大批量显示器产品利用集装箱运输,产品包装后堆栈,然后在利用叉车放入集装箱,货物放置于集装箱,列与列之间会存在一定的间隙,货物在运输中就会互相碰撞,为了避免这种情况,本申请在栈板上设置水平定位结构,栈板与栈板之间利用水平定位结构互相配合并且可拆卸,实现水平方向定位,从而使栈板上的货物保持相对稳定。

如图1至6所示,本申请的实施例公布了一种栈板1,包括:承载货物的承载板2;
水平定位结构3,与另一块栈板1的水平定位结构3配合实现水平方向相互可拆卸地固 定;承载板2与水平定位结构3连接。
本方案中,大批量显示器产品利用集装箱运输,产品包装后堆栈,然后在利用叉车放入集装箱,货物放置于集装箱,栈板1与栈板1之间互相排列放置,由于每个栈板1都是独立的,他们之间会存在一定的间隙,货物在运输中就会互相碰撞,导致货物位移或者倒塌,为了避免这种情况,在栈板1上设置水平定位结构3,栈板1与栈板1之间利用水平定位结构3互相配合,实现水平方向定位,从而使栈板1上的货物保持相对稳定。
在一实施例中,如图1所示,水平定位结构3包括:凸台4和凹槽5,凸台4与承载板2连接,设置在承载板2侧壁,沿承载板2的侧壁水平方向凸出;凹槽5设置在承载板2侧壁上,且从竖直方向垂直穿透承载板2;凸台4与相邻栈板1上的凹槽5配合连接,每块栈板上各包括凹槽5和凸台4。
本方案中,相邻的栈1板之间互相排列,利用一块栈板1上的凸台4与相邻栈板1上的凹槽5配合,实现栈板1与栈板1之间的水平方向连接,并且凸台4和凹槽5可拆卸,凸台4与凹槽5的配合方式组合和拆分都很简单,便于实现。
在一实施例中,凸台4与相邻栈板1上的凹槽5配合连接,凸台4底部的宽度小于凸台4顶部宽度,凸台4底部与承载板22侧壁连接,凸台4顶部位于远离承载板22侧壁的一端;凹槽5的根部内嵌于承载板2内,凹槽5的开口位于承载板2边缘,凹槽5的开口宽度小于凹槽5的根部宽度,凹槽5的根部与相邻栈板的凸台4的顶部配合,凹槽5的开口与相邻栈板的凸台4的根部配合。
本方案中,由于凸台4的底部宽度小于凸台4的顶部宽度,凸台4就不能从水平方向进入栈板1的凹槽5,栈板1的凸4台只能从凹槽5的正上方耦合进入凹槽5,完成配合之后,凸台4无法从凹槽5的开口方向抽出,这样一来凸台4的各个水平方向都被凹槽5限制住,从而能实现栈板1的各个水平方向的定位。
在一实施例中,凸台4分为两部分组成,包括第一凸台9和第二凸台10;第一凸台9位于凸台4的顶部位置,第二凸台10位于凸台4的底部位置;第一凸台9与第二凸台10垂直连接,第一凸台9宽度大于第二凸台10宽度;同样的,凹槽5也分为两部分组成,包括第一凹槽16和第二凹槽17,第一凹槽16的位于凹槽5的根部位置;第二凹槽17的位于凹槽5的开口位置,第一凹槽16与第二凹槽17垂直连接,第一凹槽16宽度大于第二凹槽17宽度。
本方案中,栈板1与栈板1之间拼接后,第一凸台9与第二凸台10垂直连接,第一凸台9与第一凹槽16、第二凸台10与第二凹槽17之间都是平面接触,在完成配合定位后,使得凸台4与凹槽5之间的力都是垂直作用的,这样能保证力的方向一致,增强固定效果。
在一实施例中,第二凸台10位于第一凸台9中点位置上,形状类似呈T型。
本方案中,T型结构的顶边对于受力比较均匀,在水平方向上的力给予第一凸台9的拉力不容易将第一凸台9与第二凸台10折断。
在一实施例中,如图2所示,承载板2包括:设置在承载板2上层的胶合板6,直接接触货物及承载货物;设置在承载板2下方的木条7,木条包括至少两条第一木条和至少两条第二木条,第一木条之间相互平行,第二木条之间相互平行,第一木条和第二木条垂直设置,交叉分布;与胶合板6和木条7相连接的刨花墩8,设置在木条7纵横交叉处。
本方案中,第一木条有三条,第二木条也有三条,三横三纵交叉排列。其中两条第一木条和两条第二木条共同构成一个矩形框,另外一条第一木条和第二木条在矩形框内十字交叉,木条7与胶合板6之间通过刨花墩8连接,使承载板2内部呈空心结构,方便叉车对栈板1的叉送。
在一实施例中,刨花墩8有九个,胶合板6的中心设置有一个,每条边上各设置有三个。
本方案中,九个刨花墩8均匀分布在胶合板6的四条边上,其中一个分布在胶合板6的中心点,木条7三纵三横交叉分布,通过九个刨花墩8与胶合板6连接,无论从纵向看还是横向看,都是三排等间距排列,每一排有3个在同一直线等间距排列,使承载板在各方向都受力均衡,提高了承载板的承重性能,确保稳定性。
在一实施例中,第二凸台10直接与木条7相连接,第二凸台10宽度不小于木条7宽度。
本方案中,栈板1与栈板1互相连接后,有凸台4、凹槽5的栈板1侧边之间本身就会互相接触,承担受力,但是在没有凸台4、凹槽5的栈板1侧边在货车箱内还会存在移动的趋势,这样作用力就会集中到第二凸台10,容易折断,所以使第二凸台10的宽度不小于木条7宽度,也能保证第二凸台10的强度。
在一实施例中,如图3所示,第二凸台10包括第三凸板14和第四凸板15,第三凸板14与胶合板6连接,第四凸板15与木条7连接;第一凸台9包括第一凸板11和第二凸板12以及侧板13,侧板13垂直设置在第一凸板11和第二凸板12之间,第一凸板11与第三凸板14连接,第二凸板12与第四凸板15连接。
本方案中,由于第三凸板14和第四凸板15处于第一凸台10的最端面位置,容易受到碰撞导致折断,在第三凸板14与第四凸板15之间通过一侧板13连接,侧板13相互支撑第三凸板14和第四凸板15,有效提高第一凸台10的强度。
在一实施例中,如图4所示,第一凹槽16包括第三凹槽18和第四凹槽19;第二凹槽17包括第五凹槽20和第六凹槽21,第三凹槽18与第五凹槽20连接,第四凹槽19与第六凹槽21连接,第三凹槽18与第五凹槽20分别设置在胶合板6上,第四凹槽19与第六凹槽21分别设置在木条7上。
在一实施例中,设有第四凹槽19与第六凹槽21的木条7与刨花墩8连接,刨花墩8的 侧壁与第四凹槽19和第六凹槽21的平齐。
本方案中,栈板1分为三层结构组成,中层的刨花墩8与第三凹槽18和第四凹槽19连接,既能起到支撑作用,又可以让第一凸台10的侧边与刨花墩8贴合,增大支撑受力面积。
在一实施例中,栈板1呈矩形,凹槽5和凸台4分别设置在栈板1的对边位置。
本方案中,矩形栈板1各包括凸台4和凹槽5,栈板1的凸台4和凹槽5如果设置在邻边位置,这样拼接的栈板1将会呈阶梯状,占用面积会逐渐变大,在货车箱里不方便使用,将凹槽5和凸台4设置在栈板1对边位置,这样拼接的栈板1就能首尾直线连接,方便堆栈。
在一实施例中,凸台4与另一块栈板1上的凹槽5完成配合后,凸台4与凹槽5之间存在间隙。
本方案中,由于在堆栈的过程中由于是叉车对位安装,容易存在误差,为了提高安装对位的容错率,将凸台4与凹槽5之间设置间隙,就会更加容易操作。
在一实施例中,如图7所示,公开了一种栈板1的替代方式,栈板1呈矩形,包括:两对凸台4和凹槽5,分别位于栈板1的四条边位置。
本方案中,栈板1的四条边都设有凸台4和凹槽5,在堆栈到货车箱的时候,使栈板1与栈板1之间水平各个方向都能连接,使定位更加稳定。
作为本申请的另一实施例,参考图1至图6,公开了一种栈板1,包括:承载货物的承载板2;与承载板2连接的凸台4,设置在承载板2侧壁,沿承载板2侧壁水平向外凸出;设置在承载板2侧壁上的凹槽5,且从竖直方向垂直穿透承载板2;栈板1呈矩形,凹槽5和凸台4分别设置在栈板1的对边位置;凸台4包括第一凸台9和第二凸台10,第一凸台9与第二凸台10垂直连接,第一凸台9宽度大于第二凸台10宽度,第二凸台10与承载板2侧壁连接,第一凸台9位于远离承载板2侧壁的一端;凹槽5包括第一凹槽16和第二凹槽17,第一凹槽16与第二凹槽17垂直连接,第一凹槽16宽度大于第二凹槽17宽度,第一凹槽16的内嵌于承载板2内,第二凹槽17的位于承载板2边缘,第一凸台9形状与第一凹槽16形状一致,第二凸台10形状与第二凹槽17形状一致;承载板2包括:直接接触货物及承载货物的胶合板6;设置在承载板2下层的木条7,木条7包括至少两条第一木条和至少两条第二木条,第一木条之间相互平行;第二木条之间相互平行;第一木条和第二木条垂直设置,交叉分布;位于胶合板6和木条7之间的刨花墩8,与胶合板6和木条7相连接,设置在第一木条和第二木条的交叉处。

作为本申请的另一实施例,参考图1至图7所示,公开了一种货物堆栈装置,包括栈板1,包括:承载货物的承载板2;水平定位结构3,与另一块栈板1的水平定位结构3配合实现水平方向的相互可拆卸地固定;所述承载板2与所述水平定位结构3连接。货物堆栈装置至少包括两个栈板1,相邻的栈板1之间通过水平定位结构3连接。
在一实施例中,栈板1由木质材料制成,当然,还可以为其他材料,例如塑料,金属。
本申请的技术方案可以广泛适用包装出货各种显示面板,如TN型显示面板(全称为Twisted Nematic,即扭曲向列型面板)、IPS型显示面板(In-Plane Switching,平面转换)、VA型显示面板(Vertical Alignment,垂直配向技术)、MVA型显示面板(Multi-domain Vertical Alignment,多象限垂直配向技术),也可以是其他类型的显示面板,如有机发光显示面板(organic light-emitting diode,简称OLED显示面板),当然,不仅限于显示面板,也可以是其它货物,均可适用上述方案。

    承载板,承载货物;以及
    水平定位结构,与另一块栈板的水平定位结构配合实现水平方向的相互可拆卸地固定;
    所述承载板与所述水平定位结构连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的栈板,其中,所述水平定位结构包括:
    凸台,与所述承载板连接,设置在所述承载板侧壁,沿所述承载板侧壁水平向外凸出;以及
    凹槽,设置在所述承载板侧壁上,且从竖直方向垂直穿透所述承载板。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的栈板,其中,所述凹槽的根部内嵌于承载板内,所述凹槽的开口位于承载板边缘,所述凹槽的开口宽度小于凹槽的根部宽度,所述凸台的底部与承载板侧壁连接,所述凸台的顶部位于远离承载板侧壁的一端,所述凸台的底部宽度小于所述凸台的顶部宽度,所述凹槽的根部与相邻栈板的所述凸台的顶部配合,所述凹槽的开口与相邻栈板的所述凸台的根部配合。

    所述承载板包括:
    胶合板,直接接触货物及承载货物;
    木条,设置在所述承载板下层,所述木条包括至少两条第一木条和至少两条第二木条, 所述第一木条之间相互平行,所述第二木条之间相互平行,所述第一木条和第二木条垂直设置,交叉分布;以及
    刨花墩,位于所述胶合板和所述木条之间,与所述胶合板和所述木条相连接,设置在所述第一木条和第二木条的交叉处。
  16. 一种货物堆栈装置,包括栈板,包括:
    承载板,承载货物;以及
    水平定位结构,与另一块栈板的水平定位结构配合实现水平方向的相互可拆卸地固定;
    所述承载板与所述水平定位结构连接。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的货物堆栈装置,其中,所述水平定位结构包括:
    凸台,与所述承载板连接,设置在所述承载板侧壁,沿所述承载板侧壁水平向外凸出;以及
    凹槽,设置在所述承载板侧壁上,且从竖直方向垂直穿透所述承载板。
  18. 如权利要求16所述的货物堆栈装置,其中,所述凹槽的根部内嵌于承载板内,所述凹槽的开口位于承载板边缘,所述凹槽的开口宽度小于凹槽的根部宽度,所述凸台的底部与承载板侧壁连接,所述凸台的顶部位于远离承载板侧壁的一端,所述凸台的底部宽度小于所述凸台的顶部宽度,所述凹槽的根部与相邻栈板的所述凸台的顶部配合,所述凹槽的开口与相邻栈板的所述凸台的根部配合。
  19. 如权利要求16所述的货物堆栈装置,其中,所述货物堆栈装置至少包括两个所述栈板,所述相邻的栈板之间通过水平定位结构连接。
  20. 如权利要求16所述的货物堆栈装置,其中,所述栈板由木质材料制成。
