背景技术
相关研究表明,传统卷烟燃烧温度在800℃以上,卷烟在燃烧的过程中会产生5000余种化学物质,其中致癌的化学物质就有80多种,其产生的烟雾对非吸烟人群的危害相当大。加热不燃烧技术是一种通过低温烟具直接加热气溶胶基体(也称加热不燃烧烟支)但不燃烧产生烟雾的技术,这种加热方式所产生的有害物质比通过燃烧传统卷烟所产生的有害物质大大减少,在满足消费者需求的同时又可以减少对身体的危害。
加热不燃烧技术的主要用具为低温烟具,低温烟具通过对气溶胶基体进行加热,从而发生热解反应,使气溶胶基体内的烟草物料刚好加热到足以散发出烟草味道及烟雾的程度,以供用户吸食。
现有低温烟具具有用于夹持气溶胶基体的夹烟孔,通过设置于夹烟孔内的加热体插入至气溶胶基体实现对气溶胶基体的加热。目前市场上有多种不同类型的气溶胶基体,使气溶胶基体具有不同的长度及直径,这就要求需要有不同孔径及深度的夹烟孔与气溶胶基体相适配。现有低温烟具的夹烟孔的孔径及深度不易调换,往往仅能适应一种型号的气溶胶基体,使用效果有限,很难满足用户的使用需求,兼容性不高。
另外,不同型号的气溶胶基体也会相对的要求适配不同的加热体结构,现有低温烟具通常采用陶瓷片作为加热体实现对气溶胶基体的加热,陶瓷片成本较高,且本身结构容易损伤,使用者在通常插拔气溶胶基体时都要小心翼翼的操作。故现有的加热体结构也造成现有的低温烟具不适宜改造成兼容性较好的 产品。

本发明还提供了一种低温烟具组件,其包括一个烟具主体和一组上述夹烟器,烟具主体具有一个组装端,各夹烟器的夹烟壳体能够拆卸地组装于烟具主体的组装端,各夹烟壳体的夹烟孔的深度和/或孔径各不相同,且各导热罩的封闭端能够插入气溶胶基体。夹烟壳体的夹烟孔的深度和/或孔径各不相同,因此,不同类型的夹烟器可以满足大多数气溶胶基体的尺寸,且各夹烟器能够与烟具主体进行组装,因此,通过夹烟器将烟具主体和气溶胶基体进行连接,提高了烟具主体的兼容性,使得一个烟具主体就能够满足需求,降低了成本。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清 楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例中的左、右、上、下、前、后等方位用语,仅是互为相对概念或是以产品的正常使用状态,即产品的行进方向为参考的,而不应该认为是具有限定性的。
另外,还需要说明的是,本发明实施例中所提到的“相对运动”等动态用语,不仅是位置上的变动,还包括转动、滚动等位置上没有发生相对变化,但状态却发生改变的运动。
最后,需要说明的是,当组件被称为“位于”或“设置于”另一个组件,它可以在另一个组件上或可能同时存在居中组件。当一个组件被称为是“连接于”另一个组件,它可以是直接连接到另一个组件或者可能同时存在居中组件。
在本发明中,除非特别指出,气溶胶基体均为加热不燃烧烟支。
图1为低温烟具的夹烟器的一种示意性实施方式的结构示意图,及低温烟具的一种示意性实施方式的分解结构示意图。图2为图1中的低温烟具组合后的结构示意图。如图1所示,低温烟具包括一个烟具主体20和一个夹烟器10。其中,如图中实线部分,夹烟器10包括一个夹烟壳体12,该夹烟壳体12能够沿图中虚线连接线拆卸地组装于烟具主体20,组装结构可同时参见图2。且夹烟壳体12形成有一个能够定位气溶胶基体30的夹烟孔122,气溶胶基体30能够插接于夹烟孔122中,插接状态也可同时参见图2。
图3为低温烟具的夹烟器的一种示意性实施方式的剖视结构示意图,及低温烟具的一种示意性实施方式的局部结构分解示意图。图4用以说明图3中低温烟具的局部结构组合后的结构示意图。如图3和图4所示,低温烟具还包括一个加热体22,图中所示的加热体22设置于烟具主体。如图3中的实线部分,夹烟器10还包括一个导热罩16,导热罩16设置于夹烟壳体12,导热罩16具有一个开口端162和一个与开口端162相对的封闭端164。导热罩16的开口端 162可供加热体22插入,且导热罩16的封闭端164能够插入气溶胶基体30,以使该加热体22能够藉由导热罩16加热气溶胶基体30。
不同的夹烟器10可具有不同深度及孔径尺寸,以使不同的夹烟器10适配不同类型的气溶胶基体。同时为适配不同深度及孔径尺寸,即为适应不同类型的气溶胶基体,夹烟器10会相应装有不同尺寸或型号的导热罩。使用者可配备多个上述夹烟器,并根据实际使用需要选用,提高低温烟具的使用兼容性。
将传统类型的陶瓷片式的加热体结构,更换为搭配导热罩的加热结构后,会通过导热罩的尺寸来确定加热气溶胶基体的加热面积,通过导热罩的形状来影响加热效果及使用效果。可以看到,通过搭配导热罩的方式,可减少对加热体本身结构的要求,例如可将相对成本较高的加热体结构统一规格化生产,再去匹配相对成本较低的不同尺寸或型号的导热罩;还可对加热体的加热效果及使用效果进行扩展,如在图3和图4所示的实施方式中,导热罩16可采用锥形罩,锥形罩可以改善加热角度、增大加热面积,且在气溶胶基体插拔的过程中,减少与气溶胶基体内烟叶间的摩擦力,防止烟叶残留在导热罩上。
在图3所示的实施方式中,烟具主体20具有上述加热体22,夹烟器10组装于烟具主体20,加热体22能够经开口端162插入导热罩16。如上文所述,采用搭配导热罩的加热结构后,是通过改变导热罩的型号或尺寸使加热结构适配不同类型的气溶胶基体的,故夹烟器10可不带有加热体22,使加热体22位于烟具主体20。这样的方式使夹烟器10的结构可以更加简化,大大减小夹烟器的制作成本,只需通过匹配不同的导热罩就可以使夹烟器10满足兼容性的问题。这样,使用者拥有一个带有加热体的烟具主体后,只要根据需要选择匹配有不同型号导热罩的夹烟器即可,因上述结构的夹烟器的成本较低,使用者也愿意拥有更多型号的上述夹烟器。
另外,由于夹烟器10不具有加热体22,故夹烟器10本身是可以作为提烟器使用的,提烟器即用来帮助取下气溶胶基体30的装置,以防止气溶胶基体30内的烟叶残留在加热体22上,因加热体本身一般是通过导电实现加热的, 故清理时不太方便,可借助提烟器将气溶胶基体30整体取出。如图3和图4所示,因导热罩16罩设于加热体22,使加热体22不会与气溶胶基体30的烟叶直接接触,直接取出夹烟器10就可以实现气溶胶基体30和带有加热体22的烟具主体20的分离,而仅具有导热罩16的夹烟器10还是很容易清理的。
当然根据设计需要的不同,夹烟器10也可以包括加热体22,加热体22固设于夹烟壳体12,请参见图5和图6,图5用以说明低温烟具的夹烟器的另一种示意性实施方式的剖视结构示意图,及低温烟具的另一种示意性实施方式的局部结构分解示意图。图6用以说明图5中低温烟具的局部结构组合后的结构示意图。如图5和图6所示,将加热体22固设于夹烟壳体12,使加热体22和导热罩16构成一个整体结构,虽然该结构没有图3和图4所示夹烟器结构的成本优势,但是如上文所述,搭配导热罩的加热结构本身就可以简化对加热体本身的结构要求,如在图5和图6所示的实施方式中,加热体22为沿夹烟孔122的轴向延伸的加热针,这样的结构解决了传统加热体制造成本高的问题,相对于传统加热结构还是具有成本优势的。
在图5和图6所示的实施方式中,夹烟器10还包括一个导电件18,导电件18能够电连接于加热体22,且夹烟器10组装于烟具主体20后,能够通过导电件18电连接于烟具主体20。该结构可以使图5和图6所示的夹烟器10与烟具主体20的电连接更稳定可靠。
在图3和图5所示的实施方式中,夹烟壳体12沿夹烟孔122的深度方向包括一个隔热段123,且沿深度方向,导热罩16位于隔热段123内。隔热段123有助于使用者的使用体验,防止导热罩处的局部过热而造成使用体验不佳。
在图3和图5所示的实施方式中,夹烟壳体12沿深度方向还包括一个安装帽段121,夹烟孔122开口于安装帽段121,安装帽段121和隔热段123之间设置有台阶部124,该台阶部124的径向尺寸大于隔热段123的径向尺寸,使隔热段123能够插接于烟具主体20的插接孔口222内,且台阶部124能够卡紧于烟具主体20的插接孔口222,可同时参见与图3相应的图4,及与图5 相应的图6。采用这样的插接结构,可以使隔热段123与烟具主体20的插接孔口222的孔壁间形成间隙,进一步达到隔热目的。
本发明还提供了一种低温烟具,请参见图1,低温烟具包括一个烟具主体20和一个上述夹烟器10,烟具主体20具有一个组装端21,夹烟壳体12能够拆卸地组装于烟具主体20的组装端21,请参见图2,且导热罩16的封闭端164能够插入气溶胶基体30,请同时参见图3和图4,或图5和图6。
本发明还提供了一种低温烟具组件,其包括一个烟具主体20和一组上述夹烟器10。烟具主体20具有一个组装端21,各夹烟器10的夹烟壳体12能够拆卸地组装于烟具主体20的组装端21,各夹烟壳体12的夹烟孔122的深度和/或孔径各不相同,且各导热罩16的封闭端164能够插入气溶胶基体30。
以上所述仅为本发明的实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明。对于本领域技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原理之内所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的权利要求范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 低温烟具的夹烟器,所述低温烟具包括一个烟具主体(20)及一个加热体(22),其特征在于,所述夹烟器(10)包括:
    一个夹烟壳体(12),其能够拆卸地组装于所述烟具主体(20),所述夹烟壳体(12)形成有一个能够定位气溶胶基体(30)的夹烟孔(122);和
    一个导热罩(16),其设置于所述夹烟壳体(12),所述导热罩(16)的开口端(162)可供所述加热体(22)插入,且所述导热罩(16)的封闭端(164)能够插入气溶胶基体(30),以使该加热体(22)能够藉由所述导热罩(16)加热气溶胶基体(30)。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的夹烟器,其特征在于,
    所述烟具主体(20)具有所述加热体(22);
    所述夹烟器(10)组装于所述烟具主体(20)后,所述加热体(22)能够经所述开口端(162)插入所述导热罩(16)。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的夹烟器,其特征在于,所述夹烟器(10)包括所述加热体(22),所述加热体(22)固设于所述夹烟壳体(12)。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的夹烟器,其特征在于,
    所述夹烟器(10)还包括一个导电件(18),所述导电件(18)能够电连接于所述加热体(22),且所述夹烟器(10)组装于所述烟具主体(20)后,能够通过所述导电件(18)电连接于所述烟具主体(20)。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的夹烟器,其特征在于,所述加热体(22)为能够沿所述夹烟孔(122)的轴向延伸的加热针。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的夹烟器,其特征在于,所述导热罩(16)为锥形罩。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的夹烟器,其特征在于,所述夹烟壳体(12)沿所述夹烟孔(122)的深度方向包括一个隔热段(123),沿所述深度方向,所述导热罩(16)位于所述隔热段(123)内。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的夹烟器,其特征在于,
    所述夹烟壳体(12)沿所述深度方向还包括一个安装帽段(121),所述夹烟孔 (122)开口于所述安装帽段(121),所述安装帽段(121)和所述隔热段(123)之间设置有台阶部(124),所述隔热段(123)能够插接于所述烟具主体(20),所述台阶部(124)能够卡紧于所述烟具主体(20)的插接孔口(222)。
  9. 低温烟具,其特征在于,其包括:
    一个烟具主体(20),所述烟具主体(20)具有一个组装端(21);
    一个如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的夹烟器(10),所述夹烟壳体(12)能够拆卸地组装于所述烟具主体(20)的所述组装端(21),且所述导热罩(16)的所述封闭端(164)能够插入气溶胶基体(30)。
  10. 低温烟具组件,其特征在于,其包括:
    一个烟具主体(20),所述烟具主体(20)具有一个组装端(21);和
    一组如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的夹烟器(10),各所述夹烟器(10)的夹烟壳体(12)能够拆卸地组装于所述烟具主体(20)的所述组装端(21),各所述夹烟壳体(12)的夹烟孔(122)的深度和/或孔径各不相同,且各所述导热罩(16)的封闭端(164)能够插入气溶胶基体(30)。
