1.本申请中的灶台包括:包括:壳体,形成上端具有开口的容置空间;面板,覆盖设置在所述开口处,其上形成有至少一个出口,其朝向所述开口的端面上设置有滑轨;与所述出口布局一致的封盖组件,可拆卸的安装在所述滑轨上,所述 封盖组件用以封闭或打开所述出口;升降组件,设置在所述壳体的底部,其上放置有烹饪器具,所述烹饪器具在所述升降组件驱动下,具有上升到所述面板表面的第一状态以及下降到所述壳体内部的第二状态。
本申请中的灶台在升降组件的作用下可实现烹饪器具在使用时升出到灶台表面,在未使用时下降隐藏到上述壳体内,解决了烹饪器具未使用时的外露问题,同时设置有封盖组件,在烹饪器具下降隐藏到壳体内时,封盖组件可将上述出口封堵,保持面板对外的一致性和美观性,进而保证厨卫空间的美观性问题。
2.本申请中的灶台中的第一驱动装置还包括:若干滚珠,设置在滑槽内,用以支撑深入滑槽内部的第一支撑部;第一电机,设置在第二支撑部上,齿轮设置在第一电机的电机轴上。滚珠的设置将第一支撑部移动时的摩擦变为滚动摩擦,相比于传动的齿轮齿条驱动是的滑动摩擦,滚动摩擦的阻力更小,对第一电机的性能要求更低,同时工作时产生的噪音小。
3.本申请中的灶台中上顶结构设置在连接板上,连接板设置在平移结构上,可做线性的移动,进而带动设置在其上的上顶结构移动,此种设计可在烹饪器具在上升的过程中,设置与上顶结构上的封盖,在上顶结构的线性移动作用下,可脱离出口面积的覆盖范围,防止对烹饪器具的上升造成阻碍。
4.本申请中的灶台中的上顶结构还包括:防护板,贴合设置在封盖朝向所述壳体内部的端面上,导杆的一端连接在所述防护板上,为了保证封盖与面板的一致性和美观性,二者的材料一般相同,采用的多为带丝印色的面板玻璃,其具有易碎的特性,防护板的设计可对其起到缓冲保护作用。
5.本申请中的灶台中贴合所述开口处设置有若干面板支架,面板设置在面板支架上,实现了将面板和底壳连接在一起,同时如上所述的面板的材质特性为易碎,若将面板直接搭接于壳体的边缘上,其边缘的处两者的接触面积较小, 在用户按压或其他外力施加时,导致接触位置的应力集中,易导致面板碎裂,面板支架的设计,增大了与面板的接触面积,减弱了应力集中问题,进而保护面板。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本申请的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
此外,下面所描述的本申请不同实施方式中所涉及的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以相互结合。
实施例1
图1到图4所示,为本实施例提供的一种灶台,包括壳体1,形成上端具有开口的容置空间;面板2,覆盖设置在开口处,其上形成有至少一个出口21,其靠近容置空间的一面上设置有滑轨;与出口21布局一致的封盖组件3,可拆卸的安装在滑轨上,封盖组件3包括:平移结构31,与滑轨相连接并可相对滑轨发生移动;上顶结构32,设置在平移结构上;封盖33,可升降地连接在上顶结构32上,封盖33能够在平移结构31和上顶结构32的带动下相对出口21发生水 平运动和竖直运动,以带动封盖33封闭或打开出口21;升降组件4,设置在壳体1的底部,其上放置有烹饪器具,烹饪器具在升降组件4驱动下,具有上升到面板2表面的第一状态以及下降到壳体1内部的第二状态。
需要说明的是,本实施方式中的灶台应用于家庭中的厨房空间内,与厨房中装饰时制作的现有灶台结合使用,具体地,本灶台中的壳体可直接嵌入安装到现有的厨卫灶台内,或者作为现有厨卫灶台的新的一部分,与其组装在一起。当然,本实施例中的灶台也可以使用在餐厅后厨或露天的室外烹饪环境中。
同时还需要进一步解释的是,本实施例中的壳体1为不锈钢材质,具体可为SUS303或SUS304材质,可通过弯折焊接的方式加工成型,或者为板压成型,优选板压成型的工艺,其加工效率高,成型快,且成品的一致性好。当然为了保证其开口处更好的与厨卫现有的灶台更好的结合,可设计相应的配合结构,如在开口的周边添加翻边等,防止开口的边缘直接外露。
还需进一步说明的是,本实施例中的面板2为丝印为黑色的半透明或不透明玻璃板,其厚度一般为6-8mm左右,其具有易清洁和良好的外观效果,其中的封盖33采用和面板2相同的材质制备,这样的设计可保证面板2在用户观察到的范围内具有良好的外观一致性和美观性。
其中实施例中的出口21直接通过激光切割的方式成型在面板2上,当然其他机加方式也可以如刀具切割等,出口21的外边沿进行打磨处理,以防止加工产生的毛边划伤用户或烹饪器具。如图1所示,具体地出口21的数量为两个,对应于出口21的数量,封盖组件3的数量也为两个,本实施例中两个出口21的设计为适于双头燃气灶的使用,在对应其他烹饪器具时,出口21的数量视烹饪器具的情况设计,本实施例中的出口21为圆形,当然其他形状,如方形,三角形等同样适于。
本实施例中的灶台在具体工作时,首先在升降组件4的作用下可实现烹饪 器具在使用时升出到灶台表面,在未使用时下降隐藏到上述壳体1内,解决了烹饪器具未使用时的外露问题,同时设置有封盖组件3,在烹饪器具下降隐藏到壳体1内时,封盖组件3可将上述出口封堵,保持面板2对外的一致性和美观性,进而保证厨卫空间的美观性问题。
下面对上述技术方案中的组件结构做出关于本实施例的具体阐述:
如图3所示,本实施例中的平移结构31包括:第一驱动装置311,设置在面板2朝向壳体1内部的端面上,其为齿轮齿条平动结构,具体包括:齿条3111,其上成型有沿第一驱动装置311运动方向延伸的滑槽,齿条3111为长方体结构,其一个棱面上成型有轮齿,与轮齿面相邻的面上成型有上述滑槽。以及活动支架3112,为经过弯折加工成型的钣金件,其具有伸入到滑槽内的第一支撑部,以及与第一支撑部呈角度设置的第二支撑部,本实施例中的第一支撑部与第二支撑部间的夹角为90度。当然,作为与齿条3111配合使用,还具有齿轮3113,设置在第二支撑部上并与齿条3111发生啮合,齿轮3113受外力作用带动活动支架3112在齿条3111上做往复运动。
进一步的,本实施例中还包括滑块结构312,与滑轨相连接并可相对滑轨发生运动,此处的滑轨与滑块均为机械领域常用的传动结构,在此不一一阐述。为了能够实现平移结构31与上顶结构32的结合,还包括连接板313,上顶结构32固定在连接板313上,上述连接板313的一端连接在第一驱动装置311中的活动支架3112上,一端连接在滑块结构312上,具体地上顶结构32连接在第一驱动装置311余滑块结构312之间。
进一步的,第一驱动装置311还包括:若干滚珠,设置在滑槽内,用以支撑深入滑槽内部的第一支撑部,本实施例中的第一支撑部上加工有三组用以放置滚珠的容置槽,滚珠放置在容置槽内,本实施例中的每个容置槽内放置两个滚珠,上述滚珠与滑槽的一个槽壁抵接,实现在其上的滚动,作为驱动齿轮3113 转动的驱动件第一电机3114,通过螺钉锁付在第二支撑部上,齿轮3113通过过盈配合的方式安装在第一电机3114的电机轴上,当然齿轮3113与电机轴间的安装也可以是顶丝固定或键与键槽的方式等,另外第一电机3114为步进电机,其控制方式更加简单方便,易于调节。
通过对上述平移结构31的描述,显而易见的,上顶结构32可在其带动下实现远离或靠近出口21的运动,当为了使封盖33在运动到出口21的正下方时,更好的填补到出口21的位置,设计了本实施例中的上顶结构32,具体如图4所示,上顶结构32包括:第三电机321,同样为步进电机,设置在连接板313上,其具有螺杆电机轴;横梁322,其上开设有螺纹孔,通过上述的螺纹孔旋接在螺杆电机轴上;至少两个导杆323分别连接在横梁322的两端,本实施例中为两个,导杆323的一端与封盖33连接,一端活动穿接在连接板313上,连接板313上开设有与导杆323配合使用的过孔,过孔的孔径应大于导杆323的杆径,经测试两者间的间隙控制在0.2-0.5mm间的话,可以防止两者间存在晃动,本实施例优选的间隙为0.3mm,同样的导杆323的周面上经过打磨处理,减小摩擦,方便导向运动,因为在实际运动过程中,虽然存在间隙,但运动的晃动量问题,不可避免的会造成导杆323的周面部分与过孔接触,产生摩擦。
在其他的一些实施方式中,导杆323的数量也可为三个、四个等,但本实施例中优选的采用两个,因两个的话已经可以实现对封盖的固定和支撑作用,单个存在支撑不稳定的问题,大于两个的话虽然支撑效果更好,但可能存在过约束以及带来的资源的浪费和陈本的提高。
本实施例中的上顶结构32还包括:防护板324,贴合设置在封盖33朝向壳体1内部的端面上,导杆323的一端连接在防护板324上。为了保证封盖33与面板2的一致性和美观性,如上所述二者的材料一般相同,采用的多为带丝印色的面板玻璃,其具有易碎的特性,防护板的设计可对其起到缓冲保护作用。
上述对封盖组件3的阐述,解释了其如何实现对出口21的封盖和打开,为了实现对烹饪器件的升降,本实施例还包括升降组件4,其具体包括活动载台41,其上设置有烹饪器具,为了防止烹饪器具在活动载台41上发生移动,可利用螺钉将二者固定在一起,本实施例中的活动载台41为平板结构,其材质为轻质的铝合金结构,其硬度高,质量小,且不易变形,当然在其他一些实施方式中,其材质也可为镀锌板、不锈钢板。为了可活动支撑上述的活动载台41,在其下方设置至少两组剪刀脚支架42,上述剪刀脚支架42具有活动抵接在活动载台41下表面的从动端421以及用以驱动剪刀脚支架42开闭的主动端422以及第二驱动装置43,作用在主动端422上,带动剪刀脚支架42张开或闭合,以实现对活动载台41的升降。
进一步的,相邻的两个剪刀脚支架42的主动端422间设置有连接杆44,第二驱动装置43作用在连接杆44上,连接杆44的设置可实现一套驱动装置同时驱动多个剪刀脚支架42,简化了结构设计。
上述的第二驱动装置43包括:电机安装板431,其上安装有第二电机432,第二电机432具有螺杆电机轴;连接块433,设置在连接杆44上,其上开设有与螺杆电机轴配合安装的螺孔,螺杆电机轴设置在螺孔内。
本实施例还包括:控制模块6,设置在面板2上,用以控制灶台的工作状态,其包括电器盒和控制器,两者比邻固定在面板2的靠近壳体1内部的端面上,其中电器盒用以向上述描述中的各类电机实现供电作用,而控制器控制上述电机的启停以及转速情况等。
进一步的,在贴合开口处设置有若干面板支架5,面板2设置在面板支架5上,本实施例中的面板支架5的数量为八个,壳体1为方形壳体,其每个边上各固定有两个上述的面板支架5,如上所述的面板2的材质特性为易碎,若将面板2直接搭接于壳体1的边缘上,其边缘的处两者的接触面积较小,在用户 按压或其他外力施加时,导致接触位置的应力集中,易导致面板2碎裂,面板支架5的设计,增大了与面板2的接触面积,减弱了应力集中问题,进而保护面板2。
实施例2
图5到图7所示,为本实施例提供的一种嵌入式燃气灶,包括实施例1中的灶台,以及设置在活动载台41上的燃气灶本体7,且具有上述的全部技术优点,在此不再一一赘述。
显然,上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明所作的举例,而并非对实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而由此所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本申请创造的保护范围之中。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种灶台,其特征在于,包括:
    壳体(1),形成上端具有开口的容置空间;
    面板(2),覆盖设置在所述开口处,其上形成有至少一个出口(21),其朝向所述开口的端面上设置有滑轨;
    与所述出口(21)布局一致的封盖组件(3),可拆卸的安装在所述滑轨上,所述封盖组件(3)用以封闭或打开所述出口(21);
    升降组件(4),设置在所述壳体(1)的底部,其上放置有烹饪器具,所述烹饪器具在所述升降组件(4)驱动下,具有上升到所述面板(2)表面的第一状态以及下降到所述壳体(1)内部的第二状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的灶台,其特征在于,所述封盖组件(3)包括:
    平移结构(31),与所述滑轨相连接并可相对滑轨发生移动;
    上顶结构(32),设置在所述平移结构上;
    封盖(33),可升降地连接在所述上顶结构(32)上,所述封盖(33)能够在所述平移结构(31)和所述上顶结构(32)的带动下相对所述出口(21)发生水平运动和竖直运动,以带动所述封盖(33)封闭或打开所述出口(21)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的灶台,其特征在于,所述平移结构(31)包括:
    第一驱动装置(311),设置在所述面板(2)朝向所述壳体(1)内部的端面上;
    滑块结构(312),与所述滑轨相连接并可相对所述滑轨发生运动;
    连接板(313),其一端连接在所述第一驱动装置(311)上,一端连接在所述滑块结构(312)上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的灶台,其特征在于,所述第一驱动装置(311)包括:
    齿条(3111),其上设置有沿所述第一驱动装置运动方向延伸的滑槽;
    活动支架(3112),其具有伸入到所述滑槽内的第一支撑部,以及与所述第一支撑部呈角度设置的第二支撑部;
    齿轮(3113),设置在所述第二支撑部上并与所述齿条(3111)发生啮合,所述齿轮(3113)受外力作用带动所述活动支架(3112)在所述齿条(3111)上做往复运动。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的灶台,其特征在于,所述第一驱动装置(311)还包括:
    若干滚珠,设置在所述滑槽内,用以支撑深入所述滑槽内部的所述第一支撑部;
    第一电机(3114),设置在所述第二支撑部上,所述齿轮(3113)设置在所述第一电机(3114)的电机轴上。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的灶台,其特征在于,所述上顶结构(32)设置在所述连接板(313)上。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的灶台,其特征在于,所述上顶结构(32)包括:
    第三电机(321),设置在所述连接板(313)上,其具有螺杆电机轴;
    横梁(322),旋接在所述螺杆电机轴上;
    至少两个导杆(323)分别连接在所述横梁(322)的两端,所述导杆(323)的一端与所述封盖(33)连接,一端活动穿接在所述连接板(313)上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的灶台,其特征在于,所述上顶结构(32)还包括:
    防护板(324),贴合设置在所述封盖(33)朝向所述壳体(1)内部的端面上,所述导杆(323)的一端连接在所述防护板(324)上。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的灶台,其特征在于,所述升降组件(4)包括:
    活动载台(41),其上设置有所述烹饪器具;
    至少两组剪刀脚支架(42)连接在所述活动载台(41)下方,其具有活动抵接在所述活动载台(41)下表面的从动端(421)以及用以驱动所述剪刀脚支架(42)开闭的主动端(422);
    第二驱动装置(43),作用在所述主动端(422)上,带动所述剪刀脚支架(42)张开或闭合,以实现对所述活动载台(41)的升降。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的灶台,其特征在于,相邻的两个所述剪刀脚支架(42)的所述主动端(422)间设置有连接杆(44),所述第二驱动装置(43)作用在所述连接杆(44)上。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的灶台,其特征在于,所述第二驱动装置(43)包括:
    电机安装板(431),其上安装有第二电机(432),所述第二电机(432)具有螺杆电机轴;
    连接块(433),设置在所述连接杆(44)上,其上开设有与所述螺杆电机轴配合安装的螺孔,所述螺杆电机轴设置在所述螺孔内。
  12. 根据权利要求1-11任一所述的灶台,其特征在于,还包括:
    控制模块(6),设置在所述面板(2)上,用以控制所述灶台的工作状态。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的灶台,其特征在于,贴合所述开口处设置有若干面板支架(5),所述面板(2)设置在所述面板支架(5)上。
  14. 一种嵌入式燃气灶,其特征在于,包括:
    权利要求1-13中任一所述的灶台;
    以及设置在活动载台(41)上的燃气灶本体(7)。
