具体地,如图1至4所示,该包装箱包括框架、辅助受力构件、插销机构、箱面;框架由多个边框1组成的方形结构(可以是长方形框架,也可以是正方形框架),边框1为两个平面相互垂直设置的长条形结构,边框1的一端为直角端12,边框1的另一端的为两平面具有斜向尖角端13;在边框1框架的每个面沿长度方向上等距设有多个卡孔14,且两个面的位于同一高度的卡孔14一一对应;箱体顶角由三个框架的斜向尖角端13组合而成,位于同一平面上的两个斜向尖角之和为90°,为便于显示,图3的斜向尖角端的角度为45°,并相邻边框1的位于同一平面上的两个面通过插销机构进行固定连接;箱体的框架由多个边框1组成,彼此连接的边框1的直角端12叠置,并通过插销机 构进行固定连接;辅助受力构件包括多个拉簧3、支撑板2,支撑板2上设置有连接孔21,连接孔21等距均匀设置在支撑板2上,拉簧3的第一端与支撑板2的连接孔21连接,拉簧3的第二端与边框上的同一高度的两个卡孔14进行连接;拉簧3的数量可以根据具体情况增加,且保证支撑板2的每条边上均有拉簧3固定;支撑板3的形状可以是方形、圆形,也可以是圆环、三角环,还可以是其他形状,箱面用于将框架包裹封装为箱体。在本实用新型中,箱体顶角位置由三个互相垂直的边框1的斜向尖角端13组合而成,在同一水平面上相邻斜向尖角端13的角度之和为90°即可,也就是两个斜向尖角端13的角度可以是0°和90°,10°和80°,20°和70°,30°和60°,40°和50°等,通过这样设置,能够有效避免边框1过度重叠,实现边框1的在箱体顶角处实现边框1的无重叠对接,提高了框架整体的稳定性,本领域技术人员对斜向尖角端13的角度变化均应限制在本实用新型的保护范围之内。
此外,如图1和2所示,边框1的相互垂直两个面上的卡孔14均设置有标注(具有颜色的凸起标注,便于识别),且两个面朝向箱体内部一侧,在每个面的每个卡孔14旁都设有凸起数字或者不同边框颜色的数字标注,从边框1的斜向尖角端13至直角端12的卡孔14旁依次标有1,2,3,4,5……9;在边框1朝向外部的一侧,边框1的相互垂直的两个面上的每个卡孔也设有凸起数字或者不同边框颜色的数字标注,且从边框1的斜向尖角端13至直角端12的卡孔14旁依次标有19,18……11;边框1的长度可以是100毫米,也可以是200毫米,相邻卡孔14的间距可以设置为10毫米,可以是20毫米,本领域技术人员对边框1长度调整、相邻卡孔14间距的调整均限制在本实用新型的保护范围之内。以100毫米为例,100毫米的边框1同样嵌套一个同样100毫米的边框1,其有效调整长度为100毫米到200毫米,若装运物品需要170毫米长度,则将边框1拉出70毫米即可;再以200毫米为起点,嵌套同样200毫米的边框,则其有效长度为200毫米到400毫米(200毫米到400毫米的需要可用此边框1);再以400毫米为起点,嵌套同样400毫米的边框,则其有效长度为400毫米到800毫米;并以此类推,可以有800毫米+800毫米,1600 毫米+1600毫米,3200毫米+3200毫米等边框1的长度,涵盖任意箱体尺寸大小。
在本实用新型中,边框1的两端均设有插销环4,且边框1的每个平面上的窄边一侧至少设置有一个插销环4,当然,为了提高固定效果,可以在每个平面的两端分别设置两个插销环4。支撑板2上的连接孔21沿边长均匀设置,相邻两个连接孔21之间的距离可以是100毫米,当然,也可以是80毫米或者130毫米,连接孔21的形状可以是圆形、三角形,也可以是其他形状,本领域技术人员对连接孔21形状的改变均应限制在本发明的保护范围之内。在支撑板2的上表面设置限位凸起或者凹槽,用于固定货物,防止货物在运输过程中晃动或者偏移。
优选地,如图1至4所示,卡孔14平行于边框1的长度方向;每个卡孔14与边框1上的两个面的交线有间距。卡孔14的形状可以是圆孔或者方形孔,本领域技术人员对卡孔14形状的改变均应限制在本实用新型保护的范围之内,两个平面上的相对应的卡孔14之间具有间隔(边框1展开后的同一高度的两个卡孔14与边框1的两个平面的交线距离相等),拉簧3的第二端可以穿过两个位于同一高度的卡孔14进行固定,但拉簧3的第二端进行固定的卡孔41与插销环4与插销进行固定的卡孔14是位于不同高度的卡孔14,这种固定方式可实现快速安装和拆卸,能够提高包装箱的组装效率,卡孔14靠近边框1上的两个面的交线。当然,卡孔14也可以是其他形状,本领域技术人员在实际应用中可以灵活设置,只要插销环4能够从卡孔14中穿出,然后插销插入插销环4,实现两个边框1的直角端12一侧的叠置固定即可。
优选地,插销环4设置在边框1上朝向箱体内部一侧的表面,且每个面的两端各设置一个插销环4,每个插销环4能够与卡孔14配合插入,插销环4距离两个面交线的距离与卡孔14距离两个面交线的距离相等,插销环4穿过卡孔14并伸出,插销穿过插销环4,实现两个边框1的固定连接。
优选地,如图5所示,插销为第一插销5,第一插销5包括两个竖段和一个横段组成的凹型段,每个竖段分别设置在横段的两端,且每个横段与竖段垂 直设置。凹型段的横段穿入插销环4中,实现两个边框1的固定连接。
优选地,如图6所示,插销为第二插销6,第二插销6包括两个凹型段,每个凹型段由两个竖段和一个横段组成,每个竖段分别设置在横段的两端,且每个横段与竖段垂直设置。每个凹型段的一个横段均插入插销环4,实现边框1的连接效果更好。
优选地,如图7所示,插销为第三插销7,第三插销包括三个横段和一个竖段组成的“山”字型插销,即三个横段分别等距与竖段垂直连接设置,且其中两个横段设置在竖段的两端,可实现两个边框1的连接。
优选地,箱体的高度和长度通过多个边框1进行连接设置,可以是两个边框1的直角端12进行叠加、嵌套以实现包装箱高度可调。
优选地,边框1的一个面上的相邻两个卡孔14的间隔为10毫米。
优选地,箱体的最小高度和最小高度均为110毫米,一个边框1的长度为100毫米,两个边框1叠加、嵌套后的最小长度是110毫米,两个边框1上的卡孔14重合,两个斜向尖角端13的距离为110毫米,满以足小物件的包装需求。
优选地,箱面为油纸、帆布或者布围,包裹后的箱体能够达到现有箱体的外观,箱面可以随时更换、清洗或者根据不同用户定制,极大降低了使用成本,同时还能起到防尘、防雨的作用。
至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本实用新型的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本实用新型的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本实用新型的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征做出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本实用新型的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种边框长度可调的包装箱,其特征在于,包括框架、辅助受力构件、插销机构、箱面;
    框架由多个边框组成的方形结构,边框为两个面相互垂直设置的长条形结构,边框的一端为直角端,边框的另一端的为斜向尖角端;斜向尖角端为互相垂直的两个面的斜向尖角组成;在边框的每个面沿长度方向上等距设有多个卡孔,且两个面上的同一高度的卡孔一一对应;
    箱体顶角由三个框架的斜向尖角端组合而成,位于同一平面上的两个斜向尖角之和为90°,并相邻边框的位于同一平面上的两个面通过插销机构进行固定连接;箱体的框架由多个边框组成,彼此连接的边框直角端一侧叠置,并通过插销机构进行固定连接;辅助受力构件包括多个拉簧、支撑板,支撑板上设置有连接孔,连接孔等距均匀设置在支撑板上,拉簧的第一端与支撑板的连接孔连接,拉簧的第二端与边框上的同一高度的两个卡孔进行连接;箱面用于将框架包裹封装为箱体。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的包装箱,其特征在于,卡孔平行于边框的长度方向;每个卡孔与边框上的两个面的交线有间距。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的包装箱,其特征在于,插销环设置在边框上朝向箱体内部一侧的表面,且每个面的两端各设置一个插销环,每个插销环能够与卡孔配合插入,插销环距离两个面交线的距离与卡孔距离两个面交线的距离相等,插销环穿过卡孔并伸出,插销穿过插销环,实现两个边框的固定连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的包装箱,其特征在于,插销为第一插销,第一插销包括两个竖段和一个横段组成的凹型段,每个竖段分别设置在横段的两端,且每个横段与竖段垂直设置。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的包装箱,其特征在于,插销为第二插销,第二插销包括两个凹型段,每个凹型段由两个竖段和一个横段组成,每个竖段分别设置在横段的两端,且每个横段与竖段垂直设置。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的包装箱,其特征在于,插销为第三插销,第三 插销包括三个横段和一个竖段组成的“山”字型插销,即三个横段分别等距与竖段垂直连接设置,且其中两个横段设置在竖段的两端。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的包装箱,其特征在于,箱体的高度和长度通过多个边框进行连接设置,以实现高度可调。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的包装箱,其特征在于,边框的一个面上的相邻两个卡孔的间隔为10毫米。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的包装箱,其特征在于,箱体的最小高度为110毫米。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的包装箱,其特征在于,箱面为油纸、帆布或者布围。
