进一步地,第一固定部1040上设置有通孔10400,通孔10400的开设方向垂直于第一固定部1040的延伸方向,当第一固定部1040插置于电子设备的面 壳上的卡槽时,通孔10400与电子设备的壳体上的安装孔相通。可以理解的是,当第一固定部1040插置于电子设备的面壳上的卡槽时,由于通孔10400与电子设备的壳体上的安装孔相通,因此可以将插销或者螺丝等固定件穿过电子设备的壳体上的安装孔并插置于第一固定部1040上的通孔10400中,从而可以进一步保证按键支架104可以稳固的安装在电子设备上。
进一步地,按键体102包括按键盘1020,限位框1042用于容置按键盘1020并固定按键盘1020于限位框1042内。
具体地,按键盘1020可以包括若干硅胶按键,限位框1042设置有与若干硅胶按键一一对应的若干收容槽,收容槽用于容置硅胶按键并使硅胶按键凸露于按键支架104背对按键体102的一侧。可以理解的是,若干硅胶按键中,每个硅胶按键以及部分硅胶按键的组合可以实现对应的功能,例如数字键、开关键以及重启键等。
进一步地,按键体102包括窝仔片1022,窝仔片1022位于按键盘1020朝向按键电路板100的一侧,窝仔片1022与按键电路板100相贴合。在按键电路板100以及按键盘1020之间设置窝仔片1022,窝仔片1022作为导电点,当按键盘1020受到按压时,会带动窝仔片1022的对应位置下凹,接触到按键电路板100上的电路,从而形成回路,电流通过,整个电子设备得以正常工作。另外,为了方便组装或者更换按键盘1020中的部分硅胶按键,按键盘1020也可以是由多个单独的硅胶按键排布在一个整体的固定架上而形成的,而对应于按键盘1020的组合形式,窝仔片1022也可以由多个单独的金属弹片采用相同的方式排列,并将它们贴合在一起。
进一步地,窝仔片1022与按键电路板100之间设置有双面胶(图未示),双面胶沿按键电路板100的边缘设置,以使窝仔片1022与按键电路板100的贴合处密封设置。通过沿按键电路板100的边缘设置一圈双面胶,在窝仔片1022与按键电路板100的贴合时,双面胶可以保证窝仔片1022与按键电路板100之间的密封效果,避免按键组件10所处的环境中的水分进入按键组件10中,防止水分接触按键电路板100导致其电路故障。
作为一种可实施方式,按键电路板100、窝仔片1022、按键盘1020以及按键支架104上均开设有相通的透音孔1000。可以理解的是,按键电路板100上的透音孔1000的大小以及位置的设置需要考虑到按键电路板100上电路的布置,而窝仔片1022、按键盘1020以及按键支架104上的透音孔1000的大小以 及位置的设置既要考虑与按键电路板100上的透音孔1000的大小以及位置相对应,又要考虑到按键组件10的透音效果。另外,透音孔1000的形状可以根据实际需求进行设置,例如可以为圆形孔,矩形孔,也可以是如图1中所示的长圆形孔或梯形孔等等。
另外,除了沿按键电路板100的边缘设置一圈双面胶以使窝仔片1022与按键电路板100的贴合处密封外,还可以在按键电路板100上的每个透音孔1000的边缘也设置一圈双面胶,使得在窝仔片1022与按键电路板100的贴合时,位于按键电路板100上的透音孔1000的边缘的双面胶可以进一步保证窝仔片1022与按键电路板100之间的密封效果,防止按键组件10所处的环境中的水分通过按键支架104、按键盘1020、窝仔片1022以及按键电路板100上相通的透音孔1000进入按键电路板100,从而可以实现按键组件10的防水等级达到IP68,即连接器防水等级标准的最高级别。
进一步地,按键组件10还可以包括喇叭网106,喇叭网106设置在按键盘1020和按键支架104之间,用于防止杂物通过透音孔1000进入按键组件10内部。可以理解的是,微量杂物会通过按键支架104以及按键盘1020上的透音孔1000进入按键组件10中,通过用喇叭网106隔离,使灰尘或者其他杂物很难进入到按键组件10内部,避免影响到按键组件10的正常工作。
可以理解的是,按键电路板100、窝仔片1022以及按键盘1020上与第一固定部1040和第二固定部1044相对应的位置均开设有豁口1002,豁口1002用于供第一固定部1040和第二固定部1044穿过以插置于电子设备的面壳上的卡槽。由于按键支架104与电子设备的面壳之间还存在有按键电路板100、窝仔片1022以及按键盘1020等部分,通过在按键电路板100、窝仔片1022以及按键盘1020上与第一固定部1040和第二固定部1044相对应的位置均开设豁口1002,可以防止按键电路板100、窝仔片1022以及按键盘1020妨碍第一固定部1040和第二固定部1044插入电子设备的面壳上的卡槽,使按键支架104的安装和拆卸更方便。
另外,本申请还包括一种电子设备,请参阅图3和图4,其中,图3是本申请电子设备一实施方式的结构示意图,图4是图3中的设备本体的详细结构示意图。本实施方式的电子设备包括上述实施方式中的按键组件10。关于电子设备的按键组件10请参阅上述实施方式中的内容。
进一步地,电子设备还包括:设备本体20,设备本体20包括壳体200、设 置于壳体200内部的喇叭组件202以及位于壳体200表面的面壳204,面壳204位于喇叭组件202的出声面一侧;按键组件10设置于面壳204背对喇叭组件202的一侧。
本实施方式中,通过按键组件10中的按键支架与面壳204可拆卸连接,而按键支架在与面壳204固定连接时可以利用其限位框将按键组件10中的按键体固定贴附在按键电路板背对面壳204的一侧,使得在将按键体安装到设备本体20时较方便;并且由于按键支架通过第一固定部和第二固定部分别插置于面壳204上的卡槽2040而实现与面壳204可拆卸连接,因此只需要将按键支架从面壳204上拆除后就可以对按键体进行更换,使得电子设备的安装和维修方便,安装和维修成本较低。
另外,电子设备的壳体200上设置有安装孔2000,且当按键支架的第一固定部插置于电子设备的面壳204上的卡槽2040时,第一固定部上的通孔与壳体200上的安装孔2000相通,因此可以将插销或者螺丝等固定件穿过电子设备的壳体200上的安装孔2000并插置于第一固定部上的通孔中,从而可以进一步保证按键支架可以稳固的安装在电子设备上。
具体地,该电子设备可以是对讲机、汽车中控台等具有按键装置的设备。
在电子设备的安装过程中,首先,将按键电路板固定到设备本体20的面壳204上;然后沿按键电路板的边缘设置一圈双面胶,将窝仔片通过双面胶与按键电路板贴合;再在窝仔片上装配按键盘;最后通过按键支架的第一固定部和第二固定部使按键支架与面壳204固定,并通过按键支架的限位框将按键盘固定在窝仔片与按键支架之间,完成整个电子设备的安装。
在本申请所提供的几个实施方式中,应该理解到,所揭露的按键组件和电子设备,可以通过其它的方式实现。例如,以上所描述的按键组件和电子设备实施方式仅仅是示意性的,各功能部分的划分,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式,例如多个功能部分可以结合或者可以集成到若干个模块中,也可以是各个功能部分单独物理存在等等。
以上所述仅为本申请的实施方式,并非因此限制本申请的专利范围,凡是利用本申请说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构或等效原理变换,或直接或间接运用在其他相关的技术领域,均同理包括在本申请的专利保护范围内。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种按键组件,其特征在于,所述按键组件用于设置在电子设备上,所述按键组件包括:
    按键电路板,所述按键电路板用于固定设置在电子设备的面壳上;
    按键体,所述按键体设置在所述按键电路板背对所述面壳的一侧;
    按键支架,所述按键支架设置在所述按键体背对所述按键电路板的一侧,所述按键支架包括限位框以及位于所述限位框上的第一固定部和第二固定部,所述第一固定部自所述限位框向靠近所述按键电路板一侧延伸,所述第二固定部自所述限位框向外延伸,且所述第二固定部的延伸方向与所述第一固定部的延伸方向垂直,所述第一固定部和所述第二固定部用于分别插置于所述电子设备的面壳上的卡槽,以使所述按键支架可拆卸连接于所述电子设备的面壳,所述限位框用于将所述按键体限位在所述按键电路板背对所述面壳的一侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的按键组件,其特征在于,
    所述第一固定部设置于所述限位框的第一边,所述第二固定部有多个,多个所述第二固定部分别设置于与所述限位框的第一边相邻及相对的第二边、第三边和第四边。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的按键组件,其特征在于,
    所述第一固定部上设置有通孔,所述通孔的开设方向垂直于所述第一固定部的延伸方向,当所述第一固定部插置于所述电子设备的面壳上的卡槽时,所述通孔与电子设备的壳体上的安装孔相通。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的按键组件,其特征在于,
    所述按键体包括按键盘,所述限位框用于容置所述按键盘并固定所述按键盘于所述限位框内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的按键组件,其特征在于,
    所述按键盘包括若干硅胶按键,所述限位框设置与所述若干硅胶按键一一对应的若干收容槽,所述收容槽用于容置所述硅胶按键并使所述硅胶按键凸露于所述按键支架背对所述按键体的一侧。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的按键组件,其特征在于,
    所述按键体包括窝仔片,所述窝仔片位于所述按键盘朝向所述按键电路板的一侧,所述窝仔片与所述按键电路板相贴合。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的按键组件,其特征在于,
    所述窝仔片与所述按键电路板之间设置有双面胶,所述双面胶沿所述按键电路板的边缘设置,以使所述窝仔片与所述按键电路板的贴合处密封设置。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的按键组件,其特征在于,
    所述按键电路板、所述窝仔片、所述按键盘以及所述按键支架上均开设有相通的透音孔。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的按键组件,其特征在于,还包括喇叭网,所述喇叭网设置在所述按键盘和所述按键支架之间,用于防止杂物通过所述透音孔进入所述按键组件内部。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的按键组件,其特征在于,
    所述按键电路板、所述窝仔片以及所述按键盘上与所述第一固定部和所述第二固定部相对应的位置均开设有豁口,所述豁口用于供所述第一固定部和所述第二固定部穿过以插置于所述电子设备的面壳上的卡槽。
  11. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至10任一项所述的按键组件。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备还包括:
    设备本体,所述设备本体包括壳体、设置于所述壳体内部的喇叭组件以及位于所述壳体表面的面壳,所述面壳位于所述喇叭组件的出声面一侧;所述按键组件设置于所述面壳背对所述喇叭组件的一侧。
