本公开实施例涉及一种装饰件的制备方法、装饰件及空调器。
背景技术
由于钻石具有折射率高的特点,在受到灯光照射时能够闪闪生辉,产生美感;因此,为了提高设备的美观性,目前许多电器的外壳上均通过镶钻来对电器的外观进行装饰,其中镶钻过程通过手工粘贴实现,存在钻石粘贴不牢固的风险。
发明内容
本公开实施例解决的问题是手工镶钻方法钻石粘贴不牢固。
为解决上述问题,本公开实施例提供一种装饰件,包括装饰件本体与钻石肌理结构,所述钻石肌理结构与所述装饰件本体一体成型,其中所述钻石肌理结构包括多个反射面,用于使所述装饰件呈现仿钻石的视觉效果。
本公开实施例提供的装饰件,通过设置与装饰件本体一体成型的钻石肌理结构,在使装饰件呈现仿钻石的视觉效果的同时,还有利于增加钻石肌理结构与装饰件本体之间的连接强度,实现装饰件的批量化生产。
进一步的,所述装饰件本体与所述钻石肌理结构的材质均为亚克力。
本公开实施例提供的装饰件,通过选用亚克力材质,在提高空调器美观度的同时,还可以延长空调器的使用寿命,降低装饰件的制作难度与制作成本。

本公开实施例的另一目的在于提供一种装饰件的制作方法,用于制作上述的装饰件,包括:
S1:对模具的内表面进行加工,在所述模具的内表面形成钻石肌理结构;
S2:利用所述模具,通过模内注塑工艺,制备装饰件。
本公开实施例提供的装饰件的制备方法,在能够实现制备的装饰件外观效果可控,且可定制的同时,还有利于降低装饰件的制作工艺难度,便于实现装饰件的批量化生产,从而提高装饰件的生产效率。
本公开实施例的再一目的在于提供一种空调器,包括上述的装饰件。
本公开实施例提供的空调器,通过在装饰件本体上设置钻石肌理结构,使装饰件本体能够在不使用钻石的情况下,产生类似于钻石的视觉效果,在提高空调器的美观度,使空调器的外观具有镶钻的装饰效果的同时,不会导致空调器的成本过高。

为使本公开的上述目的、特征和优点能够更为明显易懂,下面结合附图对本公开的具体实施例做详细的说明。
为解决目前手工镶钻方法钻石粘贴不牢固的技术问题,本公开实施例提供一种装饰件,参见图1所示,该装饰件包括装饰件本体1与钻石肌理结构2,钻石肌理结构2与装饰件本体1一体成型,其中钻石肌理结构2包括多个反射面,用于使装饰件呈现仿钻石的视觉效果。
其中装饰件本体1用于对设备的外观进行装饰,与设备相连;本公开实施例中的设备包括一切可以通过装饰件对外观进行装饰的设备,为便于对该装饰件进行描述,本文以对空调器的外观进行装饰的装饰件为例进行叙述。
具体的,装饰件本体1的具体形状、尺寸均根据装饰件本体1于空调器上的安装位置而定,比如,参见图2、图3所示,该装饰件本体1可以为端盖装饰件,安装于空调器室内机的侧端盖上,用于对看室内机的侧端盖进行 装饰;也可以为导风板装饰件,设置于导风板的边缘,用于对室内机的导风板进行装饰;钻石肌理结构2包括多个反射面,多个反射面仿照钻石切割工艺形成的钻石反射面进行设置,在受到灯光照射时,能够将光线向多个方向进行反射,从而使装饰件本体1具有类似钻石的肌理结构,能够产生接近于钻石的装饰效果;将钻石肌理结构2设置于装饰件本体1上后,在装饰件本体1受到灯光照射时,能够对灯光进行反射,从而产生类似钻石的视觉效果,使空调器的外观具有镶钻的装饰效果,提高空调器的美观度。
为提高钻石肌理结构2与装饰件本体1的连接强度,将钻石肌理结构2与装饰件本体1一体成型设计,一方面可增加钻石肌理2与装饰件本体1之间的连接强度,避免钻石肌理2从装饰件本体1上脱落;另一方面避免通过手工来进行镶钻,有利于实现器装饰件的批量化生产,在提高工作效率的同时,还有利于保证装饰件外观的一致性。
本公开实施例提供的装饰件,通过设置与装饰件本体一体成型的钻石肌理结构,在使装饰件呈现仿钻石的视觉效果的同时,还有利于增加钻石肌理结构与装饰件本体之间的连接强度,实现装饰件的批量化生产。
为使得在受到灯光照射时装饰件本体1能够产生类似于钻石的视觉效果,装饰件本体1以及钻石肌理结构2的材质应为透明材质,如玻璃等;考虑装饰件对强度的需求,本公开实施例可选装饰件本体1与钻石肌理结构2的材质均为亚克力。
装饰件本体1与钻石肌理结构2的材质均选用亚克力材质,利用亚克力材质具有透光率高的特点,在装饰件受到灯光照射时,钻石肌理结构2对灯光进行反射、折射,使得钻石肌理结构2能够产生类似于钻石的视觉效果,从而提高空调器外观的美观度。
亚克力材质除具有透光率高的特点外,还具有较高的表面硬度、良好的加工性能、价格低廉等优点,选用亚克力材质,除能够通过产生类似于钻石的视觉效果来提高空调器的美观度外,还可以提高装饰件结构的稳定性,延长空调器的使用寿命,降低装饰件的制作难度与制作成本。
本公开实施例提供的装饰件,通过选用亚克力材质,在提高空调器美观度的同时,还可以延长空调器的使用寿命,降低装饰件的制作难度与制作成本。
为使得钻石肌理结构2能够产生类似于钻石的视觉效果,参见图4、图5所示,本公开实施例提供的装饰件中的钻石肌理结构2包括多个多边形立体结构,每个多边形立体结构均包括相互拼接的多个平面;多个多边形立体结构于装饰件本体1上交叉排列。
其中多边形立体结构为凸起于装饰件本体1表面的凸起结构;该多边形立体结构的形状可以为各种常见的立体几何形状,且设置于同一装饰件本体1上的多边形立体结构的形状可以相同,也可以不同;通过在装饰件本体1上设置凸起的多边形立体结构,该装饰件本体1受到灯光照射时,灯光被装饰件本体1上凸起的多边形立体结构所反射、折射,向多边形立体结构周围的多个方向发射出去,从而产生类似于钻石的闪闪发光的视觉效果,提高空调器外观的美观度。
由于形状不同的多变形立体结构对光线的反射情况不同,通过对设置于装饰件本体1上的多边形立体结构进行不同的组合,可以使装饰件产生不同的视觉效果,从而提高装饰件外观的多样性。
为使得多边形立体结构能够将灯光向多个方向进行反射,本公开实施例进一步使每个多边形立体结构均包括多个平面,且每一多边形立体结构的多个平面之间相互拼接,共同构成多边形立体结构的外部轮廓;在多边形立体结构受到灯光的照射时,灯光在多边形立体结构的多个平面之间进行多次的反射、折射,从而增强多边形立体结构反射的光线的强度,使得反射后的光线更加闪亮,进而使装饰件产生的视觉效果与钻石的视觉效果更加接近。
本公开实施例提供的装饰件,通过将钻石肌理结构设置为多个多边形立体结构,有利于使装饰件受到灯光照射时,产生类似于钻石的视觉效果,提高空调器的美观度。
为使得钻石肌理结构2产生的视觉效果与钻石的视觉效果更加接近,本公开实施例进一步将多边形立体结构设置于装饰件本体1的背面。
本公开实施例中的背面具体是指装饰件本体1靠近空调器的一端,即将装饰件安装于空调器后,被空调器遮挡的一端;正面具体是指装饰件本体1上远离空调器的一端,即将装饰件安装于空调器后,裸露于外部的一端;将多边形立体结构设置于装饰件本体1的背面具体是指,多边形立体结构向装饰件本体1的背面凸起。
由于将装饰件安装于空调器上后,室内的灯光照射于装饰件本体1上时,首先照射于装饰件本体1的正面,若多边形立体结构设置于装饰件本体1的正面,灯光仅能被反射一次,不利于增强反射后的光线的强度;而本公开实施例将多边形立体结构设置于装饰板本体1的背面后,参见图6所示,由于装饰板本体1的正面为平面结构,照射于装饰板本体1上的灯光会通过装饰板本体1的正面进入多边形立体结构内,光线在多边形立体结构内被相互拼接的多个平面进行多次反射、折射后,再次经装饰板本体1的正面射出,从而增强反射后的光线的强度,使得反射后的光线更加闪亮,装饰件的视觉效果与钻石的视觉效果更加接近,提高空调器的美观度。
本公开实施例提供的装饰件,通过将多边形立体结构设置于装饰件本体的背面,有利于对光线进行多次反射、折射,从而使装饰件的视觉效果与钻石的视觉效果更加接近,进一步提高空调器的美观度。
其中多边形立体结构的具体可以是底部为五边形、六边形等多种几何形状的立体结构,本公开实施例可选多边形立体结构包括八边钻结构21与四边钻结构22,其中八边钻结构21与四边钻结构22于装饰件本体1上交叉排列。
其中八边钻结构21底部的形状为正八边形,即八边钻结构21与装饰板本体1相连接部位的形状为正八边形,用于模拟底部形状为正八边形的钻石的视觉效果;同样,四边钻结构22底部的形状为正方形,即四边钻22与装饰板本体1相连接部位的形状为正方形,用于模拟底部形状为正方形的钻石的视觉效果。
八边钻结构21与四边钻结构22于装饰件本体1上交叉排列具体是指,每一八边钻结构21均与多个四边钻结构22相邻设置,而每一四边钻结构22均与多个八边钻结构21相邻设置;具体的,本公开实施例可选每一八边钻结构21均与四个四边钻结构22相邻设置,而每一四边钻结构22均与四个八边钻结构21相连设置;将八边钻结构21与四边钻结构22交叉排列,使得经多边形立体结构反射、折射后的光线方向各异、强度不一,从而使得装饰件产生的视觉效果更加自然,与钻石的视觉效果更加接近。

为模拟钻石的视觉效果,本公开实施例进一步使多个多边形立体结构于装饰件本体1上的分布密度由下至上逐渐减小。
参见图2所示,本公开实施例中的“上”是指装饰件处于安装状态时位于上方的位置,“下”是指装饰件处于安装状态时位于下方的位置。

其中33个平面的具体形状根据该平面所处的位置而定;33个平面相互拼接,构成一立体结构,该立体结构从底部向顶部的截面积逐渐缩小,且相互拼接的相邻平面之间的夹角为钝角,以使光线照射于该立体结构上时,不同平面上的反射光线的角度不同,从而在不同的角度观察该装饰件,均能产生类似于钻石的视觉效果。
本公开实施例提供的装饰件,通过将八边钻结构21上平面的数量设置为33个,一方面避免八边钻结构上平面的数量过多而增加装饰件的制作难度,另一方面还可避免因八边钻结构上平面的数量过少而影响装饰件的视觉效果。
同样,为使得装饰件能够更好的模拟钻石的视觉效果,本公开实施例可选四边钻结构22的底部的边长范围为0.57~0.77mm;四边钻结构22的高度范围为0.2~0.6mm。
其中四边钻结构22的底部的边长是指四边钻结构22与装饰件本体1相连接部分的正方形结构中边长的长度范围;四边钻结构22的高度是指四边钻结构22的底部与顶部之间的距离,具体的,四边钻结构22的底部指的是四边钻结构22与装饰件本体1相连接的部分;四边钻结构22的顶部指的是四边钻结构22上距装饰件本体1距离最远的一端。
将四边钻结构22的底部的边长范围设置为0.57~0.77mm,并将四边钻结构22的高度范围设置为0.2~0.6mm,通过四边钻结构22的整体尺寸的配合,使得四边钻结构22能够通过对光线进行反射,并使反射后的光线能够闪烁细致的光芒,产生类似于钻石的视觉效果,从而提高空调器的美观度。
多边形立体结构上相互拼接的平面数量同样会影响装饰件的视觉效果;本公开实施例可选四边钻结构22包括9个平面。
与八边钻结构21类似,其中9个平面的具体形状根据该平面所处的位置而定;9个平面相互拼接,构成一立体结构,该立体结构从底部向顶部的截面积逐渐缩小,且相互拼接的相邻平面之间的夹角为钝角,以使光线照射于该立体结构上时,不同平面上的反射光线的角度不同,从而在不同的角度观察该装饰件,均能产生类似于钻石的视觉效果。
本公开实施例提供的装饰件,通过将四边钻结构上平面的数量设置为9个,一方面避免四边钻结构上平面的数量过多而增加装饰件的制作难度,另一方面还可避免因四边钻结构平面的数量过少而影响装饰件的视觉效果。
为便于对装饰件进行加工制作,本公开实施例可选相邻多边形立体结构之间的最小距离范围为0.1~0.15mm。
其中相邻多边形立体结构之间的最小距离是指,相邻的两个多边形立体结构的底部之间的最小距离。
本公开实施例提供的装饰件,通过将相邻多边形立体结构之间的最小距离范围设置为0.1~0.15mm,一方面可避免因相邻多边形立体结构之间的距离太小而增加装饰件的制备难度,另一方面还可避免因相邻多边形立体结构之间的距离太大而影响装饰件的视觉效果,从而影响空调器的外观。
为进一步模拟钻石的视觉效果,本公开实施例中位于装饰件本体1的边缘位置的多边形立体结构的形状,随装饰件本体1的边缘的形状进行随机消减。
由于装饰件本体1与空调器相连,用于对空调器的外观进行装饰,装饰件本体1的尺寸以及形状根据空调器的装饰需求而定;因此,在装饰件本体1的边缘处,会存在余留的空隙不足以设置一个完整的多边形立体结构的情况;为使得装饰件产生的视觉效果与钻石的视觉效果更加接近,在出现这种情况时,按照多边形立体结构交叉排列的规律,参见图7、图8所示,在该余留的空隙处设置多边形立体结构的一部分,其中设置的部分多边形立体结构的形状及尺寸根据余留的空隙的形状及尺寸而定,即位于装饰件本体1的边缘位置的多边形立体结构的形状,随装饰件本体1的边缘的形状进行随机消减,以在该边缘处形成类似于钻石的渐变效果,从而使得装饰件的视觉效 果与钻石更加接近,提高空调器的美观度。
本公开实施例提供的装饰件,通过使位于装饰件本体的边缘位置的多边形立体结构的形状,随装饰件本体的边缘的形状进行随机消减,有利于使得装饰件的视觉效果与钻石更加接近,提高空调器的美观度。
本公开实施例的另一目的在于提供一种装饰件的制作方法,用于制作上述的装饰件,该制作方法包括:
S1:对模具的内表面进行加工,在模具的内表面形成钻石肌理结构;
S2:利用模具,通过模内注塑工艺,制备装饰件。
其中对模具的内表面进行加工时,本公开实施例可选使用刀头半径为0.1mm、转速4万rpm的精雕机加工模具表面,形成棱角分明的钻石肌理结构2;钻石肌理结构2的具体形状,即多边形立体结构的具体形状,可根据装饰需求进行选择,从而实现对钻石肌理结构2图案的定制,使得装饰件的外观效果可控。
为提高装饰件的视觉效果,在模具的表面形成相应的钻石肌理结构2后,还可通过流体对模具进行抛光,使得抛光后的钻石肌理结构2的每个平面都更加光滑,从而使得通过各个平面折射的光线更加清晰闪亮,进一步提高装饰件的视觉效果。
通过模内注塑工艺来制备装饰件,还有利于降低装饰件的制作工艺难度,便于实现装饰件的批量化生产,从而提高装饰件的生产效率,且有利于保证制作的装饰件的外观的一致性。
本公开实施例提供的装饰件的制备方法,在能够实现制备的装饰件外观效果可控,且可定制的同时,还有利于降低装饰件的制作工艺难度,便于实现装饰件的批量化生产,从而提高装饰件的生产效率。
本公开实施例的再一目的在于提供一种空调器,该空调器包括上述的装饰件。
本公开实施例提供的空调器,通过在装饰件本体上设置钻石肌理结构,使装饰件本体能够在不使用钻石的情况下,产生类似于钻石的视觉效果,在提高空调器的美观度,使空调器的外观具有镶钻的装饰效果的同时,不会导致空调器的成本过高。
虽然本公开披露如上,但本公开并非限定于此。任何本领域技术人员, 在不脱离本公开的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与修改,因此本公开的保护范围应当以权利要求所限定的范围为准。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种装饰件,其中,包括装饰件本体(1)与设置于所述装饰件本体(1)上的钻石肌理结构(2),所述钻石肌理结构(2)与所述装饰件本体(1)一体成型;其中所述钻石肌理结构(2)包括多个反射面,用于使所述装饰件呈现仿钻石的视觉效果。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的装饰件,其中,所述装饰件本体(1)与所述钻石肌理结构(2)的材质均为亚克力。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的装饰件,其中,所述钻石肌理结构(2)包括多个多边形立体结构,每个所述多边形立体结构均包括多个相互拼接的平面;多个所述多边形立体结构于所述装饰件本体(1)上交叉排列。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的装饰件,其中,所述钻石肌理结构(2)设置于所述装饰件本体(1)的背面。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的装饰件,其中,所述多个所述多边形立体结构于所述装饰件本体(1)上交叉排列包括:多个不同的所述多边形立体结构于所述装饰件本体(1)上交叉排列,或,多个相同的所述多边形立体结构于所述装饰件本体(1)上交叉排列。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的装饰件,其中,所述多边形立体结构包括八边钻结构(21)与四边钻结构(22),其中所述八边钻结构(21)与所述四边钻结构(22)于所述装饰件本体(1)上交叉排列。
  7. 如权利要求3所述的装饰件,其中,多个所述多边形立体结构于所述装饰件本体(1)上的分布密度由下至上逐渐减小。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的装饰件,其中,所述八边钻结构(21)的底部的两个相对边长之间的距离范围为1.5~1.9mm;所述八边钻结构(21)的高度范围为0.58~0.78mm。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的装饰件,其中,所述八边钻结构(21)包括33个平面。
  10. 如权利要求6所述的装饰件,其中,所述四边钻结构(22)的底部的边长范围为0.57~0.77mm;所述四边钻结构(22)的高度范围为0.2~0.6mm。
  11. 如权利要求6所述的装饰件,其中,所述四边钻结构(22)包括9 个平面。
  12. 如权利要求3所述的装饰件,其中,相邻所述多边形立体结构之间的最小距离范围为0.1~0.15mm。
  13. 如权利要求3所述的装饰件,其中,位于所述装饰件本体(1)的边缘位置的所述多边形立体结构的形状,随所述装饰件本体(1)的边缘的形状进行随机消减。
  14. 一种装饰件的制作方法,用于制作如权利要求1~13任一项所述的装饰件,其中,包括:
    S1:对模具的内表面进行加工,在所述模具的内表面形成钻石肌理结构;
    S2:利用所述模具,通过模内注塑工艺,制备装饰件。
  15. 一种空调器,其中,包括如权利要求1~13任一项所述的装饰件。
