一种复合环保材料的分割装置,包括装置本体(1),装置本体内壁左侧固定设置有进料箱(2),装置本体内壁顶部位于进料箱右侧固定设置有分割机(5),分割机右侧固定连接有伸缩臂(6),伸缩臂顶端连接有分割器(7),伸缩臂下方固定设置有分割槽(10),装置本体内部位于进料箱和分割槽下方转动设置有若干运输辊(11),运输辊之间连接有运输带(12),运输带下方固定设置有横板(13),横板底部固定设置有若干减震机构(14),装置本体外壁右上方固定设置有废料收集机构(15),装置本体外壁左上方固定设置有控制箱(16)。该装置能够调节分割位置,降低人工清理污物的劳动强度,降低装置在运行时产生的震动,防止对分割造成影响。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种分割装置,特别涉及一种复合环保材料的分割装置,属于复合环保材料设备技术领域。
随着社会的发展,人民的生活水平的不断提高,我们生活的环境的也越来越差,为了让社会发展进步的同时保证环境的健康,越来越多的环保材料被发明出来,材料的长度不同,使用的范围也不同,此时就需要将材料进行分割,但是现有的分割装置不能快速的进行分割和存在误差,影响效率,且分割后的废料需要人工进行清理,增加了劳动率,分割装置在运行时会产生震动,容易影响分割效果。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种复合环保材料的分割装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种复合环保材料的分割装置,包括装置本体,所述装置本体内壁左侧固定设置有进料箱,所述进料箱顶部开设有进料口,所述进料箱右下方开设有出料口,所述装置本体内壁顶部位于所述进料箱右侧固定设置有分割机,所述分割机右侧固定连接有伸缩臂,所述伸缩臂顶端连接有分割器,所述分割器底部固定连接有分割刀,所述分割刀与所述分割器之间固定连接有缓冲弹簧,所述伸缩臂下方固定设置有分割槽,所述分割槽的两端分别于所述进料箱和装置本体内壁固定连接,所述装置本体内部位于所述进料箱和分割槽下方转动设置有若干运输辊,所述运输辊之间连接有运输带,所述运输带下方固定设置有横板,所述横板底部固定设置有若干减震机构;所述装置本体外壁右上方固定设置有废料收集机构,所述装置本体外壁左上方固定设置有控制箱。
优选的,所述减震机构包括第一固定板,所述第一固定板的顶部固定连接于所述横板的底部,所述第一固定板底部固定连接有减震弹簧,所述减震弹簧的底端固定连接有第二固定板,所述第二固定板的底部固定连接于所述装置本体内底部。
优选的,废料收集机构包括收集箱,所述收集箱内壁顶部固定设置有吸尘机,所述吸尘机下方固定设置有分隔网,所述收集箱底部固定连接有第一连接管,所述第一连接管连接有吸尘器,所述吸尘器另一端固定连接有第二连接管,所述第二连接管贯穿所述装置本体并固定连接有吸尘斗,所述吸尘机和吸尘器均与所述控制箱电性连接。
优选的,所述控制箱均与所述分割机、伸缩臂、分割器和分割刀电性连接。
优选的,所述装置本体背面固定设置有电机,所述电机的输出轴通过联轴器固定连接所述运输辊,所述电机与所述控制箱电性连接。
优选的,所述装置本体底部固定设置有至少四个支撑座。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
1、本实用新型通过设置控制箱、进料箱、电机、运输辊、运输带、伸缩臂、分割槽和肥料收集机构,通过伸缩臂来调节分割位置,通动电机带动运输辊转动,继而带动复合环保材料向右运输,缓冲弹簧防止环保材料刮伤,收集箱将分割后的废料吸入至收集箱内,分隔网防止碎屑废料等对吸尘机的运行造成影响,不仅使装置保持整洁的状态,同时降低了劳动强度。
2、本实用新型同时还设置横板和减震机构,横板可以承接压力、减震机构不仅能够降低装置在运行时所产生的震动,而且使该装置在运行时使其底部更加稳定,防止其产生的晃动对装置的分割造成影响。

请参阅图1-3,本实用新型提供一种技术方案:一种复合环保材料的分割装置,包括装置本体1,装置本体1内壁左侧焊接连接有进料箱2,进料箱2顶部开设有进料口3,进料箱2右下方开设有出料口4,装置本体1内壁顶部位于进料箱2右侧焊接连接有分割机5,分割机5右侧焊接有伸缩臂6,伸缩臂6顶端连接有分割器7,分割器7底部焊接有分割刀8,分割刀8与分割器7之间焊接有缓冲弹簧9,伸缩臂6下方焊接连接有分割槽10,分割槽10的两端分别于进料箱2和装置本体1内壁焊接,装置本体1内部位于进料箱2和分割槽10下方转动设置有若干运输辊11,运输辊11之间连接有运输带12,运输带12下方焊接连接有横板13,横板13底部焊接连接有若干减震机构14;装置本体1外壁右上方焊接连接有废料收集机构15,装置本体1外壁左上方 焊接连接有控制箱16。
减震机构14包括第一固定板141,第一固定板141的顶部焊接于横板13的底部,第一固定板141底部焊接有减震弹簧142,减震弹簧142的底端焊接有第二固定板143,第二固定板143的底部焊接于装置本体1内底部。
废料收集机构15包括收集箱151,收集箱151内壁顶部焊接连接有吸尘机152,吸尘机152下方焊接连接有分隔网153,收集箱151底部焊接有第一连接管154,第一连接管154连接有吸尘器155,吸尘器155另一端焊接有第二连接管156,第二连接管156贯穿装置本体1并焊接有吸尘斗157,吸尘机152和吸尘器155均与控制箱16电性连接。
控制箱16均与分割机5、伸缩臂6、分割器7和分割刀8电性连接。
装置本体1背面连接有电机17,电机17的输出轴通过联轴器焊接运输辊11,电机17与控制箱16电性连接。
装置本体1底部焊接连接有至少四个支撑座18。
具体的,本实用新型一种复合环保材料的分割装置,在使用时,通过控制箱16启动该装置,将带分割的符合环保材料通过进料口3投入到进料箱2内,通过伸缩臂6来调节分割机5与分割器7之间的相对分割位置,通动电机17带动运输辊11转动,通过运输带12使进料箱2内复合环保材料在分割槽10内向右侧输送,先通过分割器7底部的分割刀8来对新能源材料进行标准的分割处理,缓冲弹簧9能够防止分割刀8与复合环保材料之间因压力过大使材料表面产生刮伤的现象,收集箱151通过其内部的吸尘机152将分割槽10内材料分割后产生的废屑吸入至收集箱151内,另外装置底部的横板13、减震机构14能够降低装置在运行时所产生的震动。

- 一种复合环保材料的分割装置,包括装置本体(1),其特征在于:所述装置本体(1)内壁左侧固定设置有进料箱(2),所述进料箱(2)顶部开设有进料口(3),所述进料箱(2)右下方开设有出料口(4),所述装置本体(1)内壁顶部位于所述进料箱(2)右侧固定设置有分割机(5),所述分割机(5)右侧固定连接有伸缩臂(6),所述伸缩臂(6)顶端连接有分割器(7),所述分割器(7)底部固定连接有分割刀(8),所述分割刀(8)与所述分割器(7)之间固定连接有缓冲弹簧(9),所述伸缩臂(6)下方固定设置有分割槽(10),所述分割槽(10)的两端分别于所述进料箱(2)和装置本体(1)内壁固定连接,所述装置本体(1)内部位于所述进料箱(2)和分割槽(10)下方转动设置有若干运输辊(11),所述运输辊(11)之间连接有运输带(12),所述运输带(12)下方固定设置有横板(13),所述横板(13)底部固定设置有若干减震机构(14);所述装置本体(1)外壁右上方固定设置有废料收集机构(15),所述装置本体(1)外壁左上方固定设置有控制箱(16)。
