Description

铲柄连接装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及清洁工具领域,具体指一种铲柄连接装置。
背景技术
铲,作为撮取或清除东西的用具,一般的铲子包括铲柄和与铲柄连接的铲头,其中,铲柄用于握持,铲头用于撮取或清除东西。市面上较为常见的铲,一般采用铲柄与铲头通过螺纹配合连接的方式进行固定相连。采用上述方式存在如下缺陷:铲在长期使用后,容易产生松动,连接不够稳定的问题。
实用新型内容
为了解决现有技术存在的缺陷,本实用新型提供一种连接稳定且不易松动的铲柄连接装置。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种铲柄连接装置,包括用于连接铲柄和铲头的连接组件,连接组件包括连接件和连接座;连接件的前端设置有连接部和限位部,连接部上设置有限位扣,连接座嵌设在铲头内;连接座内开设有供连接部插入的连接槽,连接槽内壁上开设有供限位扣卡入的限位槽;连接件插接固定在连接座内;限位部的外侧壁的一段与连接座的内侧壁一段合围形成容纳腔;铲柄的一端插接固定在容纳腔内。
铲柄连接装置的使用,首先连接座预先嵌设在铲头内,与铲头一体成型的结构。将连接件的连接部对准连接座的连接槽进行插入,插入到位后,连接件和连接座通过限位扣和限位槽卡接固定相连,连接之后,连接件的限位部和连接座的连接槽会在入口端形成一段容纳腔,将铲柄插入容纳腔内实现铲柄与连接件和连接座的固定相连。采用上述方案后,通过限位扣和限位槽的配合可以实现连接件和连接座之间的稳固连接,从而使得铲柄和铲头之间连接稳固,不 易发生松动。
进一步的改进,限位扣上具有自前向后倾斜设置的第一斜面;所述限位槽外设置有与第一斜面匹配的用于引导限位扣滑入限位槽的第二斜面;所述限位槽内设置有能与第一斜面贴合的第三斜面。采用上述方案后,通过第一斜面的设置,当连接件插入连接座时,第一斜面受压,限位扣能顺利卡入限位槽中,插接方便,易于实施。通过第二斜面的设置,可以引导限位扣滑入限位槽中。通过第三斜面的设置,限位扣和限位槽可以进行紧密配合,减小第一斜面的磨损。
进一步的改进,限位扣沿连接件的轴向间隔分布,形成锯齿状卡扣;限位槽沿连接座的轴向间隔分布,形成锯齿状卡槽,连接件与连接座借助于限位扣与限位槽相互啮合卡接固定相连。采用锯齿状设计,使得连接座与连接件的连接更加稳定与牢固。
进一步的改进,铲柄与连接件在插接处通过铆钉固定相连。采用铆钉固定结构简单,成本较低,且固定之后可以有效地防止手柄在使用过程中发生绕轴偏转。
进一步的改进,限位扣设置在连接部的底部;连接部的顶部设有加强板。加强板的设计使得增强了连接部的强度,使得铲在使用的过程中能够承受较大的外力。
进一步的改进,连接座的顶部采用两端向上翘起,中间水平凹陷的曲面结构。采用上述结构使得连接座能够较好地嵌设在铲头内部,不至于在使用的过程中发生松动。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图及实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细描述。
如图1至图4所示,一种铲柄连接装置,包括用于连接铲柄1和铲头的连接组件,连接组件包括连接件2和连接座3。
连接件2的前端设置有连接部21和限位部22,连接部21上设置有限位扣211,所述限位扣211上具有自前向后倾斜设置的第一斜面2111;限位扣211沿连接件2的轴向间隔分布,形成锯齿状卡扣。为了增大连接件与连接座在连接处的强度,在本方案中将限位扣211设置在连接部的底部;连接部的顶部设有加强板。借助于加强板提升了连接部的整体强度。
连接座3嵌设在铲头内,为了使连接座能够牢固地设置在铲头内,将连接座3的顶部设计成两端向上翘起,中间水平凹陷的曲面结构。采用该方式后,在进行铲头的注塑时能够增大连接座与铲头之间的接触面积,使最终形成的产品具有较高的强度。连接座3内开设有供连接部21插入的连接槽31,连接槽31内壁上开设有供限位扣211卡入的限位槽311;所述限位槽311外设置有与第一斜面2111匹配的用于引导限位扣211滑入限位槽311的第二斜面3112;所述限位槽311内设置有能与第一斜面2111贴合的第三斜面3111。限位槽311沿连接座3的轴向间隔分布,形成锯齿状卡槽。
连接件2插接固定在连接座3内;连接件2与连接座3借助于限位扣211与限位槽311相互啮合卡接固定相连。限位部22的外侧壁的一段与连接座的内侧壁一段合围形成容纳腔33;铲柄的一端插接固定在容纳腔33内。铲柄1与连 接件2在插接处通过铆钉固定相连。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种铲柄连接装置,包括用于连接铲柄(1)和铲头的连接组件,其特征在于:连接组件包括连接件(2)和连接座(3);连接件(2)的前端设置有连接部(21)和限位部(22),连接部(21)上设置有限位扣(211),连接座(3)嵌设在铲头内;连接座(3)内开设有供连接部(21)插入的连接槽(31),连接槽(31)内壁上开设有供限位扣(211)卡入的限位槽(311);连接件(2)插接固定在连接座(3)内;限位部(22)的外侧壁的一段与连接座的内侧壁一段合围形成容纳腔(33);铲柄的一端插接固定在容纳腔(33)内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的铲柄连接装置,其特征在于:所述限位扣(211)上具有自前向后倾斜设置的第一斜面(2111);所述限位槽(311)外设置有与第一斜面(2111)匹配的用于引导限位扣(211)滑入限位槽(311)的第二斜面(3112);所述限位槽(311)内设置有能与第一斜面(2111)贴合的第三斜面(3111)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的铲柄连接装置,其特征在于:限位扣(211)沿连接件(2)的轴向间隔分布,形成锯齿状卡扣;限位槽(311)沿连接座(3)的轴向间隔分布,形成锯齿状卡槽,连接件(2)与连接座(3)借助于限位扣(211)与限位槽(311)相互啮合卡接固定相连。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的铲柄连接装置,其特征在于:铲柄(1)与连接件(2)在插接处通过铆钉固定相连。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的铲柄连接结构,其特征在于:限位扣(211)设置在连接部的底部;连接部的顶部设有加强板。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的铲柄连接结构,其特征在于:连接座的顶部采用两端向上翘起,中间水平凹陷的曲面结构。
