Abstract

L'invention concerne une vis d'extrudeuse, par exemple pour un appareil de moulage par injection, la vis d'extrudeuse ayant un noyau de vis s'étendant le long d'un axe de rotation/symétrie (1) et comprenant une section de vis de transport (2) disposée en amont d'une section de vis de mélange (3), et la section de vis de mélange (3) comprenant au moins deux sections de mélange dispersives comprenant chacune une alvéole (4) et les alvéoles (4) étant séparées entre elles par une ou plusieurs sections de mélange distributrices, et les deux alvéoles ou plus ayant chacune une section intermédiaire (5) formant une surface cylindrique circulaire, une surface divergente (7) en amont de la section intermédiaire et une surface convergente (6) en aval de la section intermédiaire, et la longueur de la surface cylindrique circulaire de la section intermédiaire (5), mesurée dans une direction parallèle à l'axe de rotation/symétrie, étant inférieure à la différence entre le plus petit et le plus grand diamètre de chacune des surfaces divergente et convergente (6, 7).
