发明实施例
本发明的实施方式
为了使本申请的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本申请进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本申请。
需说明的是,当部件被称为“固定于”或“设置于”另一个部件,它可以直接在另一个部件上或者间接在该另一个部件上。当一个部件被称为是“连接于”另一个部件,它可以是直接或者间接连接至该另一个部件上。术语“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语的具体含义。术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于便于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明技术特征的数量。“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上,除非另有明确具体的限定。
为了说明本申请所述的技术方案,以下结合具体附图及实施例进行详细说明。
请参阅图1至图4,现对本申请提供的动物饮水器进行说明。
该动物饮水器包括储水箱1及水泵2,所述储水箱1内表面光滑设置,水泵2设于储水箱1底部,水泵2呈方形,水泵2底部平齐,水泵2的外周具有入水侧21、限位侧22及两定位侧23,储水箱1内的水从入水侧21进入水泵2中,限位侧22与入水侧21相对设置,两定位侧23相对设置并分别与入水侧21及限位侧22相连。定位侧23凸设有定位块24,定位块24上开设有定位孔240,储水箱1底部凸设有定位柱11,两定位孔240分别插设于两定位柱11中,储水箱1底部凸设有用于与限位侧22相抵接的挡板12。
在本实施例中,安装水泵2的时候,首先将水泵2平稳的放置于储水箱1底部,然后直接将两个定位孔240分别对应插设于两定位柱11中,最后使得挡板12与限 位侧22抵接即可,或者为了水泵2安装稳定,还可以在水泵2的底部设置吸盘,通过吸盘将水泵2进一步稳定地安装于储水箱1底部;当需要对储水箱1及水泵2进行清洗时,可直接将水泵2从储水箱1中拆卸下来进行清洗。
本申请提供的动物饮水器通过将水泵2底部平齐设置,其不需要定位筋就能放置平稳,且水泵2与储水箱1通过简单的定位块24及挡板12进行安装连接,从而使得水泵2的外周表面只设置有两定位块24,而储水箱1的底部也仅设置有两定位柱11及挡板12,从而使得水泵2与储水箱1的表面结构简单,便于清洗,且水泵2与储水箱1拆卸方便,便于更换维护。
在本实施例中,上述挡板12沿图2中前后方向上的宽度小于水泵2沿图2中前后方向上的宽度的三分之一,这样,不仅使得挡板12结构小便于清洗,同时也使得挡板12与两定位柱11之间的间距大,方便清洗。可以理解地,在本申请的其他实施例中,根据实际情况及具体要求,上述挡板12的宽度也可以设置的稍微大些,只要保证挡板12及储水箱1方便清洗即可,此处不做唯一限定。
在本实施例中,请参阅图2,上述定位柱11呈阶梯状,定位柱11包括大径段111及小径段112,大径段111与储水箱1底部连接,小径段112连接于大径段111。定位孔240为阶梯孔,定位孔240包括大径孔及小径孔,大径孔与大径段111配合,小径孔与大径孔相连并与小径段112配合。在本实施例中,大径孔与大径段111之间为间隙配合,小径孔与小径段112之间也为间隙配合,从而方便水泵2的拆卸。可以理解地,在本申请的其他实施例中,根据实际情况及具体要求,当没有吸盘固定时,大径孔与大径段111之间也可为过盈配合,小径孔与小径段112之间也可为过盈配合,从而保证水泵2与储水箱1之间的安装稳定,此处不做唯一限定。
在本实施例中,请参阅图5及图6,上述水泵2的入水侧21设有安装框3,安装框3可拆卸地安装于水泵2上,安装框3内设有用于将储水箱1内水进行初步过滤的海绵。本实施例通过在水泵2上设置安装海绵的安装框3,并在安装框3中设置海绵,不仅使得储水箱1中的水在进入水泵2之前能够得到初步的过滤,防止动物杂毛等进入水泵2中,同时也避免了在储水箱1底部或水泵2上延伸出用于安装海绵的安装结构,从而使得储水箱1表面及水泵2表面结构简化,方便清洗。
在本实施例中,请参阅图4及图5,两定位侧23上分别设有滑槽25,具体的,滑槽25靠近入水侧21设置,滑槽25沿竖直方向延伸,安装框3围设于入水侧21及至少部分定位侧23外周,安装框3两端部分别卡设于两滑槽25上。
具体的,安装框3包括底板31及侧板32,底板31呈平板状,底板31上开设有U型槽310,U型槽310开口朝向水泵2设置,U型槽310套设于水泵2入水侧21及部分定位侧23,侧板32自底板31外周边缘垂直向上延伸,侧板32的两端部分别滑设于两滑槽25上,底板31及侧板32上均匀分布有用于供储水箱1内水进入的通孔30。
在本实施例中,请参阅图7,上述储水箱1底部由外侧向内侧凹设有用于供手托扣的扣手槽13,且储水箱1底部一周均匀分布有扣手槽13。具体的,在本实施例中,储水箱1大致呈方形,储水箱1底部对应四个侧边分别设有一扣手槽13,且每一扣手槽13内凹的幅度由储水箱1周边向底部中心逐渐减小,这样,不仅使得储水箱1便于搬运,同时也使得储水箱1外表美观。此外,储水箱1的顶部各边均呈内凹的弧度设置,且储水箱1的顶部与底部内凹结构相对应,从而进一步使得储水箱1外表美观。
在本实施例中,请参阅图1及图3,上述储水箱1侧壁上开设有视窗口14,视窗口14沿竖直方向延伸,视窗口14处安装有透明条4,透明条4沿储水箱1高度方向延伸,透明条4上设有用于读取储水箱1内水高度的刻度线41,这样,用户透过透明条4就能看到储水箱1内大概的水位,而通过读取刻度线41则可以获得储水箱1内水位的精确值,从而方便用户判断是否需要加水或换水。
具体的,在本实施例中,上述视窗口14呈阶梯设置,透明条4周边呈阶梯设置,且透明条4采用软胶材料制成,从而可以将透明条4卡设于视窗口14上。可以理解地,在本申请的其他实施例中,根据实际情况及具体要求,上述透明条4也可采用硬质透明材料制成,上述透明条4也可以通过粘贴件或紧固件安装于视窗口14处,此处不做唯一限定。
在本实施例中,上述透明条4呈腰形,从而使得其结构美观。可以理解地,在本申请的其他实施例中,上述透明条4也可直接呈长方形或其他形状,此处不做唯一限定。
在本实施例中,请参阅图4,上述限位侧22设有水位检测器5,水泵2内设有电 路板(图中未示出),电路板通过环氧树脂密封于水泵2内,电路板分别与水位检测器5及水泵2电连接,水位检测器5用于检测储水箱1内水位并将水位信息发送至电路板,电路板用于接收水位检测器5发送过来的水位信息并判断是否缺水,电路板判定缺水时发生控制命令控制水泵2断电。具体的,在本实施例中,上述水泵2内部电路通过储水箱1底部与外部电路进行连接,并采用密封结构进行密封。本实施例通过将电路板密封于水泵2中,从而使得水泵2及储水箱1表面结构整洁,方便清洗。
在本实施例中,请参阅图7及图8,上述动物饮水器还包括饮水盆6及过滤组件7,饮水盆6包括抽水管61及环形水槽62,抽水管61连接于水泵2及环形水槽62之间,环形水槽62、过滤组件7及储水箱1从上到下依次设置,环形水槽62内的水超过第一高度时将会自动向下流经过滤组件7并流回储水箱1。其中,第一高度可以根据实际情况而定,如针对饮水量大的动物,可以将第一高度设置的高一些,以满足动物的饮水需求,而针对饮水量小的动物,可以将第一高度设置的低一些,以防止水一直停留在环形水槽62中,导致水不够新鲜,水内异物较多,不健康环保。
具体的,抽水管61沿竖直方向设置,抽水管61的入水口与水泵2连接,抽水管61的出水口与环形水槽62连接,抽水管61依次贯穿储水箱1及过滤组件7。
在本实施例中,请参阅图7,上述环形水槽62从内到外包括依次连接的内壁621、槽底622及外壁623,内壁621、槽底622及外壁623均沿周向延伸,抽水管61连接于内壁621的中心,内壁621由抽水管61向槽底622呈向下的陡坡状,且抽水管61与内壁621的连接处呈倒圆角设置,从而使得环形水槽62的水呈喷涌状进入,给动物一种新奇的感觉,提高动物饮水的兴趣。
请参阅图8,上内壁621上设有沿周向分布并向内凹的水流台阶6211,水流台阶6211自沿内壁621中心延伸至槽底622,且每一水流台阶6211沿周向的宽度自内壁621中心到槽底622逐渐增大,从而让水喷出后在水流台阶6211的作用下成为紊流状态,增大空气与水的接触面积,让氧气在水流中充分溶解,从而增加水中氧气的含氧量,让宠物随时可饮到健康的活水。
在本实施例中,请参阅图8,上述外壁623的外边缘设有多个出水槽6231,出水 槽6231沿环形水槽62周向分布并沿外壁623周向延伸,各出水槽6231用于供水及异物流向过滤组件7并流回储水箱1,这样,当环形水槽62内的水达到第一高度时将会流向过滤组件7,经过过滤组件7过滤后并流回储水箱1中,从而形成水流循环系统。此外,在本实施例中,异物一般指动物毛发或一些掉入环形水槽62中的灰尘异物等,从而可以避免毛发等异物长期浸泡于水中而滋生细菌,导致水不健康。
在本实施例中,上述环形水槽62上设有四个出水槽6231,各出水槽6231沿环形水槽62周向均匀间隔分布。可以理解地,在本发明的其他实施例中,上述环形水槽62上也可以设有三个、五个及五个以上出水槽6231,且各水槽之间的间距也可根据实际情况设置呈不相等,此处不做唯一限定。
请参阅图3,在本实施例中,上述出水槽6231沿环形水槽62的周向延伸,即各出水槽6231呈弧形,且出水槽6231沿环形水槽62径向方向的宽度根据实际异物大小进行调节,此处不做唯一限定。
以上仅为本申请的可选实施例而已,并不用于限制本申请。对于本领域的技术人员来说,本申请可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本申请的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本申请的权利要求范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 动物饮水器,其特征在于,包括储水箱,所述储水箱底部设有水泵,所述水泵底部平齐,所述水泵的外周具有入水侧、限位侧及两定位侧,所述储水箱内的水从所述入水侧进入所述水泵中,所述限位侧与所述入水侧相对设置,两所述定位侧相对设置并分别与所述入水侧及所述限位侧相连;所述定位侧凸设有定位块,所述定位块上开设有定位孔,所述储水箱底部凸设有定位柱,两所述定位孔分别插设于两所述定位柱中,所述储水箱底部凸设有用于与所述限位侧相抵接的挡板。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的动物饮水器,其特征在于,所述定位柱呈阶梯状,所述定位柱包括与所述储水箱底部连接的大径段,以及连接于所述大径段的小径段;所述定位孔为阶梯孔,所述定位孔包括与所述大径段配合的大径孔,以及与所述大径孔相连并与所述小径段配合的小径孔。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的动物饮水器,其特征在于,所述水泵的入水侧设有可拆卸的安装框,所述安装框内设有用于将所述储水箱内水进行初步过滤的海绵。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的动物饮水器,其特征在于,两所述定位侧上分别设有滑槽,所述滑槽沿竖直方向延伸,所述安装框围设于所述入水侧及至少部分定位侧外周,所述安装框的两端部分别卡设于两所述滑槽上。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的动物饮水器,其特征在于,所述储水箱底部由外侧向内侧凹设有用于供手托扣的扣手槽,各所述扣手槽沿所述储水箱底部一周均匀分布,且所述扣手槽内凹的幅度由所述储水箱周边向底部中心逐渐减小。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的动物饮水器,其特征在于,所述储水箱侧壁上开设有视窗口,所述视窗口处安装有透明条,所述透明条沿所述储水箱高度方向延伸,所述透明条上设有用于读取所述储水箱 内水位高度的刻度线。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的动物饮水器,其特征在于,所述限位侧及两所述定位侧中至少一侧设有用于检测所述储水箱内水位的水位检测器,所述水泵内设有分别与所述水位检测器及所述水泵电连接并用于根据所述水位检测器发送过来的水位信息判断是否控制所述水泵断电的电路板,所述电路板通过环氧树脂密封于所述水泵内。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的动物饮水器,其特征在于,所述动物饮水器还包括饮水盆及过滤组件,所述饮水盆包括抽水管及环形水槽,所述抽水管连接于所述水泵及所述环形水槽之间,所述环形水槽内的水超过第一高度时将会自动向下流经过滤组件并流回所述储水箱。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的动物饮水器,其特征在于,所述环形水槽从内到外包括依次连接的内壁、槽底及外壁,所述抽水管连接于所述内壁的中心,所述内壁由所述抽水管向所述槽底呈向下的陡坡状,且所述内壁上设有沿周向分布并向内凹的水流台阶,所述水流台阶自所述沿所述内壁中心延伸至所述槽底,且每一所述水流台阶沿周向的宽度自所述内壁中心到所述槽底逐渐增大。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的动物饮水器,其特征在于,所述外壁的外边缘上设有多个沿周向分布并用于供水及异物流向所述过滤组件的出水槽,所述出水槽沿所述外壁周向延伸。
