本发明中提供的滚筒刷结构简单,操作方便,在导流管内进行灌浆,能够较为方便的实现涂刷时涂料的自供给,能够保证长时间的涂抹涂料,提高涂刷效率。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,属于“中心”、“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或者位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或者位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体式连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接连接,也可以是通过中间媒介间接连接,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。本实施例采用递进的方式撰写。
在实施例一中,如图2~6所示,辊筒刷包括:辊筒结构1,用于对刷套织物进行安装和支撑,其上设置有若干渗浆孔11;安装支架2,至少包括 手柄21,以及设置于手柄21上的第一支撑部22和第二支撑部23;导流管3,用于对辊筒结构1进行安装,两端分别通过第一支撑部22和第二支撑部23固定;其中,导流管3中部设置有第一腔体31,位于第一腔体31轴向一端的开口通过位于第一支撑部22或第二支撑部23上的通孔联通外部,用于供涂料进行补充,且在涂料补充后,通过密封盖4进行封堵;第一腔体31侧壁上设置有出浆孔32,用于联通第一腔体31以及位于导流管3和辊筒结构1之间的第二腔体,自第一腔体3)流入第二腔体的涂料,自渗浆孔11流出以用于粉刷。
通过导流管3对辊筒结构1进行固定,且通过位于第一支撑部22或第二支撑部23上的通孔联通外部,可使得涂料的补充简单方便,只需通过密封盖4的开启和关闭即可实现。通过导流管3对辊筒结构1进行安装,使得安装稳定可靠,由于涂料存在一定的重量,通过钢架较强的转轴结构,有效保证了辊筒结构1转动过程中的平稳性,导流管3同时兼顾轴类零件和供料腔体的作用,增加了整体结构的紧凑性。同时,在相对辊筒结构1和导流管3相对转动的过程中,也可对第二腔体内的涂料进行搅拌,从而保证涂料的均匀性和稳定性。
上述滚筒刷结构简单,操作方便,在导流管3内进行灌浆,实现涂刷时涂料的自供给,能够保证长时间的涂抹涂料,提高涂刷效率,而且在涂抹过程中不会发生涂料滴落的问题,保持了地面的整洁,避免资源的浪费和不必要的污染,且该滚筒刷为可拆卸式,可方便地将滚筒结构1以及各粉刷单元分块拆卸下来,方便清洗或者更换,节省资源,同时起到节能环保的积极作用,避免整把涂料刷弃置,避免资源浪费。在本实施例中,出浆孔32可选择任意一种形状的通孔结构,本实施例中,以菱形孔位为例进行具体展示。
为了提高操作的舒适度,如图14所示,手柄21与重合与于导流管3 轴线的纵向面之间的夹角为10~20°。上述夹角的设置,使得在通过握持的方式对墙体进行粉刷时,可更加符合人体的体态要求,降低手腕施力的难度,提高操作舒适度,同时保证手部与墙体之间的合适距离,避免涂料溅落于人体上。
在具体实施时,本实施例中的辊筒结构1包括辊筒主体12,以及位于其两端的第一固定件13和第二固定件14;第一固定件13和第二固定件14通过卡和结构15与辊筒主体12内壁卡和固定,且用于对第二腔体两端进行封堵。如图7~10所示,通过第一固定件13和第二固定件14的设置,可增加第二腔体的空间,增加导流管3和辊筒结构1之间的距离,从而提高涂料的填充体积,同时通过增大辊筒结构1的表面积,降低涂刷的难度。
第一固定件13和第二固定件14的安装方式如下,第一固定件13和第二固定件14均设置有垂直于导流管3轴线的闷盖,闷盖上沿导流管3的轴向突出有至少3个限位板15a,限位板15a自由端部垂直于轴线向外突出有卡块15b;其中,辊筒主体12内壁设置有台阶面12a,用于对卡块15b进行卡接,从而使得闷盖与辊筒主体12的端面相贴合,保证可靠的密封和紧密的连接,如图7和8所示,在具体实施时,第一固定件13和第二固定件14均可采用塑料注塑件一体成型,此种形式成本最为低廉且加工最为简单,当然,其他的金属结构也均在本发明的保护范围内。限位板15a因为具有自由端而获得一定的弹性,当滚筒主体12一体成型时,在插入辊筒主体12内壁的过程中,可通过限位板15a相互之间的聚拢而进入,且在达到台阶面因辊筒主体12内径突然的增大而使得各限位板15a分散开来而在轴向上通过台阶面12a与卡块15b的卡和而实现固定。
其中,卡块15b在与导流管3转抽重合的剖面上的剖面形状为梯形,且梯形至少远离闷盖一侧切斜设置;通过此种方式可在第一固定件13和第二固定件14进入辊筒结构1时获得导向,从而在方便对中的前提下降低进 入的难度,其中卡块15b的高度可根据实际需要具体设定。
作为本发明的第二个实施例,在第一固定件13和第二固定件14的基础上进行了结构的优化,其余部分与实施例一同。
如图11和12所示,第一固定件13与导流管3转轴垂直的端板13a一侧面上设置有堵头13b,用于对第一腔体31一端进行封堵,端板13a另一侧面上设置有向堵头13b内部凹陷的安装腔;第一支撑部22上设置有凸台22a,用于插入安装腔内,从而实现辊筒结构1一端的固定。通过上述第一固定件13结构的优化,可在以上有益效果的基础上,降低导流管3的加工难度,因为导流管3的长度较长,细长罐体的加工难度较大,而将其加工为贯通的管体结构则极大程度上节省了加工的费用,第一固定件13可通过注塑件一体成型,加工难度低。
辊筒结构1的转动,可通过凸台22a和安装腔的结合处实现,也可通过卡和结构15与辊筒主体12的结合处实现。
第二支撑部23上设置有与导流管3同轴的通心管体,通心管体插入导流管3一端,或套设于导流管3一端外侧,用于为第一腔体31提供涂料进入通道。导流管3的外壁上设置有限位圆环33,且限位圆环33与第二支撑部23之间设置有间隙,间隙对密封圈6进行安装,用于对通心管体和导流管3的结合处进行密封。通过上述方式,同样可降低导流管3的加工难度。
本发明的第三个实施例中,对辊筒结构1的结构进行优化,从而使得整体的拆卸和清理更加方便快捷。
如图9和10所示,辊筒结构1包括两部分,且所述两部分通过与其轴线重合的截面为分界。通过分体的结构设计,使得整个辊筒结构1的安装和清理的难度均降低,其中,本实施例中的两部分通过螺栓结构连接,其中,一部分上通过一体成型设置有螺纹孔柱,另一部分上通过一体成型设置有用于供螺栓进入的贯通孔,通过公螺纹孔柱和贯通孔的同轴配合, 可在螺栓旋紧的过程中实现二者的固定。当然,其他任何可实现二者连接的结构,如卡和结构等也均在本发明的保护范围内。
其中,如图3所示,两部分的端部可套设箍圈5,从而保证端部贴合的紧密型。两部分的交界处设置有密封挡板16,密封挡板16与其中任意一部分固定连接,通过密封挡板16的设置,使得两部分之间的缝隙得到阻挡,如图10所示,密封挡板16的设置,从另一方面还可在两部分对接的过程中起到定位的作用
其中,辊筒结构1内壁上交错设置有出料筋条17,渗浆孔11设置于出料筋条17交错设置而围合的区域内。出料筋条17提高了整个辊筒结构1的结构强度,且在出浆前,可起到浆料的均匀导向作用,具体的,位于两部分的出料筋条上下且对应设置,从而保证粉刷的均匀性。
作为本发明的第四个实施例,第一支撑部22和第二支撑部23分别设置于安装支架2的第一部分24和第二部分25上,第一部分24和第二部分25的交界处偏离手柄21设置,且手柄21活动安装于第二部分25上。
通过将安装支架2设置为两部分,使得导流管3的安装更加方便,其中,将二者的交界处偏离手柄21设置,为手柄21的安装提供了空间,手柄21的活动安装极大程度上降低了整个安装支架2的安装难度。
其中,如图13所示,第一部分24和第二部分25可通过公卡和机构实现连接,具体的,在第一部分24上可设置连接柱24a,以及位于其上的凸键24b,而在第二部分25上对应设置与凸键24b对应的凹口25a,以供二者卡和。
作为手柄21活动安装于第二部分25上的具体实施方式,在手柄21的端部可设置U型结构21a,对第二部分25底部的局部25b进行包覆,从而通过面贴和的方式实现手柄的固定,具体在贴合面上,可通过粘接的方式实现二者的固定,也可通过其他连接件实现手柄21的固定。
本行业的技术人员应该了解,本发明不受上述实施例的限制,上述实施例和说明书中描述的只是说明本发明的原理,在不脱离本发明精神和范围的前提下,本发明还会有各种变化和改进,这些变化和改进都落入要求保护的本发明范围内。本发明要求保护范围由所附的权利要求书及其等效物界定。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种辊筒刷,其特征在于,包括:
    辊筒结构(1),用于对刷套织物进行安装和支撑,其上设置有若干渗浆孔(11);
    安装支架(2),至少包括手柄(21),以及设置于所述手柄(21)上的第一支撑部(22)和第二支撑部(23);
    导流管(3),用于对所述辊筒结构(1)进行安装,两端分别通过所述第一支撑部(22)和第二支撑部(23)固定;
    其中,所述导流管(3)中部设置有第一腔体(31),位于所述第一腔体(31)轴向一端的开口通过位于所述第一支撑部(22)或第二支撑部(23)上的通孔联通外部,用于供涂料进行补充,且在涂料补充后,通过密封盖(4)进行封堵;
    所述第一腔体(31)侧壁上设置有出浆孔(32),用于联通所述第一腔体(31)以及位于所述导流管(3)和辊筒结构(1)之间的第二腔体,自所述第一腔体(31)流入所述第二腔体的涂料,自所述渗浆孔(11)流出以用于粉刷。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的辊筒刷,其特征在于,所述辊筒结构(1)包括辊筒主体(12),以及位于其两端的第一固定件(13)和第二固定件(14);
    所述第一固定件(13)和第二固定件(14)通过卡和结构(15)与所述辊筒主体(12)内壁卡和固定,且用于对所述第二腔体两端进行封堵。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的辊筒刷,其特征在于,所述第一固定件(13)和第二固定件(14)均设置有垂直于所述导流管(3)轴线的闷盖,所述闷盖上沿所述导流管(3)的轴向突出有至少3个限位板(15a),所述限位板(15a)自由端部垂直于所述轴线向外突出有卡块(15b);
    其中,所述辊筒主体(12)内壁设置有台阶面(12a),用于对所述卡块(15b)进行卡接,从而使得所述闷盖与所述辊筒主体(12)的端面相贴 合。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的辊筒刷,其特征在于,所述第一固定件(13)与所述导流管(3)转轴垂直的端板(13a)一侧面上设置有堵头(13b),用于对所述第一腔体(31)一端进行封堵,所述端板(13a)另一侧面上设置有向所述堵头(13b)内部凹陷的安装腔;
    所述第一支撑部(22)上设置有凸台(22a),用于插入所述安装腔内,从而实现所述辊筒结构(1)一端的固定。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的辊筒刷,其特征在于,所述第二支撑部(23)上设置有与所述导流管(3)同轴的通心管体,所述通心管体插入所述导流管(3)一端,或套设于所述导流管(3)一端外侧,用于为所述第一腔体(31)提供涂料进入通道。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的辊筒刷,其特征在于,所述导流管(3)的外壁上设置有限位圆环(33),且所述限位圆环(33)与所述第二支撑部(23)之间设置有间隙,所述间隙对密封圈(6)进行安装,用于对所述通心管体和导流管(3)的结合处进行密封。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的辊筒刷,其特征在于,所述辊筒结构(1)包括两部分,且所述两部分通过与其轴线重合的截面为分界。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的辊筒刷,其特征在于,所述辊筒结构(1)内壁上交错设置有出料筋条(17),所述渗浆孔(11)设置于所述出料筋条(17)交错设置而围合的区域内。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的辊筒刷,其特征在于,所述第一支撑部(22)和第二支撑部(23)分别设置于安装支架(2)的第一部分(24)和第二部分(25)上,所述第一部分(24)和第二部分(25)的交界处偏离所述手柄(21)设置,且所述手柄(21)活动安装于所述第二部分(25)上。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的辊筒刷,其特征在于,所述手柄(21)与重合 与于所述导流管(3)轴线的纵向面之间的夹角为10~20°。
