如图5至图6所示的,在某些实施例,例如本实施例中,所述握柄1的左端内部与旋转夹体2相配合处设置有多个轴承安装槽5,所述轴承安装槽5内设置有轴承51,所述旋转夹体2的右端部通过轴承51可旋转的安装在握柄1的左端内部。从而使得旋转夹体2即(上夹体21和下夹体22)在做旋转运动的时候由于有轴承51的支撑,更加稳固摆动更小。
在某些实施例,例如本实施例中,所述轴承安装槽5设置有四个且环形阵列设置在握柄1的左端内部,所述轴承51对应轴承安装槽5设置有四个。
如图7至图8所示的,在某些实施例,例如本实施例中,所述按手装置4包括按手本体41,所述按手本体41的下部的左侧向下延伸有铰接部411,所述按手本体41的下部的右侧向下延伸有驱动部412,所述按手本体41的上部的右侧向上弯曲延伸有按压部413。
在某些实施例,例如本实施例中,所述上发热体25和下发热体26的右部通过旋转轴42相铰接形成X字状,所述按手本体41的铰接部411也铰接在旋转轴42上,所述上发热体25和下发热体26右端设置有驱动辊43,所述驱动辊43的辊面分别与上发热体25和下发热体26的右端相抵接,当按压所述按手本体41的按压部时,按手本体41的铰接部411绕旋转轴42向下转动,接着所述按手本体41的驱动部412驱动驱动辊43向左运动,从而带动上发热体25和下发热体26绕旋转轴42做交叉张开运动。采用杠杆的原理,使得按手装置4按起来会更舒适,更顺手。
如图8所示的,在某些实施例,例如本实施例中,所述驱动辊43的左侧设置有复位弹簧44,所述复位弹簧44的左端安装在下发热体26的右部的下侧,所述复位弹簧44的右端与驱动辊43的左侧面相抵接,当不按压按手本体41的按压部413时,复位弹簧44向右驱动驱动辊43向右复位,同时带动上发热体25和下发热体26绕旋转轴42做交叉闭合运动。
如图4所示的,在某些实施例,例如本实施例中,所述旋转夹体2的右侧位于风扇8位置处还设置有多个进风口23,所述旋转夹体2的右侧与握柄1的左端之间形成进风部24,当所述风扇8启动送风时,所述风依次通过进风部24和进风口23进入旋转夹体2的风扇8位置处。由于本实用新型的风扇8是设置在旋转夹体2上的,因此为了保证进风,需要设置进风部24和进风口23。
在某些实施例,例如本实施例中,所述握柄1上还设置用于控制旋转夹体旋转的旋转按钮12和开机按钮11。
如图4所示的,在某些实施例,例如本实施例中,所述上夹体21右前端上表面沿上下方向开设有多个上散热孔213,所述下夹体22右前端下表面沿上下方向开设有多个下散热孔223。由于上夹体21和下夹体22采用塑料注塑成型的,因此设置散热孔213、223可以防止上夹体21和下夹体22在PTC发热体27的作用下而烫手,并且还可以防止上夹体21和下夹体22在高温下发生变形。
本实用新型的上发热体25内设置有PTC发热体27和下发热体26内设置有PTC发热体27均与线路板6之间通电是采用转动导电片71与转动导电针72相接触的方式进行通电,转动导电针72顶端为圆点,转动导电片71为弧面,做到了点与面的接触,与现有技术采用转动导电片与转动导电片相接触的方式进行通电,转动时更顺畅,声音更小,不容易打火。
本实用新型的旋转夹体包括上夹体21和下夹体22,上夹体21下表面设置有上发热体25,所述下夹体22上表面设置有下发热体26,所述上发热体25与下发热体26上下相对设置,所述上发热体25与下发热体26的右侧设置有按手装置4,所述按手装置4可驱动上发热体25与下发热体26做上下开合运动,当需要直发时,启动上发热体25与下发热体26发热,接着将头发夹紧在上发热体25与下发热体26之间,然后向下将头发拉直,即可实现直发功能。
采用本发明的多功能电动卷发直发器进行卷烫头发时,只需要将待卷烫的一撮头发的根部或中部拉入其中一个上发热体25和发热体26之间,按下启动按钮11和旋转按钮12使得上发热体25和下发热体26进行旋转从而将该撮头发的其它部分卷入上发热体25和/或下发热体26上,接着上发热体25和下发热体26发热来对上发热体25和下发热体26上的头发进行定型,同时风扇8自动启动通过上出风口212和下出风口222吹出的冷风加速头发的卷发定型,从而缩短卷发定型时间,加快卷发定型速度,完成该撮头发定型之后,只需要将多功能电动卷发直发器往下拉,则被卷烫完成的头发自动从上发热体和下发热体上脱离,操作极其方便。因此本实用新型不但具有直发功能,还具有电动卷发功能,卷发时无需人工旋转。

Claims (9)
- 一种多功能电动卷发直发器,其特征在于:包括握柄、旋转夹体和减速马达,所述减速马达设置在握柄内,所述旋转夹体安装在握柄左端,所述减速马达可驱动旋转夹体做旋转运动,所述旋转夹体包括上夹体和下夹体,所述上夹体下表面设置有上发热体,所述下夹体上表面设置有下发热体,所述上发热体与下发热体上下相对设置,所述上发热体与下发热体的右侧设置有按手装置,所述按手装置可驱动上发热体与下发热体做上下开合运动,所述上夹体上表面内设置有上出风通道,所述上夹体上表面上设置有多个上出风口,所述下夹体下表面内设置有下出风通道,所述下夹体下表面上设置有多个下出风口,所述旋转夹体的右侧还设置有风扇,所述风扇可将旋转夹体外的风分别通过上出风通道和下出风通道从上出风口和下出风口吹出。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能电动卷发直发器,其特征在于:所述握柄的左端内部与旋转夹体相配合处设置有多个轴承安装槽,所述轴承安装槽内设置有轴承,所述旋转夹体的右端部通过轴承可旋转的安装在握柄的左端内部。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种多功能电动卷发直发器,其特征在于:所述轴承安装槽设置有四个且环形阵列设置在握柄的左端内部,所述轴承对应轴承安装槽设置有四个。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能电动卷发直发器,其特征在于:所述按手装置包括按手本体,所述按手本体的下部的左侧向下延伸有铰接部,所述按手本体的下部的右侧向下延伸有驱动部,所述按手本体的上部的右侧向上弯曲延伸有按压部。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种多功能电动卷发直发器,其特征在于:所述上发热体和下发热体的右部通过旋转轴相铰接形成X字状,所述按手本体的铰接部也铰接在旋转轴上,所述上发热体和下发热体右端设置有驱动辊,所述驱动辊的辊面分别与上发热体和下发热体的右端相抵接,当按压所述按手本体的按压部时,按手本体的铰接部绕旋转轴向下转动,接着所述按手本体的驱动部驱动驱动辊向左运动,从而带动上发热体和下发热体绕旋转轴做交叉张开运动。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种多功能电动卷发直发器,其特征在于:所述驱动辊的左侧设置有复位弹簧,所述复位弹簧的左端安装在下发热体的右部的下侧,所述复位弹簧的右端与驱动辊的左侧面相抵接,当不按压所述按手本体的按压部时,复位弹簧向右驱动驱动辊向右复位,同时带动上发热体和下发热体绕旋转轴做交叉闭合运动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能电动卷发直发器,其特征在于:所述旋转夹体的右侧位于风扇位置处还设置有多个进风口,所述旋转夹体的右侧与握柄的左端之间形成进风部,当所述风扇启动送风时,所述风依次通过进风部和进风口进入旋转夹体的风扇位置处。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能电动卷发直发器,其特征在于:所述握柄上还设置用于控制旋转夹体旋转的旋转按钮和开机按钮。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能电动卷发直发器,其特征在于:所述上夹体右前端上表面沿上下方向开设有多个上散热孔,所述下夹体右前端下表面沿上下方向开设有多个下散热孔。
