Description
本发明涉及液晶显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种三维多孔结构复合体材料及其制备方法、显示装置。
在液晶显示面板中,随着高世代TFT-LCD的发展,面板朝着大型化、高画质、高分辨率演变。当液晶显示面板的尺寸越来越大时,设置于其上的金属布线数量级长度均有着大幅增加。为了增加显示面板的视觉和外观效果,提出并发展窄边框,甚至无边框技术,但是该种设计与阵列基板侧出光朝外(即采用底发射型结构的阵列基板)的设计一样,需面对边缘漏光、对比度降低等不良问题。如图1A、图1B和图1C所示,当采用底发射型结构的阵列基板时,其金属栅极111(Gate)布线主要材质为Cu/Mo、Cu/MoNd、Cu/MoTi和Cu/Ti等强反射的金属材料,其金属部分的反射率很高。一般在金属电极的发射率在可见光400~700nm的平均反射率大于40%,强烈的反光严重影响人眼观赏的效果。另外,作为数据线的金属走线如图1B所示的标号112。
目前已有开发低反射金属膜层113作为阻挡层,如图1C所示,以降低反射率,或者对金属层表面进行粗化处理进而降低其反射率,但是效果不佳。另外,通过贴敷一张1/4λ波长的偏光片(或低反射膜等)来减少金属反射,但是采用该制备方式会增加生产工艺成本。
本发明的目的在于,提供一种三维多孔结构复合体材料及其制备方法、采用该材料的显示装置。所述显示装置中的金属电极层均采用低反射且具有三维多孔结构复合体材料,从而能够加强对可见光源的吸收,并且降低其反射率,以进一步提高对比度和观赏视觉效果。
根据本发明的一方面,提供了一种三维多孔结构复合体材料,所述复合体材料包括:一石墨烯骨架和填充于所述石墨烯骨架的黑色金属氧化物颗粒,所述石墨烯骨架具有三维多孔结构,所述复合体材料用于对可见光源的吸收,并且降低其反射率。
在本发明的一实施例中,所述复合体材料还包括黑色金属氧化物的掺杂化合物。
在本发明的一实施例中,所述黑色金属氧化物为氧化钼。

本发明提供一种三维多孔结构复合体材料的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)将氧化石墨烯和聚苯乙烯材料分别溶解于去离子水中;(2)将聚苯乙烯溶液滴入氧化石墨烯溶液中,并进行超声搅拌及真空抽滤处理,以获得聚苯乙烯/氧化石墨烯薄膜;(3)将所述聚苯乙烯/氧化石墨烯薄膜进行加热处理,以获得三维多孔石墨烯结构;(4)将三维多孔石墨烯结构溶于去离子水中,以形成石墨烯溶液;(5)将黑色金属氧化物或其掺杂化合物的颗粒与所述石墨烯溶液进行混合处理,以进一步获得具有三维多孔结构的复合体材料。

图4是本发明三维多孔结构复合体材料的制备方法的步骤流程图。图5是本发明的三维多孔结构复合体材料中的三维多孔石墨烯结构的制备工艺示意图。图6是本发明的三维多孔结构复合体材料的制备工艺的框架示意图。
参考图4至6所示,在本发明的一实施例中,本发明提供一种三维多孔结构复合体材料的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
结合参考图5,步骤S410:将氧化石墨烯和聚苯乙烯材料分别溶解于去离子水中。
在此步骤中,选取氧化石墨烯GO和聚苯乙烯PS材料,分别溶解于适量的去离子水中,并且通过超声搅拌或磁力搅拌的方法,使两种材料分别充分溶解于去离子水中。
步骤S420:将聚苯乙烯溶液滴入氧化石墨烯溶液中,并进行超声搅拌及真空抽滤处理,以获得聚苯乙烯/氧化石墨烯薄膜。
将充分溶解的聚苯乙烯溶液缓慢滴入氧化石墨烯溶液,其中聚苯乙烯溶液呈正性,氧化石墨烯溶液呈负性,通过超声充分混合。由于这两种材料带相反极性电性,故在超声搅拌处理时,可以充分均匀混合分布。优选的,在超声充分混合时,采用超声温度为常温,例如25度,超声时间为20分~60分。随后进行真空抽滤,得到聚苯乙烯/氧化石墨烯薄膜。
步骤S430:将所述聚苯乙烯/氧化石墨烯薄膜进行加热处理,以获得三维多孔石墨烯结构。
在此步骤中,将所述聚苯乙烯/氧化石墨烯薄膜置于真空环境或惰性气体环境中加热处理,优选地,处理温度约为300度~500度,其中聚苯乙烯PS的高温降解温度为大于280度,氧化石墨烯的还原温度为300度,加热处理时间为2小时至4小时,此时聚苯乙烯被消除,氧化石墨烯被还原,从而获得三维多孔石墨烯结构,如图5所示,以避免石墨烯易团聚现象。
步骤S440:将三维多孔石墨烯结构溶于去离子水中,以形成石墨烯溶液。
步骤S450:将黑色金属氧化物或其掺杂化合物的颗粒与所述石墨烯溶液进行混合处理,并在其中添加分散剂以进行搅拌/超声处理,进而获得一前驱体浆料混合物。
在此步骤中,采用喷雾造粒前驱体浆料的制备方法,将纳米级别的黑色金属氧化物,例如氧化钼,或黑色金属氧化物的掺杂化合物,例如含钕的氧化钼、含钛的氧化钼、含铝的氧化钼中的至少一种等原料粉体颗粒和预先溶解于去离子水的石墨烯溶液,一起置入搅拌球磨机或超声机中进行混合处理。在此其中,添加分散剂并进行搅拌/超声处理,以获得分散均匀的前驱体浆料混合物。该前驱体浆料混合物包括:黑色金属氧化物(例如氧化钼)或黑色金属氧化物的掺杂化合物(例如含钕的氧化钼、含钛的氧化钼、含铝的氧化钼中的至少一种)以及石墨烯悬浮液。
其中,所述分散剂为0.05%的聚乙烯酰胺(即PEI)或聚丙烯酸为主体的分散剂。
可选的,在步骤S450中,进一步包括:在进行混合处理的过程中,加入聚乙烯醇作为所述黑色金属氧化物或其掺杂化合物的颗粒与所述石墨烯溶液的粘结剂。
黑色金属氧化物(例如氧化钼)或黑色金属氧化物的掺杂化合物(例如含钕的氧化钼、含钛的氧化钼、含铝的氧化钼中的至少一种)的颗粒带有正电性,而石墨烯溶液带有负性,于是,这些黑色金属氧化物或其掺杂化合物的颗粒能够良好地附着/填充于石墨烯骨架。为了保证充分混合均匀,可以加入适量的聚乙烯醇作为粘结剂(其分解温度为250度)。
另外,在步骤S450之中,进一步包括步骤:在进行混合处理的过程中,加入作为消泡剂的乙二醇,这样能够避免前驱体浆料在浸渍和挤出多余浆料的过程中气泡影响性能的情况。
步骤S460:将所述前驱体浆料混合物进行搅拌旋转。
将前驱体浆料混合物置于一球磨器中搅拌旋转1小时至2小时,使得黑色金属氧化物(例如氧化钼)或黑色金属氧化物的掺杂化合物(例如含钕的氧化钼、含钛的氧化钼、含铝的氧化钼中的至少一种)颗粒/石墨烯悬浮液能够很好地均匀分布,以形成复合体材料。
步骤S470:通过真空抽滤和加热处理,以获得具有三维多孔结构的复合体材料。
在本步骤中,将前驱体浆料混合物通过真空抽滤,均匀涂覆于玻璃基板上,将复合体进行VCD/HP处理。
另外,以1~5℃/min的加热速度,将涂覆复合体的玻璃基板放入电热炉中,并且在250℃下加热20min~40min,粘结剂PVA被消除,留下更多孔隙的黑色金属氧化物(例如氧化钼)或黑色金属氧化物的掺杂化合物(例如含钕的氧化钼、含钛的氧化钼、含铝的氧化钼中的至少一种)颗粒/石墨烯的三维多孔结构的复合体材料。
上述步骤的实施可以参考图6所示。
图7A是本发明一显示装置的结构示意图。图7B是图7所示的阵列基板的结构示意图,其中,所述阵列基板采用了三维多孔结构复合体材料。
参阅图7A,提供一种显示装置700,所述显示装置700包括一阵列基板701。
参阅图7B,所述阵列基板701包括:一设置于一衬底基板710上的金属电极层(720、760);所述金属电极层的材料为上述三维多孔结构复合体材料。
具体地,所述衬底基板例如为玻璃基板,当然不限于此,例如PI基板等。
在所述衬底基板上形成第一金属电极层720。在所述第一金属电极层720上形成一金属电极绝缘层730。在所述金属电极绝缘层730上形成一有源层740。在所述有源层740上设有刻蚀阻挡层750。在刻蚀阻挡层750上设有第二金属电极760。其中,所述第一金属电极层720经图案化后形成栅极。所述第二金属电极层760经图案化后分别形成源极761和漏极762。其中,第一金属电极层720和第二金属电极层760的材料为上述三维多孔结构复合体材料。由于采用该复合材料,因此,能够加强对可见光源的吸收,从而降低其反射率,以及提高对比度和观赏视觉效果。这样,不仅能够节省成本,而且提升产品的竞争力。
另外,本发明所述显示装置700可以包括例如为用于降低反射领域的显示面板、具有底发射结构的显示面板(即阵列基板侧出光朝外的显示面板)、及触屏显示面板。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
本申请的主题可以在工业中制造和使用,具备工业实用性。
Claims (13)
- 一种三维多孔结构复合体材料,其包括:一石墨烯骨架和填充于所述石墨烯骨架的黑色金属氧化物颗粒,所述石墨烯骨架具有三维多孔结构,所述复合体材料用于对可见光源的吸收,并且降低其反射率。
- 根据权利要求1所述的三维多孔结构复合体材料,其中所述复合体材料还包括黑色金属氧化物的掺杂化合物。
- 根据权利要求1所述的三维多孔结构复合体材料,其中所述黑色金属氧化物为氧化钼。
- 根据权利要求2所述的三维多孔结构复合体材料,其中所述掺杂化合物为含钕的氧化钼、含钛的氧化钼、含铝的氧化钼中的至少一种。
- 根据权利要求2所述的三维多孔结构复合体材料,其中所述颗粒的粒径为10纳米~100纳米。
- 一种三维多孔结构复合体材料的制备方法,其中所述制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)将氧化石墨烯和聚苯乙烯材料分别溶解于去离子水中;(2)将聚苯乙烯溶液滴入氧化石墨烯溶液中,并进行处理以获得聚苯乙烯/氧化石墨烯薄膜;(3)将所述聚苯乙烯/氧化石墨烯薄膜进行加热处理,以获得三维多孔石墨烯结构;(4)将三维多孔石墨烯结构溶于去离子水中,以形成石墨烯溶液;以及(5)将黑色金属氧化物或其掺杂化合物的颗粒与所述石墨烯溶液进行混合处理,以进一步获得具有三维多孔结构的复合体材料。
- 根据权利要求6所述三维多孔结构复合体材料的制备方法,其中在步骤(5)中,进一步包括:在进行混合处理的过程中,加入聚乙烯醇作为所述黑色金属氧化物或其掺杂化合物的颗粒与所述石墨烯溶液的粘结剂。
- 根据权利要求6所述三维多孔结构复合体材料的制备方法,其中在步骤(5)之中,进一步包括步骤:在进行混合处理的过程中,加入作为消泡剂的乙二醇。
- 根据权利要求6所述三维多孔结构复合体材料的制备方法,其中在步骤(5)之中,进一步包括步骤:在进行混合处理的过程中,通过分散剂获得一前驱体浆料混合物;以及在获得所述前驱体浆料混合物之后通过处理。获得具有三维多孔结构的复合体材料。
- 根据权利要求9所述三维多孔结构复合体材料的制备方法,其中所述分散剂为0.05%的聚乙烯酰胺或聚丙烯酸为主体的分散剂。
- 一种显示装置,其包括:一阵列基板,所述阵列基板包括一设置于一衬底基板上的第一金属电极层,所述第一金属电极层的材料为权利要求1所述的三维多孔结构复合体材料。
- 根据权利要求11所述的显示装置,其中,在所述金属电极层上进一步依次层叠设置金属电极绝缘层、有源层、刻蚀阻挡层和第二金属电极层。
- 根据权利要求12所述的显示装置,其中,所述第二金属电极层的材料为权利要求1所述的三维多孔结构复合体材料。
