上盖板1具有朝向下盖板2凹陷的容纳槽12、位于容纳槽12的底内壁与容纳腔11连通的第二灌注孔13,及位于容纳槽12内封闭第二灌注孔13的第三封闭件14。
容纳槽12的设置,能够使得第三封闭件14在封闭第二灌注孔13后,将第三封闭件14容置于容纳槽12内,防止第三封闭件14在上盖板1的表面形成凸起,从而降低了运输或拿放扬声器时触碰第三封闭件14的几率,因此降低了人的皮肤被第三封闭件14划破的几率,并且降低了因经常触碰第三封闭件14而使得第三封闭件14与上盖板1之间装配稳定性降低的几率。
底壁21相对上盖板1开设第二灌注孔13的部位开设有泄露孔23,并活动装配有将所述泄露孔封闭的第四封闭件24。
本实用新型提供的扬声器,其原理如下:本实用新型的有益效果在于:通过使用下盖板2、围合体22、及扬声器单体3在后腔内围合成灌注腔4,能够在灌注腔4内灌注吸声粉料,从而增加了扬声器中灌注吸声粉料的区域及体积,因此在将扬声器中灌注吸声粉料后,改善了扬声器的低频效果。
以上所述的仅是本实用新型的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本实用新型的保护范围。
工业实用性
本实用新型的目的是提供一种可以充分利用后腔空间填充吸声粉料,增加填充吸声粉料的区域及体积,更好地改善低频性能的扬声器。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种扬声器,包括上盖板、盖接于所述上盖板并与所述上盖板共同围成收容空间的下盖板以及收容于所述收容空间内的扬声器单体,所述扬声器单体将所述收容空间分隔成前腔和与所述前腔相对的后腔,所述下盖板包括底壁和自所述底壁向所述上盖板方向延伸的围合体,所述扬声器单体固定于所述围合体,所述底壁、所述围合体以及所述扬声器单体共同配合在所述后腔中隔离出灌注腔,所述灌注腔内填充有吸声粉料,所述围合体设有连通所述后腔与所述灌注腔的开口以及封合所述开口的第一透气隔离件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述上盖板对应所述后腔位置设置有围壁,所述围壁上设置有第二透气隔离件,所述围壁和所述第二透气隔离件配合在所述后腔中隔离出容纳腔,所述容纳腔内填充有吸声粉料。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,
    所述底壁上开设有连通孔将所述灌注腔与外界相连通;
    所述底壁上还设置有将所述连通孔封闭的第一封闭件。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器,其特征在于,
    所述连通孔的内壁周向开设有宽度与所述第一封闭件厚度一致的具有使所述第一封闭件周向均插入后将所述连通孔封闭的卡接槽。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器,其特征在于,
    所述第一封闭件设置在所述连通孔内壁远离所述上盖板的一侧,与所述连通孔内壁位于所述下盖板远离所述上盖板一侧内壁的端部之间存在预定距离。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器,其特征在于,
    所述第一封闭件上开设有第一灌注孔;
    所述第一封闭件上活动装配有将所述第一灌注孔封闭的第二封闭件;
    所述第二封闭件设置在所述第一封闭件远离所述扬声器单体的一侧,所述预定距离大于或等于所述第二封闭件的厚度。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器,其特征在于,
    所述连通孔在垂直于所述容纳腔深度方向上的截面形状与所述扬声器单体靠近所述下盖板一侧在垂直于所述容纳腔深度方向上的截面形状一致。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,
    所述上盖板具有朝向所述下盖板凹陷的容纳槽、位于所述容纳槽的底壁与所述容纳腔连通的第二灌注孔,及位于所述容纳槽内封闭所述第二灌注孔的第三封闭件。
