Abstract

Es wird ein Ultraschall-Wandler (1) beschrieben, der ein Behältnis (2) mit einer Öffnung, einem Boden (3) und eine Wand (4) aufweist. Eine piezoelektrische Scheibe (5) ist innerhalb des Behältnisses (2) auf dem Boden (3), der auch als Membran dient, angeordnet. Außerdem weist der Ultraschall-Wandler (1) einen Deckel (6) auf, der das Behältnis (2) verschließt. In den Deckel (6) ist eine Elektronik (7) integriert, die die piezoelektrische Scheibe (5) elektrisch kontaktiert und dazu ausgestaltet ist die piezoelektrische Scheibe (5) zu steuern und auszulesen.
