现有的地下管线警示标桩在使用的过程中减震效果较差,而且无法自由的更换所要警示的信息。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种地下管线警示标桩,以解决上述背景技术中提出的现有的地下管线警示标桩在使用的过程中减震效果较差,而且无法自由的更换所要警示信息的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种地下管线警示标桩,包括标桩主体,所述标桩主体的四端均设置有加固杆,且四个加固杆关于标桩 主体的中心点对称分部,所述加固杆的外壁上设置有警示条纹,且警示条纹与加固杆的外壁通过粘胶固定连接,所述标桩主体的下表面设置有定位板,所述定位板的下表面设置有减震机构。
优选的,所述定位板的内部设置有安装孔,且安装孔设置有四个,所述安装孔的上表面设置有磁吸板。
优选的,所述安装孔的内部设置有固定螺杆,所述固定螺杆的下表面通过磁吸板与安装孔固定连接。
优选的,所述减震机构的内部设置有铅芯,所述铅芯的四周设置有内置钢板,所述内置钢板的内部设置有内置橡胶。
优选的,所述减震机构上端和下端均设置有连接板,所述连接板的下表面设置有密封板,且两个密封板均与铅芯的两端机械密封连接,所述减震机构的外壁上设置有外护套。
优选的,所述标桩主体的四周外壁上均设置有贴标槽,且贴标槽与标桩主体为一体结构。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
1、本实用新型通过设置的减震机构起到对警示标桩减震的作用,减震机构为阻尼橡胶座结构,地表一下与定位板相连接的减震机构可以有效的起到对标桩主体减震的作用,克服了现有的地下管线警示标桩在使用的过程中减震效果较差的问题。
2、通过标桩主体的四周外壁上均设置的贴标槽来张贴不同警示信息的标签,从而达到自由的更换所要警示信息的目的,克服了现有的地下管线警示标桩在使用的过程中无法自由的更换所要警示信息的问题。

请参阅图1-3,本实用新型提供的一种实施例:一种地下管线警示标桩,包括标桩主体1,标桩主体1的四端均设置有加固杆2,加固杆2起到加固标桩主体1的作用,且四个加固杆2关于标桩主体1的中心点对称分部,加固杆2的外壁上设置有警示条纹3,警示条纹3起到增强警示效果的作用,且警示条纹3与加固杆2的外壁通过粘胶固定连接,标桩主体1的下表面设置有定位板5,定位板5起到定位安装警示标桩的作用,定位板5的下表面设置有减震机构7,减震机构为阻尼橡胶座结构起到对警示标桩减震的作用。
进一步,定位板5的内部设置有安装孔52,且安装孔52设置有四个,安装孔52的上表面设置有磁吸板51,定位板5的内部设置的安装孔52起到便于定位板5为地面安装的作用,安装孔52的上表面设置的磁吸板51起到与固定螺杆6的下表面固定连接的作用。
进一步,安装孔52的内部设置有固定螺杆6,固定螺杆6的下表面通过磁吸板51与安装孔52固定连接,安装孔52的内部设置的固定螺杆6起到将定位板5固定在地面上的作用,固定螺杆6的下表面通过磁吸板51与安装孔52固定连接可以使得固定螺杆6的安装更加稳固。

进一步,标桩主体1的四周外壁上均设置有贴标槽4,且贴标槽4与标桩主体1为一体结构,标桩主体1的四周外壁上均设置的贴标槽4起到张贴警示标签的作用,贴标槽4与标桩主体1为一体结构可以使得标桩主体1的整体结构更加匀称。
工作原理:使用时,将标桩主体1的下部埋于地下,将定位板5安装在地表以上,通过四个固定螺杆6贯穿四个安装孔52,使得固定螺杆6的下端插入地表一下,固定螺杆6的下表面通过磁吸板51与安装孔52固定连接,减震机构7为阻尼橡胶座结构,地表一下与定位板5相连接的减震机构7可以有效的 起到对标桩主体1减震的作用,加固杆2起到加固标桩主体1的作用,加固杆2的外壁上设置的警示条纹3起到增强警示效果的作用,可通过标桩主体1的四周外壁上均设置的贴标槽4来张贴不同警示信息的标签,从而达到自由的更换所要警示信息的目的,完成地下管线警示标桩的安装使用工作。
