目前市场上的雨淋报警阀阀,采用密封圈、阀盘、螺钉紧固结构的雨淋报警阀,零部件多,加工繁琐,成本高,密封圈长时间与阀座贴合受压易产生永久变形,可靠性降低,使用寿命短;采用隔膜结构的雨淋报警阀,在管道长时间日常承压状态下,隔膜时常出现鼓凸和开裂,造成误喷事故。并且这些类型的雨淋报警阀因设计和材料的限制,所能承受的工作压力只有1.6MPa,承压低,并且水力摩阻大。因而市场上常规结构的雨淋报警阀已经不能满足现代消防所要求的高可靠性能和耐高压性能的需求。
因此,如何改变现有技术中,雨淋报警阀元器件易变形导致失效、使用寿命短以及承受工作压力小的现状,已成为本领域技术人员亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种雨淋报警阀,以解决上述现有技术存在的问题,提高雨淋报警阀的可靠性和耐高压性。

本发明提供一种雨淋报警阀,包括阀体1、阀盖2、活塞3和阀板4,阀体1具有水流通道5,阀体1还设置进水口6和出水口7,进水口6和出水口7均与水流通道5相连通,阀体1还设置控制腔8,活塞3可滑动地设置于控制腔8内,阀盖2设置于控制腔8的开口处并与阀体1可拆卸连接,活塞3与控制腔8之间、阀体1与阀盖2之间均设置密封元件,控制腔8与消防主管道相连通,消防主管道能够向控制腔8内输入压力水,控制腔8还连接有泄流管道,控制腔8能够向泄流管道内输送水;阀板4与阀体1的内壁铰接,阀板4能够封堵进水口6,活塞3与阀板4相连,活塞3来回滑动能够带动阀板4转动。
本发明的雨淋报警阀,在不需通水的状态下,通过消防主管道向控制腔8内输入压力水,在水压作用下,活塞3顶紧与之相连的阀板4,使阀板4能够封堵进水口6,在雨淋报警阀工作时,控制腔8内的水经由泄流管道释放,水压减小后,阀板4在水力的推动下向上旋转,推动活塞3向上运动,进水口6打开后,水流通过水流通道5由出水口7流出,进行消防灭火,工作完成后,切断控制腔8与泄流管道之间的连通,继续通过消防主管道向控制腔8内通入压力水,在水压作用下,活塞向下移动,带动阀板4转动并封堵进水口6,本发明的雨淋报警阀结构简单,采用活塞3带动阀板4的结构,提高了可靠性和耐压性。
具体地,雨淋报警阀还包括连杆9,阀板4与连杆9的一端铰接,连杆9的另一端与活塞3铰接,连杆9设置于阀板4靠近出水口7的一侧,活塞3采用连杆9带动阀板4运动,结构简单,运动可靠。
其中,阀板4包括第一连接部401、工作部402和第一连接部403,第一连接部401与阀体1的内壁通过转轴10铰接,第一连接部403与连杆9的一端铰接,第一连接部403设置于工作部402远离进水口6的一侧,工作部402能够绕转轴10转动,工作部402能够封堵进水口6。第一连接部401设置于工作部402的一侧,工作部402绕转轴10转动能够开启和关闭进水口6,第一连接部403设置于工作部402上,使工作部402与活塞3相连带动工作部402运动。
在本具体实施方式中,工作部402为半圆形板状结构,第一连接部401和转轴10的数量均为两个,两个第一连接部401均与工作部402的直边面相连,两个第一连接部401之间具有间隙,第一连接部401设置为两个,避免了阀板4在翻转过程中出现偏转、歪斜的问题,提高雨淋报警阀的结构可靠性。
更具体地,控制腔8内设置缸筒11,活塞3可滑动地设置于缸筒11内,设置缸筒11,使得活塞3运动更顺畅,同时降低了阀体1的加工难度,活塞3与缸筒11的内壁相抵接,活塞3与缸筒11之间、缸筒11与阀体1的内壁之间均设置密封元件,避免泄露。
进一步地,进水口6与出水口7同轴设置,进水口6与出水口7同轴,直通式水流通道5减少水流弯道,降低了水利摩阻损失,压力损失小,可承受工作压力高,提高了适用性,缸筒11的轴线与进水口6的轴线相垂直,整体结构呈倒T字形,使用时可水平或直立安装。
为了加强阀板4封堵进水口6时的密封性,阀板4靠近进水口6的一侧设置密封垫12,阀板4封堵进水口6时,密封垫12与阀体1的内壁相抵接,在阀板4的压力作用下,密封垫12背阀板4和阀体1压紧,避免漏水。
在本具体实施方式中,密封垫12通过压盘13固定在阀板4上,压盘13与阀板4通过螺钉固定,压盘13的外径较进水口6的内径小,避免压 盘13和螺钉影响阀板4运动,确保阀板4能够封堵进水口6。
更进一步地,阀盖2上设置连通孔14,控制腔8通过连通孔14分别与消防主管道和泄流管道相连通,连通孔14与消防管道之间、连通孔14与泄流管道之间均设置控制阀,便于控制控制腔8的状态,避免水流混乱影响雨淋报警阀的正常工作。
本发明的雨淋报警阀,采用活塞3带动阀板4的结构,在不需通水的状态下,通过消防主管道向控制腔8内输入压力水,在水压作用下,活塞3顶紧与之相连的阀板4,使阀板4能够封堵进水口6,在雨淋报警阀工作时,控制腔8内的水经由泄流管道释放,水压减小后,阀板4在水流通道5内水力的推动下向上旋转,通过连杆9推动活塞3向上运动,进水口6打开后,水流通过水流通道5由出水口7流出,进行消防灭火,工作完成后,切断控制腔8与泄流管道之间的连通,继续通过消防主管道向控制腔8内通入压力水,在水压作用下,活塞向下移动,带动阀板4转动并封堵进水口6。同时,进水口6与出水口7同轴设置,直通式水流通道5减少水流弯道,降低了水利摩阻损失,压力损失小,可承受工作压力高,提高了适用性,缸筒11的轴线与进水口6的轴线相垂直,整体结构呈倒T字形,使用时可水平或直立安装,本发明的雨淋报警阀结构简单,采用活塞3带动阀板4的结构,提高了可靠性和耐压性。

Claims (9)
- 一种雨淋报警阀,其特征在于:包括阀体、阀盖、活塞和阀板,所述阀体具有水流通道,所述阀体还设置进水口和出水口,所述进水口和所述出水口均与所述水流通道相连通,所述阀体还设置控制腔,所述活塞可滑动地设置于所述控制腔内,所述阀盖设置于所述控制腔的开口处并与所述阀体可拆卸连接,所述活塞与所述控制腔之间、所述阀体与所述阀盖之间均设置密封元件,所述控制腔与消防主管道相连通,消防主管道能够向所述控制腔内输入压力水,所述控制腔还连接有泄流管道,所述控制腔能够向所述泄流管道内输送水;所述阀板与所述阀体的内壁铰接,所述阀板能够封堵所述进水口,所述活塞与所述阀板相连,所述活塞来回滑动能够带动所述阀板转动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的雨淋报警阀,其特征在于:还包括连杆,所述阀板与所述连杆的一端铰接,所述连杆的另一端与所述活塞铰接,所述连杆设置于所述阀板靠近所述出水口的一侧。
- 根据权利要求2所述的雨淋报警阀,其特征在于:所述阀板包括第一连接部、工作部和第二连接部,所述第一连接部与所述阀体的内壁通过转轴铰接,所述第二连接部与所述连杆的一端铰接,所述第二连接部设置于所述工作部远离所述进水口的一侧,所述工作部能够绕转轴转动,所述工作部能够封堵所述进水口。
- 根据权利要求3所述的雨淋报警阀,其特征在于:所述工作部为半圆形板状结构,所述第一连接部和所述转轴的数量均为两个,两个所述第一连接部均与所述工作部的直边面相连,两个所述第一连接部之间具有间隙。
- 根据权利要求1所述的雨淋报警阀,其特征在于:所述控制腔内设置缸筒,所述活塞可滑动地设置于所述缸筒内,所述活塞与所述缸筒的内壁相抵接,所述活塞与所述缸筒之间、所述缸筒与所述阀体的内壁之间均设置密封元件。
- 根据权利要求5所述的雨淋报警阀,其特征在于:所述进水口与所述出水口同轴设置,所述缸筒的轴线与所述进水口的轴线相垂直。
- 根据权利要求1所述的雨淋报警阀,其特征在于:所述阀板靠近所述进水口的一侧设置密封垫,所述阀板封堵所述进水口时,所述密封垫与所述阀体的内壁相抵接。
- 根据权利要求7所述的雨淋报警阀,其特征在于:所述密封垫通过压盘固定在所述阀板上,所述压盘与所述阀板通过螺钉固定,所述压盘的外径较所述进水口的内径小。
- 根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的雨淋报警阀,其特征在于:所述阀盖上设置连通孔,所述控制腔通过所述连通孔分别与消防主管道和所述泄流管道相连通,所述连通孔与消防管道之间、所述连通孔与所述泄流管道之间均设置控制阀。
