为了使过滤网罩16与净化箱13连接的更加牢固,本实施例中,优选的,过滤网罩16与净化箱13通过焊接方式固定连接,排水管15的下方设置有第三排渣管17,净化箱13的底部设置有与第三排渣管17相对应的第一导流板19,第一导流板19对杂物起到导流作用,从而便于杂物从第三排渣管17排出;
为了使净化箱13的净化效果更好,本实施例中,优选的,净化箱13的另一侧设置有第二投药管24,净化箱13的底部设置有与第二投药管24相对应的搅拌叶 片18,用户可以通过第二投药管24投放氧化剂和重金属离子吸附剂等药物,从而将废水中含有的重金属离子结合成沉淀物析出,从而避免重金属离子再次排放导致二次污染,搅拌叶片18的使用为现有技术,搅拌叶片18对废水和投放的氧化剂和重金属离子吸附剂等药物起到搅拌作用,使废水与氧化剂和重金属离子吸附剂等药物混合的更加充分;
为了进一步提升净化箱13的净化效果,本实施例中,优选的,净化箱13的顶部设置有净化机构9,净化机构9包括连接件91,连接件91的两端设置有侧板92,净化箱13的内壁上设置有与侧板92相对应的支撑件14,连接件91的上方设置有吸附板94,侧板92上开设有与吸附板94相对应的限位滑槽93,使用时通过吸附板94对废水中的异味和色素进行吸附,从而使净化箱13对废水的净化效果更好,限位滑槽93的设置便于用户对吸附板94进行更换,从而使用户对吸附板94更换起来更加的方便;
为了使吸附板94的净化效果更好,本实施例中,优选的,吸附板94的材质为活性炭,连接件91的顶端设置有提手95,提手95与侧板92为一体成型结构,使用时用户可以通过提手95将净化机构9提出,从而便于用户对吸附板94进行清理或者是更换;
为了使顶盖11的功能更加丰富,本实施例中,优选的,顶盖11的下表面设置有缓冲水槽12,缓冲水槽12与顶盖11通过焊接方式固定连接,缓冲水槽12的底部开设有排水孔23,使用时缓冲水槽12中的水通过排水孔23流出,缓冲水槽12的设置对来自第二连接管10的废水起到缓冲作用,从而对进入净化箱13的废水起到缓冲作用,防止吸附板94由于受到的水流冲击过大而发生损坏。
本发明的工作原理及使用流程:使用时将废水从进水管4注入预处理箱22中,然后通过第一投药管5投入消毒药粉,然后接通驱动电机63的电源,从而使驱动电机63通电带动传动杆64转动,从而通过传动杆64两侧的搅拌杆61和搅拌浮球62对废水和消毒药粉进行搅拌,然后消毒过后的水经过过滤网2的过滤之后进入预处理箱22的底部,然后通过第三投药管25投入活性炭颗粒等吸附剂,从而对废水中残留的固体杂物进一步吸附,然后接通水泵7的电源,从而使水泵7通过第一连接管8将水抽出,并通过第二连接管10将水注入净化箱13中,水经过吸附板94的吸附之后进入净化箱13的底部,然后通过第二投药管 24投放氧化剂和重金属离子吸附剂等药物,从而将废水中含有的重金属离子结合成沉淀物析出,从而避免重金属离子再次排放导致二次污染,然后将净化过后的水经过滤网罩16的再次过滤之后通过排水管15对外排出,从而使废水处理用净化装置对废水的净化效果更好。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种具有搅拌功能的废水处理用净化装置,包括支撑底板(20)和预处理箱(22),支撑底板(20)的上表面一端设置有预处理箱(22),预处理箱(22)的内部设置有过滤网(2),预处理箱(22)的一侧设置有与过滤网(2)相对应的第二排渣管(3),预处理箱(22)的上表面一端设置有第一投药管(5),预处理箱(22)的上表面另一端设置有水泵(7),水泵(7)与预处理箱(22)的连接处设置有第一连接管(8),预处理箱(22)的顶部设置有进水管(4),预处理箱(22)的底部设置有第一排渣管(1),其特征在于:所述预处理箱(22)的上表面中部设置有搅拌机构(6),搅拌机构(6)包括驱动电机(63),驱动电机(63)的输出端设置有传动杆(64),传动杆(64)的两侧设置有搅拌杆(61),传动杆(64)的底端设置有与过滤网(2)相对应的清洁刷板(66)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的具有搅拌功能的废水处理用净化装置,其特征在于:所述搅拌杆(61)与传动杆(64)通过焊接方式固定连接,搅拌杆(61)的一侧设置有搅拌浮球(62),搅拌杆(61)与搅拌浮球(62)的连接处焊接有连接绳(65),连接绳(65)为钢丝绳。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的具有搅拌功能的废水处理用净化装置,其特征在于:所述预处理箱(22)的底部焊接有与第一排渣管(1)相对应的第二导流板(21),预处理箱(22)的另一侧设置有第三投药管(25)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的具有搅拌功能的废水处理用净化装置,其特征在于:所述支撑底板(20)的上表面另一端设置有净化箱(13),净化箱(13)的顶部设置有顶盖(11),水泵(7)与顶盖(11)的连接处设置有第二连接管(10),净化箱(13)的一侧设置有排水管(15),净化箱(13)的内壁上设置有与排水管(15)相对应的过滤网罩(16)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的具有搅拌功能的废水处理用净化装置,其特征在于:所述过滤网罩(16)与净化箱(13)通过焊接方式固定连接,排水管(15)的下方设置有第三排渣管(17),净化箱(13)的底部设置有与第三排渣管(17)相对应的第一导流板(19)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的具有搅拌功能的废水处理用净化装置,其特征在于:所述净化箱(13)的另一侧设置有第二投药管(24),净化箱(13)的底部设置有与第二投药管(24)相对应的搅拌叶片(18)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的具有搅拌功能的废水处理用净化装置,其特征在于:所述净化箱(13)的顶部设置有净化机构(9),净化机构(9)包括连接件(91),连接件(91)的两端设置有侧板(92),净化箱(13)的内壁上设置有与侧板(92)相对应的支撑件(14),连接件(91)的上方设置有吸附板(94),侧板(92)上开设有与吸附板(94)相对应的限位滑槽(93)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的具有搅拌功能的废水处理用净化装置,其特征在于:所述吸附板(94)的材质为活性炭,连接件(91)的顶端设置有提手(95),提手(95)与侧板(92)为一体成型结构。
  9. 根据权利要求4-8任一所述的具有搅拌功能的废水处理用净化装置,其特征在于:所述顶盖(11)的下表面设置有缓冲水槽(12),缓冲水槽(12)与顶盖(11)通过焊接方式固定连接,缓冲水槽(12)的底部开设有排水孔(23)。
