1 他社と比べて高音域は出力されているが、圧倒的優位な高音ではない。
この為、今回はスピーカの振動膜の高音域を少し強めた材質を使用した。
2 上記のスピーカから出力される低音域は弱くて特許部品(シリコンチューブ方式)だと高質な低音を出力させるのに実験の結果8本必要な事が判った。
このシリコンチューブ方式でイヤホンの筐体を作製すると耳の小さな人は取り付けに余裕が無くなり圧迫感で普及が制限されてしまう。
3 シリコンチューブは細い管と減衰材を収納する管とを組み合さなければならない作業がある、経済的に高いイヤホンになる。
以上の理由で、新たに低音精製部品を作製する事になった。
