Description
本发明涉及电声换能器件技术领域,尤其涉及一种扬声器
扬声器广泛应用于手机、笔记本电脑、助听器等便携性电子设备。随着这些便捷性电子设备的快速发展,人们对其的功能性要求越来越强,应用于其上的扬声器件也相应快速的发展。
目前,相关结构的扬声器包括盆架,收容于盆架的振动系统和磁路系统。而通常盆架采用一体化结构,并由塑料注塑成型或者金属材料制作。采用塑料制作的盆架,厚度过薄,强度不够,在保证强度够的前提下,需要将盆架的厚度保证在一定的范围内,这样则使得盆架与音膜胶合的接触面过大,导致音膜的折环宽度过小而影响产品的音频性能。而采用金属材料制作的盆架,一体结构的盆架则使得重量过大,进而使得使用此种盆架的扬声器显得笨重。
相关技术中盆架一体化设置的结构因盆架与音膜胶合面过大使得音膜折环宽度相应减少小而降低音频性能以及产品笨重的技术问题。
本发明的技术方案如下:一种扬声器,包括盆架和收容于盆架内的振动系统和磁路系统,振动系统包括固定于盆架的振膜、驱动振膜振动发声的音圈以及设于音圈相对两侧的弹性支撑件,音圈位于振膜与弹性支撑件之间,磁路系统包括固定于盆架的磁轭、固定于磁轭的主磁钢、分别位于主磁钢相对两侧且与主磁钢间隔形成磁间隙的副磁钢以及叠设于副磁钢的上夹板,上夹板包括叠设于副磁钢的本体部、自本体部的相对两端朝振膜方向弯折延伸的延伸部以及连接在延伸部之间的连接部,本体部、延伸部及连接部围成环形;弹性支撑件一端与音圈固定、另一端与盆架固定;连接部与盆架固定,弹性支撑件位于连接部与磁轭之间;盆架包括主体部以及安装在主体部靠近振膜一侧的金属嵌件,金属嵌件位于主体部与振膜之间;振膜包括振动部以及自振动部边缘延伸的固定部,固定部与金属嵌件固定。
进一步地,磁路系统还包括叠设于副磁钢远离磁轭一侧的辅助磁钢,本体部避让辅助磁钢且位于辅助磁钢与音圈之间。

本发明的有益效果在于:由主体部与金属嵌件组成盆架的基本构架,利用金属嵌件的刚度性能来保证盆架整体强度,使得不需要加大金属嵌件与振膜的胶合面积,进而可以增大振膜折环的宽度来增加振膜的振动空间使得产品的音频性能得以提升,还能提高产品的耐摔、耐挤压性能。在此基础上,将上夹板通过主体部与盆架固定于一体,进一步地提升了盆架强度,同时简化了装配工序,提高了生产效率。

本发明提供的一种扬声器,由主体部11与金属嵌件12组成盆架1的基本构架,利用金属嵌件12的刚度性能来保证盆架1整体强度,进而可以增大振膜21折环的宽度来增加振膜21的振动空间使得产品的音频性能得以提升,还能提高产品的耐摔、耐挤压性能。在此基础上,将上夹板34通过主体部11与盆架1固定于一体,进一步地提升了盆架1强度,同时简化了装配工序,提高了生产效率。
在本实施例中,主体部11可以采用塑胶材料,如此即可以降低盆架1整体的重量,又可以提高金属嵌件12以及上夹板34与下述的支撑部111在盆架1上的连接稳固度。
进一步地,磁路系统3还包括叠设于副磁钢33远离磁轭31一侧的辅助磁钢35,本体部341避让辅助磁钢35且位于辅助磁钢35与音圈22之间。如此,可以提高扬声器的内部结构的紧凑性。

进一步地,主体部11还包括自支撑部111远离振膜21的一端朝远离金属嵌件12的方向延伸的延伸柱115,金属嵌件12远离振膜21的一侧延伸形成贴附于延伸柱115外侧的金属延伸片14。通过延伸柱115和金属延伸片14的配合,可以进一步提高主体部11和金属嵌件12的连接稳固度。

Claims (11)
- 一种扬声器,包括盆架和收容于所述盆架内的振动系统和磁路系统,所述振动系统包括固定于所述盆架的振膜、驱动所述振膜振动发声的音圈以及设于所述音圈相对两侧的弹性支撑件,所述音圈位于所述振膜与所述弹性支撑件之间,所述磁路系统包括固定于所述盆架的磁轭、固定于所述磁轭的主磁钢、分别位于所述主磁钢相对两侧且与所述主磁钢间隔形成磁间隙的副磁钢以及叠设于所述副磁钢的上夹板,其特征在于:所述上夹板包括叠设于所述副磁钢的本体部、自所述本体部的相对两端朝所述振膜方向弯折延伸的延伸部以及连接在所述延伸部之间的连接部,所述本体部、所述延伸部及所述连接部围成环形;所述弹性支撑件一端与所述音圈固定、另一端与所述盆架固定;所述连接部与所述盆架固定,所述弹性支撑件位于所述连接部与所述磁轭之间;所述盆架包括主体部以及安装在所述主体部靠近所述振膜一侧的金属嵌件,所述金属嵌件位于所述主体部与所述振膜之间;所述振膜包括振动部以及自所述振动部边缘延伸的固定部,所述固定部与所述金属嵌件固定。
- 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述磁路系统还包括叠设于所述副磁钢远离所述磁轭一侧的辅助磁钢,所述本体部避让所述辅助磁钢且位于所述辅助磁钢与所述音圈之间。
- 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述固定部包括与所述振动部边缘连接的第一连接部以及自所述第一连接部朝所述金属嵌件方向弯折延伸的第二连接部,所述金属嵌件包括抵靠并固定所述第一连接部的第一固定面以及与所述第二连接部贴合固定的第二固定面。
- 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述金属嵌件为金属环。
- 根据权利要求4所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述主体部包括与所述振膜相对的支撑部,所述支撑部靠近所述振膜的一侧朝所述振膜方向延伸形成有突出部,所述金属嵌件套设在所述突出部外周。
- 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述延伸部与所述突出部远离所述金属嵌件的一侧固定,所述延伸部靠近所述振膜的一端与所述突出部齐平。
- 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述支撑部朝所述振膜方向延伸形成有与所述突出部间隔设置的卡接部,所述卡接部与所述突出部之间形成收容安装所述金属嵌件的容置槽。
- 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述金属嵌件、所述上夹板及所述主体部一体注塑成型。
- 根据权利要求8所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述主体部还包括自所述支撑部远离所述振膜的一端朝远离所述金属嵌件的方向延伸的延伸柱,所述金属嵌件远离所述振膜的一侧延伸形成贴附于所述延伸柱外侧的金属延伸片。
- 根据权利要求9所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述弹性支撑件包括固定在所述音圈一端的柔性电路板以及贴设在所述柔性电路板远离所述音圈一侧的下音膜,所述柔性电路板包括与所述音圈连接的第一固定臂、固定在所述盆架的第二固定臂以及连接在所述第一固定臂与所述第二固定臂之间的弹力臂。
- 根据权利要求10所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述下音膜包括正对所述弹力臂并朝远离所述弹力臂方向突出的弧形折环部。
