好的治疗与保健作用,从医疗上研究红光用以加速创伤愈合,蓝光可以用于改善小儿黄疸等。随着二极管(LED)技术的成熟,以 LED 作为替代疗法技术也日益成熟。
亦有使用光疗改善皮肤质量的效果。『光疗法照射对人体皮肤肤质的影响』作者李怡频与庄琮凯更提到以绿光照射皮肤后,照射至第二周肤质变细致最为明显。美国皮肤科医学期刊研究也表明,特定波长的红光能够进入到真皮层刺激细胞,促进蛋白增生,使细纹淡化、肌肤更有弹性。
但是目前不论使用电针用于医疗中穴位治疗或光疗用于皮肤治疗装置的体积过大,且单价非常昂贵,不是一般消费者能购买使用,或是方便携带,如何应用到日常生活中,使得光疗可以简易应用,成为期待解决的问题。
考察既有技术时,中国申请第201320206417.4号『一种便携式 LED 光疗仪器』,使用多种 LED共享电路板、并加上控制单元,不仅成本较高,对于只需要一种特殊疗效的消费者有显著浪费,并且其操作须手持,单人无法同时对多点治疗。
中国申请第201420174057.9号『 一种 LED 光疗仪』,除与前述中国申请第201320206417.4号案结构 类似外,特别强调指甲固化与 USB 充电设计但,其无法为平面皮肤治疗。
中国申请第201420533433.9G号『 掌上型 LED 光疗仪』,除与前述中国申请第201320206417.4号案 类似外,还特别强调指示灯与透光孔设计,但仍存有相同问题未臻理想。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的实施例提供了一种便携式快速置换光电疗盒,可解决现有器械大型不方便移动使用的问题。
本实用新型此一可置换式光电疗盒,其包括:一可置换微型电极、及/或一等效可置换的 LED发光单元,及连接在微型电极单元的电池组,用来提供微型电极单元所需的电能。前述LED发光单元可置换为红光、黄光、蓝光、绿光、及/或远红外线发光二极管、或是激光二极管等不同光波装置。可置换微型电极可结合设置一与微电极等效的针灸针,当结合前述插入皮肤的针灸针之后,使与另一电极电性导通后产生电位差,则电流即可产生刺激穴位功效。
壳体,其上部和下部形成一内部中空且贯通的开口,且上开口环缘形成一阶级,下部外扩形成一扩大部。
根据本实用新型的实施例,通过可置换以等效的微型电极的装置,进而达到穴位刺激的目的,或置换另一等效不同功率频率颜色的发光二极管(LED),藉其光波波长照射皮肤,进而达到美肤或穴位刺激的目的,以简易便携及方便更换之实用新型,给传统中医赋予崭新变化。

具体实施方式
为了便于本领域一般技术人员理解和实现本实用新型,现结合附图详述本实用新型的实施例。
如第1至6图所示,本实用新型此一可置换式光电疗盒的较佳实施例如第1至3图,其提供包括一 LED发光单元5,亦可等效置换一微型电极6,藉由一连接在微型电极单元的电池组2,用来提供微型电极单元所需的电能,所述 LED 发光单元5可等效置换成具有红光、黄光、蓝光、绿光、及/或远红外线发光二极管、及/或是激光二极管等不同光波的装置。
壳体1;其上部。和下部均设置有开口,内部中空呈贯通状,且上开口环缘形成一阶级11,下开口外扩延伸成一扩大部12;微型电极单元的电池组2上方延伸一凸缘21,中空胴体内组设有电池4,并藉一导电连接部51使与前述电池4正负极端形成电流的电性连接,且该电池组2下方设一可拆解式的底座52,前述电池可为充电式、及/或钮扣型电池;一LED 发光单元5与前述电池组2电性连设在该底座52下方;又,所述壳体1的底部12可用一双面胶3固定于皮肤,且该双面胶3可为环型、或其他几何形状,如此可便于患者倾斜或倒立部位之使用。
本实用新型此一可置换式光电疗盒的实施例,提供了一种便携式快速置换的光电疗盒结构,当消费者本人或操作人员针对需求,可以单一部位放置,亦可沿经络或需求点采用多点放置微型电极,以微电流刺激其所在穴位。
本实用新型此一可置换式光电疗盒的另一较佳实施例,提供了一种局部电流刺激治疗,在第4至6图中,前述LED发光单元5亦可置换成等效的微型电极6,当所述微型电极6如第4图般藉由电极62接触皮肤时产生电位差对体表、或穴位产生刺激;再者,本实用新型前述微型电极6可另设一等效功能的微电极61(另参第5、6图所示),该微电极61呈孔状设计,可利用其结合一针灸针7(参第6图),当前述针灸针7进入人体后,通过针灸针7等效替代前述另一电极62,藉其电位差产生电流刺激穴位及附近组织,达成局部电疗的效果,而前述微型电极6亦可为微型电容,达成进行间歇性放电,用以刺激穴位。微型电极61孔亦可藉由导线夹,透过导线夹可方便与针灸针结合使用。
又,若拟将不同光源照射皮肤,使特殊光波能穿透皮肤进入人体的穴位中可刺激经络,达到治疗疾病的目的;据美国太空总署(NASA)研究报告指出,在红外线内对人体有帮助为 4-14 微米中红外线可穿过皮肤,直接使肌肉、皮下组织等产生热效应,来加速血液物质循环、增加新陈代谢、减少疼痛、增加肌肉松弛、产生按摩效果等。在被广泛用在治疗的领域及研究表明,短波红外线,它的渗透能力最强,可以穿透人体组织 5-10 毫米,达到疏通经脉,缓解疼痛,活血等效果。
需强调者,所述LED 发光单元5可置换为等效的红光、黄光、蓝光、绿光、及/或远红外线发光二极管、及/或激光二极管,不同光波对皮肤也有其不同作用,使用 LED 发光单元5的设计也增加本产品实用性。
本实用新型的实施例提供了一种可置换式光电疗盒最新具体的实施方式,并且也能使用于倾斜甚至倒立向上的穴位、或是减少其对工作与行动的影响。且因为光电疗法属于非侵入性治疗,相较于传统中医针灸疗法,更具卫生以及安全性,因此穴道光电疗法如今已经越来越受到社会大众的重视。
综上所述,本实用新型虽然通过实施例描绘了具题实施例的结构,致使本领域普通技术人员可轻易知道,然而,在不脱离本实用新型的精神和实质全项范围下,凡就本实用新型等效变化者,皆应属本实用新型的范围及所附权利要求之限定。

Claims (4)
1.一种可置换式光电疗盒,其至少包括:
一壳体,其上部和下部均设置有开口,下方开口延伸一底部,其内部呈中空贯通状,上开口环缘形成一阶级,下部外扩形成一扩大部;
一电池组,上方延伸一凸缘,中空胴体内组设有电池,一导电连接部使与前述电池正负极端形成电流的电性连接,该电池组下方设一可拆解式的底座连接微型电极单元,内部设有电池以用来提供单元所需的电能;
一双面胶;
一LED发光单元;以及
一微型电极单元,用以刺激体表穴位或需治疗病所,产生局部刺激功效,所述微型电极的微电极呈孔状设计,可结合一针灸针放电,用以刺激穴位或需治疗病所,所述微型电极,可为微型电容进行间歇性放电,用以刺激穴位;
藉所述壳体使与微型电极单元的电池组结合,前述LED发光单元设在前述电池组底座下方,前述壳体的底部可用一双面胶固定于皮肤,便于患者倾斜或倒立部位使用。
2.如权利要求1所述的可置换式光电疗盒,其特征在于:所述微型电极的光电疗盒,其LED发光单元可置换为红光、黄光、蓝光、绿光、及/或远红外线发光二极管、及/或激光二极管。
3.如权利要求1所述的可置换式光电疗盒,其特征在于:所述LED发光单元可置换成等效的微型电极,该微型电极藉由电极接触皮肤时产生电位差对体表、或穴位产生刺激。
4.如权利要求1所述的可置换式光电疗盒,其特征在于:所述电池组可为充电式、及/或钮扣型电池。
