在一些实施例中,弹射基座10可以设计成多种不同的弹射结构。为了更好地阐明本发明的弹射玩具,本实施例的弹射基座10优选为枪体结构。另外,本 实施例的旋转体60为陀螺结构,具体地,如图11所示,所述旋转体60包括陀螺本体61和设置在陀螺本体61下方的陀螺旋转轴62,其中,所述陀螺旋转轴62上从上到下依次设有陀螺卡位块63、旋转齿轮64和陀尖65,所述陀螺卡位块63可转动地设置在陀螺旋转轴62上,所述旋转齿轮64固定在陀螺旋转轴62上,所述陀尖65套设在陀螺旋转轴62的底部。
具体地,所述弹射基座10的发射槽11为两端开口的槽体结构,该发射槽11的前端设有与发射组件20配合的限位部,从而防止发射组件20连同旋转体60一起发射出去。另外,所述转盘50设置在发射槽11的后端,在本实施例中,转盘50上均匀分布有多个卡位槽51,每个卡位槽51在转盘50转动完后均可与发射槽11配合对接连通,从而使得发射组件20能够顺利插入卡位槽51中并与相应的旋转体60配合卡接。
其中,如图8和图9所示,所述转盘50包括旋转轴52以及分别固定在旋转轴52上、下端的旋转盘53和单向转动齿54;所述旋转轴52可转动地设置在弹射基座10上,所述旋转盘53的圆周外侧壁上均匀分布有多个卡位槽51,每个卡位槽51上均设有旋转体60;其中,所述卡位槽51为一端开口的槽体结构,该卡位槽51的侧壁设有弹性顶压块55,且卡位槽51相对开口的另一端设有从动齿轮56,该从动齿轮56与所述旋转体60的旋转齿轮64传动连接,并且旋转体60通过所述弹性顶压块55配合设置在所述卡位槽51中。另外,所述单向传动齿轮54包括多个均匀分布在旋转轴下端侧壁上的弧形块540,且弧形块540的数量与所述旋转盘53上的卡位槽51数量相同。
在本实施例中,所述旋转盘53上均匀分布有六个卡位槽51,相应地,所述单向转动齿54包括六个均布分布在旋转轴52上的弧形块540,所述弧形块540包括两个侧面,其中一面为弧形面,另一面为垂直于旋转轴52的垂直面。另外, 本实施例的弹性顶压块55一端通过弹簧顶压在旋转盘53中,另一端呈三角状伸出至卡位槽51中。
所述扳机组件40包括扳机41、扳机卡勾42、扳机推块43和扳机复位弹簧44;所述扳机41开有通槽45,所述弹射基座10设有固定柱12,扳机41通过所述通槽45可活动地设置在所述固定柱12上,且所述扳机复位弹簧44设置在扳机41与弹射基座10之间;所述扳机41驱动扳机卡勾42与所述发射组件20脱卡分离,且该扳机41向后压缩扳机复位弹簧44时驱动扳机推块43顶压所述单向转动齿54,由于单向转动齿54等分有六个弧形块540,因此扳机推块43每次顶压一个弧形块540时带动转盘50转动60°便停止,同时扳机41复位,使得旋转盘52每转动一次均能使得相应的卡位槽51与弹射基座10的发射槽11配合对接连通。
再者,本实施例的发射组件20包括发射滑块21、发射弹簧22和活动卡块23;所述发射滑块21滑动设置在所述发射槽11中,该发射滑块21后端通过所述发射弹簧22与所述弹射基座10连接;所述活动卡块23可伸缩地设置在发射滑块21上。
本实施例的活动卡块23在两端向同一侧延伸设有卡位部24,所述卡位部24的上端为梯形结构;所述发射滑块21的侧壁设有两个通孔,活动卡块23的两个卡位部24分别可伸缩地设置在两个通孔中,且活动卡块23的另一侧贴靠设置在发射槽11的侧壁上。具体地,所述发射滑块21的侧壁前端与发射槽11之间隔开形成活动腔体,活动卡块23位于该活动腔体中。另外,所述发射滑块21的侧壁后端与发射槽11之间贴靠设置,所述活动腔体的后端设有斜坡结构;且所述活动腔体的内侧面到发射滑块21的外侧面的距离大于或等于所述活动卡块23的宽度;从而使得发射滑块21向后顶压并插入卡位槽51时,活动卡块23 经过活动腔体的斜坡结构上坡,并且活动卡块23的两个卡位部24能够通过两个通孔伸出发射滑块21外与旋转体60的陀螺卡位块63配合卡接,而当发射滑块21向前发射时,活动卡块23经过活动腔体的斜坡结构下坡,其两个卡位部24能够通过两个通孔缩回发射滑块21内并与旋转体60的陀螺卡位块63脱卡分离,旋转体60顺利从发射槽11中发射出去。
另外,本实施例的发射滑块21底部设有发射卡块25,该发射卡块25为方形结构,且发射卡块25与扳机卡勾42的距离与发射弹簧22的压缩行程相等。所述扳机卡勾42设置在扳机41的前端,且扳机卡勾42的顶部贴靠在发射滑块21的底部,所述扳机卡勾42的顶端与发射卡块25相对的一侧设有为斜坡结构,两者相背的一侧为直角结构。具体地,所述扳机卡勾42的下端设有横槽46,该横槽46的左下方倾斜向下凹陷形成斜坡结构,所述弹射基座10上设有限位柱,该限位柱穿过扳机卡勾42的横槽46且位于横槽46的左下方;另外,扳机卡勾42的中部设有竖槽47,所述弹射基座10上设有支撑柱,该支撑柱穿过扳机卡勾42的竖槽47且位于该竖槽47的底部,竖槽47的顶部到支撑柱的距离大于或等于发射卡块25的高度,且横槽46的宽度大于竖槽47的高度。
本实施例的驱动组件30包括滑动齿轮条31和驱动齿轮组32,所述滑动齿轮条31可滑动地设置在所述弹射基座10上,所述驱动齿轮组32可转动地设置在弹射基座10上,且与所述滑动齿轮条31配合传动连接。具体地,所述驱动齿轮组32包括依次啮合连接的单向传动齿轮33、传动齿34和复合齿轮35,所述滑动齿轮条31与单向传动齿轮33啮合连接,所述复合齿轮35与卡位槽51的从动齿轮56啮合连接。
其中,所述单向传动齿轮33包括外侧面具有传动齿的第一齿环331和中间具有连接孔的转动体332,所述第一齿环331套接在转动体332的上端外侧且两 者能够相互转动,该第一齿环331的内侧面上具有单向棘齿,所述的转动体332上设有能与所述单向棘齿啮合的棘爪。另外,所述转动体332的下端外侧具有传动齿的第二齿环333,该第二齿环333与所述滑动齿轮条32啮合连接。在本实施例中,所述滑动齿轮条31包括滑动设置在发射槽11上的滑动块36和设置在该滑动块36后端的长齿条37,所述长齿条37与第二齿环333啮合连接。另外,所述滑动块36的顶部设有推压块38,该推压块38与所述发射组件20的发射卡块25位于同一水平面上,且所述滑动块36的滑动行程与所述推压块38到扳机卡勾42的距离相同,从而通过滑动块36带动所述推压块38推压发射卡块25并使得发射卡块25与扳机卡勾42配合卡接,同时又不让推压块38越过扳机卡勾42,避免了推压块38卡死在扳机卡勾42上。
以下说明所述转盘式弹射玩具的工作原理:
在本实施例中,所述转盘50上配套设有六个卡位槽51,每个卡位槽51上均配有旋转体60。首先,驱动滑动块36带动推压块38推压发射卡块25并使得发射卡块25与扳机卡勾42配合卡接,此时,发射滑块21压缩发射弹簧22完成发射蓄能,且发射滑块21带动活动卡块23插入卡位槽51中,此时,活动卡块23的两个卡位部24伸出发射滑块21的外面并与该卡位槽51中的旋转体60配合卡接。然后往返多次驱动滑动块36,通过滑动块36带动长齿条37驱动单向传动齿轮33做单向转动,从而给旋转体60进行转动蓄能。旋转体60转动蓄能完成后,通过触发扳机41带动扳机卡勾42向下滑动并与发射卡块25脱卡分离,发射滑块21在发射弹簧22的作用下瞬间向前发射,并且带动活动卡块23上的旋转体60一起向前发生,当活动卡块23下坡返回活动腔体时,活动卡块23的两个卡位部24缩回发射滑块21内部并与旋转体60脱离分离,旋转体60继续向前发射并最终从发射槽11中发射出去,同时,扳机41带动扳机推块43 推压转盘50下端的单向转动齿54,从而带动转盘50旋转60°,并使得旋转盘53上的下一个卡位槽51转动至发射槽11的后端并与发射槽11重新配合连通对接。重复上述操作步骤可继续发射转盘50上剩余的旋转体60,当旋转体60全部发射完后,需要将旋转体60重新装配在转盘50上,只需将旋转体60套进转盘50上相应的卡位槽51中即可。
本发明所述的转盘式弹射玩具,以弹射基座作为旋转体发射的基体,通过设置在弹射基座上的转盘配套多个旋转体,并且通过发射组件、驱动组件和扳机组件与转盘之间的互相配合,驱动组件驱动发射组件插入转盘中并与其中一个旋转体卡接,同时发射组件压缩蓄能并与扳机组件卡接,再通过驱动组件对卡接在发射组件中的旋转体进行单向驱动,使得该旋转体进行转动蓄能,最后通过触发扳机组件与发射组件分离将转动后的旋转体发射出去,同时扳机组件驱动转盘转动并使得下一个卡位槽对应弹射基座的发射槽。因此,本发明结构设计合理,不仅具有弹射的功能且弹射出去的旋转体还能够做旋转运动,同时还能够连续发射旋转体,扩展了玩具的趣味性和功能性,具有很高的市场推广价值。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明转盘式弹射玩具范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种转盘式弹射玩具,包括:
    弹射基座,其前端设有发射槽;
    发射组件,设于所述弹射基座上,并可滑动地设置在所述发射槽中;
    扳机组件,设于所述弹射基座上,并与所述发射组件配合卡接;
    转盘,可转动地设于所述弹射基座的后端,其上端均匀分布有多个卡位槽,其下端与所述扳机组件配合连接;
    多个旋转体,每个旋转体设于一个卡位槽中;
    驱动组件,设于所述弹射基座上,并与所述旋转体传动连接,用于驱动发射组件插入卡位槽与所述旋转体配合卡接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的转盘式弹射玩具,其特征在于:所述转盘包括旋转轴以及分别固定在旋转轴上、下端的旋转盘和单向转动齿;所述旋转轴可转动地设置在弹射基座上,所述多个卡位槽均匀分布于转盘的圆周外侧壁上;所述扳机组件驱动单向转动齿单向转动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的转盘式弹射玩具,其特征在于:所述单向传动齿轮包括多个均匀分布在旋转轴下端侧壁上的弧形块,且弧形块的数量与所述旋转盘上的卡位槽数量相同;所述扳机组件包括发射推块,且扳机组件通过所述发射推块依次驱动单向传动齿轮转动。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的转盘式弹射玩具,其特征在于:所述卡位槽为一端开口的槽体结构,该卡位槽的侧壁设有弹性顶压块,且卡位槽相对开口的另一端设有从动齿轮,该从动齿轮与所述驱动组件传动连接;所述旋转体设有与从动齿轮传动连接的旋转齿轮,且旋转体通过所述弹性顶压块配合设置在所述 卡位槽中。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的转盘式弹射玩具,其特征在于:所述发射组件包括发射滑块、发射弹簧和活动卡块;所述发射滑块滑动设置在所述发射槽中,该发射滑块后端通过所述发射弹簧与所述弹射基座连接;所述活动卡块可伸缩地设置在发射滑块上,且所述驱动组件驱动发射滑块带动活动卡块插入所述卡位槽并与所述旋转体配合卡接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的转盘式弹射玩具,其特征在于:所述发射滑块底部设有发射卡块,所述扳机组件的顶部设有扳机卡勾,所述发射卡块与扳机卡勾的距离与发射弹簧的压缩行程相等,且通过所述驱动组件驱动所述发射卡块与扳机卡勾配合卡接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的转盘式弹射玩具,其特征在于:所述驱动组件包括滑动齿轮条和驱动齿轮组,所述滑动齿轮条可滑动地设置在所述弹射基座上,所述驱动齿轮组可转动地设置在弹射基座上,且与所述驱动齿轮组传动连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的转盘式弹射玩具,其特征在于:所述滑动齿轮条的上端设有驱动块,该滑动齿轮条带动所述驱动块驱动所述发射组件与所述扳机组件配合卡接。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的转盘式弹射玩具,其特征在于:所述驱动齿轮组包括依次传动连接的单向传动齿轮、传动齿和复合齿轮,所述滑动齿轮条驱动单向传动齿轮做单向转动并带动旋转体旋转蓄能。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的转盘式弹射玩具,其特征在于:所述扳机组件包括扳机、扳机卡勾、扳机推块和扳机复位弹簧;所述扳机开有通槽,所述弹射基座设有固定柱,扳机通过所述通槽可活动地设置在所述固定柱上,且所述扳机复位弹簧设置在扳机与弹射基座之间;所述扳机驱动扳机卡勾与所述发射 组件脱卡分离,且该扳机驱动扳机推块带动转盘转动。
