现有技术中,以商家和消费者为例,商家提供商品,消费者购买商品,商家为了及时了解消费者对商品的评价以及消费者希望了解商家的信用,因此出现了许多品质管控系统,传统的品质管控系统使用传统中心化的数据库,其存在人为篡改数据的风险,并且系统中各项规则不透明,不公开,采用这种系统会出现商家质疑消费者对商品的评价,并且消费者对商家的信用不信任等情况,无法使商家和消费者之间形成良好的信任关系。
因此,本领域需要一种基于区块链的品质管控系统及其控制方法来解决上述问题。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中的上述问题,即为了解决现有品质管控系统存在人为篡改数据的风险,从而导致品质管控系统的安全性和真实性非常低的问题,本发明提供了一种基于区块链的品质管控系统的控制方法,控制方法包括:获取销售方输入的商品信息;生成与商品信息对应的商品智能合约并同步到区块链中;基于商品智能合约的规则获取购 买方输入的购买信息和/或评价信息并同步到区块链中;根据购买信息和/或评价信息对商品进行品质评级。
在上述控制方法的优选技术方案中,在“获取销售方输入的商品信息”的步骤之前,控制方法还包括:获取销售方输入的注册信息;根据销售方输入的注册信息生成销售方的区块链账户并同步到区块链中;生成销售方的私钥和销售方的公钥;将销售方的私钥、销售方的公钥和区块链的地址发送给销售方;其中,销售方的私钥与销售方的公钥一一对应。
在上述控制方法的优选技术方案中,在“基于商品智能合约的规则获取购买方输入的购买信息和/或评价信息并同步到区块链中”的步骤之前,控制方法还包括:获取购买方输入的注册信息;根据购买方输入的注册信息生成购买方的区块链账户并同步到区块链中;生成购买方的私钥和购买方的公钥;将购买方的私钥、购买方的公钥和区块链的地址发送给购买方;其中,购买方的私钥与购买方的公钥一一对应。
在上述控制方法的优选技术方案中,“获取销售方输入的商品信息”的步骤具体包括:获取销售方输入商品信息的交易请求;使用销售方的公钥对商品信息的交易请求进行身份验证;在身份验证通过后才获取销售方输入的商品信息;其中,商品信息的交易请求是经过销售方的私钥签名的交易请求。
在上述控制方法的优选技术方案中,“获取购买方输入的购买信息和/或评价信息”的步骤具体包括:获取购买方输入购买信息和/或评价信息的交易请求;使用购买方的公钥对购买信息和/或评价信息的交易请求进行身份验证;在身份验证通过后才获取购买方输入的购买信息和/或评价信息;其中,购买信息和/或评价信息的交易请求是经过购买方的私钥签名的交易请求。
在上述控制方法的优选技术方案中,“根据销售方输入的注册信息生成销售方的区块链账户并同步到区块链中”的步骤具体包括:对销售方输入的注册信息进行审核;在审核通过后才生成销售方的区块链账户并同步到区块链中。
在上述控制方法的优选技术方案中,“根据购买方输入的注册信息生成购买方的区块链账户并同步到区块链中”的步骤包括:对购 买方输入的注册信息进行审核;在审核通过后才生成购买方的区块链账户并同步到区块链中。
在上述控制方法的优选技术方案中,在“根据购买信息和/或评价信息对商品进行品质评级”的步骤之后,控制方法还包括:根据商品的品质评级结果对销售方进行信用评定。
在另一方面,本发明还提供了一种基于区块链的品质管控系统,品质管控系统包括:销售方获取模块,其能够获取销售方输入的商品信息;购买方获取模块,其能够获取购买方输入的购买信息和/或评价信息;控制模块,其能够生成与商品信息对应的商品智能合约、将商品智能合约同步到区块链中以及将购买信息和/或评价信息同步到区块链中;品质评价模块,其能够根据购买信息和/或评价信息对商品进行品质评级。
在上述品质管控系统的优选技术方案中,品质管控系统还包括:信用评定模块,其能够根据商品的品质评级结果对销售方进行信用评定。
本领域技术人员能够理解的是,在本发明的优选技术方案中,通过在品质管控系统中采用区块链技术,使得品质管控系统中的数据无法被篡改,依据这样的数据为支撑的商品评级更加具有真实性,且区块链和商品智能合约都是开放的,提供了更公正的应用环境,使得品质管控系统中的各项运算逻辑和业务规则都不存在暗箱操作,提高品质管控系统的安全性。
进一步地,通过销售方的私钥签名,然后使用销售方的公钥验证,使得销售方的每笔交易都可以追溯到销售方的发起者,保证销售方无法伪造交易。
进一步地,通过购买方的私钥签名,然后使用购买方的公钥验证,使得购买方的每笔交易都可以追溯到购买方的发起者,保证购买方无法伪造交易。
进一步地,在对商品的品质进行评级之后,再根据商品的品质对销售方进行信用评定,这样的信用评定更加具备真实性,以便销售方及时改善商品品质。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图来描述本发明的优选实施方式。本领域技术人员应当理解的是,这些实施方式仅仅用于解释本发明的技术原理,并非旨在限制本发明的保护范围。
基于背景技术指出的现有品质管控系统存在人为篡改数据的风险,从而导致品质管控系统的安全性和真实性非常低的问题,本发明提供了一种基于区块链的品质管控系统及其控制方法,旨在采用区块链技术使得品质管控系统中的数据无法被篡改,提高品质管控系统的安全性和真实性。
具体地,本发明的基于区块链的品质管控系统包括:销售方获取模块,其能够获取销售方输入的商品信息;购买方获取模块,其能够获取购买方输入的购买信息和/或评价信息;控制模块,其能够生成与商品信息对应的商品智能合约、将商品智能合约同步到区块链中以及将购买信息和/或评价信息同步到区块链中;品质评价模块,其能够根据购买信息和/或评价信息对商品进行品质评级。销售方获取模块、购买方获取模块以及评价模块均与控制模块通信,其中,销售方获取模块和购买方获取模块可以为实体模块,例如销售方获取模块为销售方的计算机、手机等,同理,购买方获取模块为购买方的计算机、手机等,在这种情形下,销售方获取模块和购买方获取模块均优选地与控制模块无线通信连接,当然,销售方获取模块和购买方获取模块还可以均为虚拟模块,即销售方获取模块、购买方获取模块和控制模块均集成于计算机中或者集成于计算机的控制板上,在这种情形下,销售方获取模块和购买方获取模块均优选地与控制模块通过电路通信连接。与上述类似地,评价模块可以为实体模块,也可以为虚拟模块。如图1所示,本发明的控制方法包括:获取销售方输入的商品信息;生成与商品信息对应的商品智能 合约并同步到区块链中;基于商品智能合约的规则获取购买方输入的购买信息和/或评价信息并同步到区块链中;根据购买信息和/或评价信息对商品进行品质评级。在实际应用中,销售方可以直接输入全部的商品信息,也可以输入初始化参数来上架专属商品(专属商品自带相应的商品信息),并生成与该商品信息对应的商品智能合约。需要说明的是,商品智能合约中绑定有销售方的信息,而且还可以描述商品的属性和状态,同时还具有合约规则并定义所有流转环节(例如购买方的首次购买、二次购买、推荐购买、评价等)的函数,上述的这些流转环节均以区块链交易的形式保存在区块中,且智能合约中的全部内容均是透明和公开的。
需要说明的是,可以仅通过购买信息来对商品的品质进行评级,也可以仅通过评价信息来对商品的品质进行评级,又可以同时通过购买信息和评价信息来对商品的品质进行评级。此外,还需要说明的是,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置商品的品质的具体评价规则,以仅通过购买信息来对商品的品质进行评级为例,购买信息包括首次购买、二次购买和推荐购买,其中,首次购买说明购买方初步认可了该商品,其权重可以为A,二次购买说明购买方进一步认可了该商品,其权重可以为B,推荐购买说明购买方高度认可了该商品,其权重可以为C,其中A、B、C的权重值依次增大,通过权重值和基础分的计算,得出商品的品质分数,例如A=0.2,B=0.3,C=0.5,基础分均为100分,满分为(A+B+C)×100=100分,假定用户在首次购买时给出了90分的评分,二次购买和推荐购买时都给出了100分的评分,此时计算得出该购买方给出的最终分数为98分。在购买方没有出现二次购买和推荐购买时,可以将A的权重调整为1,即用户给出了90分的最终评分,上述示例方案可以通过设定商品智能合约的规则来实现。可以看出,通过多个购买方的综合评定,可以对商品进行非常客观且公正的品质评级,且所有交易均可以追溯。需要指出的是,商品智能合约在最初设定(早于销售方向品质管控系统输入商品信息),一旦设定后将无法更改或被篡改。
优选地,在“获取销售方输入的商品信息”的步骤之前,本发明的控制方法还包括:获取销售方输入的注册信息;根据销售方输入的注册信息生成销售方的区块链账户并同步到区块链中;生成销售方的私钥和销售方的公钥;将销售方的私钥、销售方的公钥和区块链的地址 发送给销售方;其中,销售方的私钥与销售方的公钥一一对应。注册信息可以包括销售方的销售资质信息、名称信息、地址信息和联系信息等。优选地,“获取销售方输入的商品信息”的步骤具体包括:获取销售方输入商品信息的交易请求;使用销售方的公钥对商品信息的交易请求进行身份验证;在身份验证通过后才获取销售方输入的商品信息;其中,商品信息的交易请求是经过销售方的私钥签名的交易请求。也就是说,销售方的每一次操作都可以视为一次交易,在销售方作为发起者发布商品时,需要使用销售方的私钥对交易请求进行签名,区块链中的节点使用销售方的公钥对交易进行身份验证,在身份验证通过后,才获取销售方输入的商品信息,以便系统根据销售方输入的商品信息生成与商品信息对应的商品智能合约,并将商品智能合约同步到区块链中。优选地,“根据销售方输入的注册信息生成销售方的区块链账户并同步到区块链中”的步骤具体包括:对销售方输入的注册信息进行审核;在审核通过后才生成销售方的区块链账户并同步到区块链中。也就是说,在销售方进行注册时,需要先对其资质进行审核,当审核通过后,才允许该销售方注册。
优选地,在“基于商品智能合约的规则获取购买方输入的购买信息和/或评价信息并同步到区块链中”的步骤之前,本发明的控制方法还包括:获取购买方输入的注册信息;根据购买方输入的注册信息生成购买方的区块链账户并同步到区块链中;生成购买方的私钥和购买方的公钥;将购买方的私钥、购买方的公钥和区块链的地址发送给购买方;其中,购买方的私钥与购买方的公钥一一对应。注册信息可以包括购买方的购买资质信息、名称信息、地址信息和联系信息等。优选地,“获取购买方输入的购买信息和/或评价信息”的步骤具体包括:获取购买方输入购买信息和/或评价信息的交易请求;使用购买方的公钥对购买信息和/或评价信息的交易请求进行身份验证;在身份验证通过后才获取购买方输入的购买信息和/或评价信息;其中,购买信息和/或评价信息的交易请求是经过购买方的私钥签名的交易请求。也就是说,购买方的每一次操作都可以视为一次交易,在购买方作为发起者购买商品和/或对商品进行评价时,需要使用购买方的私钥对交易请求进行签名,区块链中的节点使用购买方的公钥对交易进行身份验证,此外,还可以利用共识算法 验证交易的合法性,通过商品智能合约中的函数逻辑对交易的有效性进行验证,在验证通过后,才获取购买方输入的购买信息和/或评价信息,以便将购买方输入的购买信息和/或评价信息同步到区块链中,使得系统可以根据购买信息和/或评价信息对商品进行品质评级。优选地,“根据购买方输入的注册信息生成购买方的区块链账户并同步到区块链中”的步骤包括:对购买方输入的注册信息进行审核;在审核通过后才生成购买方的区块链账户并同步到区块链中。也就是说,在购买方进行注册时,需要先对其资质进行审核,当审核通过后,才允许该购买方注册。
总而言之,本发明可以将销售方的商品作为销售方的数字资产,在区块链上登记,让商品与销售方有一个强绑定关系。购买方的首次购买,推荐购买,二次购买及评价等行为将会作为对这个商品对应的数字资产评级,且任何评级行为都是利用智能合约的规则和区块链的不可篡改记录到区块链中,所得的评级结果,可以通过区块链进行流程追溯。基于区块链的特性,信息公开透明且无法篡改。同时,任何操作都经由区块链用户的私钥签名,防伪造,实现商品质量可追溯,商品品质可监控,杜绝任何人为操作,数据更具真实性。
优选地,本发明的品质管控系统还包括:信用评定模块,其能够根据商品的品质评级结果对销售方进行信用评定。信用评定模块与前述的控制模块通信,信用评定模块可以为实体模块,也可以为虚拟模块。在“根据购买信息和/或评价信息对商品进行品质评级”的步骤之后,本发明的控制方法还包括:根据商品的品质评级结果对销售方进行信用评定。通过这样的设置,使得销售方的信用可以与其的商品的品质评级结果映射上,便于购买方根据销售方的信用情况选择是否购买销售方的商品。在实际应用中,可以对销售方所有的商品进行综合评定,然后根据所有商品的综合评定结果对销售方的信用进行评定。
在本发明中,需要说明的是,销售方和购买方可以为供应商和采购商,例如波轮供应商和波轮采购商,汽车玻璃供应商和汽车玻璃采购商,销售方和购买方还可以为商家和消费者,例如洗衣机商家和洗衣机消费者,空调商家和空调消费者,总而言之,本发明可以应用于任何销售方和购买方之间的品质管控,下面以销售方和购买方为商家和消费者为例,进一步阐述本发明的一种优选实施方式。
如图2所示,商家向系统中提交注册信息,系统审核注册信息,在审核通过后创建商家的区块链账户,然后生成商家的公钥、私钥,将商家的公钥、私钥和区块链地址发送给商家。消费者向系统中提交注册信息,系统审核注册信息,在审核通过后创建消费者的区块链账户,然后生成消费者的公钥、私钥,将消费者的公钥、私钥和区块链地址发送给消费者。商家携带私钥发布产品,根据该产品生成专属的智能合约。消费者携带私钥购买产品、评价产品以及推荐购买产品,将消费者的行为(即上述购买产品、评价产品以及推荐购买产品)记录到区块链中。通过这样的设置,使得通过区块链的非对称加密技术,可以将所有用户(包括商家和消费者)的行为和数据以用户的私钥进行签名,签名后的数据可以用对应的公钥解签,证明数据所有权的同时,也对用户的各项操作行为进行追溯。
至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种基于区块链的品质管控系统的控制方法,其特征在于,所述控制方法包括:
    获取销售方输入的商品信息;
    生成与所述商品信息对应的商品智能合约并同步到所述区块链中;
    基于所述商品智能合约的规则获取购买方输入的购买信息和/或评价信息并同步到所述区块链中;
    根据所述购买信息和/或评价信息对商品进行品质评级。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的控制方法,其特征在于,在“获取销售方输入的商品信息”的步骤之前,所述控制方法还包括:
    获取销售方输入的注册信息;
    根据所述销售方输入的注册信息生成销售方的区块链账户并同步到所述区块链中;
    生成销售方的私钥和销售方的公钥;
    将所述销售方的私钥、所述销售方的公钥和所述区块链的地址发送给销售方;
    其中,所述销售方的私钥与所述销售方的公钥一一对应。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的控制方法,其特征在于,在“基于所述商品智能合约的规则获取购买方输入的购买信息和/或评价信息并同步到所述区块链中”的步骤之前,所述控制方法还包括:
    获取购买方输入的注册信息;
    根据所述购买方输入的注册信息生成购买方的区块链账户并同步到所述区块链中;
    生成购买方的私钥和购买方的公钥;
    将所述购买方的私钥、所述购买方的公钥和所述区块链的地址发送给购买方;
    其中,所述购买方的私钥与所述购买方的公钥一一对应。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的控制方法,其特征在于,“获取销售方输入的商品信息”的步骤具体包括:
    获取销售方输入所述商品信息的交易请求;
    使用所述销售方的公钥对所述商品信息的交易请求进行身份验证;
    在身份验证通过后才获取所述销售方输入的商品信息;
    其中,所述商品信息的交易请求是经过所述销售方的私钥签名的交易请求。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的控制方法,其特征在于,“获取购买方输入的购买信息和/或评价信息”的步骤具体包括:
    获取购买方输入所述购买信息和/或评价信息的交易请求;
    使用所述购买方的公钥对所述购买信息和/或评价信息的交易请求进行身份验证;
    在身份验证通过后才获取所述购买方输入的购买信息和/或评价信息;
    其中,所述购买信息和/或评价信息的交易请求是经过所述购买方的私钥签名的交易请求。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的控制方法,其特征在于,“根据所述销售方输入的注册信息生成销售方的区块链账户并同步到所述区块链中”的步骤具体包括:
    对所述销售方输入的注册信息进行审核;
    在审核通过后才生成销售方的区块链账户并同步到所述区块链中。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的控制方法,其特征在于,“根据所述购买方输入的注册信息生成购买方的区块链账户并同步到所述区块链中”的步骤包括:
    对所述购买方输入的注册信息进行审核;
    在审核通过后才生成购买方的区块链账户并同步到所述区块链中。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的控制方法,其特征在于,在“根 据所述购买信息和/或评价信息对商品进行品质评级”的步骤之后,所述控制方法还包括:
    根据商品的品质评级结果对销售方进行信用评定。
  9. 一种基于区块链的品质管控系统,其特征在于,所述品质管控系统包括:
    销售方获取模块,其能够获取销售方输入的商品信息;
    购买方获取模块,其能够获取购买方输入的购买信息和/或评价信息;
    控制模块,其能够生成与所述商品信息对应的商品智能合约、将所述商品智能合约同步到区块链中以及将所述购买信息和/或评价信息同步到区块链中;
    品质评价模块,其能够根据所述购买信息和/或评价信息对商品进行品质评级。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的品质管控系统,其特征在于,所述品质管控系统还包括:
    信用评定模块,其能够根据商品的品质评级结果对销售方进行信用评定。
