Abstract
본 발명은 소화요소를 이용하여 음식물 쓰레기를 처리하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로 아밀라제, 프로테아제, 비스코자임 알킬라아제 및 푼가밀(fungamyl) 효소등을 포함하는 복합제제를 첨가하여 열처리함으로써 음식물 쓰레기를 효소 분해 후 농축하여 천연에 가까운 동물용 사료와 비료를 만들 수 있도록 한, 소화효소를 이용한 음식물 쓰레기의 처리방법에 관한 발명이다. 본 발명에 따른 음식물 쓰레기의 처리방법은 신속하게 대용량의 음식물 쓰레기의 처리가 가능하다. 또한, 음식물 쓰레기 처리의 수율이 높고 악취를 줄였으며, 기존에 퇴비로 밖에 쓸 수 없었던 음식물 쓰레기 처리분을 부용제를 첨가하여 동물 사료로 이용이 가능한 우수한 효과를 갖는다.
Description
본 발명은 소화요소를 이용하여 음식물 쓰레기를 처리하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로 아밀라제, 프로테아제, 비스코자임, 알킬라아제 및 푼가밀(fungamyl) 효소 등을 포함하는 복합제제를 첨가하여 열처리함으로써 음식물 쓰레기를 효소 분해 후 농축하여 천연에 가까운 동물용 사료와 비료를 만들 수 있도록 한, 소화효소를 이용한 음식물 쓰레기의 처리방법에 관한 발명이다.
현재 음식물 쓰레기가 증가함에 따라 각 지역 지방자치마다 큰 문제로 대두되고 있다. 음식물 쓰레기는 악취가 심하고 침출수는 생분해도 잘 되지 않아 기존의 처리 방법으로는 처리가 불가능하기 때문에 대부분 위탁처리하고 위탁처리 하는 경우에도 해양투기나 하수종말장을 이용하고 처리하고 있으나 최근에는 해양투기를 완전 봉쇄하고 있어 그 처리문제가 심각한 상태에 있다.
음식물 쓰레기를 처리하기 위한 일반적인 기술은 음식물 쓰레기를 집수조에서 침출수를 분리시켜 고형분을 고열에 건조시켜 분쇄하여 가축사료를 제조하는데 사용하거나 미생물로 발효시켜 퇴비를 생산하여 음식물 쓰레기를 자원화하여 처리하는 방법이 주종을 이루고 있다. 그러나 이와 같은 방법 역시 음식물 쓰레기를 사료로 개발할 때 많은 에너지가 들어가고 고가의 시설 장치를 요구하고 있어 경제적 문제가 야기되고 사료로 질이 떨어져 축산인들이 기피하고 있다. 퇴비 역시 염분 들을 처리하는 기술이 개발되지 않아 염분이 토양을 오염시키고 미생물로 발효시킬 경우 넓은 작업공간과 처리시간이 길다는 점에서 사업화하는데 많은 노력이 필요한 실정이다.
등록특허 제10-1161670호(2012년 06월 26일) 및 제10-1529832호(2015년 06월 11일)에는, 다양한 온도, pH 및 염분 범위에서 성장이 빠르고, 셀룰로오스, 아밀로오스, 단백질 및 지방에 대한 분해율이 높은 혼합균주 및 그를 통한 음식물 쓰레기 처리 방법에 관한 것이며,
등록특허 제10-1761321호(2017년 07월 19일)에는 아밀라제, 셀룰라제, 리파제 등이 혼합된 음식물 쓰레기 처리용 효소 조성물에 관하여 기재하고 있다.
이에 본 발명자는 지속적인 연구 끝에 시간을 단축시키면서 소화효소로 구성된 복합제제를 통해 악취를 줄이면서 수율이 높을 뿐만 아니라 염도를 낮추어 바로 동물용 사료로 제조할 수 있는 방법에 관한 발명을 완성하였다.
본 발명의 목적은 소화효소로 구성된 분해 복합제제를 이용하여 음식물 쓰레기를 처리하는 방법을 제공하는 것이다.
또한, 본 발명의 다른 목적은 상기 분해 복합제제를 이용하여 분해된 음식물 쓰레기에 부형제를 첨가하여 동물 사료용 조성물의 제조방법을 제공하는 것이다.
또한, 본 발명의 또 다른 목적은 상기 방법으로 제조된 동물 사료용 조성물을 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위해, 음식물 쓰레기를 수조에 넣은 후 펌프로 이송하면서 믹서를 이용해 분쇄하는 단계; 상기 분쇄된 음식물 쓰레기를 탱크에 투입 후 아밀라제, 프로테아제, 비스코자임, 셀룰라아제, 알킬라아제 및 푼가밀(fungamyl) 효소가 포함된 분해 복합제제를 투여하는 단계; 상기 분해 복합제제를 첨가한 탱크를 50 - 60℃의 온도에서 1 - 3시간 동안 열처리하여 효소 분해를 실시하는 단계; 상기 효소 분해된 음식물 쓰레기를 90 - 110℃의 온도에서 20 - 60분간 살균처리 하는 단계; 상기 단계에서 살균처리된 액상 형태의 음식물 쓰레기를 진공 농축기를 이용하여 수분을 제거하는 농축 작업 단계; 상기 농축 작업된 음식물 쓰레기를 진공건조기에 투입하여 건조하는 단계;를 포함하는, 음식물 쓰레기의 처리방법을 제공한다.

본 발명에 따른 음식물 쓰레기의 처리방법은 신속하게 대용량의 음식물 쓰레기의 처리가 가능하다.
또한, 음식물 쓰레기 처리의 수율이 높고 악취를 줄였으며, 기존에 퇴비로 밖에 쓸 수 없었던 음식물 쓰레기 처리분을 부용제를 첨가하여 동물 사료로 이용이 가능한 우수한 효과를 갖는다.

이하, 실시예를 통하여 본 발명을 더욱 상세히 설명하고자 한다. 이들 실시예는 오로지 본 발명을 보다 구체적으로 설명하기 위한 것으로서, 본 발명의 요지에 따라 본 발명의 범위가 이들 실시예에 의해 제한되지 않는다는 것은 당업계에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 있어서 자명할 것이다.
본 발명은 음식물 쓰레기를 수조에 넣은 후 펌프로 이송하면서 믹서를 이용해 분쇄하는 단계; 상기 분쇄된 음식물 쓰레기를 탱크에 투입 후 아밀라제, 프로테아제, 비스코자임, 셀룰라아제, 알킬라아제 및 푼가밀(fungamyl) 효소가 포함된 분해 복합제제를 투여하는 단계; 상기 분해 복합제제를 첨가한 탱크를 50 - 60℃의 온도에서 1 - 3시간 동안 열처리하여 효소 분해를 실시하는 단계; 상기 효소 분해된 음식물 쓰레기를 90 - 110℃의 온도에서 20 - 60분간 살균처리 하는 단계; 상기 단계에서 살균처리된 액상 형태의 음식물 쓰레기를 진공 농축기를 이용하여 수분을 제거하는 농축 작업 단계; 상기 농축 작업된 음식물 쓰레기를 진공건조기에 투입하여 건조하는 단계;를 포함하는, 음식물 쓰레기의 처리방법을 구성으로 한다.
상기 방법은 소화효소를 유효성분으로 포함하는 복합제제를 이용한 음식물 쓰레기의 처리방법에 관한 것이다. 소화효소는 상온 및 대기압에서 작용하기 때문에 위험성이 적고 경제적이며 반응과정에서 중간산물이 만들어지지 않아 환경친화인 방법으로서, 음식물 쓰레기에 적용할 경우 경제적이고 위험성이 적은 환경친화적인 방법이다.
상기 단계에서 분해 복합제제의 총 사용중량(g)은 음식물 쓰레기 중량(g)을 기준으로 0.02 - 0.06%(g/g)일 수 있으며, 바람직하게는 0.04%(g/g)일 수 있으나 이에 제한되지 않는다.
상기 단계에서 분해 복합제제의 총 사용중량(g)은 바람직하게는 음식물 쓰레기 2500kg을 기준으로 아밀라제 100g, 프로테아제 100g, 셀룰라아제 125g, 리파아제 125g, 시트리산분해효소 30g, 글루탐산분해효소 30g, 비스코자임 30g, 알킬라아제 220g 및 푼가밀(fungamyl) 효소 220g일 수 있으나, 이에 제한되지 않는다.
또한, 본 발명은 상기의 방법을 이용하여 처리된 음식물 쓰레기 처리분의 염도를 측정한 후 부용제를 첨가하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 동물 사료용 조성물의 제조방법을 구성으로 한다.
상기 부용제는 식용가능한 것으로 바람직하게는 전분, 옥수수 가루 및 덱스트린이 있으나, 이에 한정되지 않는다.
이 때, 염도의 측정은 농도 10%(g/g)을 기준으로 염도가 그 이상이면 부용제를 첨가하여 10%(g/g)이하로 낮추어 줄 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 상기 방법으로 제조된 동물 사료용 조성물을 구성으로 한다.
상기 조성물이 동물 사료용 조성물로 제조될 경우, 상기 방법으로 인해 제조된 조성물을 이용하여 가공할 수 있으며, 이에 사료 제조의 일반적인 방법으로 첨가물이 첨가될 수 있다. 상기 사료 조성물은 구연산, 후말산, 아디픽산, 젖산, 사과산등의 유기산이나 인산 나트륨, 인산 칼륨, 산성 피로인산염, 폴리인산염(중합인산염) 등의 인산염이나, 폴리페놀, 카테킨, 알파-토코페롤, 로즈마리 추출물, 비타민 C, 녹차 추출물, 감초 추출물, 키토산, 탄닌산, 피틴산 등의 천연 항산화제 중 어느 하나 또는 하나 이상을 추가로 포함할 수 있다. 사료로서 제조될 경우, 상기 조성물은 통상의 사료 형태로 제제화될 수 있으며, 통상의 사료 성분을 함께 포함할 수 있다.
상기 사료 조성물은 곡물, 예를 들면 분쇄 또는 파쇄된 밀, 귀리, 보리, 옥수수 및 쌀; 식물성 단백질 사료, 예를 들면 평지, 콩, 및 해바라기를 주성분으로 하는 사료; 동물성 단백질 사료, 예를 들면 혈분, 육분, 골분 및 생선분; 당분 및 유제품, 예를 들면 각종 분유 및 유장 분말로 이루어지는 건조성분 등을 더 포함할 수 있으며, 이외에도 영양보충제, 소화 및 흡수향상제, 성장촉진제 등을 더 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 사료 조성물은 보조제, 예를 들어 보존제, 안정화제, 습윤제 또는 유화제, 용액 촉진제 등을 함유할 수 있다.
본 발명의 사료 또는 사료 첨가제는 포유류, 가금 및 어류를 포함하는 다수의 동물 식이에 적용할 수 있다.
상기 포유류로서 돼지, 소, 양, 염소, 실험용 설치동물, 및 실험용 설치동물뿐만 아니라, 애완동물(예: 개, 고양이) 등에게 사용할 수 있으며, 상기 가금류로서 닭, 칠면조, 오리, 거위, 꿩, 및 메추라기 등에도 사용할 수 있고, 상기 어류로서 송어 등에 이용될 수 있으나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
실시예 1. 분해 복합제제를 이용한 음식물 쓰레기의 분해
수거된 음식물 쓰레기 2.5kg를 수조에 투입하였다. 수조에 넣어 보관한 후에 펌프로 이송하면서 믹서를 이용해 분쇄하였다. 분쇄된 음식물 쓰레기를 효소분해를 위해 5톤 탱크에 투입하였다. 탱크에 가열처리를 하여 탱크 온도를 50 - 60℃까지 상승시킨 후 소화효소로 구성된 분해 복합제제를 투여하였다. 상기 분해 복합제제는 아밀라제 100g, 프로테아제 100g, 셀룰라아제 125g, 리파아제 125g, 시트리산분해효소 30g, 글루탐산분해효소 30g, 비스코자임 30g, 알킬라아제 220g 및 푼가밀(fungamyl) 효소 220g로 구성된 총 1000g을 투여하였다. 상기 푼가밀(fungamyl) 효소는 Fungamyl® 800L 제품을 구매하여 사용하였다. 분해 복합제제를 투여한 후 100℃에서 3시간 동안 가열 및 살균처리하였다. 상기 처리된 액상을 농축기로 이동시키면서 동물 뼈, 생선 가시, 그 외에 이물질을 걸러내었다. 이물질이 걸러진 상기 액상을 진공 농축기로 이동시켜 고형분 양의 65 - 70%까지 수분을 제거하였다. 상기 수분이 제거된 처리분을 진공건조기를 이용하여 완전 건조시킴으로서 음식물 쓰레기 분해를 완료하였다.
실시예 2. 분해된 음식물 쓰레기를 이용한 사료용 조성물의 제조
상기 단계에서 분해가 완료된 음식물 쓰레기 처리분을 분쇄기에 넣어 분쇄한 후 염도를 확인하였다. 염도 확인 후 중량 농도 10%(g/g) 수준 이상이면 옥수수 가루를 투입하여 혼합한 후 염도를 10%(g/g) 이하로 낮추어 동물 사료용 조성물을 제조하였다.
시험예 1. 소화효소 비율에 따른 분해 수율
아밀라제, 프로테아제, 셀룰라아제, 리파아제, 시트리산분해효소, 글루탐산분해효소, 비스코자임 알킬라아제 및 푼가밀(fungamyl) 효소 중 비스코자임, 알킬라아제 및 푼가밀(fungamyl) 효소의 투입비율을 조절하여 음식물 쓰레기의 분해 수율을 비교하였다. 분해 수율(%)는 음식물 쓰레기의 초기 중량에 대비하여 분해 후 농축, 건조 단계를 거친 후 잔류 중량을 뺀 비율 값이다. 각 소화효소의 구성중량(g)은 하기 표 1과 같이 구성하여 음식물 쓰레기를 처리하였다. 세부적인 처리방법은 상기 실시예 1에 나타낸 바와 같다.

상기와 같이 구성하여 분해 수율을 측정한 결과를 하기 표 2에 나타내었다.

상기 표 2에 나타난 바와 같이, 분해 복합제제를 아밀라제 100g, 프로테아제 100g, 셀룰라아제 125g, 리파아제 125g, 시트리산분해효소 30g, 글루탐산분해효소 30g, 비스코자임 30g, 알킬라아제 220g 및 푼가밀(fungamyl) 효소 220g로 구성하였을 때, 가장 우수한 분해 수율(94.6%)을 보이는 것을 확인하였다. 이는 비스코자임, 알킬라아제 또는 푼가밀(fungamyl) 효소를 첨가하지 않은 분해 복합제제의 분해 수율인 82.5%, 75.8% 및 72.2% 대비하여 양적으로 현저한 효과로서 9가지의 성분의 비율에 따라 효과의 차이가 크다는 것을 알 수 있다.
이상 본 발명자에 의해서 이루어진 발명을 상기 실시예에 따라 구체적으로 설명하였다. 다만, 상기의 실시예는, 본 발명의 내용을 예시하는 것일 뿐 발명의 범위가 상기 실시예에 한정되는 것은 아니며, 해당 기술분야의 통상의 지식을 가진 자에 의해 발명의 요지를 이탈하지 않는 범위에서 변경 가능한 것으로 이해되어야 한다.
Claims (7)
- (a) 음식물 쓰레기를 수조에 넣은 후 펌프로 이송하면서 믹서를 이용해 분쇄하는 단계;(b) 상기 분쇄된 음식물 쓰레기를 탱크에 투입 후 아밀라제, 프로테아제, 비스코자임, 셀룰라아제, 및 알칼라아제 및 푼가밀 효소가 포함된 분해 복합제제를 투여하는 단계;(c) 상기 분해 복합제제를 첨가한 탱크를 50 - 60℃의 온도에서 1 - 3시간 동안 열처리하여 효소 분해를 실시하는 단계;(d) 상기 효소 분해된 음식물 쓰레기를 90 - 110℃의 온도에서 20 - 60분간 살균처리 하는 단계;(e) 상기 (d) 단계에서 살균처리된 액상 형태의 음식물 쓰레기를 진공 농축기를 이용하여 수분을 제거하는 농축 작업 단계;(f) 상기 농축 작업된 음식물 쓰레기를 진공건조기에 투입하여 건조하는 단계;를 포함하는,음식물 쓰레기의 처리방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 (b) 단계의 분해 복합제제의 총 사용중량(g)은 음식물 쓰레기 중량(g)을 기준으로 0.4%(g/g)의 중량인 것을 특징으로 하는, 음식물 쓰레기의 처리방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 (b) 단계의 분해 복합제제의 총 사용중량g은 음식물 쓰레기 2500kg을 기준으로 아밀라제 100g, 프로테아제 100g, 셀룰라아제 125g, 리파아제 125g, 시트리산분해효소 30g, 글루탐산분해효소 30g, 비스코자임 30g, 알킬라아제 220g 및 푼가밀(fungamyl) 효소 220g의 구성으로 되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 음식물 쓰레기의 처리방법.
- (a) 음식물 쓰레기를 수조에 넣은 후 펌프로 이송하면서 믹서를 이용해 분쇄하는 단계;(b) 상기 분쇄된 음식물 쓰레기를 탱크에 투입 후 아밀라제, 프로테아제, 비스코자임, 셀룰라아제, 알킬라아제 및 푼가밀(fungamyl) 효소가 포함된 분해 복합제제를 투여하는 단계;(c) 상기 분해 복합제제를 첨가한 탱크를 50 - 60℃의 온도에서 1 - 3시간 동안 열처리하여 효소 분해를 실시하는 단계;(d) 상기 효소 분해된 음식물 쓰레기를 90 - 110℃의 온도에서 20 - 60분간 살균처리 하는 단계;(e) 상기 (d) 단계에서 살균처리된 액상 형태의 음식물 쓰레기를 진공 농축기를 이용하여 수분을 제거하는 농축 작업 단계(f) 상기 농축 작업된 음식물 쓰레기를 진공건조기에 투입하여 건조하는 단계;(g) 상기 (f) 단계에서 분해된 음식물 쓰레기의 처리분의 염도를 측정한 후 부용제를 첨가하는 단계;를 포함하는,동물 사료용 조성물의 제조방법.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 (b) 단계의 분해 복합제제의 총 사용중량g은 음식물 쓰레기 2500kg을 기준으로 아밀라제 100g, 프로테아제 100g, 셀룰라아제 125g, 리파아제 125g, 시트리산분해효소 30g, 글루탐산분해효소 30g, 비스코자임 30g, 알킬라아제 220g 및 푼가밀(fungamyl) 효소 220g의 구성으로 되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 동물 사료용 조성물의 제조방법.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 (f) 단계의 염도는 전체 중량 대비 측정된 염도가 10%(g/g) 기준 이상인 경우에 부용제를 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 동물 사료용 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제4항 내지 제6항의 방법으로 제조된 동물 사료용 조성물.
